Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan dewan dan informasi para eksekutif terhadap keterampilan representatif di PT. PAB (Keamanan Anak Bangsa) Palembang. Strategi pengujian adalah resep Slovin, efek samping dari jumlah tes dalam ulasan ini adalah 60 responden. Skala estimasi menggunakan Skala Likert. Prosedur penyelidikan informasi yang digunakan adalah pengujian langsung berbeda, pengujian koefisien koneksi, pengujian koefisien kepastian dan pengujian spekulasi. Akibat uji-t terhadap variabel kemampuan eksekutif (X1) dengan nilai kritis 0,000 < 0,05 dan informasi dewan (X2) dengan nilai besar 0,080 < 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa sampai batas tertentu kemampuan eksekutif (X1) mempengaruhi kemampuan pekerja dan variabel dewan (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterampilan perwakilan (Y) pada PT. PAB (Keamanan Anak Bangsa) Palembang. Dari hasil percakapan uji F didapatkan nilai besar 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel kemampuan eksekutif (X1) menginformasikan dewan (X2) terhadap kemampuan pekerja (Y) pada PT. PAB (Keamanan Anak Bangsa) Palembang. PAB (Security of the Nation's Children) Palembang. The testing method is the Slovin equation, the aftereffects of the quantity of tests in this review are 60 respondents. Abstract

ABSTRAK    Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel adalah probabilitas sampling dengan menggunakan metode proportionate stratified sampling berdasarkan rumus Slovin, dengan jumlah total sampel sebanyak 55 responden. Penelitian ini juga melibatkan pengujian instrument, validitas, dan reliabilitas. Uji asumsi klasik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heterokedastisitas. Untuk analisis data, digunakan teknik analisis linear berganda, analisis korelasi, analisis determinasi, serta uji t dan uji F. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara parsial dari Perilaku Kerja (X₁) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,006<0,05. Selain itu, variabel Komunikasi (X₂) juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000<0,05. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedua faktor, yaitu Perilaku Kerja dan Komunikasi, memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.Selanjutnya, hasil uji F secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Perilaku Kerja dan Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa Ha diterima, sementara Ho ditolak. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa baik Perilaku Kerja maupun Komunikasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Rumah Makan Pagi Sore Cabang Sudirman Palembang. Hasil pengujian ini diperkuat oleh korelasi yang memiliki nilai 0,834, menandakan adanya keterkaitan yang kuat. Selain itu, uji determinasi menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 69,6% variasi dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor yang telah diteliti, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain seperti disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, dan faktor lainnya yang belum diselidiki.   Kata Kunci: Perilaku Kerja, Komunikasi, Kinerja Karyawan.   ABSTRACT   The technique used for sampling is probability sampling using the proportionate stratified sampling method based on the Slovin formula, with a total sample of 55 respondents. This research also involves testing the instrument, validity, and reliability. The classic assumption test used in this study includes the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. For data analysis, multiple linear analysis techniques, correlation analysis, determination analysis, and the t test and F test were used.The results of the hypothesis test show that there is a partial effect of work behavior (X₁) on employee performance, with a significance level of 0.006 <0.05. In addition, the Communication variable (X₂) also has a significant influence on Employee Performance, with a significance level of 0.000<0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that the two factors, namely Work Behavior and Communication, have a significant influence on Employee Performance. Furthermore, the results of the F test simultaneously indicate that there is a significant effect of Work Behavior and Communication on Employee Performance, with a significance level of 0.000. This indicates that Ha is accepted, while Ho is rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that both work behavior and communication have a significant influence on employee performance at the Sudirman Palembang Branch.The results of this test are strengthened by a correlation which has a value of 0.834, indicating a strong correlation. In addition, the determination test shows that 69.6% of the variation can be explained by the factors that have been studied, while the rest is influenced by other variables such as work discipline, work environment, compensation, and others.   Keywords : Work Behavior, Communication, Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini melihat bagaimana rasio pasar dan rasio profitabilitas mempengaruhi return saham di sektor perhotelan. Selain itu, prosedur penelitian menggunakan teknik penelitian kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian di sektor perhotelan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, metode pengumpulan data yang di gunakan adalah dokumentasi. Statistik deskriptif, seperti regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, dan signifikansi, digunakan dalam teknik analisis data. Setelah di lakukan penelitian di peroleh persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 1,505 + 0,255X1 – 0,105X2 yang menunjukan bahwa variabel rasio pasar yaitu price earning ratio (PER) lebih dominan dari pada variabel rasio profitabilitas yaitu return on asset (ROA) dalam mempengaruhi return saham. Dari perhitungan koefisien determinasi didapat hasil 0,077, dari data menunjukan keadaan sumbangan dampak rasio pasar serta rasio profitabilitas terhadap return saham sebesar 7,7% dan sisanya 92,3% di pengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diuji. Price Earning Ratio (PER) dan Return On Asset keduanya memiliki nilai signifikan masing-masing sebesar 0,026 dan 0,260 untuk mendukung hipotesis penelitian. Menurut temuan penelitian, price earning ratio memiliki dampak yang cukup besar terhadap pengembalian saham sementara pengembalian aset memiliki dampak yang tidak signifikan. Hasil uji F hitung menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,038 yang menunjukkan bahwa rasio pasar dan rasio profitabilitas secara bersama-sama berpengaruh besar terhadap return saham. Kata Kunci: Price earning ratio, return on asset, return saham.   ABSTRACT   This study looks at how market ratios and profitability ratios affect stock returns in the hotel sector. In addition, the research procedure uses quantitative research techniques with research subjects in the hotel sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the data collection method used is documentation. Descriptive statistics, such as multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and significance, are used in data analysis techniques. After doing the research, we get the multiple linear regression equation Y = 1.505 + 0.255X1 – 0.105X2 which shows that the market ratio variable, namely price earning ratio (PER), is more dominant than the profitability ratio variable, namely return on assets (ROA) in influencing stock returns. . From the calculation of the coefficient of determination, the result is 0.077. From the data, it shows that the condition of the contribution to the impact of the market ratio and the ratio of profitability to stock returns is 7.7% and the remaining 92.3% is influenced by other variables not tested. Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Return On Assets both have significant values ​​of 0.026 and 0.260 respectively to support the research hypothesis. According to research findings, price earning ratio has a considerable impact on stock returns while asset returns have an insignificant impact. The results of the calculated F test show a significance value of 0.038 which indicates that market ratios and profitability ratios together have a large effect on stock returns. Abstract

ABSTRAK Analisis ini bermaksud untuk meliputi pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik serta non fisik berhubungan produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Variabel dalam anakisis ini terdiri dari variabel bebas yaitu lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik serta, variabel terikat yaitu produktivitas kerja pegawai. Teknik yang diperlukan dalam analisis ini ialah teknik kuantitatif dengan total sampel yang diamati adalah 62 pegawai. Metode pengumpulan data yang diperlukan ialah kuesioner dan dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analisa data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi (r2), uji t, dan uji F dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS For Windows versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji t menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik (X1) dengan anggaran sig 0,000<0,05, artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial antara lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Sedangkan variabel lingkungan kerja non fisik (X2) dengan nilai signifikan 0,000<0,05, artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial antara lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Dari hasil keterangan uji F terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan (bersama-sama) dengan nilai 0,000<0,05, artinya Ho ditolak Ha diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh sinifikan secara simultan (bersama-sama) antara variabel lingkungan kerja fisik dan non fisik terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Non Fisik, Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai. The variables in this study consisted of the independent variables, namely the physical work environment and the dependent variable, namely the employee’s work productivity. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with the number of samples studied is 62 employees. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation, while the data analysis linear regression analysis, correlation cefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis (r2), t test, and F test using SPSS For Windows version 22. Based on the results of the t test research, it shows that there is an effect of the physical work environment (X1) with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there is a partially significant effect between the physical work productivity. While the non physical work environment variable (X2) with a significant influence between the non physical work environment on employee work productivity. From the results of the discussion of the F test there is a significant effect simultaneously (together) with a value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant effect simultaneously (together) between the physical and non physical work environment variables of the work productivity of employees at the Departement of Manpower and Transmigration of South Sumatra Province. Abstract

ABSTRACT The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of work design and work environment partially or simultaneously on employee performance at the Food Security Service of Musi Banyuasin Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of work design and work environment partially or simultaneously on employee performance at the Food Security Service of Musi Banyuasin Regency. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used were classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis tests, and determinant coefficient tests. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that 1) there is no significant influence of Work Design on the Performance of the Food Security Service of Musi Banyuasin Regency. This is evidenced by a significance value of -0.731> 0.05. The coefficient value  = -0.185 which means that the more the work design decreases, the employee performance will decrease; 2) there is a significant influence of the Work Environment on the Performance of the Food Security Service of Musi Banyuasin Regency. This is proven by the significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient value  = 0.493 which means that the better the work environment, the better the employee performance will be; and 3) there is a significant influence of Work Design and Work Environment together on the performance of the Musi Banyuasin Regency Food Security Service. This is proven by the significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The magnitude of the influence of the independent variables (work design and work environment) on the dependent variable (employee performance) is 60.8%, while the rest is 39.2%. ABSTRAK Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini apakah ada pengaruh desain kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh desain kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis, dan uji koefisien determinan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa 1) tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan Desain kerja pada Kinerja Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi -0,731 > 0,05. Nilai koefisien b = -0,185 yang berarti semakin desain kerja menurun maka kinerja pegawai akan berkurang; 2) ada pengaruh pengaruh yang signifikan Lingkungan Kerja pada Kinerja Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai koefisien b = 0,493 yang berarti semakin baik lingkungan kerja maka kinerja pegawai akan meningkat; dan 3) ada pengaruh yang signifikan Desain kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Besarnya pengaruh variabel-variabel bebas (desain kerja dan lingkungan kerja) terhadap variabel terikat (kinerja pegawai) adalah 60,8%, sedangkan sisanya 39,2%. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of job placement on employee performance at the Batiqa Hotel Palembang. The method used is a quantitative method with a total sample of 73 employees. The data analysis technique used in this study is the classic assumption test, linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Partial t-test results obtained a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that work placement affects employee performance. From the results of the correlation analysis, it was observed that the correlation coefficient related to work placement manifests a value of 0.403. This implies that there is a moderate relationship between job placement and job performance, while the direction of the correlation is positive because the value of r is positive. From the Coefficient of Deter test, the acquisition yields an R Square of 0.163, which means that work placement affects employee performance by 16.3% and the remaining 83.7% is influenced by other variables. Keywords : Job Placement and Work Achievement. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penempatan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada hotel batiqa Palembang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 73 pegawai. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji asumsiklasik, analisis regresi linier, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil uji t secara parsial memperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya Penempatan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Dari hasil analisis korelasi, diamati bahwa koefisien korelasi yang berkaitan dengan penempatan kerja memanifestasikan nilai 0,403. Ini menyiratkan bahwa ada hubungan moderat antara penempatan kerja dan kinerja kerja, sedangkan arah korelasi positif karena nilai r positif. Dari uji Koefisien Determinasi memperoleh hasil R Square sebesar 0,163 yang artinya penempatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan sebesar 16,3% dan sisanya 83,7% dipengaruhi variable lain. Abstract

This article aims to explain the meaning of Islamic education and explain the intellectual impact of K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari on the implementation of Islamic education. The research methodology used in this research is library research, which includes reading, writing and analyzing research materials, as well as utilizing library-centered information collection strategies. The author uses content analysis as a method for analyzing data in this research. Content analysis is used to compare the findings of a study with other studies related to the same issue. Textbooks and journal articles serve as sources of knowledge used to prepare this article. The research problem revolves around two key questions: "What is the definition of Islamic education proposed by K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari?" and "What is the specific intellectual impact of K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari on the progress of contemporary Islamic education?". The findings of this research explain that K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari's ideas regarding the conceptualization of Islamic education as found in the book Adabul 'Alim Wal Muta'alim and the impact of K.H. Abstract

This study investigates how digital workplace spirituality (DWS) influences innovative work behavior (IWB) among employees, with a focus on the moderating role of digital skills (DS) amid ongoing digital transformation in the post-pandemic era. Using a quantitative survey approach, the research involved 250 millennial remote workers in Sleman Regency and Yogyakarta City. Data analysis employed Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that DWS significantly and positively impacts IWB. Additionally, DS positively influences DWS and acts as a moderator in the DWS-IWB relationship. However, DS does not directly affect IWB. These results highlight the vital role of digital skills in enhancing workplace spirituality and fostering innovative behavior. Introducing DS as a novel construct in the DWS-IWB relationship provides new insights into workplace spirituality, especially in digital contexts. Public interest statements The article will provide valuable insights into applying a holistic approach that can offer a competitive advantage and ensure that your organization is well-positioned to thrive and innovate in an increasingly complex world.
