It consists of power stations, electrical substations, electric power transmission, and electric power distribution An electrical grids are very vulnerable to attacks or sabotage, so it is necessary to secure power grids. With more and more computers being used to manage electricity grids, cyberattacks have also started to become a security risk. This problem can be overcome by carrying out socialization to appeal to the dangers of the PLN electricity network, as the title above calls for the danger of placing a flag under the PLN electricity network, it is very dangerous for the occurrence of these problems, an understanding of security and safety is also important for the community. The goal of this service is to provide education or call for notification not to put flags under the PLN electricity network for the safety of the community. At the end of the meeting, a joint evaluation was carried out so that the community could understand.

Abstract

This activity aims to socialize the use of Microsoft Excel as a tool for preparing financial reports for small businesses, especially streetstemgroup. Small businesses often face challenges in managing their finances effectively, which can impact business sustainability and growth. Good preparation is essential for monitoring cash flow, identifying profitability, and meeting tax obligations. However, many small business owners do not have the knowledge or resources to implement complex financial reporting systems. In this outreach, we developed a training module that teaches the basics of preparing financial reports using Excel. This module covers how to record daily transactions, create a general journal, post to a general ledger, prepare a trial balance, and produce financial reports such as a balance sheet, profit and loss report, and cash flow report. This training was carried out in several sessions with a practical approach, where participants directly practiced financial recording and analysis using Excel. With better bookkeeping, it is hoped that small businesses can optimize their financial performance, make better business decisions, and increase their ability to survive and thrive in a competitive market. Recommendations for further activities include further module development and providing ongoing support for small businesses in implementing technology-based financial bookkeeping.

Data collection using questionnaires and the analysis method used is multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of multiple linear regression calculations obtained multiple linear regression equations Y = 8.650 + 0.334X1 + 0.478X2. The coefficient of determination of the Adjusted R square value is 0.455. This means that X1 (work ability), and X2 (work motivation) affect performance (Y) by 45.5% while the remaining 54.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The F test results show that the significance is 0.000 <0.05. Because the level of significance is below 0.05, it shows that together X1 (work ability) and X2 (work motivation) have a positive and significant influence together on performance (Y). Work ability has a positive and significant effect on performance because the significant value is 0.041 <0.05, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance because the value is 0.007 <0.05.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology, along with the emergence of advanced smartphones, has driven the increasing use of social media, including TikTok. TikTok, through its TikTok For Business feature, has become a potential platform for promotional strategies, including for Nuface, which employs an Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) strategy. However, the trend of product de-influencing, which encourages consumers to avoid impulsive purchases, has left Nuface trailing behind its competitors. In Indonesia, impulsive buying behavior is relatively common, with 35% of consumers attracted by appealing promotions, and 56.7% of students struggling to control their impulsive purchases. This study aims to analyze the relationship between E-WOM and impulsive buying behavior for Nuface products. The research is associative, involving 100 respondents selected through non-probability sampling methods, specifically purposive sampling and accidental sampling. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques, Spearman's rank correlation coefficient, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that Nuface's E-WOM strategy achieved an average score of 84.1%, signifying that Nuface's E-WOM is quite effective among students. Impulsive buying of Nuface products also recorded an average score of 82.5%, indicating that students tend to engage in impulsive buying. Although the correlation between E-WOM and impulsive buying is relatively weak, hypothesis testing showed significant results with a p-value < α (0.006 < 0.05), indicating a significant relationship between E-WOM and impulsive buying of Nuface products.
