Abstract

The aim of this research is to empirically test the influence of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the ethical behavior of employees of the Department of Industry and Trade of Pasuruan City. The approach used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all Civil Servants (PNS) of the Pasuruan City Industry and Trade Service, totaling 66 people. The number of samples in the study was determined using a saturated sample, because the population was relatively small (less than 100). The research model used is multiple linear regression using program assistanceIBM SPSS Statistics 25. The research results show that intellectual intelligence can partially improve ethical behavior. Emotional intelligence can partially improve ethical behavior. Spiritual intelligence can partially improve ethical behavior. Intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence can simultaneously improve ethical behavior. Spiritual intelligence is a dominant factor that can increase ethical behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of motivation and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as mediation. The population of this study was all civil servants at SD Negeri Madyopuro, Malang City. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated samples, with a total of 37 respondents. The analytical technique used is a structural equation model (Structural Equation Modeling - SEM) Based variance component based SEM, yang dikenal dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study are that 1) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the Job Satisfaction of civil servant teachers at SDN Madyopuro Malang City, 2) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on the Job Satisfaction of civil servant teachers at SDN Madyopuro Malang City, 3) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of civil servant teachers at SDN Madyopuro Malang City, 4) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of civil servant teachers at SDN Madyopuro Malang City, 5) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of civil servant teachers at SDN Madyopuro Malang City, 6) Job Satisfaction has a mediating influence between Motivation Variables and Teacher Performance Variables, 7) Job Satisfaction has a mediating influence between Organizational Culture Variables and Teacher Performance Variables.

Abstract

Performance is a very important and interesting part because it has proven to be very important, an institution wants employees to work hard according to their abilities to achieve good work results, without good performance from all employees, success in achieving goals will be difficult to achieve. Performance basically includes mental attitudes and behaviors that always have the view that the work carried out at this time must be of better quality than the implementation of past work, for the future to be of better quality than at present. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of self-efficacy as a moderator of the influence of individual characteristics and work professionalism on employee performance (Study on Malang Strudle Souvenirs from Malang City). Data collection using questionnaires or by providing a list of questions to respondents. While the analysis method uses the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the help of the SmartPLS tool. From the results of the study, individual characteristics have a significant effect on employee performance. Work professionalism has a significant effect on employee performance. Self-efficacy has a significant effect on employee performance. Individual characteristics do not have a significant effect on employee performance moderated by self-efficacy. Work professionalism does not have a significant effect on employee performance moderated by self-efficacy.

Abstract

Organizational commitment is an interesting phenomenon because of the importance of a person's commitment to the organization where the individual works. Employee commitment is one of the keys that determines the success or failure of an organization in achieving its goals. Employees who are committed to the organization usually show a work attitude that is attentive to their duties, and they are very responsible for carrying out their duties and are very loyal to the organization. The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of individual characteristics and employee empowerment on organizational commitment with self-efficacy as a moderating variable (Study at the Army Polytechnic Kodiklatad in East Java). Data collection using questionnaires or by providing a list of questions to respondents. While for the analysis method using the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the help of the SmartPLS tool. From the results of the study, individual characteristics are not able to increase organizational commitment. Employee empowerment is able to increase organizational commitment. Self-efficacy is able to increase organizational commitment. Individual characteristics are able to increase organizational commitment moderated by self-efficacy. Employee empowerment is able to increase organizational commitment moderated by self-efficacy.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of school principals' managerial competence, teachers' pedagogical competence, and school culture on the quality of education at SMP Negeri Sub Rayon 01, Jepara Regency. The approach used in this study is quantitative with a descriptive correlational design. Data were collected through questionnaires completed by 168 teachers, and data analysis was conducted using simple and multiple linear regression. The study results show that the managerial competence of school principals significantly influences the quality of education, accounting for 64.2%, with a strong influence category. Teachers' pedagogical competence affects the quality of education by 66.2%, also within the strong influence category. School culture affects the quality of education by 52.1%, with a moderate influence category. Additionally, these three variables simultaneously influence the quality of education by 62.7%, indicating a significant contribution from all three in improving the quality of education. These findings suggest that strengthening the competence of school principals, teachers' pedagogical competence, and school culture is crucial in creating a quality educational environment. Therefore, there is a need for integrated policies and development programs to improve these three aspects to achieve optimal educational quality.

Abstract

Kompetensi pedagogik guru SMP di Kecamatan Rembang masih belum optimal, terutama dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang nyaman, menerapkan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada peserta didik, serta melakukan asesmen dan umpan balik secara efektif. Rendahnya kompetensi ini dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan tersebut terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi penelitian adalah semua SMP se Kecamatan Rembang Kabupaten Rembang. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 146 guru. Uji prasyarat analisis meliputi uji normalitas, uji liniearitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji multikolinearitas. Uji hipotesis meliputi uji regresi sederhana dan uji regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru dengan kekuatan korelasi 0,757 dan besarnya pengaruh 57,4%; Disarankan kepada guru untuk meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran efektif yang berpusat pada peserta didik. Kepala sekolah diharapkan meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam memberikan motivasi untuk meningkatkan optimisme dan antusiasme warga sekolah.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the application of coaching techniques in increasing the social competence of teachers at SDN Kalongan 01 Ungaran Timur. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data was collected through interviews with teachers and students, observations. The results of the research showed that there was an increase in the social competence of teachers at SDN Kalongan 01 after coaching was carried out. It can be seen from the achievements of the Education report card at SDN Kalongan 01, indicator E.1.2. Participation of the Education Unit residents has increased after coaching was carried out by the school principal.

Abstract

Supervisi kepala sekolah tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat pengawasan, pembinaan, dan evaluasi kinerja guru, tetapi juga memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 01 Dororejo dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan kajian pustaka. Masalah yang ditemukan adalah kepala sekolah sering kali belum memiliki visi kepemimpinan yang kuat, kurang optimal dalam melaksanakan supervisi, dan belum mampu memberdayakan guru secara maksimal. Hal ini berdampak pada lemahnya budaya mutu sekolah dan kurangnya inovasi pembelajaran yang mendukung peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Namun, di SD Negeri 01 Dororejo, supervisi kepala sekolah telah menerapkan prinsip-prinsip humanistik melalui kegiatan seperti supervisi individual, kelompok, dan kolaboratif. Pelaksanaannya dilakukan secara terencana, tidak menghakimi, serta melibatkan guru secara aktif sejak tahap perencanaan hingga tindak lanjut. Supervisi ini menciptakan suasana yang lebih dialogis dan mendukung pengembangan profesional guru. Kendati menghadapi berbagai tantangan seperti keterbatasan waktu, sarana, dan persepsi sebagian guru, kepala sekolah mampu mengatasi hambatan tersebut dengan pendekatan yang fleksibel dan partisipatif. Hasilnya, supervisi berbasis humanistik terbukti efektif dalam menciptakan iklim pembelajaran yang positif serta berkontribusi nyata terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan di sekolah.

Abstract

SMP N 1 Kajen adalah sebagai salah satu sekolah negeri di Kabupaten Pekalongan memiliki potensi untuk memanfaatkan teknologi pembelajaran secara lebih optimal, karena SMP N 1 Kajen merupakan sekolah center yang dijadikan percontohan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi. Berdasarkan observasi awal menunjukkan adanya variasi dalam tingkat pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran dikalangan guru SMP N 1 Kajen. Pemahaman, keyakinan, dan strategi kepala sekolah dalam memimpin adopsi teknologi ini menjadi salah satu faktor penentu. Bagaimana kepala sekolah melakukan strategi pendampingan kepada guru dalam pengembangan diri dengan meningkatkan kompetensinya khususnya pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan strategi dan praktik pendampingan reflektif, mengidentifikasi hambatan dan faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan pendampingan serta menganalisis efektifitas pendampingan reflektif terhadap peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi pembelajaran di SMP N 1 Kajen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus untuk mengeksplorasi fenomena pendampingan reflektif secara mendalam terhadap pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan wawancara dengan kepala sekolah untuk menggali informasi mengenai tindakan-tindakan yang dilakukan terkait pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran setelah pendampingan reflektif. Observasi dilakukan untuk mengamati secara langsung tindakan kepala sekolah dalam mendukung pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran di sekolah dan dokumentasi dengan menganalisis dokumen-dokumen sekolah yang relevan dengan pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya dampak positif pendampingan reflektif terhadap peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam menggunakan teknologi pembelajaran di SMP Negeri 1 Kajen, meskipun tingkatannya bervariasi antar individu. Adanya peningkatan kesadaran diri, peningkatan ketrampilan praktis, pengembangan pedagogik berbasis teknologi, Peningkatan Inisiatif dan Eksplorasi serta Kolaborasi yang lebih erat.

Abstract

Peran pendampingan kepala sekolah terhadap guru terutama dalam hal meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran merupakan hal yang penting untuk diteliti di era kurikulum merdeka ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan bagaimana peran kepala sekolah dalam merencanakan, mengorganisasikan, melaksanakan dan melakukan pengawasan pada program pendampingan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kepala SD Islam Nurus Sunnah telah melakukan perencanaan dan pengorganisasian program pendampingan terhadap guru dengan melibatkan wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum dalam merencanakan program dan melakukan pendampingan; 2) program pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala yang dialami guru dalam pembelajaran gara dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran; 3) pelaksanaan program pendampingan ini menyeluruh kepada seluruh guru dan tidak dipublikasikan jadwal observasi agar hasil lebih alamiah; 4) terdapat guru yang telah melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan baik kemudian diberi wadah untuk berbagi praktik baik pada forum diskusi guru dan bagi guru yang yang membutuhkan pendampingan lebih akan mengikuti kegiatan coaching. Kata Kunci: Pendampingan, Kualitas Pembelajaran.
