Abstract

This study aims to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes by applying the Think-Pair-Share (TPS) cooperative learning model on hydrocarbon material in class XI SMA Negeri 2 Sigi. This study's research type is pre-experimental with a one-group pretest posttest design. This study utilized purposive sampling. The sample consisted of two classes: class XI IPA 3 as the experimental class 1 (n = 22) and class XI IPA 4 as the experimental class 2 (n = 24). Student learning outcomes data are processed using the learning improvement test (N-gain). The application of the Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning model to improve student learning outcomes on Hydrocarbons can be seen from the average N-gain value in the two experimental classes, including in the high category, namely 0.77 and 0.78. Therefore, applying the Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning model can improve student learning outcomes on average greater than 75 (KKM) of SMA Negeri 2 Sigi students in Class XI on hydrocarbon material.

Abstract

Di Indonesia salah satu intitusi yang menujukkan Pelaksanaan system demokraasi tidak langsung adalah Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah sebagai Lembaga perwakilan rakyat daaerah selanjutnya disebut dengan DPRD. DPRD yang memegang peranan penting dalam system demokrasi. Otonomi Daerah menempatkan DPRD sebagai institusi atau Lembaga perwakilan rakyat paling berperan dalam menentukan proses demokratisasi di berbagai daerah. Walaupun dalam kenyataannya DPRD masih belum sepenuhnya dapat menjalankan fungsinya dengan baik, bahkam dalam prakteknya DPRD sering mengaburkan makna demokrasi itu sendiri. mengingat era Reformasi berbeda dengan era sebelumnya di Zaman Orde Baru, banyak anggota dewan setelah terpilih menjadi anggota legislatif bekerja seenaknya tanpa ada orang lain yang mempedulikan, apalagi mengawasinya, misalnya jarang berdinas sebagai anggota Dewan dan jarang mengahadiri sidang atau rapat-rapat, padahal masalah yang dibahas dalam rapat-rapat itu berkaitan dengan kepentingan konstituennya, yang dalam hal ini adalah rakyat. Kalaupun mereka masuk paling-paling hanya sekedar mangisi absen dan lagi untuk melakukan kegiatan atau bisnis di tempat lain. Keadaan ini tentu saja akan merusak citra lembabaga legislatif di mata publik. Hal ini mendorong peneliti untuk untuk mengetahui pelaksaan tugas dan fungsi legislatif dengan menjadikan DPRD Kabupaten Luwu Timur sebagai tempat penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deduktif yang mengkaji fenomena secara umum untuk menemukan hasil yang spesifik melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 3 faktor dalam Pembentukan Perda Yakni Tantangan, Kendala, Mekanisme, dan akomodasi tuntutan masyarakat, Kendala minimnya pendidikan sumberdaya manusia dan ketersediaan anggaran, dan akomodasi ranperda yang di buat oleh gabungan komisi atau bamperda yang di serahkan kepada pimpinan DPRD, APBD Disepakati dan di rencanakan di paripurna bersama pemerintah daerah sebelum pembuatan program tanpa adanya intervensi dari Bupati, melainkan melalui musyawarah pembahasan anggaran antara Pemda dan DPRD, tanpa hubungan hormonisasi fungsi anggaran tidak berjalan sebagai mana mestinya, DPRD tidak memiliki kendala dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsi pengawasan tetapi memiliki tantangan tersendiri yakni kemampuan sumberdaya manusia khusunya di bidang pemerintahan dan pengelolaan keuangan. In Indonesia, one of the institutions that shows the implementation of an indirect democratic system is the Regional People's Representative Council as a regional people's representative body, hereinafter referred to as DPRD. DPRD plays an important role in a democratic system. Regional Autonomy places the DPRD as an institution or people's representative body that has the most role in determining the process of democratization in various regions. Even though in reality the DPRD is still not fully able to carry out its functions properly, even in practice DPRD often obscures the meaning of democracy it self. considering that the Reformation era was different from the previous era in the New Order Era, many council members after being elected to the legislature worked as they pleased without anyone others who care about it, let alone supervise it, for example, rarely serve as members of the DPR and rarely attend sessions or meetings, even though the issues discussed at the meetings relate to the interests of their constituents, which in this case are the people. Even if they come in, at best they are just absent and returning to carry out activities or business elsewhere. This situation will of course damage the image of the legislative body in the public eye. This encourages researchers to find out the implementation of the duties and functions of the legislature by making the DPRD of East Luwu Regency the place of research. This study uses a qualitative approach with a deductive method that examines phenomena in general to find specific results through interviews, observations and documents. The results of the study show that 3 factors in the formation of regional regulations namely challenges, constraints, mechanisms, and accommodation of community demands, constraints on the lack of human resource education and availability of the budget, and accommodation on regional regulations made by a combination of commissions or bamperda which are submitted to DPRD leaders, APBD is agreed and planned in plenary with the local government prior to making the program without intervention from the Regent, but through deliberations discussing the budget between the Regional Government and the DPRD, without a hormonal relationship the budget function does not work as it should, the DPRD has no problems in carrying out its supervisory duties and functions but has a separate challenge, namely the ability of human resources, especially in the field of government and financial management.

Abstract

Dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan di desa tidak terlepas dari kinerja perangkat desa. Jadi perangkat desa di haruskan untuk lebih professional, efektif, efisien, terbukan serta bertanggung jawab di dalam menjalankan tugas-tugasnya maka dipandang perlu untuk meningkatkan kapasitas sumber daya manusia.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini mengunakan hasil observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan informan-informan yang sudah ada dengan Teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui kinerja perangkat desa dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan di Desa Barana’ Kecamatan Bassesangtempe’ Kabupaten Luwu. Serta faktor penghambat kinerja perangkat Desa dalam penyelenggaran pemerintahan di Desa Barana’ Kecamatan Bassesangtempe’ Kabupaten Luwu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kinerja perangkat Desa dalam penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan di desa Barana’ Kecamatan Bassesangtempe Kabupaten Luwu di lihat dari 4 indikator dari segi kualitas, ketepatan waktu, efektivitas dan kemandirian sudah cukup baik. Baik, itu dari segi tanggungjawab perangkat desa terhadap tugas dan fungsinya masing-masing, dan juga dalam pelayanan kepada masyarakat. In the administration of government in the village is inseparable from the performance of village officials. So village officials must be more professional, effective, efficient, open and responsible in carrying out their duties, so it is deemed necessary to increase the capacity of human resources. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, The data collection technique in this study uses the results of observations, interviews and documentation with existing informants with data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of village officials in organizing government in Barana Village' Bassesangtempe' District, Luwu Regency. As well as factors inhibiting the performance of village officials in organizing government in Barana Village' Bassesangtempe District' Luwu Regency. Based on the results of research on the performance of village officials in organizing government in Barana Village, Bassesangtempe District, Luwu Regency, seen from 4 indicators in terms of quality, timeliness, effectiveness and independence, it is quite good. Well, it is in terms of the responsibility of village officials for their respective duties and functions, and also in service to the community.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis implementasi transparansi dalam pelayanan publik untuk penerbitan Kartu Tanda Penduduk Elektronik (KTP-el) dan Kartu Keluarga (KK) di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Disdukcapil) Kabupaten Nunukan, sebuah wilayah perbatasan Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Validitas data dipastikan melalui triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transparansi telah diimplementasikan namun masih belum optimal. Meskipun layanan secara resmi tidak dipungut biaya, transparansi tergerus oleh ketidakpastian operasional, termasuk tantangan sistemik seperti kelangkaan blangko, konektivitas jaringan yang tidak stabil, kesenjangan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, dan sosialisasi publik yang tidak memadai. Isu-isu ini tidak hanya terjadi di Nunukan tetapi mencerminkan tantangan nasional dalam penyampaian layanan digital. Kontribusi utama penelitian ini adalah menunjukkan adanya ketegangan antara kebijakan transformasi digital yang terpusat dengan realitas penyampaian layanan di lapangan pada daerah-daerah pinggiran. Studi ini mengusulkan model tata kelola hibrida yang lebih adaptif, yang menyeimbangkan eksplorasi digital dengan eksploitasi metode pelayanan konvensional yang telah terbukti untuk memastikan pelayanan publik yang inklusif dan efektif. This study analyzes the implementation of transparency in public services for the issuance of Electronic Identity Cards (KTP-el) and Family Cards (KK) at the Department of Population and Civil Registry (Disdukcapil) in Nunukan Regency, a border region of Indonesia. This research employs a qualitative case study approach, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data validity was ensured through source and method triangulation. The findings indicate that transparency is implemented but remains suboptimal. While services are officially free of charge, transparency is undermined by operational uncertainties, including systemic challenges like blanko shortages, unstable network connectivity, gaps in human resource capacity, and insufficient public socialization. These issues are not unique to Nunukan but reflect national challenges in digital service delivery. This study's primary contribution is demonstrating the tension between centralized digital transformation policies and the on-the-ground realities of service delivery in peripheral regions. It argues for a more adaptive, hybrid governance model that balances digital exploration with the exploitation of proven conventional service methods to ensure inclusive and effective public services.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak dari peran pemerintah daerah dalam upayanya meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) dan strategi pemerintah daerah sebagai upaya meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) melalui Upacara Rambu Solo’. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, sumber data informan menggunakan teknik purposive dan Teknik pengumpulan data dari responden diperoleh dengan menggunakan instrument pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan peran pemerintah dalam meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) berdampak positif terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD). Strategi pemerintah dengan keterlibatannya pada kegiatan Rambu Solo’ sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) melalui pengalokasian dana yang cukup dan memastikan penggunaannya yang efisien, perencanaan dan pengelolaan keuangan Rambu Solo’ berjalan dengan cukup baik. This research aims to determine the impact of the role of regional government in its efforts to increase Original Regional Income (PAD) and the regional government's strategy as an effort to increase Original Regional Income (PAD) through the Rambu Solo' Ceremony. This research uses a descriptive research type with a qualitative approach, the informant data source uses purposive techniques and data collection techniques from respondents are obtained using interview guide instruments, observation guidelines and documentation. The research results found that the government's role in increasing Original Regional Income (PAD) had a positive impact on Original Regional Income (PAD). The government's strategy with its involvement in Rambu Solo' activities is an effort to increase Regional Original Income (PAD) through allocating sufficient funds and ensuring their efficient use, planning and financial management of Rambu Solo' running quite well.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, leadership style, and discipline on employee performance at PT. Reads Media Indonesia. The research employed a quantitative method with a survey approach by distributing questionnaires to company employees as respondents. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests to determine both the partial and simultaneous effects among the variables.The findings indicate that, partially, organizational culture, leadership style, and discipline have a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, these three variables also show a significant influence on performance improvement. Among the variables examined, organizational culture has the most dominant effect in driving employee performance. These results affirm that a strong organizational culture, effective leadership, and good work discipline can create a conducive work climate that fosters productivity and the achievement of organizational goals.The implication of this research is that the management of PT. Reads Media Indonesia needs to strengthen a positive work culture, implement participative and performance-based leadership, and enforce discipline consistently in order to sustainably improve employee performance.

Abstract

In the study of literature on the use of Augmented Reality (AR) technology in science learning, some important conclusions were found. The use of AR in science learning can improve student understanding of concepts, student involvement, critical thinking skills, and student information retention. The visual and sensory experiences provided by AR help students visualize complex concept, increase their motivation in learning, and strengthen their understanding of science concepts studied. However, it is important to continue doing further research to understand the impact of AR on student learning performance and how to effectively integrate this technology into student learning experiences. These conclusions may vary depending on the context and characteristics of different students, so the use of AR should be tailored to students' needs and follow the best guidelines.

Abstract

Personalization of learning is a strategy used to determine the characteristics of learners so they can learn effectively. There are many approaches that can be taken to personalize learning. This system for personalizing learning content in the form of recommendations for online learning content was built using the Neural Collaborative Filtering method and utilizes a collection of implicit feedback data taken from student activity records when interacting with online learning content as reference data to produce recommendations. The design of a learning content personalization system in the form of recommendations on online learning content for students using the Neural Collaborative Filtering method has been successfully built and can run well in online learning content. The literature study approach was used to conduct the research. Data and relevant information were gathered through a review of the literature using Neural Collaborative Filtering to personalize online learning content. This research discusses traditional methods in personalizing online learning content, Neural Collaborative Filtering, relevant previous research, and the implementation of Neural Collaborative Filtering in online learning content.

Abstract

This research aims to explore, analyze, and interpret the impact of Human Capital and Organizational Climate on the performance of Online Media Industry Employees in Makassar. The research approach used is quantitative descriptive, with a population and sample consisting of 32 employees. Data collection is conducted through interviews, questionnaires, and literature review. The obtained data will be analyzed using statistical tools and SPSS software version 24. The research results indicate that: 1. Human Capital has a positive and significant impact on the performance of Online Media Industry Employees in Makassar. Overall, Human Capital has a strong influence in enhancing employee performance, which is a crucial factor in achieving organizational goals. 2. Organizational Climate also has a positive and significant impact on the performance of Online Media Industry Employees. Organizational Climate is an important factor that supports employees in developing their potential optimally to support organizational goals with full awareness.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of information system implementation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Laskar Teknik Indonesia. Utilizing a quantitative research method, data were collected from 32 employees and analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. The findings indicate that the implementation of information systems has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by providing relevant data and supporting efficient decision-making processes. Similarly, work discipline plays a crucial role in enhancing employee motivation and productivity. The study concludes that these two factors complement each other in improving overall organizational performance, aligning with previous research findings in various sectors.
