Abstract

Mengatur kecepatan motor DC juga diperlukan suplai tegangan yang searah pada kumparan medan untuk diubah menjadi energi mekanik. Dalam sistem perancangan langkah terakhir adalah melakukan simulasi yang bertujuan untuk menghemat banyak hal, seperti waktu, tenaga, biaya, dan juga resiko yang kita hadapi jika mengalami kegagalan. Perencanaan memerlukan kajian dari berbagai ranah untuk mewu mencari solusi atau alternatif baru untuk memperbaiki  sistem yang sudah ada agar bisa terus dikembangakan. Simulasi mengenai pengaturan kecepatan motor DC seri menggunakan penyearah terkendali yaitu yang berasal dari sumber referensi berupa jurnal, paper, maupun manual modul. Dari data tersebut penullis mengumpulkan data parameter dari komponen motor DC dan rectifier. Jika data tidak sesuai maka kembali ke tahap pencarian parameter tiap elemen, maka lanjut ketahap membuat rangkaian penuh dengan PSIM. Diberbagai sumber internet mendapat nameplate motor DC dengan merek CHINA ELECTRIC yang dapat dilihat pada gambar 7. Grafik karakteristik sudut penyalaan (????) yang digunakan pada Gating Block di PSIM. Tegangan tersebut akan disearahkan oleh rangkaian penyearah. Kecepatan putaran motor DC penguat sendiri seri dikendalikan dengan menggunak an thyristor, 0°-60°, 90°, 120°, 150°, 180°. Software simulasi PSIM dapat mencegah kerugian apabila terjadi kegagalan pada saat perancangan suatu sistem. Pengaturan kecepatan motor DC penguat seri yaitu dengan cara mengatur sudut penyalaan pada thyristor. Besarnya konfliktau mereka dibandingkan dengan penelitian sebelumnya adalah pada penyearah terkendali penuh dipakai.

Abstract

Sampah plastik merupakan salah satu masalah lingkungan yang dapat menjadikan dampak negatif bagi masyarakat khusunya masyarakat Indonesia. Sampah plastik di Indonesian menyentuh angka 64 juta ton, dimana 10% sampah plastik tersebut terbuang ke laut dan menyebabkan gangguan pada ekosistem laut. Solusi penanggulangan sampah plastik di Indonesia sudah mulai dikembangkan diantara lain adalah daur ulang sampah plastik menjadi barang siap pakai. Industri sampah plastik di Indonesia saat ini dapat mengelola sampah plastik hingga 5 juta ton pertahunnya angka yang sangat kecil dibandingkan sampah plastik yang dihasilkan. Permasalahan utama yang pada industri daur ulang sampah plastik adalah proses pengeringan cacahan plastik pasca cuci. Pengeringan pada beberapa industri daur ulang masih menggunakan metode konvensional yaitu melalui sinar matahari, yang mana akan menambah waktu produksi dan biaya produksi akan meningkat. Pemanasan menggunakan konveyor berjalan merupakan upaya dan fokus untuk mempercepat pengurangan kadar air pada cacahan plastik pasca cuci. Penggunaan heater batang akan memberikan radiasi panas seperti pada oven listrik. Pemanasan yang dibutuhkan pada setiap produksi cacahan plastik berbeda-beda tergantung kadar air yang teridentifikasi. Laju pengeringan merupakan pedoman utama dalam proses pengeringan cacahan plastik menggunakan metode konveyor berjalan. Kebutuhan monitoring kadar air cacahan plastik sebelum dan sesudah proses pengeringan akan ditampilkan pada layar nextion 2.4”. Kontrol heater dan motor penggerak konveyor menggunakan potensiometer secara manual agar mudah untuk dilakukan perubahan oleh operator yang bertugas.

Abstract

Alat ini dibuat untuk mengatur tegangan pada lilitan jangkar dengan menggunakan penyearah terkontrol IC TCA 785. Sebuah autotrafo yang mengalami kerusakan maka untuk mendapatkan komponen atau penggantian dengan yang baru akan harganya yang cukup mahal. Setelah dilakukan pengujian dan alat bekerja, dapat mengemudikan motor DC tanpa lonjakan arus setiap kenaikan tegang an hingga mencapai putaran yang diinginkan (1500 rpm). Penyearah terkontrol adalah rangkaian konversi tegangan AC menjadi DC. Pengaturan kecepatan motor DC dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa cara, antara lain dengan cara mengatur tegang an terminal (Vt). Dalam perancangan tugas akhir ini digunakan motor 3 HP berpenguatan terpisah sebagai plant yang akan dikontrol. Pangaturan motor pada konveyor sangat diperlukan untuk mengatur laju barang yang akan dikirim. Hal ini dikarenakan motor arus searah memiliki keunggulan seperti torsi awal yang besar dan metode. Pengujian tegangan kontrol ini dilakukan pada pin 11 dari TCA 785 terhadap ground. Bentuk Gelombang yang dihasilkan osiloskop seperti gambar berikut. Cara pengambilan datanya dalam kondisi awal tanpa beban dengan cara memutar regulator hingga kecepatan motor DC mencapai 1500 rpm, kemudian berikan beban berupa lampu pijar pada generator sesuai dengan tabel 4.2 tanpa mengubah posisi regulator. Hasil perancangan, pengujian dan analisa tentang pembuatan penyearah terkontrol penuh satu fasa pengemudi motor DC 3 HP sebagai berikut. Pembebanan motor DC dilakukan setelah motor mencapai putaran minimal 1500 rpm dengan cara output generator AC dihubungkan ke lampu pijar 15 watt akan mengakibatkan penurunan pada kecepatan motor. Variabel arus searah keluaran penuh dapat diatur dengan menggunakan kendali sudut fasa thyristor pada rangkaian pemicuan yang diinginkan, nilai tegangan eksitasi tetap dan tidak diubah- ubah.

Abstract

Digital thermometers are measuring instruments needed to perform temperature measurement actions and must be calibrated periodically according to standard measurement methods. The purpose of developing this tool is to add PID control to the calibration media where PID control aims to regulate the stability of the temperature setting to be achieved. This is achieved by studying and evaluating the effect of temperature stability on the heater and LM35DZ temperature sensor. This research method uses the Arduino Nanosystem for data processing and PID system control. The LM35DZ temperature sensor on the heater is regulated by a 2 Channel SSR module using a PID system then the temperature generated by the heater will be read by the LM35DZ and displayed on the LCD. The results of this study, digital thermometer calibrator measurements have been successfully carried out by comparing 3 digital thermometers with different brands, namely Omron 343F, Omron 245, and ThermoOne. The difference in error values in oil media is 3-4% and in water media 2-4% with the value of time stability in water media for 3-3.3 minutes and in oil media for 1-2 hours. With this comparison of calibration media, it is hoped that it can help in measuring temperature with better and more effective results. find methods, results, conclusions.

Abstract

In electrical instrumentality with SF6 gas insulation, the quality of SF6 gas in line with the standard is prime to wise insulation power, if there' a decrease in gas quality, there'll even be a decrease among the number of voltage insulation on electrical equipment. throughout this case, it had been found that the quality of SF6 gas was deteriorating within the Ganz whole GIS Compartment at the Waru Substation Substaction, specifically the position level of the SF6 isolation gas that exceeded the required standard limit. Besides, this GIS isn't equipped with silica gel/desiccant as a condition gripping material and gas sorbent material from amendment PMT (IEEE Std 11251993) that ends throughout a decrease among the standard of SF6 gas. The addition of drier among the GIS is needed to keep up the quality of SF6 gas. These materials are analyzed for quantity and performance once applied within the compartment therefore as that deterioration of the quality of SF6 gas and thus the prevalence of insulation failure is avoided as early as possible, and SF6 remains in its characteristics with a BDV of 78.6 kV/cm (according to SF6 crucial Breakdown Volatge). And it hoped that SF6 gas will add line with it operate as a decent insulating medium. Abstract

In this era, people are very dependent on electric motors. The use of electric motors covers various fields, ranging from household appliances, industrial equipment, robots, airplanes, computers, and other electronic devices that require electric motors for propulsion. With the advancement of today's engine technology, the engine is expected to be reliable and provide maximum efficiency characteristics. To achieve this, you can make the following changes to some parts of the machine to make it work properly and with maximum efficiency. Below is a flow chart that begins with observing and looking for literary studies in journals, books, and dissertations. After finding the concept from observations, making a circuit with PSIM, entering these parameters, then looking for the parameters of the DC motor components, then the circuit design is carried out. After the circuit is complete, PSIM will run the simulation. If you have already measured the existing parameters. After the survey is conducted, a survey report is generated. This study helps to design a fully uncontrolled rectifier system for DC motors to minimize design errors made in the field. That is, using PSIM software. In this experiment, there are several obstacles that even greatly affect the final results of the experiment which are not optimal and not convincing.

Abstract

Energi listrik merupakan salah satu energi yang banyak digunakan manusia saat ini. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas listrik seperti alat penunjang repair kapal harus dilengkapi dengan alat proteksi yang digunakan untuk melindungi peralatan yang sensitif akan kerusakan. Dalam masalah ini adalah gangguan undervoltage yang menyebabkan beban harus bekerja keras karena voltase pendorong arus menurun. Kondisi ini dapat juga menyebabkan kabel menjadi panas berlebih dan terbakar. Selain permasalahan tersebut terdapat juga gangguan seperti unbalance load dan arus netral. Batas tegangan untuk gangguan undervoltage yaitu 4% dari tegangan nominal yang merujuk pada standar PUIL 2011, sedangkan untuk besaran nilai ketidakseimbangan arus setiap fasa tidak boleh melebihi 25% yang merujuk pada SPLN 2014. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan software MATLAB untuk simulasi gangguan undervoltage, dan unbalance load. Berdasarkan dari hasil simulasi yang telah dilakukan akan terjadi gangguan ketidakseimbangan beban apabila terdapat selisih arus setiap fasa lebih dari 25% dan terjadi gangguan undervoltage apabila tegangan kuramg dari 365V.

Abstract

Different sectors of industry have a need for DC motors due to their benefits, such as substantial torque, absence of reactive power loss, no disruption to power supply, and precise control. Automation in control plays a crucial role in advancing science and technology. An effective control system must fulfill specified criteria, encompassing performance indices associated with accuracy, stability, and rapid response. An optimal control system is one fashioned through the optimization of performance indices, considered optimal when parameter values are chosen to maximize or minimize the selected performance index. In the context of DC motors. In the context of speed regulation using the Linear Quadratic Regulator optimal control technique, the optimization of performance indices involves configuring the Q matrix value. This, in turn, results in the generation of the K feedback amplifier matrix and the optimal L tracking matrix for the DC motor. The process is repeated for speed regulation in the DC motor using the Linear Quadratic Regulator optimal control technique, where performance index optimization is achieved by adjusting the Q matrix value, leading to the derivation of the K feedback amplifier matrix and the optimal L tracking matrix.
