Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian untuk melihat bagaimana kepuasan dan beban kerja mempengaruhi kinerja pekerja pada Dinas Perdagangan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Populasi penelitian ada 70 pegawai Dinas Perdagangan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Tujuh puluh responden dijadikan ukuran sampel untuk penelitian ini, yang menggunakan pendekatan sampling jenuh. Kuesioner merupakan alat yang digunakan dalam metode penelitian kuantitatif untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi yang cukup besar antara kinerja pekerja dengan beban kerja t = 9,247, ambang signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Fakta bahwa nilai t > nilai t tabel dan ambang signifikansi < 0,05 terlihat data tersebut signifikan. Produktivitas karyawan dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan kerja. Mengingat nilai signifikansinya adalah 0,000 dan nilai t adalah 7,347 lebih besar dari nilai t tabel dan tingkat signifikansinya > 0,05, maka hal ini mungkin signifikan. Temuan uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan R square berjumlah 82,5% atau 0,825. Walaupun faktor-faktor di luar persamaan regresi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja pekerja (Y), namun sebesar 82,5% variasi beban kerja (X1) serta kepuasan kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja pekerja (Y) dapat dijelaskan. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai.   ABSTRACT The aim of the research is to see how satisfaction and workload influence the performance of workers at the South Sumatra Province Trade Service. The research population was 70 employees of the South Sumatra Province Trade Service. Seventy respondents served as the sample size for this study, which used a saturated sampling approach. Questionnaires are a tool used in quantitative research methods to collect data. The research results show that there is a fairly large correlation between worker performance and workload (t = 9.247, significance threshold 0.000 < 0.05). The fact that the t value > t table value and the significance threshold < 0.05 shows that the data is significant. Employee productivity is influenced by job satisfaction. Considering that the significance value is 0.000 and the t value is 7.347 which is greater than the t table value and the significance level is > (0.05), then this may be significant. The coefficient of determination test results show that the R square is 82.5% or 0.825. Although factors outside the regression equation have an influence on worker performance (Y), 82.5% of the variation in workload (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) on worker performance (Y) can be explained. Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis pengaruh Pelatihan, budaya organisasi dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan pegawai pada mal pelayanan publik kota Palembang . Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai mal pelayanan publik kota Palembang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik probability sampling  jumlah sampel sebanyak 87 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan  regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f menggunakan program spss versi 22 for windows. Hasil output koefisien korelasi diperoleh nilai korelasi (r) sebesar 239  berarti berada pada rentang 0,20 – 0,399 Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa korelasi antara Pelatihan  (X1)  Budaya Organisasi (X2) dan Kompensasi (X3) terhadap Kepuasan Pegawai(Y) rendah . Hasil determinasi diperoleh nilai R Squere (R2) sebesar 0,57 atau 0,23%. Artinya kontribusi sumbangan pengaruh Pelatihan (X1)  Budaya Organisasi  (X2) dan Kompensasi (X3) terhadap Kepuasan Pegawai (Y) adalah sebesar 0 0,57 sisanya 0,77 %  dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Hasil pengujian F secara simultan atau bersama-sama antara variabel Pelatihan (X1) Budaya Organisasi ( X2) dan Kompensasi (X3) terhadap Kepuasan pegawai (Y) diperoleh nilai 0,177 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Pelatihan (X1), Budaya Organisasi (X2) dan Kompensasi (X3) Terhadap Kepuasan Pegawai (Y) Pada Mal Pelayanan Publik Kota Palembang.   Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Budaya Organisasi, Kompensasi, Kepuasan Pegawai.   ABSTRACT   This research aims to test the hypothesis of the influence of training, organizational culture and compensation on employee satisfaction at public service malls in the city of Palembang. The population of this study were all employees of the Palembang city public service mall. The sampling technique in this research was a probability sampling technique with a sample size of 87 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t test and f test using the SPSS version 22 for Windows program. The output results of the correlation coefficient obtained a correlation value (r) of 239, meaning it is in the range 0.20 – 0.399. This shows that the correlation between Training (X1) Organizational Culture (X2) and Compensation (X3) on Employee Satisfaction (Y) is low. The determination results obtained an R Squere (R2) value of 0.57 or 0.23%. This means that the contribution of the influence of Training (X1), Organizational Culture (X2) and Compensation (X3) on Employee Satisfaction (Y) is 0 0.57, the remaining 0.77% is influenced by factors not included in this research. Abstract

Growing demands for global competitiveness and accountability push universities to adopt innovative strategies. In the context of higher education in Indonesia, there is a growing recognition of the need to align with international standards to improve quality, relevance, and competitiveness. One promising approach is the adoption of Outcome-Based Education (OBE), which emphasizes clear learning outcomes and continuous improvement, supported by systematic quality assurance. This study examines how OBE, when combined with international benchmarking, can effectively enhance educational quality and institutional performance. The aim is to explore the role of benchmarking in identifying performance gaps and adopting best practices to support sustainable academic improvement. A qualitative research design was employed, utilizing data collected from document analysis, semi-structured interviews, and institutional case studies. These sources provided a comprehensive understanding of the strategies implemented and the institutional changes observed. The findings reveal that integrating OBE with international benchmarking significantly improves curriculum alignment, student centered learning, and internal quality assurance systems. Benchmarking serves as a strategic tool to compare institutional practices with global standards, fostering the adoption of innovative pedagogical and assessment methods. It also contributes to improving academic reputation and international rankings. The integration of OBE and benchmarking provides a practical and sustainable framework for higher education institutions to enhance academic quality and global competitiveness. This model supports continuous institutional improvement and positions Indonesian universities to better meet global challenges in the education sector.

Abstract

Robusta coffee (Coffea canephora) genetic diversity is very important for breeding programmes aimed at increasing yield and adaptability. This diversity can be assessed through various morphological characters, especially leaf phenotype characters, which serve as indicators of genetic variation. This research was conducted from May to August 2024. Data collection was carried out by purposive sampling using the exploration and characterisation method of 30 coffee plants in the Traditional Coffee Plantation area, Bogorejo Village, Gedong Tataan District, Pesawaran Regency, Lampung Province. Qualitative character data collection was carried out modifying IPGRI descriptors. Based on the data obtained, there were no significant differences in qualitative characteristics and quantitative characteristics of leaves on 30 coffee plants. This indicates a low genetic diversity in the plantation.

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki dua jenis kopi yang umum dibudidayakan, yaitu kopi robusta dan kopi arabika. Di Lampung, kopi robusta menjadi jenis kopi yang banyak ditanam. Masyarakat Lampung mayoritas melakukan budidaya di perkebunan tradisional. Keanekaragaman hayati pada kopi robusta secara genetik menggunakan analisis molekuler di perkebunan kopi rakyat masih belum banyak dilakukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk uji keberhasilan amplifikasi gen N-Methyltransferase pada kopi robusta di Perkebunan Kopi Rakyat Lembah Gunung Betung, Bogorejo, Lampung. Tahap penelitian ini meliputi ekstraksi DNA untuk mendapatkan DNA murni, mengetahui ukuran amplikon DNA melalui amplifikasi DNA menggunakan commercial kit, dan elektroforesis 1% gel agarosa. Hasil amplifikasi DNA pada lima sampel daun kopi robusta memperoleh pita DNA dengan ukuran berkisar antara 630-650 bp, tidak terdapat smear, namun terdapat variasi ketebalan pita DNA. Abstract

Kopi robusta (Coffea canephora) merupakan salah satu tanaman perkebunan yang umum ditanam di Indonesia karena memiliki nilai ekonomis tinggi. Kabupaten Pesawaran menjadi salah satu daerah di Lampung yang banyak mengusahatanikan kopi robusta dalam skala perkebunan rakyat. Isolasi dan amplifikasi gen menjadi langkah awal dalam analisis molekuler untuk mengetahui keragaman gen pada kopi robusta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hasil isolasi dan amplifikasi DNA daun kopi robusta dari perkebunan kopi rakyat Pesawaran, Lampung. Isolasi DNA dari 5 sampel daun kopi robusta telah dilakukan mengacu pada protokol kit isolasi DNA dari Geneaid Genomic DNA Mini Kit (Plant). Hasil ekstraksi kemudian diamplifikasi menggunakan primer N-methyltransferase dengan metode Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR). Visualisasi hasil ekstraksi dan amplifikasi dilakukan menggunakan elektroforesis gel agarosa 1%. Visualisasi atas hasil ekstraksi telah menunjukkan diperolehnya ekstrak DNA yang baik. Visualisasi atas hasil amplifikasi menunjukkan telah diperolehnya fragmen DNA sepanjang 600bp.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of inclusive education in English classrooms at a public senior high school in Malang, with a focus on the English teacher's instructional methods, teaching experiences, and SEN students challenges encountered in an inclusive setting. A case study design was employed, involving two SEN students and one English teacher. Data were collected through classroom observations and semi-structured interviews. The findings highlight several key points. First, the teacher taught English in three phases; pre, whilst, and post activity, occasionally provided additional support to an ADHD student when they faced difficulties. Second, no specific treatment was given for SEN students, as the teacher treated them similarly to their mainstream peers during instruction. Third, SEN students experienced various challenges, including difficulty following instructions, struggling with social interactions, issues in completing classroom assignments—either finishing too quickly but inaccurately, or having trouble in completing tasks—restlessness (such as fidgeting), and inconsistencies between oral and written performance. Overcoming these challenges require targeted interventions, including using simplified instructions, providing social skills training for SEN students, incorporating fidget tools, breaking tasks into manageable steps, and utilizing manageable oral and written assessments for SEN students.

Abstract

Financial crime is any activity that involves fraudulent or criminal behavior to gain personal financial gain. This is a criminal activity carried out by individuals or groups involved in financial crime activities, such as: money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, tax evasion and identity theft. Financial crime has become a big problem and is detrimental to many parties, using increasingly sophisticated techniques, which requires a solution. In this research the author will focus on discussing banking financial crimes using information technology, because they seriously damage the reputation of financial institutions, destroy public trust, and cause significant financial losses. Banking must have a strategy to protect various technologies, information and data simultaneously, which requires coordination with all stakeholders in Indonesia. The aim of writing this journal is to determine trends, patterns, factors that influence, anticipate and punish banking financial crimes using information technology. The research uses qualitative methods with data collection methods using literature studies. The object of this research is secondary data in the form of banking financial crimes using information technology committed by perpetrators of banking financial crimes. The role of forensic audit is the best way to prevent and detect banking financial crimes using information technology in Indonesia. Forensic audit has the ability to provide statements based on its expertise.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pembiayan syariah, Inovasi sosial dan Inklusi sosial terhadap Pertumbuhan UMKM di Kabupaten Dompu. Data diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner di berbagai UMKM di Kabupaten Dompu. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembiayaan syariah, inovasi sosial dan inklusi sosial terhadap pertumbuhan UMKM di Kabupaten Dompu baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Accidental Sampling dengan jumlah sampel penelitian 131 UMKM yang ada di Kabupten Dompu, UMKM merupakan objek yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 21. Dalam penelitian ini memperoleh hasil temuan secara parsial Pembiayaan syariah berpengaruh terhadap Pertumbuhan UMKM , Inovasi Sosial berpengaruh terhadap Pertumbuhan UMKM dan Inklusi Sosial berpengaruh terhadap Pertumbuhan UMKM dan secara simultan pembiayaan syariah , inovasi sosial dan inklusi sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan UMKM di Kabupaten Dompu. This study was conducted to determine the effect of Islamic financing, social innovation and social inclusion on the growth of MSMEs in Dompu Regency. Data were obtained from distributing questionnaires to various MSMEs in Dompu Regency. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Islamic financing, social innovation and social inclusion on the growth of MSMEs in Dompu Regency both partially and simultaneously. The type of research used in this study is quantitative with the sampling technique in this study using Accidental Sampling with a sample size of 131 MSMEs in Dompu Regency, MSMEs are the objects studied in this study. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique using the SPSS version 21 program. In this study, the findings were obtained partially Islamic financing has an effect on the growth of MSMEs, Social Innovation has an effect on the growth of MSMEs and Social Inclusion has an effect on the growth of MSMEs and simultaneously Islamic financing, social innovation and social inclusion have a positive effect on the growth of MSMEs in Dompu Regency.

Abstract

Mobile Samsat is an innovation launched by the Southeast Sulawesi Bapenda as a form of innovation in the field of public services with the aim of increasing regional revenues sourced from the re-registration of Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB). This research aims to determine the implementation of Mobile Samsat services in improving the quality of public services in Bapenda Southeast Sulawesi. The research method used is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use three methods, namely interviews, observation and documentation studies. The data sources in this research consist of two, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data analysis technique uses three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the overall implementation of Mobile Samsat services is running effectively. Communication variables that show that implementation has been effective. The resources variable shows that resources in overall implementation have been maximized, although there must be additional staff resources. The attitude or disposition variable of the implementer has shown a good attitude. The bureaucratic structure variable also shows the existence of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in the implementation of services.
