Abstract

Sebagai entitas pemerintahan pada tingkat terendah, Desa Turipinggir memikul tanggung jawab yang besar dalam menyediakan layanan serta mengelola berbagai kebutuhan masyarakat yang mencakup administrasi, pembangunan, pemberdayaan warga, serta yang paling vital adalah pengembangan potensi lokal. Hal ini tidak lain dikarenakan desa merupakan ujung tombak yang menentukan arah pembangunan suatu negara. usahanya menanggapi tantangan modernisasi tersebut, Desa Turipinggir memiliki pilihan solusi inovatif melalui integrasi sistem informasi berbasis website. Dengan memanfaatkan platform website, informasi seputar aktivitas pemerintahan, rencana pembangunan, jadwal acara, dan berita lainnya dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh beragam kelompok masyarakat, mulai dari generasi muda hingga warga lanjut usia. Selain sebagai respon dan inovasi terhadap perkembangan digitalisasi, adanya sistem ini akan diharapkann dapat mengurangi kesenjangan informasi serta mendorong partisipasi yang lebih inklusif dalam proses pengambilan keputusan di lingkungan desa. Abstract

This article discusses the community service activities carried out in Ngusikan Village through training and the implementation of a web-based population application. This activity aims to increase the efficiency of population data management in the village. The program includes training for village officials and launching a user-friendly web-based application designed to simplify the recording and management of population data. The results show that village officials can operate the application well, contributing to the improvement of public services and administrative management in Ngusikan Village.

Abstract

Unconsciously, in our daily lives, we often use various tools and technology to make our lives easier. Simple examples include automatic air fresheners and deodorizers to scent a room without having to spray it manually. The use of this technology is commonplace in this day and age which is full of technological innovation, and there are still many examples of the use of technology like the one above, especially in automating daily activities. In the agricultural sector, the internet of things can be used for the purpose of increasing much better results and maximizing time efficiency. Automatic plant watering is a modern watering technique without using human power as its main role. There are several problems faced by farmers and households in using technology to make work easier, especially in planting in Randuwatang village. Due to a lack of interest and knowledge about the use of this technology, especially for citizens or the general public. So we want to provide a solution to this problem by providing open lessons as well as practice in using tools in the form of automatic plant watering. The approach used in seminars introducing automatic plant watering is an educational or demonstrative approach. The implementation of an automatic watering system as part of a non-profit program in Randuwatan Village has given us a new understanding of the importance of technology in agriculture. This tool provides an effective solution to make watering plants easier, save energy and water, and optimize plant maintenance.

Abstract

This research designs and builds a WhatsApp chatbot as a provider of community service information in Kromong Village, Ngusikan District with the aim of increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of community services. The tool used is WhatsApp Bot using the Service Learning (SL) method/training and a direct approach to residents, the village can provide information that residents need in real-time, answer questions automatically within 24 hours, and residents don't need to go to the village hall. just to ask about the requirements for managing, making, and so on. From the tests carried out using a questionnaire, pretest and posttest results were obtained, namely with a percentage of 13.33% (very poor) and 88.33% (very good). This shows that respondents strongly agree that this chatbot is capable of being an effective and efficient provider of public service information

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Pelayanan Patologi Anatomi merupakan pelayanan diagnostik dan laboratorium terhadap jaringan dan/atau cairan tubuh, di dalamnya terdapat teknik sitologi dan histologi yaitu fiksasi. Fiksasi selama ini menggunakan bahan formalin yang berbahaya, sehingga fiksatif lain seperti madu akan menjadi alternatif pilihan. Perlu kajian dan penelitian yang mendalam terkait madu sebagai bahan fiksatif sebelum digunakan dalam praktek sehari-hari di Laboratorium. Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh fiksatif madu terhadap hasil pewarnaan sediaan, pada konsentrasi 10, 15 dan 20% selama 1, 3 dan 7 hari. Metode: Objek adalah data primer yang didapat dari pengamatan gambaran mikroskopis sediaan jaringan yang dibuat dengan cara fiksasi menggunakan dua macam fiksatif yaitu Normal buffer formalin 10% sebagai control dan madu 10, 15, dan 20% dengan perendaman selama 1 , 3 dan 7 hari. Pewarnaan yang digunakan adalah Hematoksilin-Eosin. Binatang coba yang dipakai adalah tikus jantan dewasa, dan organ yang dikai adalah hepar, intertinal, limpa, ginjal dan testis. Data berupa skor gambaran histologis dianalisis secara diskriptif. Hasil : Organ lambung, Intestinal, Limpa, Ginjal, hepar dan testis menggunakan fiksatif kontrol NBF 10% masing-masing menunjukkan t skor 3. Madu 10% 1 hari skor rata-rata 1,5 ; dengan 15% 1 hari rata-sata skor 1,9: dengan 20% 1 hari rata-sata skor 1,3: dengan 20% 3 hari rata-sata skor 10.6 dan dengan 20% 7 hari rata-sata skor 0,4. Kesimpulan : Penggunaan madu 10, 15, dan 20% sebagai fiksatif dengan perendaman 1 hari, 3 hari dan 7 hari dari gambarab inti sel, sitoplasma dan kerusakan sel rata-rata menghasilkan skor dibawah NBF 10%.

Abstract

This Arduino-based fish feed aims to design and build a catfish feeder automatically based on the Arduino Uno-based fish feeding schedule. This feeder uses the RTC DS3231 to set the time and schedule for feeding fish which is equipped with a Servo Motor as a feed valve opener and an LCD as a clock and date display on the feed schedule. The weight of the feed issued is based on the weight of the catfish and the number of fish. The number of catfish in this study is 100 fish with a pond size of 2 meters by 2 meters. The scheduled feeding schedule is morning, afternoon, evening and night, depending on the age of the catfish. Considering that catfish are cannibals that eat their own kind and are nocturnal, that is, animals that are active at night and sleep during the day, it is best if some of the feed is given more in the afternoon or at night because the catfish's appetite is high at night. The feeding schedule is in the morning at 08.00, noon at 12.00, in the afternoon at 16.00 and at night at 20.00. The button on the remote will control how many times the feed will come out of the feed tray. When the feed in a fish feed container has run out, the ultrasonic sensor will work and an alarm will sound from the buzzer which sounds as a reminder. From the test results, it was obtained that the feed weight was regular after designing an Arduino Uno-based automatic fish feed structure, and the servo moved according to a predetermined schedule.

Abstract

Heart rate is a very vital part of the human body, if the heart rate exceeds the maximum limit it will be very dangerous for the body. So we need a heart rate recording device that can store heart rate recording data so that it makes it easier to control health. This study aims to test the heart rate recording system with a comparison of a factory-made device, namely an oximeter. Making measuring instruments consists of making hardware and making software. In making hardware, several components are used, namely pulse sensors, NodeMCU, Oled and the device for making software is the Arduino IDE. Testing of the heart rate detection device is carried out by placing a pulse sensor at the tip of the finger to measure the heart rate of respondents of different ages. The test results show that the measuring tools that have been made show that manual calculations and using tools have fairly good accuracy. The results of the data obtained from the test were 60% (3 out of 5 people) who had the same heart rate using either a device or an oximeter. The average accuracy value of the heart rate recording system when compared to an oximeter is relatively small, namely 1-2 bpm.

Abstract

The system combines microcontroller technology and sensors to develop an effective solution for monitoring library visitors. By utilizing hardware such as motion sensors and microcontrollers , this system can automatically identify and track visitors entering and exiting the library. The microcontroller-based visitor monitoring aims to design and construct an automatic library visitor monitoring system based on visitor entries and exits. This library visitor monitoring tool uses Ultrasonic Sensors to detect human objects, with a microcontroller as its controller, an LCD for displaying visitor data and a buzzer as an indicator for visitor entry and exit. The system operates automatically by counting the number of people entering or exiting the library space using Ultrasonic Sensors with a microcontroller as its controller. The Ultrasonic Sensors are placed beside the library entrance and exit doors. So, if a visitor passes through either of these paths at a certain range, the Ultrasonic Sensor will provide information about the incoming and outging visitors.

Abstract

The increase in air pollution is a serious environmental issue in many major cities in Indonesia. This study aims to develop an effective and efficient air pollution monitoring system using a microcontroller. The designed system consists of air pollution sensors capable of detecting various pollutants such as PM10, CO2, and NO2. The data collected from the sensors are processed by the microcontroller and displayed in real-time to users through a web-based interface. This method allows users to accurately and promptly monitor the air quality in their surroundings. The results show that the microcontroller-based monitoring system operates stably and provides accurate data on the concentration of pollutants in the air. This system is expected to be a valuable tool for the general public and authorities in monitoring and managing air quality, as well as taking preventive measures against the adverse effects of air pollution.

Abstract

A web-based information system to match soil fertility and pH with crop types is an innovative agricultural sector solution aiming to increase crop yields. This study focuses on the importance of matching soil conditions for the kinds of crops planted, where soil pH and nutrients are key factors. Many farmers cannot access adequate information about their soil conditions, so planting is often suboptimal. Through this system, farmers can easily access recommendations for crop types that are suitable for their soil conditions, generated from analysis of soil pH and fertility data.
