Abstract

This research aims to classify the public satisfaction on the creation of building permits in the Office of Investment and integrated service of one door Pematangsiantar. Data is obtained from the results of a community questionnaire from 2019, with a sample of 80 data in society. The attributes used as many as 9, namely terms, procedures, service time, cost/tariff, service products, implementing competence, implementing conduct, infrastructure and handling complaints. The method used in this research is the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm and was processed using the RapidMiner Studio 8.1 software to determine the public satisfaction of the creation of building permits. The data used is divided into two, which are training data used 50 data and data testing used as much as 30 data. With this research is expected to help the Department of Investment and Integrated services one door Pematangsiantar to evaluate the service system provided to the public to meet the expectations of the community in the manufacture of building permits.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Vivo di kalangan milenial Roxi Cell, Kabupaten Dompu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan sampel 30 orang. Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa harga (t-hitung 1,905) dan citra merek (t-hitung 2,088) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, karena keduanya melebihi nilai t-tabel (1,697). Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,268 menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing variabel berkontribusi sebesar 26,8% terhadap keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini memperkuat bahwa harga dan citra merek merupakan faktor penting dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian smartphone di kalangan milenial. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu memperhatikan strategi harga dan membangun citra merek yang kuat untuk meningkatkan minat beli.

Abstract

Technological advancements have played a vital role in redesigning the modern education system to be more adaptive, effective, and inclusive. However, despite rapid development, many educational institutions are still struggling to align with 21st-century competencies due to outdated pedagogical models. This study aims to explore the strategic role of educational technology in transforming modern educational systems, especially within the Indonesian context. Using a qualitative-descriptive method, the research is based on literature analysis of scholarly journals, policy documents, and expert opinions from the last decade. The sample consists of national and international literature relevant to educational technology integration. Findings reveal that the integration of technology in curriculum development, pedagogy, and institutional frameworks has contributed significantly to fostering critical thinking, independent learning, and mastery learning. The study also identifies key educational trends such as personalized learning, system-based approaches, and digital pedagogy. These findings underscore the significance of educational technology as a transformative force in enhancing the relevance and quality of education in the digital era.

Abstract

This study identifies and analyzes Buya Hamka’s views on religious moderation. The method used is library research with content analysis. Based on the research results, Buya Hamka’s views on religious moderation emphasize balance, steadfastness, justice, and tolerance. By applying these values, humans must understand and respect each other. Islam teaches a good relationship with God and other humans, where the practice of worship always produces a peaceful attitude towards others. Therefore, the ultimate goal of religious moderation, according to Buya Hamka, is the creation of happiness and peace among people of different beliefs. To actualize this concept of religious moderation, steps that can be taken include: incorporating related materials into formal education, holding seminars or talk shows, supporting content creators who promote diversity, and creating a platform about religious moderation. These steps are important because the millennial generation is very active on social media, allowing the values of peace to be conveyed and felt amidst existing differences.

Abstract

To determine the influence of student management and teacher example on the discipline of State MTs students in Pandeglang Regency, researchers used quantitative descriptive explanatory and inference methods. The analysis used is correlation regression. To test the hypothesis, SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) is used which is operated through the SmartPLS 4.0 program. The research results show that Student Management has a positive effect on Student Discipline as evidenced by the parameter coefficient of 0.533. with the T statistical results being greater than the T table (4.873 > 1.96) with a P value of 0.000. Likewise, the Teacher Exemplary variable has a positive effect on Student Discipline with a parameter coefficient of 0.318 with T statistical results greater than the T table (2.125>1.96) with a P value of 0.000. The results of the summary ANOVA F test or simultaneous test obtained a P value for Student Management and Teacher Exemplary which is 0.000, which is less than 0.05, which means that the independent variables, both Student Management and Teacher Exemplary, have a positive and significant effect on the Student Discipline variable simultaneously.

Recovery Version (See for detail) This essay offers a thorough analytical assessment of Kavous Ardalan's paradigmatic framework on the relationship between globalization and culture. From universalist interpretations of global uniformity to context-specific studies of cultural adaptation and critical evaluations of ideological and structural domination, each paradigm presents a unique worldview. The review points out that the interpretive paradigm emphasises local agency, meaning-making, and the cultural distinctiveness of globalisation, whereas the functionalist paradigm stresses technical determinism and systemic order. The radical structuralist and radical humanist viewpoints, on the other hand, show how globalisation exacerbates class struggle and ideological control. The paper argues that no single view can fully convey the complexity of the cultural effects of globalization by combining several paradigms. Instead, it moves from universalist interpretations of global uniformity to context-specific studies of cultural adaptation and critical assessments of ideological and structural domination. Each paradigm presents a unique worldview. Abstract

Soil insects play a crucial role in maintaining ecosystem balance and supporting soil fertility, particularly within coffee plantation ecosystems. This study aims to analyze the diversity of soil insects by comparing results from artificial intelligence (AI)-based predictions and field explorations to obtain a comprehensive understanding of community structure. The research was conducted in a smallholder coffee plantation located in Wiyono Village, Pesawaran Regency, Lampung. Field data were collected using the pitfall trap method, while AI-based predictions were generated utilizing a dataset derived from 14 relevant scientific publications. Data analysis employed the Shannon-Wiener diversity index (H′) to evaluate differences between predicted and observed results. The findings revealed that the AI-based prediction estimated an H′ value of 1.787 (moderate diversity), whereas the field exploration yielded an H′ value of 0.428 (low diversity). This discrepancy is influenced by dataset limitations, species dominance, and selectivity inherent in the sampling method. The results highlight the importance of integrating AI-based predictive approaches with field validation to enhance the accuracy of biodiversity assessments. This study contributes to the development of AI-driven prediction models and supports sustainable management of coffee plantation ecosystems.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of Digital Skills (DS) on Digital Work Readiness (DWR) among youth, emphasizing the mediating role of Digital Self-Efficacy (DSE). It highlights the importance of linking technical competence with psychological empowerment to prepare young jobseekers for a rapidly digitalized labour market. In Yogyakarta, Indonesia, 185 respondents between the ages of 18 and 35 participated in a quantitative survey. PLS-SEM was used to analyze the data and test the suggested correlations. The findings show that whereas DS has no direct effect on DWR, it considerably raises DSE. Rather, DSE completely mediates the association between DS and DWR, implying that to improve employability, digital competencies must be paired with confidence in utilizing technology.

Abstract

Low birth weight infants (LBW) are infants who weigh less than 2500 grams at birth regardless of the gestation period and can occur in full-term or premature infants. LBW is one of the most common causes of infant mortality in Batam City in 2022. This study aims to determine the relationship of integrated antenatal care examination to the incidence of LBW at Harapan Bunda Hospital Batam in 2023. This type of research uses a retrospective study with secondary data in the form of medical records of laboring mothers in January-October 2023 taken at Harapan Bunda Hospital. The population used in this study were mothers who gave birth to LBW babies. Sampling with total sampling and the number of research samples obtained was 96 samples. Data analysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis. Bivariate analysis used the Chi-Square statistical test. The results showed that 38 mothers had complete antenatal care who experienced LBW and 58 mothers who had incomplete antenatal care who experienced LBW. There is a relationship between antenatal care and the incidence of low birth weight at Harapan Bunda Hospital Batam in 2023 with a p-value of 0.027. It is expected that health workers and midwives can socialize with the community, especially pregnant women, about the importance of conducting antenatal care visits at least 6 times during pregnancy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis pengaruh kualitas sumber daya manusia, lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah teknik sampel jenuh jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 responden. Menggunakan uji instrumen, validitas, dan realiabilitas. Serta uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas dan uji heteroskedasitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regeresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisiensi determinasi. Uji hipotesis yaitu uji t dan uji F. Hasil uji menyimpulkan secara parsial kualitas sumber daya manuisa (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y) dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan variabel lingkungan kerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y) dengan nilai signifikan 0,009 < 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja Pegawai pada Kantor Badan Pengelola Pajak Daerah Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Hasil uji determinasi sebesar 0,771 yang menunjukkan hasil pembahasan dan kemudian memiliki hubungan yang kuat. Sehingga dapat membentuk penjelasan sebesar 71,1%, sebagian sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian.   Kata Kunci: Kualitas sumber daya manusia, lingkungan kerja, produktivitas kerja
