Abstract

Selain sebagai pelaksana kebijakan (dalam hal ini kurikulum pendidikan), guru juga berperan sebagai ujung tombak pelaksanaan kurikulum. Merekalah yang tahu persis bagaimana pelaksanaan kurikulum pendidikan yang te lah disusun oleh pemerintah dan mengaplikasikanya pada proses pembelajaran di sekolah, terlebih lagi penerapanya di setiap kelasnya. Oleh karenanya, keberhasilan suatu tujuan pendidikan yang telah direncanakan terdapat pada tangan seorang guru sebagai pelaksananya. Sebaik apapun kurikulum itu dirubah dan disusun kembali, jika pelaksanaan di lapangan masih tetap sama, maka hasilnyapun akan tetap sama, artinya tidak akan ada perubahan. Pemerintah (dalam hal ini Kementerian Agama) sebagai pemegang “monopoli” penyelenggara pendidikan guru agama, serta sebagai pengambil keputusan pendidikan tingkat makro, sudah mengambil berbagai macam langkah kongkrit demi terciptanya pendidikan dan guru yang ideal. Mulai dari pembentukan lembaga-lembaga pencetak calon guru seperti SGAI (Sekolah Guru Agama Islam), PGA (Pendidikan Guru Agama), Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP), hingga FAI (Fakultas Agama Islam) dan FITK (Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih terdapat peserta didik yang belum bisa membaca. Penyebabnya yaitu kurangnya penerapan media pembelajaran yang bervariatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat kevalidan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan media TUBOPIN dalam mengatasi kesulitan membaca permulaan pada siswa Sekolah Dasar. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan menggunakan model 4D (Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate). Adapun tahapan yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini yaitu pertama tahap pendefenisian, terdapat lima bagian yaitu analisis awal, analisis siswa, analisis tugas, analisis konsep dan perumusan tujuan pembelajaran. Kedua tahap perancangan, penyusunan tes, pemilihan media, pemilihan format dan desain awal. Ketiga tahap pengembangan, terdapat validasi ahli dan uji coba produk. Keempat tahapan penyebaran, pada tahapan ini menguji coba produk kepada audiens. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas II SD Negeri 058128 sebanyak 31 peserta didik. Adapun hasil kevalidan media TUBOPIN ini diuji oleh validitas ahli media dan ahli meteri mendapatkan skor yaitu 90% dengan kategori “Sangat Valid”. Selanjutnya hasil kepraktisan media TUBOPIN diuji dengan angket respon siswa dan guru memperoleh skor 100% dengan kategori “Sangat Praktis”. Selain itu, hasil keefektifan produk media TUBOPIN ini diuji dengan tes lisan dalam bentuk pre-test dan post-test dan nilai yang diperoleh siswa dihitung dengan uji N-Gain Score memperoleh skor 82% dengan kategori “Efektif”, media TUBOPIN efektif digunakan dalam mengatasi kesulitan membaca permulaan pada siswa Sekolah Dasar.”

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan terkait hasil belajar khususnya aspek keterampilan lay up bola basket di kelas IX E SMP N 37 Semarang dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran diferensiasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas, subjek penelitian sejumlah 32 peserta didik kelas IX SMP N 37 Semarang. Data hasil belajar didapatkan dari hasil guru pengampu mata pelajaran penjaskes kelas IX E dan penilaian yang dilakukan pada setiap akhir siklus. Penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan keterampilan gerak menggunakan metode pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Hasil keterampilan peserta didik meningkat dari kegiatan pra siklus dengan nilai rata-rata 75 pada siklus I menjadi 82 pada siklus II kembali mengalami peningkatan menjadi 87. Presentase hasil ketuntasan pada pra siklus sebasar 41% dan meningkat menjadi 71% pada siklus I serta 91% pada siklus II. Jadi dapat disimpulkan pemberian tindakan pada PTK ini telah mencapai indikator keberhasilan.

Abstract

This paper aims to reveal the mistakes of micro Arabic in the aspects of Ilm Saut (phonology), Sharaf (morphology), Nahw (Syntax), and 'Ilm Dalalah (Semantics) in preaching materials conveyed by ustadz and ustadzah included in the groups of "Ustadz Sunnah" and "Islam itu Indah". Arabic mistakes are often made by ustadz and ustadzah who often appear on social media. In general, an ustadz must have good Arabic language skills. The vast emergence of ustadz and ustadzah on social media is allegedly not accompanied by their qualified mastery of the primary language used in Islamic teaching sources and primary books, namely Arabic. Hence, the researchers used micro linguistic theories comprising the studies of phonology, morphology, syntax, and semantics therein. This study applied a descriptive-qualitative method. Researchers not only described the Arabic mistakes made by those of "Ustadz Sunnah” and "Islam itu Indah" but also provided corrections to such mistakes. In analyzing the data, the researchers used a separate analysis method. The findings demonstrated that those of "Ustaz Sunnah" and "Islam itu Indah” made mistakes in verbal Arabic at phonemic, morphemic, syntactic, and semantic levels.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effectiveness of using teaching materials of reading to improve students’ reading skills at the Institute for Islamic Studies Ma’arif Nahdlatul Ulama (IAIMNU) in Metro Lampung. This research used the comparative quantitative method. For data analysis, the researchers used descriptive statistical analysis to produce the effectiveness of teaching materials for reading skills with a criterion based on descriptive perception in the degree to test the responses in the questionnaire scale. T-test using SPSS with Paired Sample Test was used to find out the differences between the results of before and after the experiment. Based on the statistical analysis, the value of experimental learning model was 14.462.The result of significance was Sig. (2-tailed) 000. The pre-test of academic achievement in reading - the post-test of academic achievement of reading was 8.295. The result of significance was Sig. (2-tailed) 000.The result of this research indicated that Hₒ was not acceptable, and H1was acceptable. The difference in the academic achievement of reading between before and after the experiment was indicative. Hence, the improvement of reading ability occurred after using reading materials designed based on David A. Kolb's experiential learning model.

Abstract

This research examines the Role of Islamic Work Motivation and Islamic Work Culture on BMT Employee Productivity in Pontianak City. The renewal of this research compared to previous research is the development of theories from previous studies; Research Period; The phenomenon of expert statements and with reference sources from different bona fide media; References to variable theories and dimensions and indicators used differ. This study uses primary and secondary data sources. Data collection tools using questionnaires (questionnaires), measuring instruments using validity and reliability tests to see the validity of the results of research and reliability testing with alpha Croanbach, then analyze the data using the method of multiple regression analysis. The results of this study prove that simultaneously Islamic Work Motivation variables and Islamic Work Culture play a positive role in BMT Employee Productivity in Pontianak City, which is equal to 77.001. The partial effect of the results of the T test shows that the value of Islamic Work Motivation (X1) is 0,013 and the Work Value of Islamic Culture (X2) is 0,432. The independent variable (Motivation of Islamic Work and Islamic Culture) is only able to explain the independent variable 78,6%, while the remaining 21,4% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

There are problems related to Arabic in students' vocabulary learning abilities, namely the lack of motivation to teach female students in learning vocabulary from different educational backgrounds and because students are not able to remember vocabulary well. With some of these problems, the researcher applied the image method to understand vocabulary in Arabic among class VII students at the Raudhah al-Qur'an boarding school. The method used in this research is the quantitative research method. The result of this research is that there is an effect of the image medium on the comprehension of the vocabulary of the Arabic language. The researchers suggested to the teacher of the Arabic language at the Raudhah Al-Qur’an Islamic Institute, Metro, that the use of an educational method such as the image method, which helps train female students in the ability of vocabulary in the Arabic language. The students should strive to learn, especially in the Arabic language vocabulary, in order to obtain good learning results.

Abstract

The environment has a big influence on students' understanding of Arabic language lessons. This research aims to determine the influence of the environment, especially the family, school and community environment, on the understanding of Arabic language lessons for class VIII students at MTs Darun Najah Sambikarto. This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, tests and documentation. Data were analyzed using validity, reliability, normality, homogeneity and hypothesis testing. From the posttest results, a significant value was obtained of 0.007 <0.05. Where the significant value obtained is <0.05, the hypothesis that reads is "The environment influences the understanding of Arabic language lessons for class VIII students at MTs Darun Najah Sambikarto for the 2023-2024 academic year. A conducive environment such as a supportive family, positive peers, and learning activities at Islamic boarding schools can improve students' understanding of Arabic language lessons. This research provides recommendations on the importance of creating a good environment so that students can understand Arabic lessons more easily. It is hoped that future researchers will be able to provide new explanations about the importance of the environment in understanding Arabic language lessons, especially in the field of education. So this theory will persist and it is hoped that it will become more widespread.

Abstract

TPQ al Hasaniyyah Rumbia Central Lampung is one of the al Qur'an Education Institutions which is active in developing a young generation who loves the Qur'an. However, there are still many students who experience difficulties in reading the Koran clearly and fluently. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of using the al faqih method in improving the ability to read the Koran in students of TPQ al Hasaniyyah Rumbia Central Lampung. This research involved 10 students as participants, selected using purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and the data analysis used was thematic analysis. The results of this research are: (1) The implementation of learning at TPQ al Hasaniyyah Rumbia Central Lampung is active every day except friday nights, (2) implementation time is from 18.30 to 20.00 WIB, (3) the learning process begins with the opening prayer activity which is carried out by lining up on the TPQ page together, the main activity, the closing prayer activity, (4) al Faqih method, recently implemented at TPQ al Hasaniyyah Rumbia Central Lampung for approximately one year. However, according to the students, ustadz and ustadzah, guardians of the students, this method is considered quite effective in improving understanding of reading the al Qur'an and Arabic writing because the reading is easy to understand, uses tones, and is very enjoyable.

Abstract

A method is a prerequisite for achieving a goal, without a method the goal is achieved will not be accomplished well, singing is regarded as a guide to speaking. One of the techniques used in delivering learning material. The singing method is one of the ways to communicate with students so that the learning process in the classroom is more effective, therefore the method of singing is essential in the teaching learning process. This research uses qualitative methods so that the author can describe in detail the use of the methods in the first lesson of the Ma'arif Roudlotut Tholibin MA, Data collection techniques using observations, interviews and documentation. The results of this singing is to increase the confidence of a student in demonstrating his ability in learning, to make the student more happy and active in the learning process, and to make it easier for the student in memorizing of vocabulary.
