Abstract

Vehicles with conventional engines produce heat from combustion in the engine, so that the engine temperature is stable, a radiator water system is needed. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of water coolant and plain water temperatures on fuel consumption. The method used was to test 3 variations of engine speed, namely 1000, 1500 and 2000 rpm on fuel consumption and engine temperature. The results obtained showed that the average fuel consumption was the same when using water coolant and plain water at an engine speed of 1000 rpm and the water coolant temperature was 3 oC lower than the temperature of plain water. While the average fuel consumption when using water coolant was 17 mL lower than using plain water at engine speeds of 1500 rpm and 2000 rpm, with a temperature drop of 1-3 oC. So, fuel consumption and temperature were lower when using water coolant than when using plain water.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at PT. BANK BRI KCP LUWU with a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 30 employees, using saturated sumption technique. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 27. The results showed that the work environment had a significant effect on employee performance while leadership style did not. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of creating a conducive work environment and participatory leadership style to increase employee involvement and commitment.

Abstract

Rumusan masalah best practice ini adalah mendeskripsi proses, hasil, dan dampak pengelolaan Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) di SMP Negeri 3 Sawangan. Tujuan best practice ini adalah (1) mendeskripsi proses pengelolaan pembelajaran jarak jauh melalui strategi P-4 di SMPN 3 Sawangan pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. (2) mendeskripsi hasil dan dampak pengelolaan pembelajaran jarak jauh melalui strategi P-4 di SMPN 3 Sawangan pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Adapun hasil dari pelaksanaan strategi P-4, di SMPN 3 Sawangan adalah; kegiatan PJJ di SMPN 3 Sawangan dapat berjalan secara tertib, lancar, dan optimal, pengelolaan PJJ terstruktur dan dikelola dengan baik, penggunaan media pembelajaran lebih bervarisasi. Sedangkan dampak penerapan strategi P-4 di SMP Negeri 3 Sawangan adalah ; kegiatan guru dan siswa terkontrol administrasi dan proses pembelajaran tertib. kedisiplinan dan kinerja guru meningkat

Abstract

Businesses in the tourism services sector are very promising, many entrepreneurs are opening tourism services businesses. Therefore, providing services will increase dedication for the better, namely with the aim of creating visitor satisfaction with the services provided, so that visitors will feel satisfied when visiting the tourist attraction. This research aims to determine the influence of service quality on visitor satisfaction at the Jati Alam Asri Kalianda Pool. To determine the influence of facilities on visitor satisfaction at the Jati Alam Asri Kalianda Pool. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling technique, the sample used was 96 respondents while the analytical tools used were multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of this research, it is known that the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.395, it can be said that 39.5% of the variables of service quality (X1) and facilities (X2) influence visitor satisfaction, while the remaining 60.5% is due to the influence of other variables that are not covered in this research. The results of the F test showed that the calculated F value was 32,066, while the F table at the 5% significance level was 3.09. It turned out that the calculated F was greater than the F table, so the ho or null hypothesis was rejected so that it was concluded that the service quality (X1) and facility (X2) variables had jointly significant influence on visitor satisfaction. The results of the t test analysis show that the service quality variable has a positive and significant influence on visitor satisfaction and the facility variable has a positive and significant influence on visitor satisfaction.

Abstract

This article would like to discuss institutional efforts and strategies in empowering community, to change  the culture of the Moslem community;  those that are unproductive and even destructive, into a productive agricultural economy, eliminating cultures that are rooted in community traditions, instill a culture of agriculture that new, and change the environment by integrating the agricultural / plantation environment combined with the tourism environment. The changes that were successfully realized then had broad implications, especially in improving the economic welfare of the community.Community empowerment is an effort to realize individuals and social changes. It is chosen as a solution to the social problems faced by communities; especially the problem of poverty. Poverty as a social problem should be solved, for empirically it opten carries other implications, such as criminality, violation of norms and even violations of laws. Agusen Village, located at the foot of the Leuser Gayo Lues mountains, was formerly known as a cannabis village, but now it has become a village of tourisme in Gayo Aceh. Tourism-based economic activities in this village are exist in the form of; providing tourism objects and facilities, local culinary, home stay rents as a tourist lodging facilities, and various other economic activities in the service of tourists who visit this village . The existence of this village (Agusen) which has become a tourist village, has implications to the economic development of rural communities. The economic activities of these rural communities are not only dependent on subbsistence agricultural economic activities, but they already have the ability to develop economic activities into the tourism sector, which has impacts on increasing economic prosperity. The collective capacity of the community in managing tourism economic activities is manifested through systematic efforts made by local governments (sub-districts and districts government); by providing a series of informal education activities designed to foster the communities’ awareness, develop their capacity and strengthen traditional institutions as institutional ties that foster the communities’ togetherness for simultantly developing. Agusen communities and village. Efforts to raise awareness about the existing potential are carried out with a series of extension activities. While technical capacity and capability in managing tourism-based economic activities is carried out by providing either managerial and technical training.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas Dampak Pandemi Covid 19 Terhadap Kemampuan Siswa Menggunakan Teknologi Berbasis Komputer di Daerah Terpencil Kabupaten Sumbawa. Tujuan penelitian ini terdiri atas; 1) untuk mengetahui dampak pandemi COVID-19 terhadap kemampuan siswa menggunakan teknologi berbasis komputer di daerah terpencil kabupaten Sumbawa, dan 2) untuk mengetahui kemampuan siswa menggunakan teknologi berbasis komputer di daerah terpencil Kabupaten Sumbawa saat Pandemi COVID-19. Jenisi penelitian yang digunakan peneliti yaitu penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan rancangan observasional (non eksperimen) jenis analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Ropang dan SMA Negeri 1 Orong Telu yang berada di Derah Terpencil Sumbawa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis dengan analisis Univariat dan Bivariat dengan melakukan uji koefesien kontingensi dan chi square melalui program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa kemampuan menggunkan komputer pada siswa di daerah terpencil Sumbawa mayoritas responden yang memiliki kemampuan penggunaan komputer dalam kategori mampu yaitu sebanyak 22 responden (61.1%) dari total 36 responden. Ada hubungan yang signifikan (P=0,040) antara dampak pandemi COVID-19 terhadap kemampuan siswa menggunakan teknologi berbasis komputer di daerah terpencil kabupaten Sumbawa. Selanjutnya, tingkat keeratan hubungan dampak pandemi COVID-19 terhadap kemampuan siswa menggunakan teknologi berbasis komputer di daerah terpencil kabupaten Sumbawa adalah 0,323 yang berarti lemah. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji proses pengembangan masyarakat berbasis moderasi beragama di kampung moderasi bergama Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus digunakan untuk menggali secara mendalam praktik, startegi, dan dampak penerapan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan masyarakat dilakukan melalui pelibatan akti tokoh agama, forum lintas agama. Pendidikan nonformal, serta penguatan ekonomi lintas kelompok. Nilai-nilai seperti toleransi, anti kekerasan, dan saling menghargai menjadi prinsip dasar dalam membangun kohesi sosial. keberhasilan kampung moderasi di tunjukkan meningkatan solidaritas, menurunnya konflik horizontal, serta berkembangnya budaya dialogis dalam menyikapi perbedaan. Perempuan dan pemuda juga berperan startegis dalam menjaga harmoni sosial. penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pendekatan pembangunan berbasis nilai keagamaan yang moderat mampu menciptakan masyarakat yang inklusif, damai, dan berdaya. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya replikasi model kampung moderasi serta integrasi program moderasi ke dalam kebijakan pembangunan desa secara berkelanjutan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh Platform Let’s Read terhadap peningkatan literasi membaca siswa kelas III SD Negeri Bangka, Dusun Bangka Malang, Desa Durian, Kecamatan Janapria, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian Kuantitatif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III berjumlah 15 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu Pretest dan Posttest. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji coba instrument yang meliputi Uji Validitas dan Uji Reliabelitas, Uji Prasyarat analisis data menggunakan Uji Normalitas Shapiro-Wilk dan uji hipotesis menggunakan Paired Sample T-Test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Platform Let’s Read terhadap peningkatan literasi membaca siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil Uji Paired Sample T-Test yang menunjukkan nilai Sig.(2-tailed) 0,000. Nilai sig.(2-tailed) < 0,05, yaitu 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Platform Let’s Read terhadap peningkatan literasi membaca siswa kelas III SD Negeri Bangka.Keywords: Platform Let’s Read, Literasi Membaca

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at PAM Tirta Mangkaluku, Palopo City. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to selected employees as respondents. The data were analyzed to examine the relationship between the variables studied. The results indicate that both leadership style and work motivation have a positive influence on employee performance. These two factors collectively contribute to improving performance in the workplace. The implication of these findings suggests that implementing a participative leadership style and providing well-directed work motivation can serve as effective strategies to enhance employee productivity and support the achievement of organizational goals

Abstract

Purpose: This study aimed to determine whether work discipline and workload affect employee performance at the Andi Djemma Regional Public Hospital (RSUD) in North Luwu Regency. Research/methodology: This study used a quantitative method. The study was conducted at the Andi Djemma RPH, North Luwu Regency, from October to November 2023. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 participants. The collected data were tested using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS statistical software version 23 to examine the influence of the two independent variables on the dependent variable. Results: The results of the t-test show that the work discipline variable has a partial effect on employee performance at Andi Djemma RPH, North Luwu Regency, and the workload variable also has a partial effect on employee performance. The F-test results indicate that the calculated F-value is 38.376 > F-table, with a significance value of < 0.001 < 0.05, which means the result is statistically significant. This proves that work discipline and workload positively and significantly affect employee performance. Conclusions: The results suggest that strengthening tax knowledge and optimizing the accessibility and usability of digital platforms can enhance tax compliance among MSMEs. While perceived risk does not directly affect compliance, it may still play an indirect role through its interaction with other behavioral factors. Limitations: This study is limited to MSMEs in Palembang and uses self-reported data, which may introduce bias. Future research could expand to broader regions and include longitudinal data to better capture behavioral changes over time. Contribution: This study contributes to the literature by integrating behavioral and technological factors in understanding MSME tax compliance. It also offers practical insights for tax authorities to design targeted education and digitalization strategies to increase voluntary compliance.
