Abstract

The objective of this research is to evaluate how knowledge sharing, organizational agility, and IT governance impact the digital innovation capability of e-commerce firms in Indonesia. The ever-evolving digital technology landscape demands quick and precise innovation capabilities from e-commerce companies to remain in the race and meet the customers’ wants. In this research, the quantitative method is applied through a survey of 200 respondents that are mainly from the national-scale e-commerce companies and digital startups. The outcomes indicate that all the three independent variables positively and significantly influence the capability of digital innovation. Knowledge sharing stimulates the cooperation of employees innovatively, the agility of an organization speeds up its adaptation to changes in the digital market, and IT governance takes care that the strategic way of innovation is both controlled and efficient. This study, besides being a theoretical contribution to organizational resource-based digital innovation management literature, has also practically benefited e-commerce firms through advising them to apply knowledge sharing strategies, organizational agility, and IT governance to strengthen their digital innovation competencies.

Abstract

This research proposes to evaluate the effect of system quality, user satisfaction, and effort expectancy on information systems user adoption among Indonesian mobile banking consumers. The‍‌‍‍‌ research method employed was quantitative, involving a survey of 200 respondents who are mobile banking users and belong to different banking institutions. The sampling strategy used was purposive sampling based on the criteria of active users who have been using digital banking services for at least six months. Data analysis was done using multiple linear regression at a 0.05 significance level. The findings revealed that all the independent variables had a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable. System quality increases trust and effectiveness of use, user satisfaction leads to user loyalty, and effort expectancy makes the adoption of digital technology easier. Theoretically, the study extends the conversation of the DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model and UTAUT in digital banking. Practically, it acts as a guide to banks on how to improve their system quality, user experience, and technology acceptance level during the digital transformation ‍‌‍‍‌era.

Abstract

The study's main goal is to investigate how the three factors, digital literacy, peer influence, and security training, affect the cybersecurity behavior of the bank and finance industry's personnel. The research applied a quantitative explanatory method with a sample of 150 employees from banks, financial institutions, and fintech companies. The sample was drawn purposefully from the population. The multiple linear regression analysis results show that the independent variables digital literacy, peer influence, and security training all have a positive and significant impact on the dependent variable, which is cybersecurity behavior. The research not only makes a theoretical contribution to the discussion about human motivations in cybersecurity but also provides recommendations for the banking and finance industry that include increasing the level of digital literacy activities, encouraging positive social influences at workplaces, and maximizing the effectiveness of security training as a risk management strategy.
