Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program manasik haji di TK Swasta Al Ihsan, Medan Petisah. Program ini dirancang untuk mengenalkan anak-anak pada konsep dan tata cara ibadah haji melalui metode yang interaktif dan menyenangkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP  (Context, Input, Process, Product) dan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan angket yang melibatkan 15 responden, termasuk kepala sekolah, guru, dan orang tua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program manasik haji mendapatkan penilaian positif dengan rata-rata kepuasan responden sebesar 76,3%, yang mengindikasikan bahwa program tersebut tergolong "baik". Meskipun demikian, ada beberapa area yang perlu diperbaiki untuk meningkatkan efektivitas program di masa mendatang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the leadership style of the principal of a female elementary school at Public Elementary School 1 Paya Bujok Tunong, Langsa City, Aceh. This research was conducted using phenomenological and qualitative methods. The result of this study is that female elementary school principals have the ability to improve the quality of education significantly. Principals of female primary schools usually focus on teacher morale, mastery of technical skills, and high responsibility for the school organization. Women also have a good sense of control because they are detailed. The success of a woman as a leader is influenced by several factors. Dominant factors that influence women`s leadership, namely: mother (mother), seductress (attention sucker), pet (beloved child), and iron maiden (strong woman).

Abstract

The quality of education in elementary schools must be well maintained so that the next generation of a nation with character is formed. One of the factors that greatly influences the quality of education in elementary schools is good leadership. The principal as the main leader in elementary schools has a very important role in managing the school and leading all members of the school. In the last few decades, transformational leadership theory has become one of the most influential leadership models in education. The transformational approach to leadership has long been considered a productive approach. Transpersonal leadership offers a more humanistic and values-centered approach to addressing the complex challenges faced by today's organizations and societies).

Abstract

The current challenge for teachers is how learning in Kindergarten (TK) through play can help children acquire an understanding of a concept. This study aims to explain the use of promoting questions, identify the types of promoting questions that can help children understand a concept, and explain the process by which promoting questions help children understand the concept of "fermentation" through the play activity "Making Bread" using the Playworld approach. Data was collected through observation of 5 recordings of play-based project learning with the Playworld approach, with an average duration of 75 minutes per recording, observing the behaviour of nine children and one teacher. The data was analysed based on cultural-historical theory, which shows that the teacher used promoting questions during the children's play activities, both individually and in groups. These promote questions aimed at developing children's thinking abilities, such as "What are you doing?" and "Look, what is happening?" Additionally, teacher questions need to encourage and direct children to think to understand the material, such as "What is happening with the dough in that jar? Let's see, what is happening, does it smell?" Then the teacher asks, "What can you do with that dough?" The use of promoting questions helps maximise children's imaginative play into experiences that allow them to learn various subjects and understand the concepts of "fermentation, numbers and quantities, and shapes" in the "Making Bread" play activity with the Playworld approach. Promoting questions are used by the teacher when "playing" as the children's friend. The objectives of promoting questions can be categorised into (1) investigating further (explore), (2) expanding (extend), (3) involving or engaging (engage), and (4) reflecting. The implication of this research is the use of promoting questions as part of play pedagogy.

Abstract

Minat anak-anak terhadap sayuran sering kali rendah, padahal sayuran penting untuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. TK Nazifa Islamic School dan Hokben meluncurkan program "Kampanye Gemar Makan Sayur" untuk meningkatkan minat anak terhadap sayuran. Penelitian ini menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) untuk menilai efektivitas program. Subjek penelitian adalah 50 siswa dan 3 responden (guru dan orang tua). Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan observasi dan wawancara. Hasilnya, program ini berhasil meningkatkan partisipasi dan minat anak-anak terhadap sayuran. Guru dan orang tua melaporkan peningkatan kesadaran dan pengetahuan anak-anak tentang manfaat sayuran serta perubahan positif dalam kebiasaan makan mereka. Beberapa kendala seperti ukuran kelompok besar dan keterbatasan logistik perlu diatasi. Kesimpulannya, program ini efektif dalam meningkatkan minat anak terhadap sayuran, meskipun perlu perbaikan lebih lanjut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi efektivitas program field trip Taman Kanak-Kanak Melati Petit ke Rahmat International Wildlife Museum & Gallery sebagai metode pembelajaran tentang keanekaragaman hayati dan perlindungan lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi langsung dan wawancara terhadap kepala sekolah dan lima guru, serta alat evaluasi berbasis skala likert yang menilai delapan aspek program. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan skor keseluruhan sebesar 46 (“Sangat Setuju” pada skala 1 sampai 4), dengan menunjukkan kepuasan peserta yang tinggi dan program mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Peringkat luar biasa diperoleh untuk tujuan program, sumber daya, interaksi dengan pemandu, dan pemahaman materi pembelajaran. Namun disarankan untuk memperbanyak jumlah konselor dan melibatkan orang tua lebih aktif. Secara keseluruhan, program field trip terbukti efektif meningkatkan pemahaman anak-anak mengenai keanekaragaman hayati dan konservasi serta memberikan pengalaman belajar yang positif dan berkesan. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar program serupa dengan terus dikembangkan dan dievaluasi secara berkala untuk mengoptimalkan pembelajaran di luar kelas.

Abstract

Market Day menanamkan jiwa kewirausahaan sejak dini pada anak usia dini .anak – anak PAUD akan diajak untuk belajar berhitung, mengenal uang,membuat keputusan, serta berintasi sosial dengan teman dan orang tua. kegiatan ini akan melibatkan seluruh anak didik TK / PAUD Aisyah. Sebelum melakukan kegiatan ini, diperlukan berbagai sumber daya seperti bahan membuat produk,uang mainan,lapak jualan.dan tentu saja keterlibatan aktif dari guru, orang tua, dan siswa. metode penelitian ini menngunakan kuantitatif dan kualitatif serta menggunakan analisis data abstraksi. kualitatif menggunakan wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan kuantitatif berfokus pada perhitungan, angka, atau kuantitas dan penelitian abstrakksi saat membantu penelitian agar lebih memahami terkait penjelasan data yang sudah didapatkan. Hasil wawancara ada 4 responden, perbedaan jawaban dari masing- masing responden terkait pelaksanaan market day di TK / PAUD Aisyah tetapi peneliti juga menemukan adanya kesamaan jawaban dari ke empat reponden.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the implementation of creative dance as a medium for developing kinesthetic intelligence in early childhood at the Pembina Lubuk Pakam State Kindergarten. Creative dance was chosen because it is relevant in improving children's gross motor skills, coordination and creativity. The evaluation method uses the CIPP model which includes context, input, process and product, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The evaluation results show that the implementation of creative dance has helped children improve gross and fine motor skills, as well as build self-confidence and creativity. However, obstacles were found such as limited facilities and lack of program support from parents. The implication of this research is the importance of optimizing supporting facilities and increasing teacher competency to ensure the success of the program. Thus, creative dance has proven to be an effective means of supporting the kinesthetic development of young children and enriching their learning experiences in an educational environment.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan dan menguji tingkat kevalidan, kepraktisan serta keefektifan model pembelajaran High Scope Plan Do Review berbasis Pendidikan Inklusif Authentic Instructional (HSBI). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metodologi development research dengan 5 tahap pengembangan dari Plomp (1997). Instrumen yang dikembangkan berupa lembar validasi model pembelajaran dan perangkat pembelajaran yang divalidasi oleh ahli dan praktisi. Kebaharuan dari Penelitian ini terletak pada pengintegrasian prinsip Authentic Instructional ke dalam model High Scope berbasis inklusif Authentic Instructional. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran High Scope Plan Do Review berbasis Pendidikan Inklusif Authentic Instructional memenuhi kriteria valid baik dari segi isi dan konstruk, tingkat kepraktisan yang tinggi. Peneliti dapat jabarkan bahwa angka kevalidan (86,25%), kepraktisan (85,5%), dan efektivitas (N-gain 0,72). Rekomendasi bagi peneliti selanjutnya supaya menguji lebih lanjut model pembelajaran High Scope Plan Do Review berbasis Pendidikan Inklusif Authentic Instructional dengan melibatkan responden dan cakupan materi lain, baik di tingkat Taman kanak kanak maupun Paud Sejenisnya.
