Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk dan kesesuaian harga secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Gourmet Cafe Petitenget. Populasi menggunakan konsumen Gourmet Café Petitenget dan sampel sebanyak 97 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan bantuan SPSS 26 for windows. Hasil penelitiannya yaitu : (1) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dimana diperoleh nilai t-hitung 3,558, nilai koefisien regresi 0,332 dan signifikansi 0,001. (2) kualitas produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dimana diperoleh nilai t-hitung 3,600, nilai koefisien regresi 0,277 dan signifikansi 0,001. (3) harga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dimana diperoleh nilai t-hitung 2,974, nilai koefisien regresi 0,401 dan signifikansi 0,007. (4) secara simultan kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk dan kesesuaian harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dimana diperoleh nilai F-hitung 38,954, persamaan regresi sebesar Y = 2,015 + 0,332X1 + 0,277X2 + 0,401X3 dan signifikansi 0,000. Besarnya pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap kepuasan konsumen adalah 54,3%. Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of service quality, product quality, and price conformity partially and simultaneously on consumer satisfaction. The study was conducted at Gourmet Café Petitenget with the samples of 97 respondents of its consumers. The data analysis techniques use Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Partial Correlation Analysis, Multiple Correlation Analysis, Determination Coefficient Test, F Test and T Test. It resulted that: (1) The service quality significantly positive to consumer satisfaction, where a t-count value of 3,558, a regression coefficient value of 0,332 and a significance of 0.001. (2) Product quality is significantly positive to the consumer satisfaction, where t-count value of 3,600, regression coefficient value of 0,277 and significance of 0,001. (3) Price is significantly positive to the consumer satisfaction, where the t-count value if 2,974, regression coefficient value of 0,401 and significance of 0,007. (4) simultaneously the service quality, product quality, and price conformity have a significant effect to consumer satisfaction, where the F-count value of 38,954, the regression equation is Y = 2,015 + 0,332X1 + 0,277X2 + 0,401X3 and a significant of 0.000. The result of 54, 3% shows the influence degree of the independent variables on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

In this research is focused on tourist behavior and the local communities on the demand   of agro tourism   development.   The study   is aimed   at formulating the best model to develop agro tourism in Bali. The model tourist attraction is expected by the rating is community activities, plantation area, and village's uniqueness. On the amenities, the tourist expect amenities which include, among others: local accommodations, tracking area, places to gain knowledge and experience, places to rest and relax, escape area, places to meet people and interaction,  places to escape the daily routine, learning experiences, and  new places. On the accessibility, the tourists rate that the distance of the village of Blimbingsari as the barriers factor, and difficult to reach by public transport. In addition to a considerable distance, the path that must be passed to the Village Blimbingsari also includes the busy lanes and frequent traffic jams. The results of the research that has been done indicates that Blimbingsari tourism village been managed well which is evident from their local community involvement as tourism committee, guide services or travel agents link, local guide services that handling by tourism committee, and government support by Regent licensee.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian memiliki tujuan agar diketahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, fasilitas, dan lingkungan fisik terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, Bali menggunakan populasi yaitu pelanggan yang menggunakan penginapan The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, dengan banyaknya sampel 100 orang. Regresi linear berganda menjadi teknik penganalisisan data.dari penelitian menghasilkan kesimpulan dengan parsial kualitas pelayanan memberikan pengaruh positif signifikan pada kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0,239. Dengan parsial fasilitas memberikan pengaruh positif signifikan pada kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0,194. Dengan parsial lingkungan fisik memberikan pengaruh positif signifikan pada kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0,272. Dengan simultan kualitas fasilitas, pelayanan, serta lingkungan fisik pada kepuasan pelanggan yang menggunakan penginapan The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud. Didukung dari  hasil analisis regresi berganda Y = 1,688 + 0,239X1 + 0,194X2 + 0,272X3. Hasil nilai dari koefisien determinasi, kualitas pelayanan, fasilitas, dan lingkungan fisik memberikan kontribusi sebesar 43,7% terhadap kepuasan konsumen.Kata kunci:Kualitas Pelayanan, Fasilitas, Lingkungan Fisik, Kepuasan KonsumenAbstractThe study aims to determine the influence of service quality, facilities, and physical environment on consumer satisfaction at The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, using a population of customers who use The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud lodging, with a large sample of 100 people. Multiple linear regression into a data analysis technique.from the study resulted in conclusions with partial service quality having a significant positive influence on customer satisfaction of 0.239. With partial facilities, it has a significant positive influence on customer satisfaction of 0.194. With a partial physical environment, it had a significant positive influence on customer satisfaction of 0.272. With simultaneous quality of facilities, service, as well as physical environment on customer satisfaction who use The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud. Supported from the results of multiple regression analysis Y = 1.688 + 0.239X1 + 0.194X2 + 0.272X3. The results of the value of the coefficient of determination, quality of service, facilities, and physical environment contributed 43.7% to customer satisfaction.Keywords:Service Quality, Facilities, Physical Environment, Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

Siallagan Village is a traditional Batak village located in Samosir Regency, North Sumatra Province, Indonesia. The village has great potential for tourism business development thanks to its rich Batak culture and interesting historical sites such as the Court Chair Stone. However, this potential has not been fully exploited. This study aims to analyze investment opportunities and tourism business development in Siallagan Village, which is located in the middle of Lake Toba, North Sumatra. The research method used is field surveys, interviews with relevant stakeholders, as well as analysis of secondary data such as tourism statistical reports and economic information. This research identifies the key factors that support investment opportunities and tourism business development in Siallagan Village. First, the natural beauty of Siallagan Village, including white sand beaches, spectacular waterfalls and stunning mountain views, attracts both local and international tourists. Second, the rich and unique cultural heritage, such as traditions of music, dance and distinctive handicrafts, is the main attraction. Third, the large economic potential in the tourism industry can create job opportunities and increase regional income with proper infrastructure development. The results of this study are expected to provide insight for the government, investors and tourism entrepreneurs about the potential and opportunities that exist in Siallagan Village. This research also underlines the importance of sustainable development and environmental preservation in developing a tourism business on this island. In conclusion, Siallagan Village has promising investment opportunities and tourism business development. By exploiting the existing natural, cultural and economic potentials, as well as by adopting the right development strategy, this island can become a major tourism destination that provides significant economic and social benefits.

Abstract

Penelitian ini melihat pengaruh promosi, harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian dilakukan di Mondela Café Denpasar, Bali, dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. 102 peserta menjawab kuesioner Google Form menggunakan skala Likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi X1 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Y yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,273. Selain itu, harga X2 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,349. Bukti parsial dari uji F-hitung menunjukkan bahwa harga, promosi dan kualitas pelayanan di Mondela Café Bali berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai F-hitung yang lebih tinggi dari nilai F tabel maksimal sebesar 2,70. Dengan asumsi H0 adalah hipotesis nol, ini menyiratkan bahwa itu telah ditolak dan Ha benar. Selanjutnya, analisis penentuan berganda menunjukkan bahwa ketiga harga, promosi, dan kualitas layanan ini memberikan kontribusi 61,1% terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Mondela Café.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yakni mengidentifikasi hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, dan kinerja karyawan pada W Bali-Seminyak. Penelitian ini memakai teknik simple random sampling dengan memilih sampel 34 pekerja dari populasi karyawan hotel W Bali-Seminyak. Pada penelitian ini, analisis regresi berganda dipakai sebagai metode penelitian kuantitatifnya. Temuan penelitian ini terlihat bahwasanya (1) gaya kepemimpinan memengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara positif (t-hitung 1,828 > 0,05), dan (2) semakin kuat gaya kepemimpinan, semakin besar pengaruh positifnya terhadap kinerja. (2) Kinerja karyawan meningkat ketika ada kepatuhan yang ketat terhadap aturan tempat kerja (nilai t-tabel 1,699, p0,012); t-hitung: 3,289 > 1. (3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh menguntungkan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan thitung 2,406 > 1,699 (p 0,05). Gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja semuanya berpengaruh menguntungkan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai t-tabel 1,699 dan signifikan 0,008 0,05 (4) secara bersamaan. Nilai F adalah 2,92, dan tingkat signifikansinya adalah 0,00 0,05. Mengingat temuan ini, aman untuk mengatakan bahwa ada korelasi yang menguntungkan antara gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi untuk berhasil.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the popularity of heritage tourist attractions, namely Borobudur, Prambanan, Besakih, and Tanah Lot using the Google Trends tool based on a historical database of the last five years. In addition to popularity, this study also determines the market segmentation of each tourist attraction based on the geographical origin of the tourists. The information and findings are expected to be used as consideration for the destination marketing strategy, and also to determine the promotion on the geographical origin of tourists. This analysis using Google trends yields several conclusions, in the beginning of 2000 to the end of 2021, almost all heritage tourist attractions have decreased in popularity, this is most likely due to a travel ban for tourists during the Covid-19 pandemic. Borobudur Template Heritage Tourism Attraction is the most popular heritage tourist attraction since the last five years, then Prambanan Temple, Tanah Lot, and Besakih. The segmentation of heritage tourism attractions in Indonesia is domestic tourists, and International tourists by Singaporean, Malaysian, Thai, Philippines, South African, Australian, Indian, Taiwanese, Italian, and French. The government should immediately open up opportunities for opening tourism, and tourist attraction managers will intensify the use of information technology, especially digital marketing to display the image of heritage destinations that are open space destinations. is a safe tourist attraction to visit.

Abstract

The novelty of this research proves that the tarekat has not been able to encourage and motivate the growth of entrepreneurship to improve the economy of indigenous peoples in Papua. The purpose of this study is to analyze the challenges faced by GKI in Papua to improve the economy of indigenous peoples in the face of the dynamics of a rapidly changing world to improve the economy of the Papuan people. This research was conducted in depth using qualitative descriptive methods in Papua with in-depth interviews, observation, and secondary data techniques. The results show that the efforts of the Indonesian Christian Church in Papua in improving the economy of indigenous peoples are still minimal, both at the synod, classical and congregational levels. The congregation is currently experiencing severe challenges both internally and externally. They have been struggling with the global Covid-19 pandemic situation. Many areas in Papua are still having problems with the internet network which makes communication even more difficult. To improve the economy of indigenous peoples, the congregation tries to implement the necessary traditional empowerment strategies and strategic steps, namely open heart-to-heart dialogue by all church components internally at various levels.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the variables Financial Deficit, Diversification, Institutional Ownership, and Asset Structure on Capital Structure in Non-Financial Blue Chip companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. The population in this study is 125 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020 – 2022. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and a sample of 52 companies was obtained. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate: (1) the financial deficit has no effect on capital structure, as evidenced by the test results of the calculated t value of 1.091 and a significance level of 0.277 so that H1 is rejected; (2) Diversification has a significant positive effect on Capital Structure as evidenced by the t-value of 3.081 with a significance level of 0.002 so that H2 is accepted; (3) Institutional Ownership has a significant negative effect on Capital Structure as evidenced by the t-value of -3.542 with a significance level of 0.001 so that H3 is accepted; (4) Asset Structure has a significant positive effect on Capital Structure as evidenced by the t value of 3.660 with a significance level of 0.000 so that H4 is accepted. Adjusted R Square value of 0.156 indicates that Capital Structure is influenced by Financial Deficits, Diversification, Institutional Ownership, and Asset Structure of 15.6% while the remaining 84.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Abstract

Taman Wisata Mangrove Denpasar atau dikenal dengan Taman Hutan Raya Ngurah Rai, merupakan kawasan hutan konservasi yang mana hutannya didominasi oleh vegetasi mangrove. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan ekowisata mangrove di Taman Hutan Raya Ngurah Rai, Kota Denpasar, Bali. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Menggunakan Purposive Sampling yang melibatkan 10 responden, dengan teknik analisis SWOT yang terdiri dari matriks IE, IFAS/EFAS dan matriks SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 10 indikator internal dan ditemukan 9 indikator kekuatan dan 1 indikator kelemahan. Ada 10 indikator eksternal dan ditemukan 9 indikator peluang serta 1 indikator ancaman. Keterangan: kekuatan dan peluang pada range 3.00-4.00, dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan total skor IFAS sebesar 3,14, sedangkan EFAS sebesar 3,09, yang berarti Ekowisata Mangrove Taman Hutan Raya Ngurah Rai pada saat ini berada di kuadran I yaitu posisi pertumbuhan. Dalam analisis SWOT, alternatif strategi pengembangan yang dapat diterapkan yaitu, Memanfaatkan keunggulan yang dimiliki yang dapat dijadikan sebagai promosi dan penetrasi pasar dan memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai media pemasaran. Memperbaiki sarana, prasarana dan fasilitas yang membutuhkan perbaikan agar tetap layak untuk dinikmati. Mengajak masyarakat dan seluruh stakeholder terkait untuk selalu memelihara dan menjaga lingkungan dan keanekaragaman hayati yang ada didalamnya agar tetap lestari.
