Abstract

Terdapat kesenjangan tersembunyi dan adanya tekanan dari masyarakat dengan adanya pemimpin wanita. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seorang wanita menjalankan bisnis keluarganya sekaligus menjalankan bisnis sekolah ditengah polemik antara pihak yang menghambat adanya pimpinan wanita dengan pihak yang menyetujui adanya pimpinan wanita dalam sebuah lembaga. Metode penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif  dengan metode pendekatan life histori. Subyek penelitiannya Hj. Eny Rahma Zaenah, SE, MM dan sekolah-sekolah Al Firdaus Surakarta. Informan penelitian adalah pendiri dan penasehat di Yayasan Lembaga Pendidikan Al Firdaus (YLPAF), direktorat YLPAF dan konselor. Informan penelitian lain adalah agai orangtua siswa dan siswa di YLPAF. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Teknik analisa datanya dengan analisa tematik. Hasil penelitian ini, wanita memiliki kapasitas kepemimpinan yang sama baik dengan laki-laki. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan yang bersifat futuristik, dengan ciri kolaboratif, profil lulusan di sekolah yang beliau bentuk sesuai dengan kebutuhan sumber daya manusia saat ini, membuat sekolah inklusi jauh sebelum program inklusi dicanangkan, berani mengambil resiko dan berprinsip kuat, membentuk klinik tumbuh kembang Puspa untuk mendampingi sekolah inklusi, mendidik siswa sesuai jamannya, tanggap situasi, mampu berinovasi dan multitasking. Pemimpin ini memiliki kepemimpinan yang elegan dengan ciri  memiliki kompetensi dengan legalitas formal, kuat pendiriannya dan mampu mengkomunikasikan ide nya dengan baik, mampu berinovasi, memimpin dengan kasih sayang dan rasa keibuan serta memberi teladan.

Abstract

To mitigate the adverse effects of modern farming systems on natural resources, we need sustainable agriculture immediately. Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), the largest Islamic group in Indonesia, plays a strategic role in raising awareness and encouraging sustainable farming practices through informal education. This study investigates NU's non-formal education initiative designed to promote the shift from exploitation to conservation within the agricultural sector. Utilizing a qualitative methodology rooted in empirical analysis and literature review, the study investigates the integration of Islamic values, indigenous knowledge, and agroecological principles into farmer empowerment curricula through collaborations between pesantrens and the Nahdlatul Ulama Agricultural Development Institute (LPPNU). The results underscore the pivotal function of NU's non-formal education in augmenting farmers' ecological awareness, fostering the implementation of organic farming practices, and bolstering community-oriented food security. But there are still problems, like not having enough access to resources and not having enough policy support. In summary, NU's non-formal education programs provide a promising framework for promoting sustainable agriculture based on Islamic principles and local cultural contexts. The study offers policy recommendations for the incorporation of ecological and social sustainability into educational and agricultural development in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the interventions carried out by special assistant teachers (GPK) in an inclusive school for children with special needs (ABK). This research is qualitative research with descriptive analysis. The research subjects were all special support teachers, counselors and inclusion coordinators at the Middle Year Program (MYP) Al Firdaus Surakarta. Data collection methods were observation, documents and interviews. The validity of the data is obtained by triangulating the sources. The data analysis method used is interactive data analysis. There are 18 GPK for 33 crew members at MYP Al Firdaus. The results of this research show that there are various interventions, namely physiological, cognitive, interaction and spiritual interventions. Physiological intervention by providing a safe and comfortable place and providing physical touch. Cognitive intervention by providing explanations to crew members and discussing cases that have occurred. Interaction intervention by intervening with friends. Spiritual intervention by reading the Qur'an, reading the kalimah thoyyibah and praying. Not all cases are resolved the same depending on the case and the intensity of the tantrum. Other interventions include being given comfort by having their basic needs met, validating their role and understanding.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the philosophical reasons for choosing the International Baccalaureat (IB) programme as an internationalization strategy at Yayasan Lembaga Pendidikan Al Firdaus (YLPAF) and find out the preparation using the IB curriculum. This research is qualitative research with action research methods. Data collection techniques with observations, interviews, and documents. Those studied were YLPAF directors, principals and teachers. Data analysis used interactive analysis. Data validity methods used with triangulation of data sources. The results of this study are the philosophical reasons why YLPAF chose the IB curriculum because the IB program teaches character and IB does not change the initial concept of Al Firdaus as an inclusive and Islamic school. The preparations made by YLPAF in preparing for IB authorization are as follows: improving human resource skills at YLPAF, especially in the fields of IT and English, train all stokeholders towards the IB programme, carry out all activities recommended in the IB programme so that the concept of IB is more quickly recognized and absorbed by YLPAF.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena mundurnya kualitas dan legitimasi demokrasi di negara Indonesia. Iklim demokrasi Indonesia telah didominasi oleh banyaknya pemilih pemula yang menentukan pilihan karena pengaruh uang (money politic), hal itu disebabkan oleh kurangnya literasi, wawasan, dan edukasi yang dimiliki pada setiap individu pemilih pemula. Maka dari itu, untuk menjawab tantangan yang terjadi, peneliti menggagas penelitian yang membawa inovasi berupa sistem informasi, konsultasi dan advokasi money politic yang dinamai dengan aplikasi SIMOTIC. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan, kelayakan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan aplikasi SIMOTIC sebagai media edukasi pencegahan praktik money politic bagi pemilih pemula. Adapun untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan dilaksanakan penelitian dengan metode R&D (Research and Development), melalui pendekatan prosedur pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation dan Evaluation). Sejalan dengan metode tersebut digunakan teknik pengumpulan data kuantitatif yaitu penyebaran angket pre-test dan post tetst untuk uji validasi, praktisi dan keefektifan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan kepada pemilih pemula yang tergabung dalam Forum Osis Sumatera Selatan (FOSTAN), KPU Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dan Persatuan Advokat Seluruh Indonesia. Sehingga berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan aplikasi SIMOTIC telah layak, praktis, dan efektif untuk digunakan sebagai media edukasi pencegahan praktik money politic bagi pemilih pemula, yang ditinjau melalui pengujian validasi ahli, pengujian praktisi, dan pengujian keefektifan..

Abstract

Pesantren (Islamic boarding school), as the oldest Islamic educational institution in Indonesia, requires well-organized management in order to successfully lead the students to build an Islamic competency and also excel in the fields of science and technology. The management of Pesantren should be adjusted towards the demands of the era and the needs of students after completing their education at Pesantren while maintaining Islamic competence as a characteristic of Islamic boarding schools. A pesantren providing a basis for life skills in Salatiga is Agro Nur El-Falah Islamic Boarding School. The purpose of this research is to analyze in detail the Management Innovation of the Agro Nur el-Falah Islamic Boarding School in providing life skills competencies to the students. The researcher uses a qualitative descriptive method with the aim of describing a situation objectively in accordance with the description of the situation. Therefore, this research will further describe life skills-based Islamic education management innovation at Agro Nur El-Falah Islamic Boarding School Salatiga. The results of this research indicate that Islamic education at Agro Nur El-Falah Islamic Boarding School has successfully provided not only Islamic knowledge as a key feature of Islamic education, but also life skills competencies to the students.

Abstract

Kelas 6 SD memerlukan perhatian khsusus dalam pendampingan kegiatan belajar karena akan melaksanakan Penilaian Akhir Ta-hun (PAT) sebagai bekal untuk melanjutkan sekolah ke jenjang selanjutnya. Tim KKN-Dik FKIP UMS melakukan pengabdian di SD Muhammadiyah Program Khusus Tumang pada 1 Februari sampai 6 Mareet 2021. Salah satu program yang diusung ialah pem-berdayaan kelompok belajar untuk kelas 6. Pemberdayaan ke-lompok belajar home visit dengan sistem four day four places. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah sebagai bentuk pendalaman materi kelas 6, khususnya Tematik dan Matematika. Strategi kegiatan ini terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu identifikasi karakateristik siswa di setiap kelompok belajar, penerapan sistem four day four places dengan dua tempat dalam satu hari, dan pendampingan kelompok belajar siswa dengan metode interaktif. Hasil kelompok belajar dengan four day four places dinilai efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam memahami materi. Penggunaan metode number heads together untuk Tematik, membuat siswa aktif dan berani mengutarakan pendapat. Metode cerdas cermat untuk Ma-tematika, efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi siswa dalam belajar berhitung, karena terdapat aspek kompetensi di dalamnya. Kegiatan kelompok belajar sistem four day four places dengan penggunaan metode interaktif penting untuk ditindaklanjuti ka-rena efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa.

Abstract

Poverty forced most females to have double roles as housewives and workers. It happened to help the husbands look for a good living. This research aimed to describe the strategies for female industrial workers in Surakarta to resolve gender conflict in a household. This research used qualitative method to describe the data retrieved by interview technique using social role theory to find out the existence of double role conflict, kinds of conflicts, and strategies in resolution of the gender role conflict from the respondents in the regions of Surakarta, Boyolali, Sragen, Wonogiri, and Sukoharjo by referring to the patterned social behavior, social identity, and shared social expectations. This research uncovered the existence of various conflicts among female workers i.e. working hours, household chores, relationship communication between husband and wife (biological relationship), and childcare. Furthermore, this research also found the strategies used by housewives in facing conflicts, including division of role as head of the family, division of working hours, parenting arrangement, family biological time arrangement, and social community. Regarding the findings, this research provided female industrial workers with several alternative solutions to help them divide their time for professionally working in domestic and public affairs.

Abstract

This research aims to describe (1) the cultivation of religious character and discipline through the habit of Duha prayer at Mi Muhammadiyah Karangduren Sawit Boyolali, (2) the values ??contained in the religious character and discipline character that exist in the habit of Duha prayer. The research is qualitative research with field research to find out about cultivating religious character and disciplined character through the practice of dhuha prayers at Mi Muhammadiyah Karangduren. The subject of this research is the Mi Muhammadiyah Karangduren teacher. Data collection in this research used interviews, observation, and documentation. then, the data analysis used is data reduction, presenting the data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that cultivating religious character and discipline can be implemented through the practice of Dhuha prayers as has been implemented at Mi Muhammadiyah Karangduren Sawit. The religious character that is instilled through congregational dhuha prayers contains several values, such as the value of honesty which is reflected when students come to the madrasah and have not performed ablution, meaning they must first perform ablution with self-awareness. Divine values ??are symbolized by the differences that exist, but the students remain side by side, straightening their rows and prostrating themselves together to Allah. As well as instilling istiqomah in students to participate in the dhuha prayer from start to finish dhikr and memorizing Asmaul Husna without disturbing their friends and the value of cooperation that exists when preparing a place for dhuha prayer even though the schedule is given in grades 4-6. Then the character of discipline is instilled, such as discipline regarding the time at which students arrive before the Duha prayer begins, namely 07.00, and discipline in carrying out tasks according to the assignment.
