Abstract

Student physics learning activities have been successfully analyzed through the direct instruction model using multimedia. This study aims to determine the activities and learning outcomes of students using multimedia. The type of this research is action classroom research and subjects are 33 students of eighth-grade Junior High School 5 Kendari. The results of the analysis show that the direct instruction model using multimedia in physics learning is very suitable for use in the learning process. This can be seen of the learning process among cycle 1 and cycle 2 averaging standards with good categories. It means that the learning outcomes could be improved by using multimedia. This is indicated by the score of students who have increase from cycle I to cycle II. The average score of learning outcomes in the first cycle is 63.73 with a percentage of 54.54%. While the average learning outcomes of the second cycle increased to 73.19 with a percentage of 78.78%.

Abstract

This study used a case study methodology to find out and collect information relating to the use of Google Classroom in learning in previous research articles. Based on the results of the information obtained are made in the form of table with the aim to determine the effectiveness of the use of Learning Management System based on Google Classroom in learning and the feasibility of Learning Management System based on Google Classroom as a learning media.Data from previous research results that have been obtained can be concluded that learning used Google Classroom is very effective,, because Google Classroom gets a lot of positive responses from students and other users. The feasibility of Google Classroom as a learning mediashows of excellent validation results, so it can be said to be feasible as a learning media.Keywords: Google Classroom, Learning Manegement System, Learning Penelitian ini menggunakan metodelogi studi kasus untuk mencari dan mengumpulkan informasi yang berkaitan dengan penggunaan Google Classroom dalam pembelajaran pada artikel penelitian sebelumnya. Berdasarkan hasil dari informasi yang diperoleh, kemudian dibuat dalam bentuk tabel dengan tujuan untukmengetahui efektifitas penggunaan Learning Management System berbasis Google Classroom dalam pembelajaran dan kelayakan Learning Management System berbasis Google Classroom sebagai media pembelajaran. Data hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang telah diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan Google Classroom sangat efektif, karena Google Classroom banyak mendapatkan respon positif dari siswa, mahasiswa, dan pengguna lainnya. Kelayakan Google Classroom sebagai media pembelajaran menunjukan rata-rata hasil validasi yang sangat baik, sehingga dapat dikatakan layak sebagai media pembelajaran.Kata kunci: Google Classroom, Learning Manegementsystem, Pembelajaran

Abstract

This study aims to produce lightboard-based flipped classroom learning videos on parabolic motion materials that are suitable for use as learning media. This type of research is ADDIE, which aims to produce a products with product validity from material experts, media experts, and physics teachers. The assessment of the feasibility level of the material expert was 94%, media expert 91.5%, and physics teacher 95%. The average level of feasibility of this learning video is 94%. The results of the assessment of 32 students as a feasibility trial for video lightboard obtained results from aspects of the material 88.15%, the effect on learning 91.41%, audiovisual display 90.10%, and language 90.36%. The average result of the feasibility of a video lightboard trial was 90.01%. From the results of the feasibility assessment it can be concluded that this learning video is categorized as very appropriate to be used as a learning media. This research can be used as a reference in producing effective and efficient learning media.

Abstract

The research purpose is create a physics props of Newton’s Second Law based on internet of things (IoT).The product consists of slippery and rough flat field, photogate sensors, control system box, audio cable, and NewtonApp application. The result shown that developed physics props got very good and feasible appraisal according to all experts.

Abstract

Developing evaluation instruments in the student learning process in interactive, fun, challenging, motivating, and developing students 'creativity and independence are needed to improve students' High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) and digital literacy skills (DLS). HOTS and digital literacy are part of the 21st-century skills that are important for every individual. This study developed a test instrument integrated with Augmented Reality (AR) and Google Scholar (GS) to encourage HOTS and students' digital literacy skills. This type of research was development research. The subject matter was the scale and comparison. Product trials were applied to 11th-grade students in Sleman, Indonesia. Product validity was based on expert judgment, item validity, distinguishing power, difficulty level and reliability to reach a good category in general. AR was created using the ARLOOPA application operated with android. The research instrument was designed to increase HOTS and DLS.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Learning Management System (LMS) merupakan sebuah aplikasi online yang dapat membantu merencanakan dan mengimplementasikan pembelajaran. Google Classroom adalah bentuk LMS yang mudah digunakan oleh pendidik maupun poeserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif. Inovasi pembelajaran pada masa pandemi  Covid-19 menggunakan Google Classroom diharapkan akan menumbuhkan kemampuan prendidik untuk berpikir kritis. Telah dilakukan penelitian penggunaan Google Classroom pada pembelajaran berbasis laboratorium virtual pada materi Hukum Ohm kepada peserta didik Kelas XII di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta. Menggunakan model pembelajaran discovery learning dengan pendekatan saintifik, maka dirancang metode pembelajaran diskusi dan eksperimen melaui tatap maya dengan Gmeet dan penugasan kelompok. Setelah dilaksanakan pembelajaran tersebutpeserta didik diminta untuk mengisi angket. Hasil yang diperoleh dari angket tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta didik menyetujui proses pembelajaran, penggunaan media, manfaat media, dan kefleksibelan proses pembelajaran menggunakan Google Classroom.Dari hasil ini maka selanjutnya penggunaan Google Classroom dalam pembelajaran bisa dilaksanakan untuk menumbuhkan cara berpikir kritis dalam pembelajaran dikombinasikan dengan pembelajaran secara tatap muka yang dikenal dengan sebutan blended learning. Oleh karena itu, penyesuaian model pembelajaran perlu dilakukan untuk terlaksananya blended learning. Kata Kunci: Berpikir Kritis, Google Classroom, Laboratorium Virtual, LMS.  ABSTRACT Learning Management System (LMS) is an online application that can help plan and emplement learning. Google Classroom is a form of LMS that is easy to use by educators and students in a creative and innovative learning process. Learning innovation during the Covid-19 pandemic using Google Classroom is expected to foster the ability of educators to think critically. Research on the use of Google Classroom in virtual laboratory-based learning on Ohm’s Law has been carried out for 3rd grade students at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta. Using the discovery learning model with a scientific approach, a discussion and experiment learning method through virtual face to face with Gmeet and group assignment was designed. After the learning was carried out, students were asked to fill out a questionnaire. The results obtained from the questionnaire showed thad most of students agreed to the learning process, the use and benefits of the media, and the flexibility of the learning process. From this resuts, the use of Google Classroom in learning can be continue to be implemented to foster critical thinking in learning combined with offline learning kwown as blended learning. Therefore, adjustment to the learning model need to be made for the implementation of blended learning. Keywords:Critical Thinking,Google Classroom, LMS, Virtual Laboratory.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) explore the process of developing public relation management (PR) implemented by the school to build school image 2) find out the implications of the image built by the school for the school progress, 3) provide the solution for the public relation management to build the image. This study applies a qualitative method with a case study approach at Excellent Elementary School of 'Aisyiyah Bantul, an Indonesian private elementary school. Data collection techniques are done by interviewing and collecting digital documents from the Facebook account and Instagram account. Purposive sampling done in selecting participant and triangulation is used to check the validity of the data. The results illustrate that the school applies public relation management through planned steps; those are: setting goals, organizing teamwork, skill-based task force division, planning strategies, maximizing the use of social media. A school's image has some implications for increasing the number of students, increasing school performance, improving the quality of school staff, expanding the school network, saving promotion costs, and school competitiveness. This study offers a solution in applying public relation by optimizing digital platforms to implement public relation management to build school image.

Abstract

Ideal condition in physics learning should combine concepts with technology. Traditional physics learning causes students to be not interested in learning physics. There must be innovations in physics learning to be more interactive learning. One of them flipped classroom learning. Flipped classroom learning combined with Kahoot online games will make students more active. The purpose of this research is to increase students' learning motivation with Kahoot-based flipped classroom learning. The method used in this research is the quasi-experimental method with the research design of The Randomized Post-Test Only Control Group Design. The research finding can describe as follows: First, the flipped classroom is learning the model that combines face-to-face with e-learning to improve students' motivation in physics learning. Second, Kahoot in a flipped classroom supported as an evaluation model. Third, three main steps in applying the flipped classroom are preparing,  implementing, and evaluating the design.

Abstract

terhadap hasil kemampuan berpikir kritis ditinjau dari self esteem dan kecerdasan intelektual. Serta mendeskripsikan sumbangan variabel self esteem dan kecerdasan intelektual terhadap hasil kemampuan berpikir kritis. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu kelas X MIPA 1 dan X MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Srandakan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan tes. Kuisioner digunakan untuk mengetahui gaya belajar dan self esteem. Tes digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan berpikir kritis. Sedangkan data kecerdasan intelektual diperoleh dari data sekolah. Sebelum instrumen digunakan terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji validitas oleh ahli dan uji coba ke peserta didik. Setelah data diperoleh dilakukan uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas menggunakan SPSS 23. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis kovarian (ANAKOVA) perhitungan menggunakan Microsoft excel dan SPSS 23. Diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 0,2295 sedangkan Ftabel untuk taraf signifikan 0,05 adalah 3,24. Karena Fhitung kurang dari Ftabel sehingga tidak ada pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap hasil kemampuan berpikir kritis ditinjau dari self esteem dan kecerdasan intelektual. Terdapat sumbangan kedua variabel kovariat dengan nilai R2y(1,2) sebesar 0,22 untuk kecerdasan intelektual memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 0,2% dan self esteem memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 0,01%.Kata kunci : blended learning, google classroom, gaya belajar, self esteem, kemampuan berpikir kritis.

Abstract

Pembelajaran fisika secara online berbasis inquiry learning memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan lingkungan belajar secara online dengan menggunakan aplikasi Seesaw untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa SMA pada materi gerak lurus. Dalam pengembangan ini mencakup tiga tahapan, yaitu pembuatan rancangan awal pembelajaran dengan Seesaw, validasi oleh ahli, dan uji kelompok kecil pengguna. Setelah melakukan analisis validasi dan uji coba pengguna pada siswa sekolah menengah atas dari indikator kegunaan, kemudahan penggunaan, kemudahan belajar dan kepuasan, maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa rancangan pembelajaran LMS dengan aplikasi seesaw terbukti praktis dan layak digunakan. Adapun implikasi dalam pembelajaran dengan menerapkan pembelajaran berbantuan seesaw, siswa lebih termotivasi untuk belajar online.
