Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the representation of moral values ​​as role models. This research is included in the qualitative approach research using the Semiotics Analysis technique which was initiated by Roland Barthes. Arbain's film as an object of research with content analysis techniques that focus on its moral values ​​combined with the religious values ​​contained in it, both of which are one unit. From this research, the results obtained include religious values ​​contained examples in studying the history of the Prophet, the obligation to seek knowledge, taking ablution, praying in congregation and the power of a prayer. While the social values ​​that we can learn are always alert in helping, smiling as a noble personality, greeting early, loving Muslim brothers and practicing wise leadership values. This Arbain film is very worthy to be used as an example and watched by a wide audience with the hope that the values ​​of the teachings of the role model of the Prophet Muhammad can be conveyed in a simple way and can be well received by our children and the wider community in general

Abstract

The formation of student personalities that can be developed with writing explanatory texts enrichment book containing 21st century competencies includes aspects of knowledge, skills, and personality that are integrated with 21st century competencies that students must master. This study aims to analyze the need for enrichment book development in writing explanatory text with 21st century competencies and the characteristics of enrichment book development for writing explanatory text with 21st century competence. The research method uses the Research and Development and uses six steps out of ten steps in the R&D method. The results obtained from this study were an analysis of the needs of students and teachers which were grouped based on question aspects, namely (1) material and content needs, (2) 21st century competency content needs, (3) presentation needs, (4) language needs. and (5) legibility and graphics needs. This needs analysis is to determine the tendency of the needs of students and teachers to the form of the enrichment book being developed. Then, the characteristics of the enrichment book are writing explanatory texts containing 21st century competencies according to the perceptions of students and teachers in accordance with the principles of content feasibility, presentation feasibility, linguistic feasibility, and graphic feasibility. In addition, teachers and students are very in accordance with the form of the book that is being made easy to carry. Therefore, the development of an enrichment book to write explanatory texts containing 21st century competencies is in accordance with the wishes of teachers and students in using a learning resource.

Abstract

This study aims to determine moderating effect of local finance supervision, local finance management accountability and local finance manajemen transparency on local government performance on Magelang Regency. The population in this study chairman, secretary the accounting/financial administration departemen staff (SKPD) in Magelang Regency, such as 31 Regional Work Unit with criteria have a minimum term of one year. This study used 98 people as respondents. The data were collected by using questionnairies. The analitycal method used in this research is descriptive quatitative analysis method. The data analysis was done by using multiple linear regression tests with testing t at a significance level of 5%. The results showed that, simultaneously at variabel the local finance supervision, accountability and transparency in the finance management have a signifinact effect on the Local Government of Magelang Regency performance. From the result simultaneous test (F Test). Partially showed the results of the supervision of the local fiance has a significant effect on the Local Government of Magelang Regency performance. Accountability in the finance management and transparency in the finance management not has a significant effect on the Local Government of Magelang Regency performance. As evidenced from the result partial test (t Test).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dalam modul ajar mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam kelas VII di SMP Negeri 3 Hinai. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru mata pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam. Sedangkan objek penelitian ini yaitu modul ajar pendidikan agama Islam di Smp Negeri 3 Hinai khususnya pada siswa kelas VII semester ganjil. Adapun teknhik pengumpulan data yang digunakan antara lain observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data, yaitu data reduction (reduksi data), data display (penyajian data), dan conclustion drawing/verivication (kesimpulan, penarikan atau verifikasi). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Konsep dasar moderasi beragama yang termuat dalam modul ajar mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam yaitu nilai keadilan, nilai toleransi dan kesimbangan; 2) Muatan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dalam modul ajar mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam terdapat pada 5 bab yang disajikan dalam buku Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti Kelas VII Kurikulum Merdeka serta 3) Penerapan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dalam modul ajar mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam kelas VII di SMP Negeri 3 Hinai disesuaikan pada buku Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti kelas VII kurikulum merdeka ini memuat nilai-nilai moderasi beragama yang disampaikan secara langsung maupun tersirat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of hardiness personality on wisdom in middle-aged employees in the city of Surakarta. The hypothesis in this study is that a hardiness personality has a positive effect on wisdom in middle-aged employees in the city of Surakarta. There were 166 research subjects consisting of 80 men and 86 women. This study used a wisdom scale with a reliability of 0.853 and a hardiness personality scale with a reliability of 0.926. The results showed that a hardiness personality significantly affected the wisdom of teaching staff in Surakarta with an effective contribution of 10.1%. The results can be seen from the regression coefficient of hardiness personality on wisdom 0.318 with a p-value <0.05. Thus, the hypothesis in this study is accepted. Overall, this study explains the wisdom of middle-aged employees in the city of Surakarta.

Abstract

Abstract: The Era of Society 5.0 is an era where information and communication technology has been integrated with human life in all aspects. This era is marked by the emergence of artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, robotics, and other technologies that enable humans to live more easily, comfortably, and efficiently. Human resources in the era of society 5.0 are expected to be more professional and qualified and fully competent in all areas of life, which is expected to include the company's HR performance. One of the institutions that requires human resource development to face the challenges of the society 5.0 era is LAZ PERSADA, Pamekasan branch. The research aims to analyze the HR Development Strategy of LAZ PERSADA Pamekasan Branch in Facing the Challenges of Digitalization in the Age of Society 5.0. The research method used is qualitative with the type of field research. Based on the analysis, there are several strategies that LAZ PERSADA Pamekasan Branch can use to improve the institution to become better, namely by (1) training in the field of zakat management and distribution. (2) synergy between the head office and branches to conduct evaluations, coaching and training every now and then for LAZ PERSADA Pamekasan branch employees. And (3) serious training in the field of digitalization of technology, especially in the Artificial Intelligence section in facing the challenges of digitalization in the era of society 5.0. Keywords: Society 5.0, HR Development, Digitalization Abstrak: Era Society 5.0 merupakan era dimana teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah terintegrasi dengan kehidupan manusia dalam semua aspek. Era ini ditandai dengan munculnya Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, robotika, dan teknologi lainnya yang memungkinkan manusia untuk hidup lebih mudah, nyaman, dan efisien. Sumber daya manusia era society 5.0 diharapkan lebih profesional serta berkualitas juga berkompeten penuh di semua bidang kehidupan, harapannya termasuk dalam kinerja SDM perusahaan. Salah satu lembaga yang memerlukan pengembangan SDM dalam menghadapi tantangan era society 5.0 yakni LAZ PERSADA cabang Pamekasan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis Strategi Pengembangan SDM LAZ PERSADA Cabang Pamekasan dalam Menghadapi Tantangan Digitalisasi Era Society 5. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi lapangan (field research). Berdasarkan analisa terdapat beberapa strategi yang bisa digunakan LAZ PERSADA Cabang Pamekasan dalam menyempurnakan lembaga untuk menjadi lebih baik yaitu dengan cara (1) pelatihan pada bidang pengelolaan dan pendistribusian zakat.(2) sinergitas antara kantor pusat dan cabang untuk mengadakan evaluasi, pembinaan dan pelatihan setiap beberapa waktu terhadap karyawan LAZ PERSADA cabang Pamekasan. Dan (3) pelatihan yang serius di bidang digitalisasi teknologi utamanya pada bagian Artificial Intelligence dalam menghadapi tantangan digitalisasi pada era society 5.0. Abstract

Community partnership programs have been implemented in various regions in Indonesia, one of which is Santripeneur. This program aims to generate new entrepreneurs and produce superior products for Islamic boarding schools, which became known as the One Pesantren One Product program (OPOP). One of the Islamic boarding schools in Malang that has implemented the OPOP program is the An-Nashr Wajak Islamic Boarding School through the cultivation of chicken and catfish farms using qualitative research methods to analyze the impact of implementing OPOP implementation and assisting Islamic boarding schools in strengthening the vision in running a business according to the potential of the Islamic boarding schoolThe study results indicate that Islamic boarding schools' role is learning, disseminating religious knowledge, increasing students' creative attitudes, increasing entrepreneurial attitudes and advancing the economy of students, the community through livestock business is one of the roles of An-Nasr Islamic Boarding School in the socio-economic field.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif untuk menyelidiki pengaruh CAR, BOPO, FDR, dan NOM terhadap profitabilitas Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia (ROA). Penelitian ini melibatkan semua Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia sebagai populasi, dengan 48 sampel digunakan. Metode pengambilan sampel total digunakan. Data sekunder yang digunakan berasal dari situs web Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Studi ini menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan hipotesis untuk menguji statistik. Menurut hasil uji hipotesis secara simultan (Uji F), CAR, BOPO, FDR, dan NOM memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap profitabilitas bank umum syariah dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial (uji t) pada bank umum syariah, ternyata variabel CAR tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ROA dengan nilai signifikansi 0,069. Sebaliknya, variabel BOPO dan NOM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ROA dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of investment and economic growth on the open unemployment rate in Bali Province in 2019-2022. This research uses quantitative research methods and multiple linear regression analysis methods. The research uses secondary data sourced from the central statistics agency and the investment coordinating agency and panel data methods. The results of the study show that economic growth has a significant and negative effect on the level of open unemployment; This means that an increase in economic growth causes a decrease in the unemployment rate, whereas if economic growth decreases it causes the unemployment rate to decrease. Furthermore, investment has an insignificant and positive effect on the unemployment rate; This means that an increase in the investment value causes the unemployment rate to increase, whereas if there is a decrease in the investment value it causes the unemployment rate to decrease.

Abstract

Indonesia This study aims to analyze the effect of the cashback indicator on consumption behaviour of students of economics, faculty of economic and business, universitas brawijaya. The method used is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis. Then the data used is primary data in the form of questionnaire. The results showed that the amount in cashback had a significant effect on the consumption behaviour of stundent of economics and business, Brawijaya University the compability of promises in cashback had a significant effect on the consumption behaviour of student of economics.
