Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Informatics Number 5 of 2020 concerning Private Electronic System Operators against Article 28F of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia concerning the right to obtain information and how the views of the concept of maslahat in maqashid sharia relate to the implementation of these regulations. This regulation has the main focus of requiring all electronic system operators, both local and foreign, operating in Indonesia to register with the government. If you do not register, the government will terminate access to the electronic system in question. This has been proven a few months ago, where the government has cut off access to several digital platforms that have not registered, such as paypal, yahoo, epic games, steam, DOTA games, CS games, and origin (EA), even though they will be reopened in the future. because it drew a lot of criticism from citizens for the termination of access. So that the implementation of this regulation is still considered less effective. The method used in this study is a literature review and a normative juridical approach to answering problems based on a scientific perspective. The results of this study indicate that there is conformity in the implementation of Minister of Communication and Information Regulation Number 5 of 2020 with the concept of Maqasid Syariah, even though the fulfillment of information rights for citizens has not been fully fulfilled in several aspects.

Abstract

Limited land to be utilized in providing more benefits for life such as planting in plant cultivation, as something that is common in big cities. The purpose of this service activity is to share solutions to the problem of narrow yards at Pondok Tahfiz Al-Firdaus. The method used is participatory action research in the form of socialisation about verticulture and training activities for planting plants using verticulture techniques. The socialization stage provides material on verticulture overview, equipment and materials, planting media and planting and maintenance methods. In the training, activities were carried out in the form of preparation and practice of planting verticulture methods. The results of this service activity showed an increase in the understanding of the santri as participants in the activity about verticulture as a way of planting on narrow land. The seriousness and success of the participants in practicing verticulture. By directly carrying out verticulture planting activities, it becomes a starting point that this service activity is successful.

Abstract

Kosmetik palsu merupakan masalah kesehatan yang serius di Indonesia, menyababkan efek samping seperti iritasi kulit, alergi dan keracunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatjan kesadaran masyarakat tentang bahaya kosmetik palsu melalui edukasi penyuluhan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik penyuluhan dan pemberian leaflet kepada 60 responden di Stadion Utama Riau. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat tentang kosmetik palsu setelah penyuluhan dengan signifikansi (p<0,5). Hasil penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya edukasi dan penyuluhan dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang kosmetik palsu. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan upaya lanjutan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pencegahan penggunaan kosmetik palsu di masyarakat

Abstract

Mount Ciremai National Park (TNGC) is a National Park (TN) which has enormous ecological functions, especially as a water catchment area. Forest fires in TNGC occur every year and fluctuated from year to year. Forst fires destroy ecosystems and interfere the function of TNGC. Anti Fire Community (MPA) is a partnership which consist of local communities involved in forest fire control. Community partnership will never succeess without the MPA’s participation. The research objectives are to describe the perception and participation of MPA on the forest fires control in TNGC and the implementation of MPA policies. This research method is done by questionnaires, observation and interviews. The results showed that MPA positively perceive that dry season as supporting factors and community activities that involve a fire as direct factors of forest fires. The public perception is not always in line with the participation. A strong perception does not guarantee a high participation, it might be the opposit (low participation). The highest MPA’s participation in forest fires control is in forest fighting activities. Affecting factors on MPA's participation in forest fire control activities are economic factors ie wage, logistics dan goods. Occuring gap between the ideal conditions and real conditions is 80,95 percent. Perceptions which is not in line with the participation and the emerge gap is suspected to cause unoptimized of forest fire control conducted by MPA in TNGC. Keywords: forest fire control, gap, MPA, particiation, perception

Abstract

This research was carried out using coagulation and flocculation methods. By using a varying pH series, namely 1 – 14 and also varying coagulant doses, namely 10 ppm, 20 ppm, 30 ppm and 40 ppm. The solution whose pH has been adjusted is then stirred using a flocculator with the addition of a coagulant for fast stirring at 100 rpm for 3 minutes, then a flocculant is added for slow stirring at 30 rpm for 3 minutes. After stirring, the turbidity of the solution was measured using a turbidimeter. The research show that pH and coagulant dosage parameters significantly influence the coagulation and flocculation process in water treatment at palm oil mills. The results indicated that the optimal pH for coagulation using aluminum sulfate (Al₂(SO₄)₃) is 7, with an effective coagulant dosage ranging from 30 ppm.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the ideology in Tempo.co media coverage through the representation of actors in the PT Pertamina corruption case. The method used is mixed method, by collecting 10 news texts from Tempo.co using the keywords “corruption” and “PT Pertamina”. A quantitative approach was applied to analyze the corpus data using the AntConc application. In contrast, a qualitative approach was used to identify the representation of actors in the news through Theo van Leeuwen's critical discourse analysis theory. The results of the analysis showed that Tempo.co framed the PT Pertamina corruption case by highlighting three main actors: PT Pertamina as the institutional actor, the Attorney General's Office as the law enforcer, and the state as the aggrieved party. This research also reveals that Tempo.co not only presents facts, but also forms a social construction that reflects anti-corruption ideology and favors transparency and public justice.

Abstract

The transition period is a crucial time for children, during which they are required to adapt to a new environment and various changes. Many children feel anxious, afraid, or hesitant to be separated from their parents. The role of parents and teachers is vital in helping children adapt during this period so that they are ready for school. The DPL KKM 70 UNIBA group conducted community service activities coinciding with the beginning of the new school year in the form of parenting sessions, featuring speakers from PGPAUD UNIBA lecturers, using a socialization method. This activity aimed to encourage parents to prepare for their child's transition period, recognize their needs, and promote active parental involvement in optimizing child growth and development through collaboration between teachers and parents. The results showed an increase in parental understanding before and after the socialization. If you want, I can also help make it more concise or formal.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan Kelompok 3 di SD Negeri Pigapu, Kabupaten Mimika, bertujuan menumbuhkan karakter siswa dan kesadaran lingkungan melalui kegiatan partisipatif. Kegiatan meliputi kerja bakti, pemasangan poster dan plang edukasi, pembuatan pojok pahlawan, pembuatan pot dari daur ulang dengan penanaman bunga, pemasangan pagar sederhana, serta lomba peringatan Hari Kemerdekaan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan terciptanya lingkungan sekolah yang lebih bersih dan asri, meningkatnya motivasi belajar, serta penguatan nilai kebersamaan, sportivitas, dan cinta tanah air. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa inovasi sederhana dapat efektif mendukung pembelajaran kontekstual, pembentukan karakter, serta kolaborasi sekolah dengan perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Kelapa sawit merupakan salah satu tanaman yang menduduki posisi penting disektor pertanian dan perkebunan, hal ini karena kelapa sawit adalah tanaman yang menghasilkan minyak yang bermanfaat untuk kehidupan. dengan Merosotnya harga Tandan Buah Segar (TBS) kelapa sawit dalam dua tahun terakhir ini mengakibatkan menurunnya pendapatan Kelompok Tani yang diperoleh sehingga semangat dalam berusaha dan mengembangkan perkebunan sawit semakin rendah Lemahnya harga TBS berimplikasi terhadap penurunan pendapatan petani, kesulitan biaya produksi, dan ketidakstabilan ekonomi. Jika kondisi ini terus berlanjut atau dibiarkan maka dalam jangka menengah dan panjang akan mengakibat Perkebunan sawit terbengkalai dan tidak terurus karena hasil produksi tidak dapat menutupi biaya pemeliharaan perkebunan kelapa sawit. Selain dari akibat tidak terawatnya perkebunan kelapa sawit dalam jangka menengah dan panjang mendorong terjadinya pengurusakan sendi-sendi perekonomian masyarakat Desa.oleh sebab itu maka dengan adanya Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Tani Melalui Sistem Informasi Terpadu untuk Peningkatkan Produktivitas dan Keberlanjutan Pengelolaan Kelapa Sawit di Kelompok Tani dapat memperbaikin Produktivitas kelapa sawit dan meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat Tani dengan Sistem Informasi Terpadu Kelapa Sawit dapat melihat manajemen Pemasaran Kelapa Sawit yang terdapat di desa secara tersistem dan terperinci. Dengan implementasi Melalui Sistem Informasi Terpadu dalam pengelolaan Kelapa Sawit Metode pelaksanaan PKM ini terdiri lima tahap, yaitu; (1)Koordinasi dan sosialisasi kegiatan; (2)Pelatihan; (3)Pendampingan; (4)Monitoring dan evaluasi kegiatan; dan (5)Penyusunan rencana tindak lanjut. Hasil dari kegiatan ini masyarakat mitra mengalami peningkatan produksi Kelapa Sawit berkualitas tinggi secara berkelanjutan. Dengan Sistem Informasi Terpadu untuk Peningkatkan Produktivitas dan Keberlanjutan memadukan teknologi informasi dalam Produktivitas Kelapa Sawit, artikel ini mendorong para pelaku industri untuk mengadopsi pendekatan inovatif guna memenuhi permintaan pasar yang semakin meningkat.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of community service is to increase the knowledge of the PKK cadre women on the types of medicinal plants that are efficacious as natural birth control, increase their knowledge of traditional medicine processing that is efficacious as natural family planning, and increase their knowledge of reproductive health and types of family planning. Methodology: This study was conducted at the Moreira Farm in the Al Anshar East Timor Islamic Boarding School area. Hydroponics innovation has been applied by increasing the quantity and quality of hydroponics through technological tools and innovations to streamline and increase the yield of hydroponic plants to achieve higher quality than before. Results: The service method applied is the method of applying innovations by providing counselling assistance and practicing making instant herbal medicine Natural contraception of traditional medicine to increase understanding to cadres of PKK mothers in the development of natural materials. Conclusion: The conclusion of this activity is the increased knowledge of PKK women cadres and the community about the utilization of traditional medicine as instant herbal medicine for natural contraception to reduce the birth rate. Limitation: The knowledge of the PKK cadre and the community on the use of traditional medicine for natural family planning is still lacking. Contribution: This service is useful in the traditional medicine industry and the development of natural materials as products.
