Introduction: Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) memiliki peranan penting dalam perekonomian di Indonesia. Jumlah usaha kecil olahan laut terutama di daerah pesisir dibandingkan dengan kelompok skala usaha lainnya, peran usaha kecil dalam menyerap tenaga kerja relatif besar. Penyerapan tenaga kerja tersebut selanjutnya akan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat pesisir. Penumbuhan usaha kecil wilayah pesisir menjadi suatu kebijakan strategis dan efektif dalam meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat dan pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat. Metode penelitian: Pendekatan penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Usaha Kecil produk kelautan yang memperoleh bantuan kemitraan dari perusahaan di Kepulauan Riau khususnya di Batam. Penarikan sampel dalam penelitian dilakukan dengan metode simple random sampling, dimana sampel diambil dari warga yang menjadi mitra perusahaan sebanyak 77 orang. Hasil penelitian: Hasil regresi linier berganda menunjukkan modal berpengaruh positif terhadap Perkembangan UKM. Sehingga hasil uji hipotesis juga menunjukkan hipotesis diterima, modal berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Perkembangan UKM pada program kemitraan di Kelurahan Setokok. Dengan demikian maka modal mempengaruhi Perkembangan UKM pada Program Kemitraan di Kelurahan Setokok. Semakin besar modal akan semakin meningkatkan perkembangan UKM

This is a literature review on the study of the financial aspects of entrepreneurial activities. This study seeks to serve as a preliminary mapping in the process of developing learning materials and preparing financial competencies that entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs must master for business management. Collecting and analyzing literature on financial studies in order to construct a curriculum for financial education in the context of entrepreneurship is the method employed. This study's findings indicate that it is necessary to map learning materials and compile a study of a set of financial knowledge that enhances the business development skills of entrepreneurs. At the conclusion of this research, suggestions, and implications for future academic studies and learning are also provided.

Nilai perusahaan adalah persepsi investor terhadap tingkat keberhasilan perusahaan yang sering dikaitkan dengan harga saham. Harga saham yang tinggi membuat nilai perusahaan juga tinggi, dan meningkatkan kepercayaan pasar tidak hanya terhadap kinerja perusahaan saat ini namun juga pada prospek perusahaan di masa mendatang. Memaksimalkan nilai perusahaan sangat penting artinya bagi suatu perusahaa, karena dengan memaksimalkan nilai perusahaan berarti juga memaksimalkan tujuan utama perusahaan. Meningkatnya nilai perusahaan adalah sebuah prestasi yang sesuai dengan keinginan para pemiliknya, karena dengan meningkatnya nilai perusahaan, maka kesejahteraan para pemilik juga akan meningkat. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh struktur modal, ukuran Perusahaan dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai Perusahaan Manufaktur Sub Sektor Otomotif dan Komponennya. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian ini bersifat asosiatif. DER berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap PBV padap perusahaan otomotif yang terdaftar di BEI. Total aset berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PBV padap perusahaan otomotif yang terdaftar di BEI. Hal ini menerima hasil hipotesis yang menyatakan total aset berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PBV. ROE berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap PBV padap perusahaan otomotif yang terdaftar di BEI. Hal ini menerima hasil hipotesis yang menyatakan ROE berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PBV.Kata Kunci: DER, Total Aset, ROE, PBV

The Deliberative Bureau (Banmus) plays an important role in ensuring the smooth and effective work of the DPRD in making quality decisions. Optimizing the role of the DPRD Deliberative Bureau has great significance in improving the quality of legislative performance at the regional level. This study seeks to do discussion various steps and strategies that can be taken to optimize the role of the DPRD Deliberative Bureau. The literature search process was carried out on various databases (PubMed, Web of Sciences, and Google Scholar) regarding optimizing the role of the consultative bureau of the Regional House of Representatives. This study follows the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analysis (PRISMA) recommendations. Efforts to optimize the role of the DPRD Deliberative Bureau can be made in a number of ways, namely: strengthening the role of legislation by increasing the capacity of members of the DPRD Deliberative Bureau in drafting and supervising regional regulations (perda), as well as involving stakeholders and the public in the perda-making process through dialogue and public consultation. Increasing the understanding of members of the DPRD Deliberative Bureau about the political system, democratic principles, and legislative tasks through political education programs, carrying out their duties in a transparent and accountable manner through mechanisms such as live broadcasting of the DPRD Deliberative Bureau meetings, regular publication of activities, providing access to information to the public, and establishing a complaint mechanism and handling complaints from the public. Increasing cooperation and synergy between the DPRD Deliberative Bureau and local government through the establishment of working groups, coordination meetings, dialogue forums, and synergy in regional development planning and budgeting. Carry out the oversight function more effectively through the mechanism of routine monitoring meetings, field visits, local government performance audits, inquiries, and interpellations, as well as reporting mechanisms and complaints from the public.

Indonesia merupakan negara yang kaya akan sumber daya alam hayati yang melimpah, salah satunya yaitu mangrove yang banyak digunakan sebagai oabat tradisional yang memiliki potensi besar yang memiliki kandungan bioktifitas yang tinggi yang dapat berperan sebagai antioksidan yang merupakan senyawa yang mempunyai manfaat salah satunya mampu mengatasi penyakit degeneratif seperti diabetes mellitus. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya antioksidan seperti enzim katalase yang dapat menanhkal radikal bebas dan menurunkan glukosa darah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk untuk mengedukasi masyarakat mengenai pemanfaatan tumbuhan mangrove yang ada disekitar pemukiman pesisir sebagai obat kesehatan tradisional yang dapat digunakan masyarakat sebagai pengobatan alternative, sehingga dapat mendayakan tumbuhan sekitar masyarakat khususnya tumbuhan mangrove. Hasil penelitian didapatkan Pemanfaatan tanaman mangrove yang ada di kota Batam sampai saat ini masih belum optimal dengan baik serta belum dikelola dengan baik, dan belum optimalnya sosialisasi dalam memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat dalam pemanfaatan tanaman mangrove yang berkhasiat dalam pengobatan alternative. Dalam aspek kesehatan wilayah pesisir peranan masyarakat sangatlah penting, dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan pemanfaatan mangrove untuk pengobatan.

This study provides a comprehensive comparative analysis of financial literacy among Millennials and Generation Z across various global contexts, drawing on recent data from major international surveys. The research examines key indicators of financial knowledge, behaviors, and attitudes, revealing a complex landscape characterized by both promising developments and significant challenges. While both generations demonstrate increased engagement with digital financial services, there often remains a gap between their technological savviness and comprehensive financial understanding. The analysis highlights significant regional disparities in financial literacy, influenced by factors such as digital technology prevalence, education systems, economic environments, and cultural attitudes. The study underscores the profound impact of technology on financial literacy and emphasizes the need for tailored financial education incorporating digital literacy and critical thinking skills. Policy implications include developing comprehensive national strategies for financial literacy and fostering international cooperation. This research contributes valuable insights for educators, policymakers, and financial institutions to enhance financial capability among young adults globally in an increasingly complex financial landscape.

The problems of workers in urban areas such as Batam are very complex. The readiness of workers in Indonesia to welcome the end of productive age, transition from labour to self-employment or to other jobs to fulfil household needs. Retirement planning is a lifelong process to achieve financial security in the future. Therefore, personal financial management determines readiness in good retirement planning. The problem of retirement planning comes from people's low financial literacy in financial management, plus no retirement preparation savings, besides that the use of financial technology is currently not optimally utilised by the community. The purpose of this study is to analyse and determine the effect of financial literacy, saving behaviour and financial technology on retirement preparation both directly and mediated by financial behaviour. The research method uses a quantitative associative approach to test the influence between variables with quantitative data. The number of research samples was 400 respondents who were workers in Batam City. The data analysis technique uses the Strutural Equation Model with the SEM-PLS Version 4.0 Statistical Tool. The findings of this study found that there is a significant direct influence between financial literacy, saving behaviour and financial technology variables on financial behaviour. However, a significant direct effect on retirement planning is only found in the direct effect of financial literacy and financial behaviour, while saving behaviour and financial technology do not have a significant direct effect on retirement planning. Financial behaviour functions as an intervening variable in this study, because significant research results were obtained for the indirect effect between financial literacy, saving behaviour and financial technology variables on retirement planning through financial behaviour.

This study examines the complex dynamics of retirement planning among manufacturing workers in Batam, Indonesia, focusing on the interplay between financial behavior, social influence, and retirement planning outcomes. Utilizing a quantitative associative approach, the research surveyed 100 workers from diverse demographic backgrounds in Batam's manufacturing sector. The study employed Smart-PLS 3 software for structural equation modeling and path analysis. Key findings reveal that while financial behavior positively influences retirement planning (β=0.196, p=0.032), social influence exhibits a much stronger positive effect (β=0.858, p=0.000). Interestingly, social influence negatively moderates the relationship between financial behavior and retirement planning (β=-0.176, p=0.037), suggesting that social factors may sometimes counteract individual financial practices. These results underscore the complexity of retirement planning in industrial urban settings, highlighting the need for a nuanced approach that considers both individual financial literacy and broader social contexts. The study concludes by recommending holistic strategies that combine traditional financial education with community-based interventions to enhance retirement planning effectiveness among workers in rapidly developing industrial cities like Batam.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mengganalisis adanya pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan pada variabel social influence dan saving behaviour terhadap retirement planning para pekerja manufaktur di Kota Batam. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis assosiatif, metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pekerja manufaktur di Kota Batam. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling dengan teknik accidental sampling. Berdasarkan penyebaran kuesioner yang dilaksanakan oleh peneliti menentukan sebanyak 100 responden secara accidental sesuai dengan kebutuhan penelitian yang diambil secara langsung. Hasil yang di dapat dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh parsial dan simultan antara variabel independent terhadap variabel dependen pada pekerja manufaktur di Kota Batam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai adjusted R square sebesar 0,874 (87,4%). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel social influence dan saving behaviour mampu menjelaskan retirement planning sebesar 87,4%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 12,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Social influence, saving behavior, retirement planning
