Abstract

Improving the quality of Islamic boarding schools can be illustrated through the effectiveness and cost efficiency of the existing education process. Meanwhile, determining education costs which include operational and investment costs is seen as less effective and efficient, even though these two costs are a guarantee of the quality of education. However, a number of Islamic boarding schools appear to have key factors in determining operational and investment costs within an effective and efficient framework. The aim of this research is to describe the key factors that are effective and efficient in determining operational and investment costs in Islamic boarding schools. The research was carried out at the Al-mukhlishin Islamic boarding school in Ciseeng, Bogor. The research took subjects namely financing managers, educators, school leaders and deputy leaders. A qualitative approach is the choice for data collection techniques, including observational studies, interviews and document studies. There are data analysis steps which are divided into 3, namely: reduction, presentation of findings and verification in the form of conclusions. The research results confirm that operational and investment costs have key factors that must be considered in determining them, namely changes in the student population and increasing educational standards. The implication of the results for education financing managers is that they can consider key factors to be actualized when trying to provide quality education in Islamic boarding schools

Abstract

This research is motivated by the large number of students who think that learning Arabic tends to be boring. Thus, the role of learning media is needed by educators and students so that a teaching and learning process can be carried out more easily to understand the material, and foster students' learning interest. The use of songs in simple language in learning Arabic will help students understand the material easily. This study aims to determine and identify the effect of using song media in learning Arabic at SDS IT Al-Azhar Plered. The method used in this research is qualitative by way of observation, interviews. Data was collected through observation techniques, interviews with Arabic subject teachers and also with students. The results showed that Arabic learning activities using songs in Arabic learning at SDS IT Al-Azhar Plered had a big impact on students, namely making it easier for students to understand by singing while learning

Abstract

Strategic management is the science and art of planning, implementing, evaluating every decision of organization that can enable performance to meet targets and get goals. This research aims to describe strategic management which includes planning, implementation and evaluation of strategies at SDIT Citra Az-Zahra West Jakarta. The research approach and methods use descriptive qualitative using data collection through literature studies, documentation, documentation. Data analysis are carried out by collect of data, reduce of data, present of data, and draw of conclusions. Meanwhile, data validity use data and method and source triangulation. The results of research strategic management research at SDIT Citra Az-Zahra include several activities, namely planning including formulating vision, mission and goals, identifying internal and external factors, determining superior strategies, short until long-term planning. Strategic implementation is determining school policies which include government policies and the school's own policies, motivating educators and education staff by providing several awards, human resources allocated, and school culture. Strategic evaluation includes monitoring of plan and implementation, individual and school performance measured, and improvement steps taked.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis terhadap strategi pengembangan usaha yang dilakukan dan melihat bagaimana perspektif pendidikan Islam terhadap strategi pengembangan pondok pesantren Nurul Iman Parung di era disrupsi. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan kualitatif. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan telaah literatur (literature review) dari berbagai penelitian yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya. Metode analisis deskriptif merupakan metode analisis data yang dilakukan dengan menyusun data yang diperoleh kemudian diinterpretasikan dan dianalisis sehingga memberikan informasi bagi pemecahan masalah yang dihadapi. Berdasarkah hasil penelitian diketahui strategi pengembangan usaha yang dilakukan pondok pesantren Nurul Iman Parung terdiri dari 4 strategi yaitu 1). Melakukan pengembangan ide usaha, 2). Melakukan perluasan skala usaha; 3). Perluasan cakupan usaha; 4). Perluasan melalui kerjasama. Strategi pengembangan pondok pesantren di era disrupsi  dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam telah terimplementasi dengan baik diawali dengan membuat software khusus untuk pengelolaan pendidikan yang menunjang proses pembelajaran selanjutnya membuat kelas digital dan melakukan pengembangan sarana dan prasarana digital yang semuanya akan berdampak pada proses pembelajaran yang ada di dalam pesantren.Tujuan dari pendidikan Islam dan kurikulum pendidikan Islam pun telah diterapkan dengan baik di Pesantren Nurul Iman.

Abstract

Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) memiliki peran penting dalam membangun fondasi perkembangan anak, sehingga strategi manajemen yang efektif di lembaga pendidikan menjadi hal yang sangat diperlukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan fungsi utama manajemen—perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan—dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Raudhatul Athfal (RA) dan Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK). Penelitian dilakukan di RA Baitul Maal dan TK Bintaro dengan pendekatan kualitatif, menggunakan wawancara mendalam dengan pimpinan sekolah dan guru, observasi langsung, serta analisis dokumen untuk mengidentifikasi persamaan dan perbedaan strategi manajemen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam perencanaan, RA Baitul Maal lebih menekankan pada rencana jangka panjang yang terstruktur dan evaluatif, sedangkan TK Bintaro fokus pada inovasi kurikulum dan pemanfaatan teknologi. Dalam pengorganisasian, RA Baitul Maal menunjukkan kesesuaian terhadap standar nasional PAUD, sementara TK Bintaro perlu meningkatkan kesesuaian kualifikasi tenaga pendidik dengan tugas yang diemban. Strategi pelaksanaan menunjukkan keunikan masing-masing lembaga, di mana RA Baitul Maal unggul dalam kegiatan berbasis motivasi religius, sedangkan TK Bintaro menonjol dengan budaya organisasi yang inovatif. Mekanisme pengawasan di kedua lembaga melibatkan pengawasan melekat dan fungsional, dengan perbedaan pada pengawasan eksternal berdasarkan instansi yang menaungi (Kemenag untuk RA dan Diknas untuk TK). Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penyesuaian fungsi-fungsi manajemen dengan karakteristik lembaga masing-masing. Implikasinya, strategi manajemen yang terarah dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan mendukung perkembangan anak secara optimal.

Abstract

Profesi perawat berisiko terhadap stres kerja yang dapat mencetuskan sindrom pramenstruasi. Sindrom pramenstruasi yang terjadi ketika perawat bekerja akan berdampak pada penurunan produktivitas dan risiko terjadinya kecelakaan kerja, maka kondisi tersebut akan membahayakan pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat stres kerja perawat, sindrom pramenstruasi, dan hubungan stres kerja perawat dengan sindrom pramenstruasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi potong lintang. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 160 perawat dalam usia subur di Rumah Sakit (RS) X Bekasi dan sebanyak 12 perawat termasuk ke dalam kriteria ekslusi penelitian yakni mengonsumsi kontrasespi oral atau menderita sindrom polikistik ovarium. Stres kerja perawat dibagi dalam 8 subskala yaitu beban kerja, konflik, kurangnya dukungan, ketidakpastian mengenai pengobatan pasien, berurusan dengan kematian dan sekarat, keputusan organisasi, persiapan yang tidak memadai, dan pelecehan seksual. Analisa univariat meliputi skor numerik dan persentase masing-masing skor subskala stres kerja perawat dan sindrom pramenstruasi. Hubungan antara skor stres kerja perawat dan 8 subskala stres kerja dengan sindrom pramenstruasi menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman. Hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai stres kerja perawat sebesar 42,55 dan sebanyak 133 (89,9%) perawat mengalami stres kerja ringan. Nilai rata-rata sindrom pramenstruasi sebesar 38,6 dan sebanyak 113 perawat (76,4%) megalami gejala ringan. Subskala beban kerja, konflik, kurangnya dukungan, keputusan organisasi dan pelecehan seksual menunjukkan hubungan bermakna dan positif dengan sindrom pramenstruasi. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara stres kerja perawat dan sindrom pramenstruasi (p=0,002 ; r=0,250). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan semakin meningkatnya skor stres kerja maka semakin tinggi skor sindrom pramenstruasi. Perawat diharapkan mampu untuk mengendalikan stres di tempat kerja sehingga dapat mencegah terjadinya sindrom pramenstruasi yang berefek pada keselamatan pasien.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of presenting the margondang and tor-tor ceremony for the wedding of the Batak Angkola community and to know the view of Islamic education on the margondang and tor-tor ceremony of the wedding of the Batak Angkola community. This study uses a qualitative approach with ethnographic methods. Data collection methods used were in-depth interviews, observation and literature study. The results of this study include: 1) The process of the margondang ceremony starts from martahi ungut-ungut (family deliberation), martahi sahuta (one village deliberation), martahi godang (deliberation of the kings), after that the maralok-alok kings (customary session), then panaek gondang (hitting drums). After that began the manortor of the men, namely suhut bolon, kahanggi and anak boru, followed by the tortor of the mothers, tortor kings, tortor naposo nauli bulung, then tortor namora pule (bride). After the manortor is complete, the bride and groom are taken to the main building's butchers, and the last event is the implementation of the mangupa. 2) The view of Islamic education on the margondang and tor-tor ceremony for the wedding of the Batak Angkola community shows that the margondang has Islamic educational values ​​in each of its traditional ceremonies, such as religious values, social values ​​and moral values, so that the basis of Islamic education is the basis of religion and the purpose of Islamic education in social (ahdaf ijtima'iyyah) can be achieved in this ceremony.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat is a traditional Islamic educational institution that not only functions as a center for transmitting religious knowledge but also plays a vital role in shaping students’ character based on humanistic values. The object of this study is the process of internalizing humanistic values practiced through the pesantren’s local wisdom. The aim of this research is to examine how these values are internalized and established as a pillar of religious moderation. This study employs a qualitative approach using literature study and descriptive analysis methods. The findings reveal that values such as compassion, solidarity, mutual cooperation, tolerance, simplicity, and respect for differences are implemented in the educational traditions and social activities of the students. The discussion emphasizes that this internalization fosters moderate and adaptive students who are capable of becoming agents of peace in multicultural societies. In conclusion, the local wisdom of Pesantren Sunan Drajat plays a strategic role in strengthening religious moderation and serves as a model of Islamic education relevant to contemporary challenges.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the personality competence of KH Hasyim Asy'ari's perspective teacher and its relevance to current education. The teacher's personal competence is the main requirement for carrying out his duties as an educator. Competence must be owned by the teacher because the teacher will meet various kinds of student characters, the teacher's task is to improve the character and morals of students. The method used in this study is a qualitative type of library (library research), namely the type of research that refers to the treasures of literature such as books, articles and e-journals. The results showed that personality competencies according to KH Hasyim Asy'ari were: straightening intentions (intent to seek Allah's blessing), motivators, loving students, making it easier for students to understand lessons, enthusiastic when teaching and mastering various teaching methods, evaluation, mentorship, behaving the same to all students, monitoring the behavior of students, the teacher behaves well towards students, the teacher provides assistance to students, the teacher pays attention to the presence of students, is humble before students, and speaks kind words to students. Besides that, there is also harmony between the adabul alim wa wal muta'alim book and Permendiknas no 14 of 2005 concerning teacher personality. The elucidation of Article 10 paragraph (1) teacher's personal competence includes: solid personality, noble, wise and authoritative as well as being a role model for students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis model pendidikan moderasi beragama berbasis digital dan kecerdasan buatan (AI) di Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat Lamongan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus melalui teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa moderasi beragama dikembangkan secara holistik sebagai sistem nilai yang terintegrasi dalam kurikulum, budaya pesantren, keteladanan kepemimpinan, serta praktik sosial-keagamaan santri. Integrasi teknologi digital dan AI tidak diposisikan sebagai otoritas epistemik, tetapi sebagai instrumen pedagogis untuk memperkuat literasi kritis, kemampuan evaluatif, dan ketahanan ideologis santri terhadap disinformasi dan radikalisme digital. Kepemimpinan kiai berperan sebagai struktur legitimasi ideologis yang memastikan internalisasi nilai moderasi beragama berlangsung secara organik dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini merumuskan Model Pendidikan Moderasi Beragama Berbasis Ekosistem Digital-Etis, yaitu model yang mengintegrasikan nilai keislaman klasik, transformasi digital, dan etika teknologi dalam satu sistem pendidikan yang koheren. Model ini menegaskan peran pesantren tidak hanya sebagai lembaga transmisi ilmu keagamaan, tetapi juga sebagai agen produksi ketahanan sosial digital dalam menghadapi tantangan era informasi.
