Abstract

BMT Surya Abadi Jenangan is a sharia financial institution or cooperative-based Islamic economic institution located in Jenangan, Ponorogo, which prioritizes the principles of people's economy and Muhammadiyah ideology, this BMT aims to improve people's welfare through the development of sharia economy in the community. The results of the study show that BMT Surya Abadi Jenangan has succeeded in carrying out its objectives in growing the sharia economy as follows: 1). Sales of sharia BMT products, 2). Facilitating the provision of financing to entrepreneurs, 3). Types of financing using sharia contracts.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Ummi method in improving students’ memorization and translation skills of the Qur’an at MI Kresna Mlilir Dolopo Madiun. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. The subjects consisted of the principal, Qur’an–Hadith teachers, and students from grades IV to VI. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used Miles and Huberman’s interactive model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the implementation of the Ummi method was carried out through several stages: tashih (correction of recitation), talaqqi (direct learning), murojaah (repetition), and tasmi’ (listening test). The method effectively enhanced students’ Qur’anic memorization abilities and improved their understanding of verse meanings through simple translation activities. Supporting factors include certified teachers, strong institutional support, and parental involvement in home practice, while inhibiting factors involve differences in students’ abilities and limited learning time. Overall, the Ummi method proved effective in increasing students’ Qur’an memorization and translation skills at MI Kresna Mlilir Dolopo Madiun

Abstract

Program pendampingan UMKM di Surabaya Timur bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan pelanggan melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan terstruktur. Program ini melibatkan 15 kelompok UMKM dari berbagai sektor usaha, dengan fokus pada peningkatan komunikasi, penanganan keluhan, dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam aspek kualitas layanan, komunikasi, serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital, yang berdampak pada peningkatan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 25% dan 20% secara berturut-turut. Pendampingan ini juga meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap pentingnya teknologi digital dalam memperbaiki layanan, meningkatkan jangkauan pasar, dan meningkatkan efisiensi. Kesimpulannya, program ini berhasil memperkuat daya saing UMKM di pasar lokal dengan memberikan keterampilan yang relevan dan praktis dalam pengelolaan layanan pelanggan. Hal ini berkontribusi positif terhadap keberlanjutan usaha dan pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal di Surabaya Timur

Abstract

Slowly a civilization that is changing, all aspects are required to follow the flow of change, including educational institutions, especially Islamic boarding schools. Like it or not, Islamic boarding schools must have a quality in the midst of the development of this era to maintain their existence in the world of education and be able to produce human resources that are relevant to the needs of the community. This study aims to find out: (1) How is the education of PPTQ students Fatimah Az-zahra. (2) How is the parenting strategy for PPTQ Fatimah Az-Zahra students (3) How is the parenting strategy for PPTQ Fatimah Az-Zahra students from the perspective of education quality management, while this study uses qualitative methods using a descriptive approach and researchers take data sources from primary data, namely the main data which will be processed and analyzed sourced from observations and direct interviews with related parties, secondary data or complementary data in the form of documentation. As for the results of the research (1) education at PPTQ Fatimah Az-zahra there is academic and non-academic education where the academic curriculum uses the Indonesian Dakwah Council curriculum equivalent to education in Dirosah Islamiyah (D2) and non-academic in the form of a tahfidz diploma. (2) The parenting strategy is carried out in collaboration with the recitation assembly in Magetan and monitoring by conducting evaluations every week, month and year (3) Implementation of the parenting strategy for students from the perspective of education quality management at PPTQ Fatimah Az-zahra using planning, oraginizing , actuacting, controlling (POAC).

Abstract

Stock trading on the capital market is one of the investment activities. The capital market has become one of the places where transactions on securities can be carried out. Given the importance of expertise in this field, there is an internship for students to apply the knowledge previously acquired from the Capital Market School. The highly expected output of the internship activity is that students are able to read stock price movements, where they understand when it is time to buy stocks and when it was time to sell stocks, to be able to make a profit. Participants who take part in this internship will have skills in Opening Stock Account Administration up to the release of RDN, Selling Buy Stock Practices, Analysis of Stock Price Movement Transaction Graphs, and Knowledge of Advanced Material for BPPE Certification.

Abstract

Investment is the activity of putting a quantity of capital (money or other valuable assets) into an object, institution, or party with the hope that after a certain period of time it will make a profit. The term "investment" is becoming more and more common amongst society given the increasing number of products produced. With the increasing number of investment products, investing is becoming very complex especially for public investors who have not really understood the intricacies of investing. This capital market school activity lasted for one day. Some of the materials that will be introduced concern general knowledge of investment and capital markets provided by experts in their field. The expected outcome of this capital market activity is that students as participants of the Capital Market school activities, can understand the activities that take place in the Capital market easily through the delivery of materials, discussions, or through practice in person. After the implementation of the activities of this Capital Market School, then the participants  can gain several benefits which can be used to make transactions in the capital market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan bukan sekedar mengesahkan asumsi peneliti, namun, lebih pada tujuan dari penelitian, yaitu: Mengetahui Bagaiman Pemanfaatan Media Permainan Edukatif Kreatif Dalam Melatih Keterampilan Sosial Anak Paud Permata Bangsa. Sehingga mampu membuat pemikir/pendidik pendidikan anak usia dini bersikap aktif untuk mengarahkan agar peserta didik mampu mengaktualisasikan pemnbelajaran dalam dirinya dan lingkungan dimana ia berada. Model penelitian dilakukan berdasarkan penyusunan data menurut Miles dan Huberman, tahapan yang dilalui yaitu reduksi data, display data dan kesimpulan. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data kualitatif yang digunakan untuk menjelaskan hasil penelitian. Penelitianini bukan sekedar bertujuan mengesahkan asumsi peneliti, namun, lebih pada tujuan dari penelitian, yaitu: Mengetahui Bagaiman Pemanfaatan Media Permainan Edukatif Kreatif Dalam Melatih Keterampilan Sosial Anak Paud Permata Bangsa? Tahapan yang sudah dilaksanakan selama penelitian berlangsung, dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lembaga Paud Permata Bangsa belum maksimal dalam Mengetahui Bagaiman Pemanfaatan Media Permainan Edukatif Kreatif Dalam Melatih Keterampilan Sosial Anak Paud Permata Bangsa dikarenakan masih kurannya tenaga profesional, anak-anak masih harus beradaptasi dengan kegiatan permainan sosial, masih harus pelatihan dalam mengambangkan media permainan yang kratif yang mampu menstimulasi keterampilan sosial anak, menggali konpetensi keperibadian, konpetensi sosial dan konpetensi pedagogik serta melakukan sosialisasi atau pelatihan dalam rangka mengmbangkan ragam media permainan yang bisa menstimulasi perkembangan keterampilan sosial anak. Kata Kunci : Permainan Edukatif Kreatif, Keterampilan Sosial.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the use of file items as a learning medium to develop the creativity of children aged 4-5 years. This type of research is a quantitative research design Pres Experimentak Desaigns, namely one Shot Case Study. The study sample consisted of 60 children in RA Al Ma'arif Jambu. Data mining techniques with interviews, observations, documentation and tests. Data analysis techniques include normality test, homogeneity, Independent Sample T-Test, Mann-Whitney U Test. The results of the study that the t-count value was 4.783 > tcount 2.093, and the sig value was 0.000 < 0.05 so that it can be concluded that there is a difference in the average results of the post-test percentage results between the experimental class and the control class. The average score of the experimental class using used children's creativity got a score of 92 and in the conventional learning control class got a score of 80.25. Thus, experimental classes with used media can be more effectively used to improve and develop children's creativity in RA Al Ma'arif Jambu.Key Words: Utilization of Used Goods as Media, Creativity for Children Aged 4-5 Years Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan barang berkas sebagai media pembelajaran untuk mengembangkan Kreatifitas Anak Usia 4 - 5 Tahun. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif design Pres Experimentak Desaigns yaitu one Shot Case Study. Sampel penelitian terdari 60 anak di RA Al Ma`arif Jambu. Teknik penggalian data dengan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data meliputi uji normalitas, homogenitas, uji Independent Sample T-Test, Uji Mann-Whitney U Test. Hasil penelitian bahwa nilai t-hitung 4,783 > thitung 2,093, dan nilai sig 0,000 < 0.05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan hasil rata-ratanya hasil prosentase post-test antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Nilai rata rata kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan barang bekas kreativitas anak mendapat nilai sebesar 92 dan pada kelas kontrol pembelajaran menggunakan konvensional mendapat nilai 80,25. dengan demikian maka kelas eksperimen dengan media barang bekas lebih efektif dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kreatifitas anak di RA Al Ma`arif Jambu.Kata Kunci: Pemanfaatan Barang Bekas Sebagai Media, Kreativitas Anak Usia 4 – 5 Tahun

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana keefektifitasan bimbingan klasikal terhadap penggunaan media sosial dan pertahanan akulturasi budaya pada generasi z. Banyak generasi Z yang terlahir dalam rentang 2000-2024 terdampak dari penggunaan smartphone untuk mengakses berita terkini dan tidak memperhatikan kembali budaya lokal yang ada. Pengaruh ini besar bagi terancamnya literasi budaya yang ditularkan dari gen X kepada kaum generasi Z. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian literature yang menggunakan beberapa literature tentang keefektifitasan bimbingan kelompok dan pengaruh penggunaan media soal terhadap akulturasi budaya pada generasi Z untuk dikaji dan disimpukan hasilnya. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa media sosial memiliki dampak pergeseran budaya bagi generasi z di lingkungan sekitar terlebih dalam cara berpakaian, bahasa dan tingkah laku. Oleh karenanya, metode layanan bimbingan klasikal inilah yang kami pilih sebagai solusi pemecahan masalah yang ditimbulakan, yang mana dapat membantu individu agar mampu menyesuaikan diri, mampu mengambil keputusan untuk hidupnya sendiri, mampu beradaptasi dalam kelompok, mampu menerima support atau dapat memberikan support teman-temannya.

Abstract

Companies must keep improving themselves by increasing their resources to cope with severe competition. In order for a company to survive, it must be able to deal with problems from within and from outside. The study aims to investigate how transformational and transactional leadership styles affect employee performance. The study involved 50 employees of the Ni Made Tjandra Kasih Public Assessment Office in Surabaya. Fifty employees of Ni Made tjandra kasih public assessment office in Surabaya consisted of different levels of management, occupational responsibilities, gender, and educational backgrounds. The research found that transformational leadership and transactional leadership improved employee performance at the Ni Made Tjandra Kasih Surabaya Public Assessment Office, and that transformative leadership as well as transactional leadership also improved employees performance.
