Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of human resource quality, work professionalism and commitment to employee performance at the Bancar District office, Tuban Regency. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique uses saturated samples with a total sample of 33 employees. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of human resource quality, work professionalism, and commitment had a significant effect on employee performance. And there is a partial influence between the influence of human resource quality, work professionalism, and commitment to employee performance.  Keywords: Quality Of Human Resources, Work Professionalism, Commitment, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determinane the influence of Motivation, Job Statisfaction and Work Environment on the performance of civil servants at the Social Service of Malang Regency. The sampling technique used saturated samples obtained from 43 employees. The data collection method used a questionnaire technique that is distributed directly to employees of the Malang Regency Sosial Service. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze job analysis, performance allowances, and leadership at the Tourism and Culture Office of Lumajang Regency. The population in this study amounted to 163 and the sample taken amounted to 41 respondents. Collecting data through the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used SPSS Version 16. The sampling technique used quantitative methods and linear test data testing techniques used were validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression test and hypothesis testing.The results of the analysis show that job analysis, performance allowances and leadership simultaneously have an effect on employee performance, partially not significant effect on employee performance, but job analysis and performance allowances have an influence on employee performance at the Lumajang Regency Tourism and Culture Office. Keywords: Job analysis, Performance allowances, Leadership and Employee   Performance.

Abstract

Abstract Rena Factory Outlet is one of the shopping centers in Tuban Regency which has complete facilities in a modern style. This is what makes researchers want to observe these problems, As a result, the purpose of this study was to determine how the brand image, store atmosphere, online customer reviews on customer purchasing decisions for Rena Factory Outlet Kab. Tuban. This study uses quantitative methods using non-probability sampling techniques because the population is unknown and in determining the sample for research, purposive sampling techniques are used using the Malhotra formula by taking a sample of 80 consumers who have visited and bought at Rena Factory Outlet by distributing questionnaires using google form through social media. The analysis method uses the SPSS version 25.0 application. The results of the Rena Factory Outlet study show that brand image, store atmosphere, online customer reviews tested simultaneously have significant results and influence purchasing decisions. Partially, the variables of brand image and store atmosphere have has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions, however, the online customer review factor has a positive but insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Brand Image, Store Atmosphere, Online Customer Review.

Abstract

Abstract This exploration means to decide the impact of E-service quality, E-trust and E-wom on purchasing decisions in onlineshops. (investigation of onlineshop clients in Malang City) This examination technique utilizes quantitative strategies. The populace involved was online shop clients in the city of Malang and gotten 70 respondents utilizing purposive testing methods with rules set by the analyst. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of recruitment and training on the performance of Human Resources (HR) administrators at the Al-Hikam Islamic boarding school. This research used a quantitative method with a survey approach involving 30 respondents consisting of administrators at the Islamic boarding school. Data was collected through a questionnaire that measured respondents' perceptions of the recruitment process and training they received, as well as their performance in carrying out their duties. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to find out how much influence recruitment and training have on HR performance. The research results show that recruitment does not have a significant influence on the HR performance of administrators at the Al-Hikam Islamic boarding school. Meanwhile, training has a positive and significant influence on HR performance. This research concludes that Islamic boarding schools need to prioritize the development of relevant and sustainable training programs to improve the performance of administrators' human resources.  Keywords: Recruitment, Training, HR Performance, Islamic Boarding School, Management, Human Resources Management.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of style leadership and work motivation on employee perfomance at PT.PLN (Persero) KP GEBE in kec. Gebe island kab. Central Halmahera. Deep sample this research is all employees of PT.PLN (Persero) KP GEBE totaling 35 employees. Thid data collection method uses the distribution method questionaire. This data analysis technique uses linear regression analysis techniques duplicated wits SPSS tools. The result showed that simultaneously leadership style and work motivation have a significant effect on employees performance and partially leadership style and work motivation significantly influence employee performance. Keywords : Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the effect of burnout, work discipline and promotion on the performance of employees in Tirtomoyo Village, Kec. Pakis District Poor. This research used a saturated sampling technique to obtain a sample of 68 respondents who were Tirtomoyo Village employees. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The results of this research show that the variables burnout and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Abstract This study examines the impact of transformational leadership style and quality of work life on the performance of employees at PT. Sari Bumi Mulia, Singosari, Malang. The research involved 43 company representatives. The data analysis method employed was quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing included testing concurrent hypotheses (F-test) and partial hypotheses (t-test). The results indicated that both independent variables significantly influenced the dependent variable simultaneously. According to the partial test results, transformational leadership style and quality of work life significantly affect the employee performance at PT. Abstract

Abstract The results of this research aim to determine Price, Promotion and Barand Image on Maxim User Decisions in a study on FEB Students of the Islamic University of Malang Class of 2020. Based on the results of this research, it shows that the price variable has a positive and significant effect on user decisions with a significant value of 0.001<0.05, the Promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on User Decisions with a significant value of 0.028<0.005 and the Brand Image variable has a positive and significant effect on User Decisions with a significance value of 0.14<0.05.  Keywords: Work Environment, Financial Compensation And Non-Financial Compensation
