Abstract

The development of the weapons industry at this time, the country of Indonesia is growing rapidly both weapons from domestic products and purchases appropriated by the TNI, so that in order to address these conditions, the TNI must immediately formulate standardization of shooting ranges according to KSU and weapon specifications, so that the standardization of shooting ranges can be used as a means of testing,, weapons and munitions that are really reliable and tested for accuracy, in order to realize professional soldiers, with the aim of research to determine the effect of standardization of shooting ranges in order to improve the management of shooting training units in the ranks of the TNI, the planned research methodology. research methods. this research method uses according to. Wiratna Sujarweni (2014: 39) quantitative research is a type of research that produces discoveries that can be achieved (obtained) by using statistical procedures or other means of quantification (measurement). that the weapon specifications are greater than the standardization of the firing range, it can be concluded that the weapon specifications have a greater influence on the achievement of the main task of the army than the standardization of the firing range. so that the standard firing range is very influential segnifikan achievement of the main task of the ranks of the army, thus the hypothesis that states the standardization of the Firing Range has a significant effect on the achievement of the main task of the army is accepted

In this study raised public health issues with the environment of Agriculture and medium industry in Keyongan Village, Nogosari District, Boyolali regency, and using qualitative research methods. The objective was to find out the health condition of the people of Keyongan village, with the emergence of various medium-sized industries in the vicinity and to find out the efforts made by the community and the village government to maintain public health. The growth of various entrepreneurial activities, especially being a medium-sized industrial area, will leave a residue for the environment, both in terms of sound or noise, air or pollution, unpleasant odors, the development of flies and mosquitoes due to water pollution from industrial waste and so on. This term if not managed properly will cause prolonged adverse effects, especially for the health of both individuals, groups and communities.

Abstract

The strategic position of Indonesia's borders on the one hand can be a potential for cooperation between countries, but on the other hand it can be a threat to state defence and security. One form of potential that can turn into a serious threat is that there are still a number of border segments that have not been discussed and agreed with neighbouring countries. The threat can be in the form of aggression, territorial violations, armed rebellion, sabotage, espionage, acts of armed terror, sea and air security threats, and communal conflicts, Research Objectives, the purpose of this final project research is to find out the current management of development in Belu Regency. understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by research subjects such as behaviour, perceptions, actions and others, holistically and by way of description

Abstract

Despite Indonesia's strategic position, serious operationalisation of cross-border governance has not been placed as a top priority. In fact, the ability of a good state management (governability) can be seen from how the border area is managed. In most cases in our country, border areas not only lack the attention of the central government, the purpose of this research study is to find out the management of the border area of North Central Timor district after the release of East Timor from Indonesia. The method we use is a qualitative method so that the author collects data by utilising existing facilities at Akmil, namely the Internet, Akmil library, informants namely Akmil personnel who have served in the border area of North East Timor. It was agreed by the two countries to seek the establishment of development that can be jointly utilised by the two countries and border communities regarding economic welfare, security education and defence.

Abstract

To support teaching and learning activities at Akmil, many diesel-engined trucks are needed that use diesel. Considering that diesel is not a renewable resource, biodiesel is a more environmentally friendly alternative, because it is produced from vegetable or animal oil. Testing the performance of diesel engines with biodiesel and diesel at various speeds shows differences, although not significant. This can be used as a guideline in selecting fuel, especially for TNI AD vehicles, and it is hoped that biodiesel can be widely known as an alternative fuel.

Abstract

To support high mobility and varied terrain, vehicles must have optimal engine performance, especially in the clutch system, which is prone to slipping due to clutch lining wear, increasing the risk of accidents. This study analyzes the wear level of Suzuki Katana clutch linings by comparing KW 1 and KW 2 through hardness, wear, and carbon content tests. The results indicate that KW 1 has a hardness of 251.34 kg/mm², higher than KW 2, which is only 67.82 kg/mm². The wear value of KW 1 is 0.003×10⁻⁴ mm³/kg.m, lower than KW 2 at 0.0086×10⁻³ mm³/kg.m. The carbon content in KW 1 reaches 44.0739%, higher than KW 2 at 32.3462%. These findings show that the higher the hardness of the clutch lining, the lower its wear rate, making KW 1 a better choice as it is more durable and resistant to wear.

Abstract

Waste wood dust in handling still takes a lot of special attention, so that the waste does not pollute the environment. One attempt to utilize the waste sawdust, wood shavings author will mix into the concrete mix. NaNO3 accelerator additives are added to this mixture to help the process of hardening of the concrete. In making specimens using materials include gresik cement, sand from Merapi, gravel, water, sawdust, and additives NaNO3. The tools used for testing concrete is compression machine, the tool is used in the testing of concrete compressive strength test and tensile test concrete sides. From the test results generated value for the average compressive strength of concrete at 3 days with 0%, 3%, 5% respectively sawdust is 9.71 MPa, 3.68 MPa, 1.60 MPa. For the average compressive strength of the concrete life of 7 days with 0%, 3%, 5% respectively sawdust is 12.92 MPa, 6:12 MPa, 3.67 MPa while the average compressive strength of concrete age of 28 consecutive days was 24.90 MPa , 15:37 MPa, 9:52 MPa. For the average value Pull apart the concrete test cube 28 days with sawdust levels of 0%, 3%, 5% is 2.79 MPa, 0.72 MPa, 0:10 MPa. So from these data it is concluded that concrete with a mixture of 3% sawdust can be categorized as a lightweight concrete because it has a specific gravity of less than or equal to 2200 kg / cm 3 and can be used as a non-structural concrete as it has f'c> 15 MPa.

Such leaders empower their workforce, encourage critical thinking and ethical behavior, and develop strong interpersonal relationships, which collectively cultivate higher levels of employee commitment, job satisfaction, and ultimately, superior operational and strategic outcomes. The test results, using a convenience sampling method with 51 respondents, indicate that: accounting knowledge alone does not have a significant influence on managerial performance, however, this knowledge significantly affects transformative leadership character. This study also found that leadership character has a significant influence on managerial performance. Furthermore, it was found that leadership character significantly mediates the influence of accounting knowledge on managerial performance
