Abstract

Peran pendampingan kepala sekolah terhadap guru terutama dalam hal meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran merupakan hal yang penting untuk diteliti di era kurikulum merdeka ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan bagaimana peran kepala sekolah dalam merencanakan, mengorganisasikan, melaksanakan dan melakukan pengawasan pada program pendampingan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kepala SD Islam Nurus Sunnah telah melakukan perencanaan dan pengorganisasian program pendampingan terhadap guru dengan melibatkan wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum dalam merencanakan program dan melakukan pendampingan; 2) program pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala yang dialami guru dalam pembelajaran gara dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran; 3) pelaksanaan program pendampingan ini menyeluruh kepada seluruh guru dan tidak dipublikasikan jadwal observasi agar hasil lebih alamiah; 4) terdapat guru yang telah melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan baik kemudian diberi wadah untuk berbagi praktik baik pada forum diskusi guru dan bagi guru yang yang membutuhkan pendampingan lebih akan mengikuti kegiatan coaching. Kata Kunci: Pendampingan, Kualitas Pembelajaran.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that there are still teachers who have not fully carried out their main roles and duties in educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, assessing and evaluating students properly. The aim of this research is to describe the role of school/madrasah principals in improving the work ethic of teachers at MIN 1 Rembang. The type of research used in this research is a case study. In this research, the subject is the role of the school/madrasah principal at MIN 1 Rembang. Data collection techniques were obtained from documentation, observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques go through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Based on the research results, it was found that the role of the principal in improving the work ethic of teachers at MIN 1 Rembang is by creating good teamwork by involving teachers in every activity and providing the tagline MIN 1 Rembang Solid, creating discipline, creating a comfortable working atmosphere, providing fair wages. comply with the GTT appropriately and ensure that salaries and certification for civil servants run smoothly every month, as well as establishing good communication between school principals and teachers.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the role of the principal in developing student character at TKIT Az-Zahra Demak, especially in implementing the Independent Curriculum. The focus of this research is to understand the strategies, challenges and impact of school principal leadership on strengthening the character of early childhood. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was obtained through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The research results show that school principals have a strategic role in integrating character values ​​into learning activities and school culture. The school principal acts as a learning leader, facilitator and motivator for teachers and provides support in developing character-based programs. In addition, the implementation of the Independent Curriculum provides flexibility in designing contextual and meaningful learning for students. However, there are challenges in terms of developing teacher competency and collaboration with parents. This research concludes that the success of character development at TKIT Az-Zahra Demak is very dependent on the commitment of the school principal, collaboration between parties, and support from the school environment. The recommendations of this research include the need for continuous training for teachers and strengthening synergy between schools and families in supporting the implementation of the Independent Curriculum.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the school principal in developing entrepreneurship at SMK Negeri 1 Sedan. Using a qualitative method, data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively. The results of the study show that the school principal acts as an effective managerial leader in managing school resources through strategic planning, organizing, and evaluating entrepreneurship programs. In addition, the principal also strengthens partnerships with the business and industry sector (DUDI) and optimizes independent school enterprises. However, challenges such as limited human resources, facilities, capital, and competition with other business players have emerged. This study emphasizes that while the principal has played a significant role, additional strategies are needed to overcome the challenges in developing entrepreneurship at SMK Negeri 1 Sedan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to obtain empirical evidence of the ability of resilience and commitment to encourage increased employee performance, both directly and through the mediation of employee engagement. This type of research is quantitative with the SEM-SmartPLS method. Data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 64 employees of CV Bumi Buana Citra Malang. Empirical evidence shows that the two independent variables, namely resilience and commitment, are both able to encourage increased employee performance. The mediating role of employee engagement is also strong, both in terms of the influence of resilience on employee performance, as well as the influence of commitment on employee performance at CV Bumi Buana Citra Malang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program supervisi pendidikan dalam meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi siswa di SD Negeri Sambiroto, khususnya dalam konteks Kurikulum Merdeka. Masalah yang diidentifikasi adalah capaian siswa dalam literasi dan numerasi yang belum optimal, meskipun program supervisi telah diterapkan. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, mengadopsi model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam dengan guru, supervisor, dan siswa, serta analisis dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program supervisi memiliki dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa. Evaluasi konteks mengungkapkan kebutuhan mendasar siswa, sedangkan evaluasi input menyoroti pentingnya kompetensi supervisor dan ketersediaan sumber daya. Proses supervisi yang kolaboratif meningkatkan interaksi antara guru dan supervisor, dan hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa setelah program diterapkan. Temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi perbaikan program supervisi ke depan, dengan penekanan pada pelatihan berkelanjutan untuk guru dan peningkatan dukungan manajerial di sekolah. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pengambil kebijakan dalam merancang program supervisi yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of teachers in implementing the among system at SD Negeri 01 Mulyoharjo based on the Ki Hadjar Dewantara Among System. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The research results show that the role of teachers is very important in implementing the Ki Hadjar Dewantara Among System which is related to the principles of Ing Ngarso Sung Tuladha, Ing Madya Mangun Karsa, and Tut Wuri Handayani. Meanwhile, the role of teachers in this case includes: educator, manager and facilitator. This research concludes that teachers have an important role in implementing the among system at SD Negeri 01 Mulyoharjo which has been implemented in various ways. The role of teachers in implementing the among system in state elementary schools on the principle of Ing Ngarso Sung Tulada is implemented by exemplary discipline, exemplary ethics and exemplary manners. Then the teacher's role in implementing the among system in state elementary schools based on the principle of Ing Madya Mangun Karsa is implemented by building motivation in learning, opening space for discussion in learning, and designing fun learning. Meanwhile, the role of teachers in implementing the among system in state elementary schools based on the Tut Wuri Handayani principle is implemented by creating conducive learning, creating comfortable learning, and developing students' potential.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the school principal in developing students' character education through the implementation of the among system at SDN 04 Tegalsari. The among system, rooted in Ki Hadjar Dewantara's educational philosophy, emphasizes the asah, asih, and asuh approach in the educational process. The school principal plays a strategic role in creating a school environment that supports character development by providing exemplary behavior, motivation, and policies oriented toward instilling moral and social values in students. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the principal acts as a manager, leader, and motivator in the implementation of the among system. Strategies applied include teacher development, strengthening school culture, and fostering collaboration with parents and the community. The impact is evident in the improvement of students' discipline, responsibility, and empathy. In conclusion, the principal's role in implementing the among system at SDN 04 Tegalsari has proven highly effective in developing students' character education. The study recommends enhancing teacher training and increasing school community involvement to ensure the program's sustainability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis peran guru sebagai fasilitator dalam penerapan Sistem Among pada implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SDN Penggaron Kidul; (2) menganalisis peran guru pada nilai ing ngarso sung tuladha, ing madya mangun karsa, dan tut wuri handayani dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SDN Penggaron Kidul; dan (3) menganalisis kolaborasi antar guru pada implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SDN Penggaron Kidul. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru dalam penerapan Sistem Among sangat signifikan dalam mendukung implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Penginternalisasian nilai ing ngarso sung tuladha dilakukan melalui keteladanan, ing madya mangun karsa melalui motivasi dan apresiasi, serta tut wuri handayani melalui pemberian kebebasan terarah dan dukungan moral. Secara keseluruhan, peran guru di SDN Penggaron Kidul dalam menerapkan Sistem Among pada implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka sangat strategis. Guru berfungsi sebagai fasilitator yang mendukung pembelajaran aktif, sebagai teladan yang menanamkan nilai-nilai luhur, serta sebagai motivator yang membangun semangat dan kemandirian siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis peran guru dalam meningkatkan prestasi akademik siswa melalui penerapan konsep kodrat alam dan zaman di SDN Pedurungan Kidul 04 yang mencakup beberapa hal, seperti, mengetahui sejauh mana peran guru dalam menerapkan konsep Kodrat Alam dan Zaman dan menganilisii bagaimana penerapan konsep Kodrat Alam kodrat Zaman terhadap prestasi akademik siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Adapun jenis pendekatan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN Pedurungan Kidul 04. Obyek dari penelitian ini adalah Analisis penerapan konsep kodrat alam dan zaman di SDN Pedurungan Kidul 04, sedangkan subjek penelitian ini adalah bpk/ibu guru SDN Pedurungan Kidul 04. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data deskriptif, yaitu dengan cara menghimpun data-data faktual dan mendiskripsikan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa konsep kodrat alam dan zaman yang sudah diterapkan di SDN Pedurungan Kidul 04 berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan prestasi akademik siswa.
