Abstract

This research aims to examine the management of Buyan Tamblingan ecotourism destination in creating local small businesses. The research consisted of a survey, direct observation, interview, and literature study with documentation analysis. Data were collected through surveys and observations at the Buyan Tamblingan ecotourism destination. The motivation of the community involved in the ecotourism program in Buyan Tamblingan Motivation to earn money, motivation to gain knowledge about conservation, motivation to be optimistic that the ecotourism program will benefit the community, idealism about the importance of conservation, local community interest in self-reliance, promising income for the community and local community commitment.  Opportunities expected by local communities from a strong ecotourism program in Buyan Tamblingan are the existence of facilities, the growing awareness of local communities, the existing natural beauty, and the arrival of tourists as opportunities for ecotourism management. The capacity of local communities to manage ecotourism in Buyan Tamblingan is a strong program because local communities commit to improving ecotourism management capabilities.Community involvement will increase if they have the opportunity to participate in ecotourism management, and for that better ecotourism management skills are needed. If they are motivated, have the opportunity to participate, and are able to participate, then they will be able to create small business opportunities related to ecotourism programs.

Abstract

The use of mobile banking applications supports the level of customer satisfaction of BPR Lembah Artha. The growth in the use of mobile banking shows customer satisfaction and the success of digital marketing. The research aims to find out that the relationship between personal selling and digital marketing can increase perceived value, personal selling relationships, digital marketing, and the perceived value of users of mbanking applications users. Perceived value can mediate personal selling on customer satisfaction, and perceived value can mediate digital marketing on satisfied customers. The quantitative approach is used as a research approach. Data were collected by questionnaire. The data collected were analyzed to determine the effect between variables, and the analysis technique was Partial Least Square (PLS). The research was conducted at BPR Lembah Artha. The research subjects are BPR Lembah Artha customers who use the Mobile Banking application. The object of research is a review of the effect of personal selling and digital marketing on customer satisfaction by mediating value perceptions. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The results show that personal selling and digital marketing affect perceived value; personal selling, digital marketing, and perceived value affect satisfaction. Perceived value can mediate the effect of personal selling on customer satisfaction/users of the m-banking application. Perceived value can mediate the effect of digital marketing on customer satisfaction/users of the m-banking application. Better personal selling and digital marketing can improve customer perceptions of value. Good value perception is indicated by customer satisfaction and supports personal selling.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Karyawan di Hotel & Residences Riverview Kuta – Bali (Associated Harris). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di Hotel & Residences Riverview Kuta - Bali (Associated Harris), dengan jumlah sampel penelitian 46 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedasitas, analisis regresi korelasi parsial, analisis korela si berganda, analisis korelasi berganda, analisis korelasi linear berganda analisis determinasi, uji t dan uji F dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 25 for windows. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung dimana sebesar 2,637 lebih besar dibandingkan t tabel sebesar 1,681. Terdapat pengaruh yang positif, dan signifikan secara parsial antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung didapat sebesar 2,770 lebih besar dibandingkan t tabel sebesar 1,681. Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung didapat sebesar 2,497 lebihbesar dibandingkan t tabel sebesar 1,681. Dari hasil ini, dapat dilihat bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secarasimultan antara Disiplin Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan, dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Karyawan di Hotel & Residences Riverview Kuta – Bali (Associated Harris).

Abstract

Produktivitas adalah salah satu faktor utama yang mempengaruhi seberapa baik pekerja menggunakan kapasitas mereka di industri. Produktivitas karyawan atau pelayanan yang ada pada LPD Desa Adat Kerobokan dapat berpengaruh terhadap 3 poin penting yaitu bagaimana gaya kepemimpinannya, disiplin kerja pada karyawannya, dan bagaimana kompensasi yang diperoleh pada LPD Desa Adat Kerobokan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja, dan Kompensasi terhadap Produktivitas Karyawandi LPD Desa Adat Kerobokan, Badung, Bali. Sampel diperoleh dengan metode sampel jenuh, yang menggunakan seluruh karyawan sebagai sampel yaitu sebanyak 72 responden. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Analisis regresi. Hasil uji statistik t dari analisis dan pembahasan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Gaya Kepemimpinan, dengan nilai thitung di dapat sebesar 6,647sedangkan ttabel di dapat sebesar 1,66. 2) Disiplin Kerja, dengan nilai thitung di dapat sebesar 15,743 sedangkan ttabel di dapat sebesar 1,66. 3) Kompensasi , dengan nilai thitung di dapat sebesar 12,229 sedangkan ttabel di dapat sebesar 1,66 dan berarti bahwa memang ada pengaruh positif secara parsial dan signifikan antara ketiga variabel terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Sementara hasil uji signifikansi simultan (uji f) menunjukkan bahwa nilai Fhitung di dapat sebesar 196, 540 sedangkan Ftabel sebesar 2,74 dan berarti bahwa memang ada pengaruh positif secara simultan antara gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi terhadap produktivitas karyawan di LPD Desa Adat Kerobokan, Badung, Bali.

Abstract

Studi dilakukan pada Padma Resort Bali di Legian meneliti bagaimana leadership, motivation, dan lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi hasil kerja karyawan. Sebanyak 42 karyawan Padma Resort Bali di Legian disurvei. Studi ini meneliti bagaimana kepemimpinan, dorongan, dan lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi produktivitas karyawan di Padma Resort Bali di Legian. Uji kelayakan instrumen, uji asumsi standar, regresi berganda, korelasi, besarnya pengaruh, uji-T, uji-F digunakan. Kepemimpinan dan hasil kerja karyawan (15,282 > 1,68) dan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,317. Efisiensi kerja dan motivasi adalah dengan koefisien parameter 0,398, (26,746 > 1,68). Korelasi antara lingkungan kerja dan produktivitas karyawan (15,352 > 1,68), koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,232, R = 0,89, (F=702,213 > Ftabel 2,85), dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,794 atau 79,4%. Kepemimpinan, dorongan, dan work environemnt berpengaruh sejalan dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study analyzes the role of village credit institutions (in Indonesian is abberviated LPD) for members during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a qualitative phenomenological research. The research was conducted during the Covid-19 pandemic due to observance of health protocols. Research data were collected from primary sources (research informants) with interview techniques, observation, and focus group discussion. The data collected was validated by triangulation of sources and methods. The data were then analyzed using the Spradly domain model analysis technique. The results of the study found three LPD roles for members during the Covid-19 pandemic as follows: (1) productive roles: financial solutions for members based on kinship principles; (2) the role of macro social responsibility: resources for the collective collective of members; (3) the role of micro social responsibility: resources for the needs of individual members.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of store atmosphere, service quality, and digital marketing on consumer loyalty, with consumer satisfaction as a mediating variable at The Legend Bar and Restaurant, Legian, Kuta, Bali. This research employs a quantitative approach using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. The sample consists of 110 respondents who are restaurant customers. The findings indicate that store atmosphere, service quality, and digital marketing positively and significantly affect consumer satisfaction. Furthermore, consumer satisfaction directly influences consumer loyalty. Mediation analysis reveals that consumer satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between store atmosphere, service quality, and digital marketing on consumer loyalty. The implications of this research highlight the importance of optimizing an attractive store atmosphere, improving service quality, and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance customer loyalty in the restaurant industry.

Abstract

Business sustainability requires not only the provision of products and facilities but also effective marketing activities and structured financial management. However, problem identification revealed that marketing practices in the glamping business remain conventional, relying solely on existing customers without targeting specific markets, while financial reporting is still unstructured. This community service program was conducted in three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The activities included training and mentoring on financial management, financial report preparation, and marketing strategies for glamping managers. The training improved participants’ ability to prepare financial reports, starting from recording transactions to producing structured financial statements. In addition, participants gained a better understanding of marketing program strategies, particularly in identifying and managing target markets. Evaluation results indicated an 89% increase in participants’ understanding of both financial management and marketing practices. The program contributed significantly to enhancing the managerial capacity of glamping businesses, particularly in marketing and financial management. These improvements are expected to support long-term business performance and sustainability.

Abstract

This research examines the role of the Protestant Christian Church in Bali (GKPB) in building the economy of its congregation members, a theme that is still rarely explored empirically in Indonesia, particularly in the local context of Bali. The background of this research is based on the strategic role of the church not only as a spiritual center but also as an agent of community economic empowerment. Amid the economic challenges faced by the congregation due to dependence on the tourism sector and the social dynamics of Bali, the church has great potential to promote economic independence through various programs and initiatives. The main objective of this research is to identify and analyze the church's economic programs, evaluate their impact on the congregation's welfare, uncover implementation challenges, and provide strategic recommendations for improving the effectiveness of future programs. The urgency of this research lies in the need for a relevant and contextual community-based economic empowerment model, given the lack of similar empirical studies in Bali. The novelty of this research lies in the in-depth case study approach with data triangulation from interviews with pastors and congregants, as well as the analysis of active participation and internal church dynamics in managing the economic program. The research methodology uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with church leaders and congregants, participatory observation, and documentation of the church's economic programs. Data were analyzed thematically and verified through source triangulation. The main findings indicate that the church plays a significant role in improving the congregation's economy through skills training, capital assistance, the formation of cooperatives, and the facilitation of business networks. However, the implementation of the program still faces challenges such as limited resources, internal resistance, and market access. The level of congregation participation is a key factor in the success of the program. The research conclusion emphasizes that the church can become an effective agent of economic change if it can innovatively address internal and external challenges. The proposed recommendations include strengthening the church's management capacity, enhancing the financial literacy of the congregation, and developing strategic partnerships with various parties. This research is expected to serve as a reference for churches and other religious institutions in developing community-based economic empowerment programs in various contexts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pentingnya membangun Badan Usaha Milik Sekolah (BUMS) di Sekolah Dasar sebagai sumber pendanaan alternatif dalam pembiayaan sekolah. Artikel ini merupakan bahan sosialisasi dalam pelaksanaan Iptek bagi Masyarakat (IbM) yang dilaksanakan di SD 1 Muhammadiyah Gentasari, Kroya Cilacap, Jawa Tengah. Selain melakukan sosialisasi, pengabdi juga melakukan pendampingan dan monitoring pembangunan BUMS. Hasil sosialisasi dan analisis menggambarkan, jika negara memiliki Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN), Pemerintah Daerah memiliki (BUMD), dan Pemerintah Desa memiliki Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Bumdes, mengapa sekolah tidak memiliki Badan Usaha Milik Sekolah (BUMS)? BUMS dibangun tak harus dengan modal besar, melainkan bertolak dari keadaan sekolah seadanya. Dimulai dari mengelola makan peserta didik, mengelola seragam sekolah, simpan pinjam warga sekolah, pada akhirnya BUMS bisa membangun toko, pabrik tekstil dan produk tekstil, bahkan tidak mungkin membangun perbankan. Dengan memiliki BUMS, memungkinkan sekolah memiliki sumber pendanaan alternatif yang tidak tergantung kepada negara dan orang tua siswa. Mereka memungkinkan menggaji guru lebih besar, membangun laboratorium yang memadai, dan menyiapkan berbagai fasilitas yang diperlukan bagi pendidikan.
