Abstract

The level of education in Indonesia is still dominated by low-educated people. There are various factors that cause children in Indonesia not to have a good education, namely the low quality of physical facilities. Learning in kindergarten can be developed using various methods, one of which is the storytelling method. Fairy tales are simple stories that don't really happen. Fairy tales function to convey morals (educate) and also entertain. Storytelling activities will be able to increase children's growth and development and develop various kinds of children's creativity, one of the creativity that can be developed is verbal creativity. Verbal creativity is the ability to form new ideas or thoughts, and combine these ideas into something new based on existing information or elements. So it is felt necessary to carry out storytelling activities to improve children's verbal abilities. The method used in current service activities is in the form of direct practice in the form of storytelling activities using various media such as picture books, hand puppets, the use of vocal techniques and can also bring in storytellers or fairy tale experts, so that the storytelling activities are more interesting. The result of this storytelling activity is that there is an increase in children's verbal abilities after and during the storytelling activity, and for schools it can be an innovation in the learning process.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah untuk melatih guru dalam Strategi Komunikasi Guru Dalam Membina Kemampuan  Menghafal surat (Ayat-ayat ) Pendek  di TK Al-Bina Desa Sakra Timur, Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Hal ini didasarkan atas masih kurangnya pengalaman dan keterampilan guru dalam mengemabangkan strategi menghafal ayat-ayat pendek dalam Al-qur;an. Target khusus yang dicapai dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah memberikan penguatan serta meningkatkan kecakapan guru dalam menggunakan Strategi Komunikasi Guru Dalam Membina Kemampuan  Menghafal surat (Ayat-ayat ) Pendek. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan yang bersifat partisipatif. semua guru yang ada di lembaga tersebut menjadi peserta pelatihan dalam pengabdian masyarakat. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini meliputi pemberian materi mengenai strategi komunikasi dan metode Guru Dalam Membina Kemampuan  Menghafal Ayat-ayat Pendek. Hal ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk penguatan  dan kemampuan guru dalam strategi komunikasi guru dalam membina kemampuan  menghafal surat (ayat-ayat) pendek. Setelah penguatan konseptual, kemudian melakukan pendampingan intensif dalam praktik evaluasi  dengan berdasar pada mekanisme evaluasi program yang terstandar mulai dari pemilihan program yang akan dievaluasi, formulasi tujuan, penentuan model evaluasi yang digunakan, pengembangan instrumen, pengumpula data, dan analisis data dari hasil evaluasi program. Untuk menjaga keberlanjutan hasil dari kegiatan ini, pendampingan terus dilakukan antara guru dengan Tim Pelaksan pengabdian sehingga tujuan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dapat tercapai secara optimal.

Abstract

Masalah penelitian ini adalah sikap disiplin siswa rendah, agar kedisiplinan dapat ditingkatkan maka siswa perlu diberikan arahan melalui bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan teknik modeling. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Teknik Behavioristik terhadap Sikap disiplin Siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pre-test and post-test group. Populasi dalam penelitian sebanyak 26 orang siswa dan sampel sebanyak 15 orang siswa yang memiliki kedisiplinan rendah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, metode wawancara, metode dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik statistik t-tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh konseling behavior terhadap sikap disiplin anak, dimana nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari pada nilai tabel sebesar 12,114 dan nilai t tabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan 2,145, jadi t-hitung lebih besar dari pada tabel yaitu 12,114> 2,145. Dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang artinya: Ada Pengaruh Konseling Behavioristik terhadap Sikap Disiplin Pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun di PAUD Al-Khair Udayana Mataram Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022, maka hasil penelitian ini dinyatakan signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dalam pengembangan keterampilan berbicara anak usia 4-5 tahun dengan memanfaatkan media audiovisual di TK Strada Kampung Sawah. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus, masing-masing terdiri dari tiga pertemuan yang meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 20 anak usia 4-5 tahun di TK Strada Kampung Sawah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media audiovisual berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap perkembangan keterampilan berbicara anak. Sebelum tindakan, kemampuan berbicara anak dikategorikan sebagai Belum Berkembang (BB) sebesar 20%, Mulai Berkembang (MB) sebesar 65%, dan Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH) sebesar 15%. Setelah siklus I, kategori meningkat menjadi Mulai Berkembang (MB) sebesar 50% dan Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH) sebesar 50%. Pada siklus II, perkembangan lebih lanjut terlihat dengan 20% anak mencapai kategori Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH) dan 80% anak mencapai kategori Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa media audiovisual efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara anak usia TK.

Abstract

The basic principles of inclusive education that values differences and promotes equality are very much in line with Islamic values that encourage respect for humanity, patience, and compassion for others. However, in practice, teaching Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in inclusive schools requires significant adjustments, both in curriculum preparation and in material delivery. Teachers are not only required to understand religious teachings in depth, but also need to have adaptive pedagogical skills, so that they can convey religious concepts, such as the pillars of faith, the pillars of Islam, or the stories of the prophets, in a way that can be understood by students with various limitations. Islamic Religious Education learning in the context of inclusive schools presents its own challenges for teachers, especially in dealing with students with special needs who have diverse abilities and learning styles. This study explores various strategies used by teachers in teaching Islamic Religious Education in an inclusive environment, including differentiation methods, curriculum adaptation, and collaboration between teachers, parents, and support staff. The results show that the success of Islamic Religious Education learning in inclusive schools is highly dependent on the ability of teachers to adapt learning methods to the needs of each student, as well as support from the school and family environment. The findings highlight the need for continuous professional development programs to enhance teachers’ adaptive pedagogical skills in inclusive education settings. It is recommended that schools strengthen collaboration with families and support staff to create a more inclusive learning environment for Islamic Religious Education.

Abstract

This paper is a paper that uses the study of language and text as well as in presenting data, in this study the theme adopted is the Islamic Boarding School and Nature Conservation: Islamic Boarding School Reading With Hermeneutic Studies on Surat al-Baqarah verse 35 Related to Forest Conservation Protection in Indonesia. There are three important questions related to this study, first, how is the relationship (pesantren al-Quran) of the Koran with the Semsta or Nature Conservation? how is the Hermenutics Concept of Developing Ulumul Al-Quran in Indonesia and its Application in the Study of Reading the Al-Quran Text? the third is how the Reading of the Hermenutic Study of Surah Al-Baqarah verse 35 is related to the conservation of Protection Forest in Indonesia. Abstract

The Increasing English Vocabulary Introduction Through Picture Card Games In ChildrenClass B PAUD Nurul Arafah Sembalia Sub-District East Lombok In The academic year2016/2017 can increase with little direction. The purpose of this research is to know theimprovement of vocabulary introduction in child's English through the picture card game inClass B of PAUD Nurul Arafah of Sembalia Sub-district, East Lombok In The academic year2016/2017. The results showed an increase in vocabulary in English through a picture cardgame in children in the class b PAUD nurul arafah sub district with a little direction. Theresearch method used is to use action research class (Action Research) with the subject ofresearch is Class B PAUD Nurul Arafah District Sembalia East Lombok district with thenumber of subjects 19 children. Technique of collecting data with menggiunakan observation,interview, observation and Sheet In English Through Picture Card Game Image Year2016/2017. assessment (field notes). the results of research in the first cycle is 53.49% and inthe second cycle increased by 77.27% it can be concluded that the increase of the I-II cycleincreased on average by 22.12%. %. Abstract

Kemampuan kognitif ini merupakan akal pikiran dari manusia yang harus dikembangkan bersamaan dengan kemampuan yang lainnya (Bahasa,sosial-emosional, moral dan agama). Tulisan mengakaji tentang pengembangan kemampuan kognitif anak melalui pendekatan pembelajaran kontektual teaching lerning yang berlndaskan oleh beberapa makna atau arti tentang kognitif yaitu; 1) kognitif adalah kemampuan untuk berpikir secara abstrak. 2). bahwa kognitif adalah kemampuan untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungan, 3) kognitif adalah intelektual ditambah dengan pengetahuan, 4). bahwa kognitif adalah teknik untuk memproses informasi yang disediakan oleh indra. Terdapat beberapa alternative yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan kognitif yaitu dengan pendekatan pembelajaran Contextual Teaching Learning dapat diterapkan dalam kurikulum apa saja, bidang study apa saja, dan kelas yang bagaimanapun keadaannya, dalam pendekatan pembelajaran Contextual Teaching Learning dengan melakukan hal sebagai berikut: (1). menstimulasi pemikiran anak dengan cara bekerja sendiri, dan mengkonstruksi sendiri pengetahuan dan keterampilan  barunya. (2) melakukan pembelajaran melalui kegiatan inkuiri untuk semua topic/tema (3). Mengembangkan rasa ingin tahu dengan memberikan kesempatan untuk bertanya. (4). menciptakan suasana masyarakat belajar. (5). Menghadirkan contoh pembelajaran melalui  refleksi di akhir pertemuan (5). Melakukan penilaian .penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan research and development (R&D) yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan memvalidasi produk pendidikan, teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah; metode tes,wawancara dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran kontextual teaching learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif anak pada kelompok B di TK darul Muhsinin.Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Kognitif, Contextual Teaching Learning

Abstract

Abstract This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that uses several previous studies as the main focus in exploring in more depth the research being carried out. The data used in this research is primary data that researchers distributed to Wulling leaders and employees spread throughout Indonesia. The data distributed using an online questionnaire instrument contains 4 statements out of 16 statements on the dependent variable, 6 questions, the independent variable, 6 questions, and the moderate variable, 4 questions. The data must go through several stages first, starting with the validity test, reliability test and path coefficient. From the characteristics of the explanation that the researcher describes, it can be seen that the analysis tool used is smart PLS 4.0. Thereult show that the CEO Power variable has a positive relationship and has a significant influence on the Company Performance variable because superior policies, superior power, superior networks, and superior behavior can change everything to the point that it has an impact. on Company Performance. The results that the researcher concluded were caused by the P-Values which were positive and were below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.017. Apart from that, the Good Corporate Governance variable can strengthen the influence of the CEO Power variable on company performance because good policies issued by the leadership are part of Good Corporate Governance and good governance is the result of good superior policies as well. This means that both Good Corporate Governance and CEO Power are two things that influence each other. The results that the researchers concluded were caused by the same thing because the P-Vlaues value was positive and was below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.017. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this research can be accepted and proven. Keywords: CEO Power, Good Corporate Governance, Company Performance

Abstract

The problem in this study is the less than optimal efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in implementing the open-ended learning model for seventh-grade students at Junior High School Negeri 1 Kinali, West Pasaman Regency. The impact is seen in the low level of active student participation, where most students tend to be quiet, passive, and less likely to contribute to the learning process. The purpose of this study is to describe the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in implementing the open-ended model and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods to describe in detail and in depth the teachers' efforts in implementing the model. The study was also conducted from an Islamic religious education perspective, which views learning as a means of instilling values, attitudes, and critical thinking skills in students. The research subjects consisted of Islamic Religious Education teachers and seventh-grade students. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed qualitatively by considering the perspectives of teachers and students. The results show that teachers' efforts include lesson planning with appropriate objectives, materials, methods, and media, implementation through the presentation of open-ended problems that encourage critical and creative thinking, and evaluation that assesses various possible answers. Supporting factors include school support, student enthusiasm, and the availability of learning media. Inhibiting factors include time constraints, differences in student abilities, and a lack of teacher training. This research can serve as baseline data for further research efforts to improve the quality of Islamic Religious Education learning.
