Abstract

Infeksi saluran kemih (ISK) bawah seperti uretritis, sistisis, epididimis, prostatitis merupakan inflamasi kandung kemih yang paling sering disebabkan oleh infeksi asenden dari uretra. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengobatan apa saja yang diberikan pada pasien ISK dan mengetahui kerasionalan penggunaan antibiotik pada pasien ISK. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Pendidikan Universitas Hasanuddin (RSP UNHAS) pada tahun 2021 - 2022. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rekam medik pasien ISK rawat jalan. Penilaian kondisi pasien dilakukan dengan membandingkan data pada literatur Drug Information Handbook edisi 24, Guideline Urological Infections 2015 dan modul penggunaan obat rasional Kemenkes RI 2011. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada pasien ISK bawah paling banyak menderita pada pasien perempuan (57,3%) dibandingkan dengan laki-laki (41,3%). Berdasarkan usia ISK bawah tertinggi terjadi pada kelompok umur 23-78 dibandingkan dengan usia kurang dari 22 tahun. Penggunaan antibiotik rasional sebanyak 70 kasus (92,01%) dan melebihi waktu yang direkomendasikan sebanyak 4 kasus (5,3%). Akan tetapi sebagian besar kasus tidak rasional disebabkan oleh kondisi penyakit pasien yang tidak membaik.

Abstract

Teaching Indonesian for Foreigners Online: Pre-service English teachers Constraints. Objectives: Thus, the research aimed to know the constraints of teaching Indonesian for foreigners online. Methods: The researcher employed qualitative research. The research sample was  20 pre-service teachers who taught Indonesian for foreigners in online mode. The total foreigners were about twenty.The research used semi-structured interview to gather the data. Then, to analyze the data, several stages were done namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion. Findings: The result showed that in the pre-activity, the teacher did not know how to master the online application. Besides, the teacher was nervous to teach foreigners because the teacher was not usual to teach foreigner with different cultural background. In main activity, the teacher found that students were bored and also lack of Indonesian skill, like grammar, pronunciation and vocabulary. In the post-activity, the teacher did not know how to do online assessment for teaching indonesian. Conclusion: In short, the teachers’ constratins were existed in the teaching Indonesian for foreigners in online mode. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui analisis kebutuhan dari produk yang dikembangkan dalam video animasi pembelajaran tema organ tubuh manusia terintegrasi nilai-nilai keislaman, (2) mengetahui rancangan video animasipembelajaran siswa(3) mengetahui validitas pengembangan video animasi pembelajaran, (4) mengetahui praktikalitas pembelajaran video animasi tema organ tubuh manusia pada siswa kelas 5 SDN 18 Maroangin. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari analisis data dan pembahasan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Analisis kebutuhan dari produk yang dikembangkan dalam video animasi pembelajaran tema organ tubuh manusia terintegrasi nilai-nilai keislaman pada siswa kelas 5 SDN 18 Maroangin yaknik analisis masalah dan analisis kebutuhan. (2) Rancangan video animasipembelajaran di SDN 18 Maroangin terdiri dari rancangan awal yaitu pembuatan peta materi dan pembuatan storyboad selanjutnya tahap pengembangan yaitu pemilihan karakter, penambahan materi serta penambahan animasi. (3) Validitas pengembangan video animasi pembelajaran terdiri dari ahli materi dengan skor 93,75%, ahli media mendapat skor 83,75% dan ahli bahasa dengan skor 90% serta semua masuk dalam kategori “sangat layak”. (4) Praktikalitas video animasi pembelajaran dari guru mendapat skor 97,73% masuk dalam kategori “sangat praktis” dan untuk siswa mendapat skor 71,3% serta masuk dalam kriteria “praktis”.

Abstract

Penelitian ini fokus pada evaluasi penerapan media pembelajaran video animasi dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) di SDN 52 Pattedong, Kecamatan Ponrang Selatan, Kabupaten Luwu. Metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) digunakan selama dua siklus, melibatkan 16 peserta didik kelas IV sebagai subjek. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes untuk mengukur dampaknya terhadap hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada siklus I, sebanyak 66,875% peserta didik mencapai standar penilaian. Meskipun demikian, karena belum mencapai target yang ditentukan, peneliti melanjutkan ke siklus II. Pada siklus II, terjadi peningkatan signifikan hingga mencapai 88,75%. Dengan persentase ini, peneliti menghentikan tindakan dan menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan video animasi dapat efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar IPAS peserta didik. Implikasi penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya integrasi media pembelajaran inovatif, seperti video animasi, dalam proses pengajaran. Guru diharapkan menerapkan pendekatan serupa untuk memaksimalkan potensi pembelajaran dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang dinamis dan memotivasi, sehingga meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di SDN 52 Pattedong Kecamatan Ponrang Kabupaten Luwu.

Abstract

Dampak Psikososial Peserta Didik pada Pembelajaran Tatap Muka Pasca Pandemi di UPT SD 041 Padang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bgaimana perkembangan dan dampak psikososial peserta didik pada pembelajaran tatap muka pasca pandemi, penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Tehnik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, kodensasi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi atau penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah sekolah daring di lakukan dan pertemuan tatap muka kembali di lakukan sangat berdampak pada pembelajaran, bukan itu saja juga berpengaruh pada sikap social dan emosi peserta didik. Dampak yang dirasakan oleh peserta didik yang mana selama pembelajaran daring banyak materi yang tidak mereka pahami, kebiasaan bermalas-malasan saat pembelajaran daring juga menjadi alasan siswa belum siap untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran tatap muka.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how to organize classes during online learning during the covid-19 pandemic, and to find out what the inhibiting and supporting factors were at MI Assegaf Palembang. This study uses qualitative research methods, using a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this study through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants in this study were principals as key informants, education staff, and teachers as supporting informants. The data analysis used in this research is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The result of this study is that classroom organization during online learning during the pandemic has been going well, according to indicators that support the course of classroom organization, namely, curriculum, teachers, students, facilities, and media. The results of these indicators are 1) curriculum, which is very supportive of the course of the class organization; 2) teachers, that is, almost all of the teacher's tasks at the time of class organization have gone well; 3) students, namely in terms of class organization, students have carried out their duties appropriately; 4) facilities, namely in online learning, the facilities used are by the process; 5) media, namely the online learning process using WhatsApp media more often. The supporting factors are facilities owned by students such as cellphones, laptops, and internet access. The inhibiting factor is that some students still don't have cellphones and some parents still don't understand using cellphones for online learning.

Abstract

Inclusive education has become an important agenda in global educational reform, and the introduction of the Merdeka Curriculum in Indonesia represents a significant effort to strengthen equitable access for students with disabilities. However, limited research has examined how inclusive education is managed under this new curriculum in special schools. This study aimed to analyze the management of inclusive education through the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at SLB Negeri 1 Palopo, focusing on planning, implementation, and evaluation. A qualitative descriptive design was employed, involving the principal, vice principal for curriculum, and teachers as participants, selected purposively for their roles in curriculum management. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis, and analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model with triangulation to ensure trustworthiness. The results revealed that planning was conducted through the development of Individual Learning Plans (RPI), teacher training, and collaboration with external stakeholders. Implementation emphasized differentiated instruction, project-based learning, and the integration of technology to meet diverse student needs, while evaluation employed authentic and flexible methods such as portfolios, performance tasks, and parental involvement. These findings suggest that inclusive education management in special schools requires multi-stakeholder collaboration, teacher autonomy in instructional strategies, and adaptive evaluation systems. The study provides practical recommendations for strengthening teacher competencies, enhancing collaboration with external partners, and developing authentic assessment approaches to ensure the effective realization of inclusive education goals under the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of the singing method in enhancing the reading skills of first-grade students at SDN 30 Mattirowalie, Palopo City. The main objective of this study is to describe the implementation of the singing method in early reading instruction and to evaluate its impact on students' reading abilities. This research adopts a classroom action approach, combining qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods in data collection and analysis. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and tests conducted throughout the research cycle. The research process is divided into four main stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The researcher acts as a teacher, implementing the singing method in instruction, while the homeroom teacher serves as an observer to collect observational data. The implementation of the singing method proves to be effective, evidenced by increased student enthusiasm in the teaching and learning process and significant improvement in average test scores conducted at the end of each learning cycle. The results consistently improve students' early reading skills from cycle to cycle. The average score in cycle I was 38.2, increased to 57.6 in cycle II, and finally reached its peak in cycle III with an average score of 78.6. This improvement exceeds the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM) set by the school at 70, leading to the termination of the research in cycle III as the target has been successfully achieved.

Abstract

This study discusses the practicality of pop up book learning media on the material of let's save animals and plants in class VI MI Al-Ikhlas Balebo. The purpose of this study was to determine the specifications of pop up book learning media on the material of let's save animals and plants in class VI MI Al-Ikhlas Balebo; knowing the practicality of pop up book learning media on the material of let's save animals and plants in class VI MI Al-Ikhlas Balebo. This research uses a mixed method approach, namely by combining two qualitative methods and quantitative methods. This research was conducted at MI Al-Ikhlas Balebo, with grade VI teachers and 18 students as research subjects. Observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation are data collection methods. Qualitative and quantitative data analysis are two methods of data analysis. The results showed that pop up book learning media on the material of let's save animals and plants in a very practical category. Based on teacher interviews and student questionnaires, the practicality test resulted in a score of 85.6% with a very practical category. Pop up book teaching materials can be used in learning on this basis

Abstract

This thesis research using qualitative research through searching library data or library research. The method used in the discussion of the verse is the method of interpretation, which is used by the commentators in explaining the content of the verses of the Qur'an from various aspects by paying attention to the verses of the Qur'an as stated in the manuscripts. Starting with mentioning the verses to be interpreted, explaining the meaning of the lafaz contained in them, and explaining the contents of the verses. While the discussion method uses descriptive methods by collecting data, analyzing data and then drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it shows that in the Qur'an letter al-Baqarah there are values ​​of physical education, including physical health education, environmental health education (hygiene), mental health education, and education on maintaining a diet.
