Abstract

The formation of Islamic personality is a primary goal in Islamic education. Ethical education plays a crucial role in achieving this goal as it involves the moral and spiritual aspects of individuals. This research aims to analyze the Islamic perspective on ethical education and how it contributes to the formation of an Islamic personality. The methodology employed is a literature study involving the analysis of Islamic sources, including the Qur'an and Hadith. The analysis reveals that the Islamic approach to ethical education emphasizes the importance of good morals, social responsibility, and spiritual awareness. Islamic education should prioritize moral values such as honesty, justice, patience, and compassion. Additionally, education should encourage individuals to behave well and be responsible towards society, as well as develop spiritual awareness in their relationship with Allah. This research provides a deeper understanding of how ethical education, from an Islamic perspective, contributes to the formation of an Islamic personality.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan fondasi penting bagi perkembangan individu dan masyarakat, namun pendekatan tradisional seringkali tidak mampu mengatasi tantangan-tantangan kompleks yang dihadapi oleh pendidikan modern. Artikel ini mengusulkan pemikiran kritis terhadap pendidikan dengan pendekatan inovatif untuk masa depan, dengan fokus pada identifikasi tantangan dalam pendidikan tradisional, eksplorasi potensi dan kelebihan pendekatan inovatif, serta analisis dampak dan peluang yang ditawarkan oleh pendidikan inovatif.Melalui pendekatan kritis, artikel ini menyoroti pentingnya evaluasi mendalam terhadap efektivitas, relevansi, dan dampak negatif yang mungkin timbul dari pendidikan inovatif. Dengan mempertimbangkan kelebihan seperti peningkatan keterlibatan siswa, pengembangan keterampilan masa depan, dan responsibilitas terhadap perubahan sosial, penulis menekankan pentingnya pemikiran kritis sebagai landasan yang kuat dalam mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan pendidikan inovatif yang efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Pendidikan agama Islam bermakna sebagai proses penciptaan manusia secara seutuhnya yang bereksistensi sebagai khalifah di muka bumi agar menjadi manusia yang bertaqwa kepada Allah SWT  dengan berlandaskan kepada Al-Qur’an dan Hadits. Hal tersebut dikarenakan pendidikan agama Islam dalam prosesnya menekankan kepada transformasi nilai-nilai keagamaan ke dalam diri manusia agar dapat mencapai tujuan hidup secara lahiriyah dan bathiniah. Salah satu wadah dalam pengembangan pendidikan agama Islam ini  melalui pendidikan formal tingkat menegah atas. Di mana pendidikan Islam pada tingkatan pendidikan menengah diisi oleh 3 macam lembaga pendidikan yang meliputi sekolah menegah atas (SMA), sekolah menegah kejuruan (SMK) dan madrasah Aliyah (MA). Tentunya dalam pemilihan sekolah lanjutan ini siswa-siswi didasarkan pada minat dan kemampuan dirinya. Adapaun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui perbandingan minat siswa terhadap pendidikan agama Islam melalui pemilihan sekolah lanjutan tingkat menegah atas di wilayah desa damai. Metode yang digunakan peneliti yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif yang menggunakan teknik wawancara. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa di wilayah desa damai cendrung lebih memilih sekolah tingkat menegah umum. Hal ini dikarenakan masih kurangnya minat mereka untuk mempelajari agama secara mendalam pada suatu Lembaga khusus yakni di tingkat MA.

Abstract

This research addresses prevalent issues in Indonesia's education system, particularly the decline in moral character among the younger generation. The study aims to determine whether Ki Hajar Dewantara's educational framework lacks religious principles, contributing to these challenges, or if the problem lies in the disparity between his concept and the Islamic education model that emphasizes moral development. The research employs a library research method, reviewing various sources such as journals, books, and other references to gather information. The findings reveal that Ki Hajar Dewantara's educational framework does include Islamic educational values. The study concludes that the moral crisis in Indonesian education is not due to a lack of religious values in the educational concept but rather due to educators' failure to effectively implement Ki Hajar Dewantara's educational principles while understanding true Islamic education. This suggests the need for improved application of his concepts in educational practices, theories, and future development.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the fact that the learning methods used were still less effective, resulting in students tending to be less motivated in the learning process. The aim of this research is to find out how the Bamboo Dance learning model is implemented and to find out whether the implementation of the bamboo dance learning model can increase students' learning motivation in class VII PAI subjects at SMPN 7 Bengkalis. The type of research used in this research is experimentation by taking 2 classes from the population consisting of an experimental class and a control class. The total sample in this study was 49 students divided into 2 classes, namely class VII A as the control class and VII B as the experimental class using the Total Sampling technique. Data collection techniques use tests and documentation. The results of the research are that after implementing the Bamboo Dance learning model, students learn to run well, this is because students are more active in discussing, asking questions, exchanging information and paying attention to the material being explained. Furthermore, the results of the research are the results of the paired sample t test which was carried out by the researcher on the results of the sig<t table, namely 0.000<005, which means there has been a significant change. The test results also show a difference in the average scores of the experimental posttest and control posttest, namely the experimental is 84.58 while the control is 80.60. From these results it can be concluded that the Bamboo Dancing learning model can improve student learning outcomes in class VII PAI subjects at SMPN 7 Bengkalis. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan pendekatan Mengurai Problematika Pendidikan Inklusif: Perbandingan Indonesia dan Inggris dalam Menghadapi Tantangan Disabilitas dan Keadilan Sosial dalam konteks pendidikan formal, serta menilai efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap isu-isu keadilan sosial dan hak penyandang disabilitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana pendekatan ini membantu siswa memahami konsep pendidikan inklusif secara kritis, serta mengidentifikasi kelebihan dan tantangan yang muncul selama pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran sosial dan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa, meskipun ditemukan kendala seperti keterbatasan sumber daya, perbedaan konteks budaya, dan kebutuhan akan pelatihan guru yang memadai. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan pendekatan ini secara berkelanjutan serta integrasinya dengan metode lain untuk memperkaya perspektif siswa dan memperkuat nilai-nilai inklusivitas dalam pendidikan.

Abstract

This study examines the policy of educational decentralization through a comparative analysis of the implementation of instructional strategies in Saudi Arabia and Indonesia. The study aims to evaluate the extent to which this policy contributes to the effectiveness of instructional strategies and to identify its strengths and challenges in both countries. The findings reveal that decentralization allows educational institutions to innovate and adopt more contextual and participatory teaching approaches. However, issues such as disparities in resources, institutional capacity, and policy consistency across regions pose significant challenges. The study recommends strengthening local capacities, enhancing coordination among stakeholders, and integrating national and local policies to promote equity and improve the quality of education under a decentralized system.

Perbedaan latar belakang sejarah dan ideologi mempengaruhi struktur, kurikulum, dan pendekatan pendidikan di kedua negara. Indonesia menghadapi tantangan berupa kesenjangan akses pendidikan di wilayah terpencil dan keulaitas tenaga pengajara yangberagam. Turki menitikberatkan pada modernisasi pendidikan dengan penekanan padasains dan teknologi. Melalui perbandingan ini, kedua negara memiliki peluang untuk salingbelajar dan berbagi praktik terbaik guna menciptakan kebijakan pendidikan yang inklusif, adaptif dan berkelanjutan. Pendidikan bisa menjadi katalis untuk meningkatkan kualitassumber daya manusia di era globalisasi.

Abstract

The digital revolution has brought fundamental changes to the global education system, including in Indonesia and the United States. The development of information technology has driven the transformation of teaching methods, access to learning resources, and interaction between teachers and students. However, this change has also brought a number of challenges, such as infrastructure inequality, unequal digital literacy, and the need to formulate integrated technology-based education policies. This study aims to examine the dynamics of the transformation of the education system in Indonesia and America, with a focus on the use of technology in learning, government policies, and their impact on the quality of education. The method used is a literature study through analysis and synthesis of various trusted sources, including government reports, scientific articles, and online publications. The discussion shows that the United States is more advanced in the integration of educational technology with the support of strong infrastructure, regulations, and a digital learning culture, while Indonesia is still in the adaptation stage with various structural barriers. Despite having different contexts, both countries face similar challenges in maintaining inclusivity, curriculum relevance, and a balance between technological innovation and humanist values ​​in education.

Abstract
