Abstract

Increasing the competence of vocational students to be able to enter the field is the first goal for the quality of every major level school. The supervisory system for monitoring field work practices at the agency is to monitor, control the activities and activities of students where the completion of reports is one of the important requirements in implementing field work practices in research places of companies or agencies, this supervision system effort occurs because most students come from regions which is far from home so that it requires boarding and the number of students who commit fraud by not attending / coming to companies or research institutions, especially when the current pandemic is an excuse for students. In this study using the direct field observation method, interviews with external supervisors, laboratory assistants and students, while the implementation uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of the student supervision system in implementation activities for 3 months which can have a positive impact on the use of supervising teachers, schools and internship students in completing reports during the pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Non-CEO Duality, Board Size, Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR), Return On Assets (ROA), Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). ) to financial distress in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2019. The independent variable in this study is Corporate governance which consists of this Non-CEO Duality, Board Size. Meanwhile, the company's characteristics consist of NPL, LDR, ROA, NIM, and CAR. The financial distress as the dependent variable. The population of this study is the Banking Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2019. With a total sample of 26 banks or 156 observations determined by the purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and processed using SPSS 25. The results show that Non-CEO Duality has a negative and significant effect on financial distress, Board Size has a significant positive effect on financial distress, NPL has a significant negative effect on financial distress, LDR has a significant positive effect on financial distress. negative and not significant to financial distress, ROA has a positive and not significant effect on financial distress, NIM has a positive and significant effect on financial distress, CAR has a positive and significant effect on financial distress.

Abstract

Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah A. Yani Kota Metro merupakan tempat pelayanan kesehatan yang harus dan dapat memiliki pegawai berkompeten dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya sesuai dengan SOP yang berlaku. Selain itu, kinerja pegawai akan meningkat apabila didukung lingkungan kerja yang kondusif serta produktivitas kerja yang terbentuk dalam karakter pegawai. sehingga hasil pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan waktu yang ditargetkan dan kualitas yang dihasilkan dari pekerjaan tersebut. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu 1)Apakah ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah A. Yani Kota Metro? 2)Apakah ada pengaruh Produktivitas kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah A. Yani Kota Metro? 3) Apakah ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan Produktivitas kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah A. Yani Kota Metro? Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah A. Yani Kota Metro. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Propotional Random Sampling kepada 50 responden yaitu pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah A. Yani Kota Metro. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan produktivitas kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai secara simultan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pegawai yang konsisten dengan pekerjaanya akan mempengaruhi cara bekerjanya dan menghasilkan peningkatan produktivitas kerja. Selain itu, lingkungan kerja yang kondusif mendukung pegawai untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya sehingga pegawai tersebut menghasilkan kinerja yang optimal dalam mengerjakan tugas dan pekerjaan dengan tepat waktu.

Abstract

This Arduino-based fish feed aims to design and build a catfish feeder automatically based on the Arduino Uno-based fish feeding schedule. This feeder uses the RTC DS3231 to set the time and schedule for feeding fish which is equipped with a Servo Motor as a feed valve opener and an LCD as a clock and date display on the feed schedule. The weight of the feed issued is based on the weight of the catfish and the number of fish. The number of catfish in this study is 100 fish with a pond size of 2 meters by 2 meters. The scheduled feeding schedule is morning, afternoon, evening and night, depending on the age of the catfish. Considering that catfish are cannibals that eat their own kind and are nocturnal, that is, animals that are active at night and sleep during the day, it is best if some of the feed is given more in the afternoon or at night because the catfish's appetite is high at night. The feeding schedule is in the morning at 08.00, noon at 12.00, in the afternoon at 16.00 and at night at 20.00. The button on the remote will control how many times the feed will come out of the feed tray. When the feed in a fish feed container has run out, the ultrasonic sensor will work and an alarm will sound from the buzzer which sounds as a reminder. From the test results, it was obtained that the feed weight was regular after designing an Arduino Uno-based automatic fish feed structure, and the servo moved according to a predetermined schedule.

Abstract

Heart rate is a very vital part of the human body, if the heart rate exceeds the maximum limit it will be very dangerous for the body. So we need a heart rate recording device that can store heart rate recording data so that it makes it easier to control health. This study aims to test the heart rate recording system with a comparison of a factory-made device, namely an oximeter. Making measuring instruments consists of making hardware and making software. In making hardware, several components are used, namely pulse sensors, NodeMCU, Oled and the device for making software is the Arduino IDE. Testing of the heart rate detection device is carried out by placing a pulse sensor at the tip of the finger to measure the heart rate of respondents of different ages. The test results show that the measuring tools that have been made show that manual calculations and using tools have fairly good accuracy. The results of the data obtained from the test were 60% (3 out of 5 people) who had the same heart rate using either a device or an oximeter. The average accuracy value of the heart rate recording system when compared to an oximeter is relatively small, namely 1-2 bpm.

Abstract

The system combines microcontroller technology and sensors to develop an effective solution for monitoring library visitors. By utilizing hardware such as motion sensors and microcontrollers , this system can automatically identify and track visitors entering and exiting the library. The microcontroller-based visitor monitoring aims to design and construct an automatic library visitor monitoring system based on visitor entries and exits. This library visitor monitoring tool uses Ultrasonic Sensors to detect human objects, with a microcontroller as its controller, an LCD for displaying visitor data and a buzzer as an indicator for visitor entry and exit. The system operates automatically by counting the number of people entering or exiting the library space using Ultrasonic Sensors with a microcontroller as its controller. The Ultrasonic Sensors are placed beside the library entrance and exit doors. So, if a visitor passes through either of these paths at a certain range, the Ultrasonic Sensor will provide information about the incoming and outging visitors.

Abstract

The increase in air pollution is a serious environmental issue in many major cities in Indonesia. This study aims to develop an effective and efficient air pollution monitoring system using a microcontroller. The designed system consists of air pollution sensors capable of detecting various pollutants such as PM10, CO2, and NO2. The data collected from the sensors are processed by the microcontroller and displayed in real-time to users through a web-based interface. This method allows users to accurately and promptly monitor the air quality in their surroundings. The results show that the microcontroller-based monitoring system operates stably and provides accurate data on the concentration of pollutants in the air. This system is expected to be a valuable tool for the general public and authorities in monitoring and managing air quality, as well as taking preventive measures against the adverse effects of air pollution.

Abstract

The source of data used in this study was secondary data. Twenty companies were selected using the purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used in this study was the documentation method derived from the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) gallery from 2016 to 2020. The data analysis was carried out by applying panel data regression (pooled data) technique. The result of this study found that 1) Self-financing Ratio (E/C), Financial Leverage Ratio (LR), Long-term Asset Ratio (LAR) had a negative and significant effect on Financial Performance, 2) Debt-to Assets Ratio (DAR) had a positive and significant effect on Financial Performance, 3) Financial Assets to Total Assets had a positive and insignificant effect on Financial Performance.

Abstract

A bad sample gives an invalid laboratory test result. There are several reasons that can cause a sample to be unfit for examination. The serum that most often causes errors are hemolysis, jaundice and lipemia. Icteric serum is serum that is yellow brown due to hyperbilirubinemia (increased levels of bilirubin in the blood). Icteric serum may cause interference with laboratory tests. Icteric serum can affect measurements at a wavelength of 400-500 nm. Examination by the method of oxidase or peroxidase reactions, such as glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides and uric acid can be disrupted. Potassium Ferricyanide is added to oxidize bilirubin to biliverdin before testing, and can reduce absorption disorders. Potassium ferric cyanide can reduce total bilirubin levels (p=0.000) in icteric serum. There were differences in the results of total cholesterol (p=0.000), triglycerides (p=0.019), glucose (p=0.001), total protein (p=0.011), albumin (p=0.004), globulin (p=0.002), creatinine ( p=0.011), urea (p=0.014), SGOT (p=0.007), SGPT (p=0.030) and alkaline phosphatase (p=0.002) in icteric serum added and not added potassium ferric cyanide.

Abstract

Dalam mencari informasi lowongan kerja, pelamar masih menggunakan cara manual, dengan datang perusahaan untuk melihat papan pengumuman lowongan kerja, melakukan pencarian di media cetak seperti koran, majalah, brosur atau informasi dari mulut ke mulut. Banyak sekali riset yang di lakukan untuk memunculkan penemuaan baru salah satunya SISTEM INFORMASI LOWONGAN PEKERJAAN BERBASIS WEB, sistem ini menyediakan tempat untuk para pengusaha membuat dan menampilkan lowongan dan tempat untuk para calon tenaga kerja untuk mencari pekerjaan sesuai keinginannnya. Para pengusaha tinggal daftar dan mencantumkan profil perusahaan kemudian membuat lowongan secara online. Pelamar juga tidak perlu membuat, menulis kemudian mengirim via kantor pos untuk melamar pekerjaan, mereka hanya perlu daftar kemudian menginputkan data diri dan persyaratan yang dibutuhkan untuk melamar dan memilih perusahaan mana yang mereka inginkan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa suatu aplikasi informasi lowongan kerja berbasis web yang dapat mempermudah para pencari kerja dalam mencari informasi lowongan kerja serta aplikasi ini di harapkan mampu mengurangi angka pengangguran karena minimnya informasi yang di dapat dan memberi nilai tambah
