Abstract

Pandemic Corona Disease 19 or called Covid19 raises a situation that requires every level of society to maintain health and perform activities work from home. One suggestion from the government is to implement social distancing for the academic community, one of which is students. However, not all students can do it due to the lack of understanding of social distancing and the demands of working status, this study seeks to measure the level of understanding of students in knowing social distancing and applying it in current conditions. Based on the questionnaire data collection distributed with the number of respondents 287 students with vulnerable ages 18-25 years later conducted a classification of datamining using the C4.5 algorithm with tree modeling, the results obtained that the accuracy of 93.73%, with class precision that is predictions of students understanding social distancing ( 96.97%), students understand but have to work (100%) and students hesitate (75.71%).

Abstract

Determination of rainfall is important to determine the intensity of rain that occurs in an area. Rain intensity that is too high will certainly have a bad impact. Forecasting or prediction techniques are used to determine the likelihood of intensity occurring in the following year. However, rainfall data are continuous numerical data. Measurement of accuracy becomes more difficult if the data type is like that. So, this study tests the accuracy of rainfall forecasting in the city of Denpasar from a different perspective. This test combines the Z-score method and the Fuzzy set theory to normalize and classify rainfall data. This combination determines the degree of rainfall membership divided into Upper, Middle, and Lower levels. Based on the results of rainfall accuracy testing starting in 2012-2016 obtained an average value of accuracy of 85% with training data that is data in 2007-2015. The normalization process greatly affects the value of the training data.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan penduduk di Indonesia yang terus meningkat setiap tahunnya dan tidak disertai dengan ketersediaan lapangan pekerjaan yang mampu menampung seluruh angkatan kerja bisa menimbulkan pengangguran, kriminalitas, yang bersinggungan pula dengan rusaknya moralitas masyarakat. Oleh karena pemerintah memberikan serangkaian usaha untuk menekan laju pertumbuhan penduduk agar tidak terjadi ledakan penduduk yang lebih besar. Salah satu cara yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggalakkan program KB (Keluarga Berencana). Tujuan dari penelitian untuk membuat model prediksi dengan memanfaatkan Artificial Neural Network (ANN) pada peserta KB aktif jalur pemerintahan untuk melihat laju pertumbuhan penduduk kedepannya dalam rentang waktu tertentu guna mempermudah pemerintah dalam membuat rancangan perencanaan ke depannya. Back-propagation merupakan salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan peramalan yang merupakan bagian dari ANN. Hal ini perlu dilakukan mengingat jumlah kepadatan penduduk terus meningkat setiap tahunnya dan KB merupakan salah satu program pemerintah yang bertujuan mengendalikan laju kenaikan penduduk di Indonesia. Dataset yang digunakan yakni peserta KB aktif di Kota Pematangsiantar bulan agustus 2019 – januari 2020. Pengujian dilakuan dengan bantuan software matlab dengan menguji 5 model arsitektur (try error) yakni model 4-5-1; model 4-7-1; model 4-8-5-1; dan model 4-9-7-1. Hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa model arsitektur 4-8-5-1 merupakan yang terbaik dan dijadikan acuan untuk meramalkan peserta KB aktif pada jalur pemerintah dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 71% (terbaik dari 4 model arsitektur lainnya). Model ANN tersebut dapat diimpementasikan untuk melakukan prediksi terhadap peserta KB aktif jalur pemerintahan sehingga pemerintah dapat melakukan rancangan untuk kedepannya.

Abstract

ABSTRACTKulkul is one of the traditional information facilities that is still used in an area or village. Kulkul is a cultural heritage and is used as a medium of information in the daily life of the Balinese people. In general, the types of beats are divided into kulkul deliberation, kulkul jayabaya and kulkl of death, each type of kulkul has a function and provides different information. To do the taping of the kulkul in a village, it is carried out by kelian adat by riding the bale kulkul and sounding the kulkul according to the number of beats and rhythm of the different kulkul based on the type of kulkul. By looking at this process, the researchers tried to facilitate the custom of kelian in tapping the kulkul through the web-based kulkul controller application, which later could facilitate the kelian adat in determining the type of kulkul to be sounded, knowing the kulkul information log that had sounded with detailed information on time, date, the location and type of kulkul sounded. The Kulkul controlling information system is expected to be able to facilitate it without replacing the role of kelian adat and local wisdom culture that has been carried down for generations. Information system testing is done by testing blackbox testing.Key words: information system, control, kulkulABSTRAKKulkul merupakan salah satu sarana informasi tradisional yang masih digunakan pada suatu wilayah atau desa. Kulkul merupakan warisan budaya dan digunakan sebagai media informasi dalam keseharian masyarakat bali. Secara umum jenis ketukan dibagi menjadi kulkul musyawarah, kulkul jayabaya dan kulkul kematian, setiap jenis kulkul memiliki fungsi dan memberikan informasi yang berbeda. Untuk melakukan pengetukan kulkul pada suatu desa maka dilakukan oleh kelian adat dengan cara menaiki bale kulkul dan membunyikan kulkul sesuai dengan jumlah ketukan dan ritme kulkul yang berbeda berdasarkan jenis kulkul. Dengan melihat proses ini maka peneliti berusaha untuk memudahkan kelian adat dalam melakukan pengetukan kulkul melalui aplikasi pengendali kulkul berbasis web, yang nantinya dapat memudahkan kelian adat dalam menentukan jenis kulkul yang akan dibunyikan, mengetahui log informasi kulkul yang telah dibunyikan dengan detail informasi waktu, tanggal, lokasi dan jenis kulkul yang dibunyikan. Sistem informasi pengendali kulkul ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan tanpa menggantikan peran kelian adat serta budaya kearifan lokal yang sudah dilakukan turun-temurun. Pengujian sistem informasi dilakukan dengan melakukan pengujian blackbox testing.Kata Kunci : sistem informasi, kendali, kulkul

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe population data processing system is very important for all population administration processes in a village, or in a smaller scope, namely hamlets. An information system is needed to access population data, so that one can use it to carry out population track records and simplify the process of population registration. Tegal Kori Kaja Hamlet is located in Ubung Kaja Village, North Denpasar District. Currently village officials carry out data collection on paper and processing population data by storing data in word and excel documents, making it difficult and slowing down the process of reporting and archiving population data including data on KK (Head of Family), Population Data, Arrivals Data, Data on Death, Birth Data and Transfer Data. With these problems, a population data information system will be designed which can help village government organization officials, especially hamlet heads in recording and managing population data, so they can produce population report and can provide information on population status to all people because this system based on website and can be accessed by all people .Keywords: system, information, populationABSTRAKSistem pengolahan data penduduk sangat penting bagi segala proses administrasi kependudukan dalam suatu desa, ataupun dalam ruang lingkup yang lebih kecil yaitu dusun. Suatu sistem informasi diperlukan untuk mengakses data kependudukan, sehingga diantaranya dapat digunakan untuk melakukan rekam jejak penduduk serta mempermudah dalam proses pendataan penduduk. Dusun Tegal Kori Kaja terletak pada desa Ubung kaja kecamatan Denpasar Utara. Saat ini aparat desa melakukan pendataan penduduk dengan kertas dan pengolahan data penduduk yang dilakukan dengan menyimpan data-data dalam dokumen word dan excel, sehingga menyulitkan dan memperlambat proses pelaporan dan pengarsipan data penduduk meliputi data KK (Kepala Keluarga), Data Penduduk, Data Pendatang, Data Kematian, Data Kelahiran dan Data Perpindahan. Dengan permasalahan tersebut maka akan dirancang sistem informasi data penduduk dusun yang dapat membantu pemerintahan desa, khususnya kepala dusun dalam pencatatan dan pengelolaan data penduduk sehingga dapat menghasilkan laporan penduduk dan dapat memberikan informasi status kependudukan kepada seluruh penduduk karena sistem informasi berbasis website dan bisa diakses oleh seluruh masyarakat.Kata Kunci : sistem, informasi, penduduk

Abstract

STIKOM STIMIK Indonesia (STIKI) is one of the university that provides scholarships forstudents, manual assessment have the weakness that is inefficient and potentially not objective, inaddition to supporting the principles of the right on target scholarships then the selection criteriashould be in detailed model so that the scholarship grantee is a student in accordance with thecriteria or requirements that have been determined. In fulfilling the principles of the right ontarget and objective assessment, this research used MADM model by combining the AnalyticHierarchy Process (AHP), Rank Order Centroid (ROC) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW).AHP is used to determine the weighting of criteria and sub criteria, the ROC is used to determinethe scoring championship level and championship field,interpolation is used to determine thevalue of salary data and electrical power, while SAW is used to find the final result anddetermining the rank. Result of this research show thats the same best alternative for scholarshipreceipts between manual calculations, system calculations and STIKI calculations. Differencesresult of the rank on some alternate sequence due to difference in weight is given and differencecriteria used. Resulted of rank in this research that can serve as recommendations for Puket IIItodetermining scholarship PPA and BBP recipients.Keywords: MADM, AHP, ROC, SAW,Linear Interpolation, ScholarshipABSTRAKSTIKOM Indonesia (STIKI) merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan perguruan tinggi yangmemberikan beasiswa PPA dan BBP kepada mahasiswanya, penilaian secara manual memilikikelemahan yaitu tidak efisien dan berpotensi tidak obyektif, disamping itu untuk menunjangprinsip tepat sasaran pemberian beasiswa maka kriteria yang digunakan dalam seleksi harusdimodelkan dengan detail sehingga penerima beasiswa merupakan mahasiswa yang sesuai dengankriteria-kriteria atau persyaratan yang telah ditentukan. Dalam mendukung prinsip tepat sasarandan penilaian lebih obyektif maka penelitian ini menggunakan model MADM denganmenggabungkan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), Rank Order Centroid (ROC) dan SimpleAdditive Weighting (SAW). AHP digunakan untuk menentukan bobot kriteria dan sub kriteria,ROC digunakan untuk menentukan skoring data tingkat kejuaraan dan bidang kejuaraan,interpolasi digunakan untuk menentukan nilai dari data gaji dan daya listrik, sedangkan metodeSAW digunakan untuk mencari nilai akhir dan perankingan. Hasil dari penelitian inimenunjukkan alternatif terbaik yang sama untuk perhitungan sistem, perhitungan manual, sertaperhitungan yang dilakukan pada STIKI. Perbedaan perankingan pada beberapa urutan alternatifdisebabkan karena perbedaan bobot yang diberikan dan perbedaan kriteria yang digunakan. Abstract

Griya IT merupakan salah satu toko penyedia barang elektronik seperti komputer, laptop, handphone dan lain lain. Saat ini komputer menjadi salah satu sarana yang tidak pernah lepas dari kehidupan sehari-hari seperti mengerjakan pekerjaan kantor, mengerjakan tugas sekolah atau kuliah serta sebagai sarana hiburan. Berkembang pesatnya teknologi komputer membuat banyaknya pilihan yang seringkali membuat konsumen bingung untuk menentukan komputer yang tepat bagi kebutuhan dirinya. Maka dari itu perlu dirancangan sistem pendukung keputusan yang ditunjukan bagi konsumen agar mampu menentukan alternatif prioritas komputer yang di inginkan. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, data diambil berdasarkan banyaknya permintaan akan kebutuhan konsumen dalam penggunaan komputer, serta menentukan kriteria-kriteria yang menjadi pertimbangan untuk memilih komputer. Kriteria yang menjadi bahan pertimbangan oleh konsumen yaitu budget yang disiapkan oleh konsumen(C1), garansi dari komputer (C2), spesifikasi dari komputer (C3), dan budget perangkat pendukung. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Simple Addiitive Weighting (SAW) untuk menghasilkan nilai bobot kriteria, skoring nilai budget dan garansi komputer serta perhitungan nilai akhir menggunakan proses normalisasi Cost dan Benefit. Hasil penelitian dalam penerapan metode Simple Addaitive Weighting (SAW) untuk menentukan nilai bobot kriteria dengan tiga alternatif yaitu komputer All In One (AIO), komputer gaming dan komputer design menghasilkan alternatif komputer gaming sebagai alternatif terbaik bagi pelanggan dalam pemilihan komputer dengan bobot sebesar 0,85.

Abstract

Employee performance evaluation has an important role in the world of work, especially in the field of tourism as it relates to the decision to be taken by the company. PT. Kupu-Kupu Taman Lestari is a company engaged in the field of tourism and in desperate need of competent employees to achieve corporate goals. Therefore, PT. Kupu-Kupu Taman Lestari sustainable human resources management need to improve the quality of its employees, although previously been applied but for their eventual management turnover is not there anymore management which resulted in no clear and measurable standards, as well as the employees are not motivated to work. One way to manage human resources can be assessed employee assessment based on the criteria that have been determined each weight of importance to the method Analytic Process and behaviorally Anchor Hierarhcy Rating Scale which is used to overcome the problem of subjective assessment employee performance to be more objective. By using these two methods are expected to solve the problem of assessment of employees at PT. Kupu-Kupu Taman Lestari, so that a more objective assessment, recorded, measured and employee motivation.

Abstract

Consumer needs for speed of delivery of goods and retrieval of goods are very important in the world of cargo. One of them is TAM CARGO BALI where couriers have difficulty in delivering goods during the process of determining the shipping route route. This makes the need for an information system to determine accuracy in the selection of the initial and subsequent paths to facilitate couriers, with the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) genetic algorithm with optimization problems, namely visiting every place from a set of specified places once and only once. then return to the starting place at the end of the travel route with the distance, the minimum time and cost and the results of distance optimization by generating chromosomes from the specified route make a sequence of the shortest path from the starting point of TAM CARGO BALI back to the end point at TAM CARGO BALI. Traveling Salesman Problem TSP is the search for the shortest route or minimum distance by a salesman from a city to n-city exactly once and back to the initial city of departure where the weight on the side is the distance. This TSP route contains all the vertices on the graph exactly one turn. After the generation of chromosomes, the generation selection process, crossover and mutation are carried out to get the best fitness value for each generation. The generation process will be repeated until the maximum generation is the 10th generation. The application that has been successfully built can determine the best route visualized on the map. Application testing is carried out by testing the system's functional and manual calculations according to the route output generated by the system.

Abstract

Determination of the final result in determining the decision is to determine the best alternative from several existing alternatives based on several predetermined criteria. The criteria are measures, rules, or standards for making decisions. It can be done by combining several Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods such as AHP, VIKOR, SAW, TOPSIS, and others to get the best decision results. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is one of the MCDM methods with advantages at the criteria weighting stage. It uses a consistency test to see whether the weights obtained are consistent. In comparison, the VIKOR and SAW methods are also of MCDM methods but do not apply the weighting consistency test. With the advantages and disadvantages of each MCDM method, it is possible to combine several existing methods to provide better solutions or alternatives. This study compares the ranking results between the combination of the AHP-VIKOR method and the combination of the AHP-SAW method in a performance appraisal case study. The AHP method is used to weight the criteria and sub-criteria, while the VIKOR and SAW methods are used in the alternative ranking process. The test results show differences in the alternative ranking results between the two combinations of MCDM methods used.
