Abstract

The industrial sector is experiencing competitive pressure as a function of the desire to better manage its resources, especially their human resources. Therefore, the corporation must create the most of its efforts to improve these human resources if it is to attain high levels of employee performance and productivity. The targets or goals for PT. Sarana Warna Megah are not even reached because of several their employee problems. The objective of this research is to indicate and examine the potential simultaneous, partial, and dominating impacts that work discipline, motivation, and occupational safety and health variables may have on employee performance and productivity at PT. Sarana Warna Megah Surabaya. 60 respondents composed the sample for this research. Probability sampling was used to conduct out the sampling process. Multiple linear regression analysis is the analysis method employed, and the f-test (simultaneous), t-test (partial), and dominant are utilized for hypothesis testing. The results of this research indicate that employee performance and productivity are significantly influenced by work discipline, motivation, and occupational safety and health. The findings indicate that factors such as work discipline, motivation, and occupational safety and health have a partial impact on employee performance and productivity. Occupational discipline and motivation are other factors that affect employee performance and productivity, but occupational safety and health are the ones that have the biggest impact.

Abstract

Managing human resources well is important for an organisation to be able to compete with other more advanced organisations, however, in managing human resources is different from other sources, it requires an effort to establish a harmonious relationship between workers and the organisation. Therefore, the research aims to determine and examine the variables of leadership style, motivation and work discipline that have a simultaneous, partial, and dominant effect on employee performance at PT Mega Daya Motor Surabaya (Mazda, East Java branch). The approach used is a quantitative approach. The data collection used was interviews, questionnaires, and observation. In addition, the sampling technique in this research used probability sampling technique with 60 respondents, employees of PT Mega Daya Motor Surabaya. The results of testing the model simultaneously obtained the value of F count 30.909> F table 2.77. Moreover, the resulting significant value is 0.000 which is < α = 5% = 0.05, so it can be concluded Leadership Style (X1), Motivation (X2) and Work Discipline (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) PT Mega Daya Motor Surabaya (Mazda, East Java Branch).

Abstract

Recruitment is to provide qualified prospective employees in line with the company’s strategy, insight and values to help reduce the possibility of employee turnover. The recruitment process at PMN Mekaar Unit Kadur 2 pays more attention to the quantity aspect. This can be seen from the fact that prospective employees who register there are accepted easily, because the conditions are easy and the process is short. The focus of this research is the recruitment and selection process in improving employee performance at PNM Mekaar Unit Kadur 2. The objective of this research are to 1) determnine the employee recruitment and selection process, 2) identify obstacles in the recruitment adn selection process, and 3) determine the effectiveness recruitment and selection in improving employee performance at PNM Mekaar Unit Kadur 2. The methot use in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis technique with basic research. For data collection, interview techniques, focus groups, documentation were used. The result of the research show that 1) The stages of the recruitment process include employee request, publication of job vacancies, application process, job interviews and psychological tests, employee selection and field test, and employment contracts. 2) The obstacle faced by the company is that employees easily get discouraged, due to the toxic environment and non compliance with work contracts, and 3) Through the five effectiveness criteria, recruitment and selection are found to be ineffective. Meanwhile, through the six employee perfomance criteriam the recruitment and selection process has a very positive effect on employee performance in the quality, quantity and cost effectiveness indicators and has a negative effect on employee performance in the timelines, need for supervision and interpersonal impact indicators.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah untuk melatih guru dalam Strategi Komunikasi Guru Dalam Membina Kemampuan  Menghafal surat (Ayat-ayat ) Pendek  di TK Al-Bina Desa Sakra Timur, Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Hal ini didasarkan atas masih kurangnya pengalaman dan keterampilan guru dalam mengemabangkan strategi menghafal ayat-ayat pendek dalam Al-qur;an. Target khusus yang dicapai dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah memberikan penguatan serta meningkatkan kecakapan guru dalam menggunakan Strategi Komunikasi Guru Dalam Membina Kemampuan  Menghafal surat (Ayat-ayat ) Pendek. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan yang bersifat partisipatif. semua guru yang ada di lembaga tersebut menjadi peserta pelatihan dalam pengabdian masyarakat. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini meliputi pemberian materi mengenai strategi komunikasi dan metode Guru Dalam Membina Kemampuan  Menghafal Ayat-ayat Pendek. Hal ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk penguatan  dan kemampuan guru dalam strategi komunikasi guru dalam membina kemampuan  menghafal surat (ayat-ayat) pendek. Setelah penguatan konseptual, kemudian melakukan pendampingan intensif dalam praktik evaluasi  dengan berdasar pada mekanisme evaluasi program yang terstandar mulai dari pemilihan program yang akan dievaluasi, formulasi tujuan, penentuan model evaluasi yang digunakan, pengembangan instrumen, pengumpula data, dan analisis data dari hasil evaluasi program. Untuk menjaga keberlanjutan hasil dari kegiatan ini, pendampingan terus dilakukan antara guru dengan Tim Pelaksan pengabdian sehingga tujuan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dapat tercapai secara optimal.

Abstract

Komputer bagi anak usia dini merupakan suatu kebutuhan untuk diajarkan dan digunakan oleh anak agar tidak gagap teknologi (gaptek) dalam menghadapi dunia yang terus maju dan berkembang akan kemajuan teknologi itu sendiri. Komputer akan memberikan pengaruh positif bila digunakan dengan bijaksana, yaitu membantu pengembangan intelektual dan motorik anak. Namun juga dapat memberikan dampak yang negatif, yaitu bila anak-anak dibiarkan menggunakan komputer secara sembarangan tanpa adanya pengawasan, pengaruhnya pun bisa jadi anak menjadi kecanduan main game pada komputer. Mengenalkan komputer pada anak, amat tergantung pada kesiapan orangtua dalam mengenalkan dan mengawasi anak saat bermain komputer. Karenanya, kepada semua orangtua, perlu diingatkan peran penting mereka dalam pemanfaatan komputer bagi anak. Berikan kesempatan pada anak untuk belajar dan berinteraksi dengan komputer sejak dini. Apalagi mengingat penggunaan komputer adalah sesuatu yang tidak bisa dihindari pada saat ini dan masa yang akan datang. Pilihlah perangkat lunak tertentu yang memang ditujukan untuk anak-anak. Sekalipun yang dipilih merupakan program komputer seperti edutainment ataupun games, sesuaikan selalu dengan usia dan kemampuan anak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mencari tahu dampak yang diberikan oleh  Rekrutmen, Pelatihan, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Dunkindo Cipta Rasa Surabaya. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh karyawan PT Dunkindo Cipta Rasa Surabaya, dengan sampel yang diambil menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yang melibatkan 96 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan analisis kuantitatif, menggunakan data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh melalui penelitian dokumen dan penyebaran kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala Likert. Data diolah menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Rekrutmen, Pelatihan, dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Dunkindo Cipta Rasa Surabaya, dengan Lingkungan Kerja sebagai variabel yang paling dominan.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and examine the effectiveness of a group counseling model utilizing nature sound music therapy techniques to reduce students' academic anxiety. Academic anxiety is a significant psychological barrier that affects students' concentration, motivation, and academic achievement. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method with a quantitative approach. The research subjects were students from SMP IT Faris Abdul Majid, selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through academic anxiety scale measurements conducted before (pretest) and after (posttest) the intervention, utilizing a quasi-experimental design involving experimental and control groups. The results indicate that the group counseling model based on nature sound music therapy techniques is significantly effective in reducing students' academic anxiety (p < 0.05). Students in the experimental group experienced a reduction in anxiety from a high to a moderate level, whereas the control group did not show significant changes. The intervention involved group discussions, reflections, and exposure to anxiety-provoking situations to train emotional regulation and relaxation skills. This study provides theoretical and practical contributions to the field of guidance and counseling, particularly through the application of nature sound music therapy as an innovative approach to addressing academic anxiety. The findings are recommended for implementation in school counseling services to support the holistic development of students' mental health and potential.

Abstract

Abstract This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that uses several previous studies as the main focus in exploring in more depth the research being carried out. The data used in this research is primary data that researchers distributed to Wulling leaders and employees spread throughout Indonesia. The data distributed using an online questionnaire instrument contains 4 statements out of 16 statements on the dependent variable, 6 questions, the independent variable, 6 questions, and the moderate variable, 4 questions. The data must go through several stages first, starting with the validity test, reliability test and path coefficient. From the characteristics of the explanation that the researcher describes, it can be seen that the analysis tool used is smart PLS 4.0. Thereult show that the CEO Power variable has a positive relationship and has a significant influence on the Company Performance variable because superior policies, superior power, superior networks, and superior behavior can change everything to the point that it has an impact. on Company Performance. The results that the researcher concluded were caused by the P-Values which were positive and were below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.017. Apart from that, the Good Corporate Governance variable can strengthen the influence of the CEO Power variable on company performance because good policies issued by the leadership are part of Good Corporate Governance and good governance is the result of good superior policies as well. This means that both Good Corporate Governance and CEO Power are two things that influence each other. The results that the researchers concluded were caused by the same thing because the P-Vlaues value was positive and was below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.017. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh level penambahan tepung maggot black soldier didalam ransum terhadap performan ayam joper. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 27 Oktober sampai 23 Desember 2023 yang berlokasi di jalan sepakat 2 Perumdam, kelurahan Kandang Mas, kecamatan Kampung Melayu, kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan (P1, P2, P3, P4) dan 4 ulangan, dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 16 unit kandang ayam joper dan setiap kandang terdiri dari 4 ekor ayam joper maka membutuhkan DOC ayam joper sebanyak 64 ekor. Perlakuan yang diuji adalah P1= (5%) penggunaan tepung maggot, P2= (10%) penggunaan tepung maggot, P3= (15%) penggunaan tepung maggot dan P4= (20%) penggunaan tepung maggot. Ransum yang digunakan untuk setiap perlakuan adalah : Jagung kuning giling, dedak padi, konsentrat, premik, tepung maggot dengan kandungan protein 20,56% dan energi metabolisme 3236 kkal/kg. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan tepung maggot sampai level 20% dalam ransum tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap bobot akhir dan organ dalam ayam joper(P>0,05) Kata Kunci: tepung maggot,bobot akhir,organ dalam, ayam joper

Abstract

Human resources are assets and priorities for the company, production activities cannot be carried out optimally and significant losses can occur. From human or employee activities can cause workload, although the level of workload on employees will be different. PT. XYZ is a company engaged in manufacturing the production of bathroom doors from galvanized steel. Production workers often feel the workload, it is complained about by the decline in performance and productivity of work in meeting the company's targets and demands. One of these factors is mental burden that exceeds capacity, thus having an impact on mental health or stress. The purpose of the study was to determine the level of mental workload by measuring and analyzing using the NASA Task Load Index (NASA-TLX) method. The NASA-TLX method is a measurement of mental workload with six indicators, namely Physical Demand, Mental Demand, Temporal Demand, Performance, Effrot, and Frustration. Of the 35 samples of workers in the production unit at PT. XYZ obtained an average score of 85 indicating the "Very High" category with the highest indicators being Effort and Physical Demand. This is influenced by the lack of ergonomic factors of a comfortable and safe work environment system.
