Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of personal resources and job crafting on work engagement of modern coffee shop employees in Medan City. The type of research used in this research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is the population in this study, namely all lecturers at private universities in Medan City. The sampling method in this research uses a probability sampling method withsimple random sampling technique, namely taking sample members from the population randomly without paying attention to the strata in the population, with a sample size of 70 respondents in 15 modern coffee shops in Medan City. Data collection methods were carried out by means of questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results obtained partially and simultaneously, it shows that personal resources and job crafting affect the work engagement of modern coffee shop employees in Medan City. The results of the coefficient of determination test obtained an adjusted R square value of 0.863 (86.3%). This shows that the variablepersonal resourcesand job craftingable to explainwork engagementamounting to 86.3%,while the remaining 13.7% is influenced by other variables not examined inthis research.

Abstract

Actio pauliana is a fundamental legal instrument in the Indonesian bankruptcy system to protect creditors' interests from debtor's detrimental legal acts. This research aims to analyze the application of actio pauliana based on Law Number 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (UUK-PKPU), focusing on filing requirements, burden of proof, and practical challenges in court proceedings. The research method used is normative juridical with statutory, conceptual, and case study approaches. The results show that actio pauliana as an effort to annul debtor's legal acts has a strategic role in maximizing the bankruptcy estate (boedel pailit) for creditor debt settlement. However, the effectiveness of actio pauliana implementation still faces various obstacles, particularly regarding the heavy burden of proof on curators, differing judicial perceptions in assessing debtor fraud elements, and legal protection for good faith third parties. This research recommends the need for reformulating actio pauliana provisions to provide better legal certainty for all parties involved in bankruptcy proceedings.

Abstract

Abstract This study examines the mediating role of retirement planning in the relationship between risk tolerance and financial resilience among industrial workers in Batam City, Indonesia. Using a quantitative cross-sectional survey design, data were collected from 78 permanent industrial workers employed in manufacturing companies across Batam's industrial zones through purposive sampling. The study employed Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the proposed hypotheses regarding direct relationships and mediation effects. The measurement model demonstrated satisfactory reliability and validity, with Cronbach's Alpha values ranging from 0.892 to 0.968 and Average Variance Extracted (AVE) meeting acceptable thresholds. The structural model analysis revealed significant positive relationships across all hypothesized paths. Risk tolerance showed the strongest relationship with retirement planning (β = 0.640, t = 9.317, p < 0.001), while retirement planning demonstrated substantial positive effects on financial resilience (β = 0.609, t = 5.202, p < 0.001). Risk tolerance also exhibited a direct positive relationship with financial resilience (β = 0.339, t = 2.555, p = 0.011). Most importantly, the mediation analysis confirmed that retirement planning partially mediates the relationship between risk tolerance and financial resilience, with a significant indirect effect (β = 0.390, t = 3.898, p < 0.001) that exceeds the direct effect. The findings contribute to behavioral finance literature by demonstrating that retirement planning serves as a critical mechanism through which individual risk preferences translate into financial resilience outcomes among industrial workers in emerging market contexts. The results support lifecycle theory and planned behavior theory, showing that systematic retirement planning behaviors are more effective than spontaneous risk-taking activities in enhancing financial resilience. Practical implications suggest that financial literacy programs should focus on retirement planning education tailored to workers' risk tolerance levels, while policymakers can develop targeted interventions leveraging individual risk preferences to improve workers' long-term financial well-being. The study provides valuable insights for enhancing financial resilience among Indonesia's industrial workforce in the context of evolving social security systems and demographic transitions.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Social Media Marketing dan Customer Relationship Marketing terhadap tingkat kepuasan konsumen di Sikologi Coffee. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mencakup seluruh konsumen Sikologi Coffee, yang jumlah pastinya tidak dapat diketahui. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dan jumlah sampel dihitung menggunakan rumus Lemeshow, menghasilkan 150 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan alat analisis data menggunakan SPSS Versi 25. Data Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Social Media Marketing memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, 2) Customer Relationship Marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, serta 3) Social Media Marketing dan Customer Relationship Marketing secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Nilai Adjusted R square sebesar 0,770, yang menunjukkan bahwa 77% variasi kepuasan konsumen dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 23% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam model ini.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia di Indonesia saat ini memainkan peran yang sangat penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi dan kemajuan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung antara variabel Work engagement dan employee performance terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui safety knowledge di Kawasan industri Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif kausal dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif, dan menggunakan analisis data Stucture Equation Models dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2025-Agustus 2025. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan outsourching di Sumatera Utara di 3 (tiga) Kawasan industri yaitu Kawasan Industri Medan, Kawasan Industri Kuala Tanjung, dan Kawasan Industri Khusus Sei Mangkei, yang jumlahnya tidak dapat diketahui secara pasti. Penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Karena keterbatasan waktu, biaya dan hal lainnya, maka dalam hal ini peneliti langsung menentukan jumlah sampel penelitian, adapun jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 200 responden. Hasil penelitian dijelaskan bahwa Work engagement dan employee performance secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap safety knowledge, serta Work engagement, employee performance dan safety knowledge secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selanjutnya, Work engagement dan employee performance secara tidak langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui safety knowledge.

Abstract

Abstract: State Civil Servants in government institutions is expected to realize a world-class bureaucracy with good governance, accountability, merit-based, and excellent public service performance. This study aims to analyze how Performance, Motivation and Work Discipline in the State Civil Apparatus of the Department of Industry and Trade of Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province. This study applies a quantitative method with descriptive techniques carried out at the Department of Industry and Trade of Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province. This study involved 60 civil servants who were used as respondents for the research sample. With the sampling technique using the nonprobability sampling method. The results of the study show that in terms of performance, ASN at the North Sumatra Province Energy and Mineral Resources Industry and Trade Office has the ability to cooperate with fellow employees and show awareness to respect each other. As a way to improve their performance. The remuneration received, especially in the form of salary, is something that is able to motivate civil servants to achieve the performance that has been determined which is considered appropriate. Regarding Work Discipline, the attendance rate of ASN is good, but the majority of ASN still do not fully comply with the attendance time at work or the punctuality at work is still not appropriate.Keyword: Motivation, Performance, State_Sivil_Servants, Work_Discipline.Abstrak: Aparatur Sipil Negara pada institusi pemerintahan, diharapkan dapat mewujudkan birokrasi kelas dunia dengan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik, akuntabel, berbasis merit, dan kinerja layanan publik yang prima. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana Kinerja, Motivasi dan Dispilin Kerja Pada Aparatur Sipil Negara Dinas Perindustrian Dan Perdagangan Energi Dan Sumber Daya Mineral Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik deskriptif yang dilaksanakan pada Dinas Perindustrian Dan Perdagangan Energi Dan Sumber Daya Mineral Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini melibatkan 60 orang ASN yang dijadikan responden untuk sample penelitian. Dengan Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam hal Kinerja, ASN pada Dinas Perindustrian Dan Perdagangan Energi Dan Sumber Daya Mineral Provinsi Sumatera Utara memiliki kemampuan untuk bekerja sama dengan rekan sesama pegawai dan menunjukkan kesadaran untuk saling menghargai. Sebagai cara untuk meningkatkan kinerja mereka. Balas jasa yang diterima terutama dalam bentuk gaji merupakan hal yang mampu memotivasi para ASN untuk mencapai kinerja yang telah ditetapkan yang dianggap sudah sesuai . Terkait Disiplin Kerja, tingkat kehadiran ASN sudah baik, namun mayoritas ASN masih belum sepenuhnya mematuhi waktu kehadiran dalam bekerja atau ketepatan waktu dalam bekerja masih belum sesuai.Kata kunci: Aparatur_Sipil_Negara, Disiplin_Kerja, Kinerja, Motivasi

Abstract

Customer satisfaction includes efforts to meet consumer needs. Consumer satisfaction is a situation demonstrated by consumers when they realize that their needs and desires are as expected and are being fulfilled well. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of relationship marketing, customer trust, and price competition on consumer satisfaction of Indihome users in Medan City. With a sample size of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) 24.0 for Windows program tool. The results of the analysis show that relationship marketing has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction. Customer trust has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction, and price competition has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous analysis show that relationship marketing, customer trust, and price competition have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction of Indihome users in Medan City.

Abstract

Perkembangan industri motor saat ini mulai berkembang pesat, hal ini berhubungan dengan berbagai macam produk motor yang berkembang. Indonesia terdapat berbagai macam merek sepeda motor, seperti Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki dan Suzuki yang lebih banyak diminati oleh masyarakat. Yang membuat perusahaan–perusahaan sepeda motor harus lebih bekerja keras untuk mengembangkan produknya baik dalam kualitas produk, harga dan citra produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis experiental marketing, word of mouth dan online customer review terhadap keputusan pembelian pada PT. Alfa Scorpii. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif, Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh konsumen PT. Alfa Scorpii di Medan Marelan, Kota Medan, Sumatera Utara. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 150 responden. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling, berdasarkan kriteria seperti konsumen yang membeli produk alfa scorpii di kawasan Medan Marelan. Alat analisis data menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa experiental marketing, word of mouth dan online customer review secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada PT. Alfa Scorpii. Dengan hasil analisis determinasi sebesar perolehan nilai Adjusted R square 0,874 dapat disebut koefisien determinasi, hal ini berarti 0,874 (87,4%) Keputusan pembelian dapat diperoleh dan di jelaskan oleh experiental marketing, word of mouth, online customer review sedangkan sisanya sebesar 12,6% dijelaskan oleh variabel diluar model yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

The Impactfull Community Service Program (KKN) of Universitas Mayjen Sungkono in Pohjejer Village was conducted to optimize the utilization of butterfly pea flower (Clitoria ternatea) as a local resource that has not been fully utilized. The main problem faced by the community, particularly housewives, is the limited knowledge and skills related to the benefits, processing techniques, and business opportunities of butterfly pea flowers. This program aimed to enhance community knowledge and skills in processing butterfly pea flowers into herbal beverage products with economic value and the potential to be developed as home-based enterprises. The implementation methods included a community organizing approach, participatory socialization, interactive discussions, and direct demonstrations of herbal beverage production using butterfly pea flowers. The results indicated an improvement in participants’ understanding of the health benefits of butterfly pea flowers, appropriate processing methods, and their potential development as MSME products. In addition, the program increased participants’ interest and motivation to independently produce herbal beverages as an additional source of household income. Overall, this KKN program had a positive impact on encouraging the utilization of local resources to improve household economic conditions and empower rural communities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap makna membaca bagi siswa sekolah dasar dalam konteks budaya literasi sekolah. Membaca merupakan keterampilan dasar yang penting dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, namun dalam praktiknya sering dipahami sebatas kegiatan rutin tanpa memperhatikan pengalaman dan pemaknaan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V sekolah dasar yang dipilih secara purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa membaca dimaknai siswa sebagai kegiatan untuk menambah pengetahuan, sarana hiburan, serta kewajiban sekolah. Selain itu, budaya literasi sekolah berperan penting dalam membentuk pengalaman dan sikap siswa terhadap membaca. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemaknaan membaca siswa tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan membaca, tetapi juga oleh pengalaman belajar dan budaya literasi yang dibangun di lingkungan sekolah.
