Abstract

Sales forecasting is an effort to fulfill customer demands. The existence of a sales forecast, can help trade business owners in carrying out stock management to deal with customer demands in the future. Data owned in the past is used in predicting and estimating a condition in the future. Quantitative data used as a reference in the forecasting process can be time series data based on a certain period containing the number of sales. Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) are one of the human efforts to model the way the human nervous system functions in carrying out certain tasks. This modeling is based on the ability of the human brain to organize brain cells called neurons. Neurons are information processing units that are the basis of artificial neural network operations. ANN can be used to solve forecasting problems based on continuous data such as time series data from a sale based on a certain period. The research stages that will be carried out consist of analyzing needs, training the model, testing the model, forecasting sales.

Abstract

MSMEs are required to utilize technology to facilitate sales transactions. Multiple online sales platforms have been made available, but they must be adapted to the needs of MSMEs. The objective of this research is to apply decision support techniques using the Competitiveness Rating Analysis (OCRA) method in the final ranking process combined with the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) weighting technique, with the resulting weight value based on the priority order of the criteria, to assist MSMEs in determining online sales platforms. The research data employs six evaluation criteria: application usability (C1), transaction features completeness (C2), personal data security (C3), simplicity of payment process (C4), ease of delivery process (C5), and partner service fee providing (C6). The selection process conducted on 5 alternative online sales platforms that are widely used by MSMEs, resulting in the ranking of the best alternative online sales platforms: Tokopedia with a value of 0.423, followed by Shoope with a value of 0.207, Instagram with a value of 0.121, Facebook marketplace with a value of 0.109, and WhatsApp as the final ranking order. Identifying the online sales platform can aid MSMEs in determining the most suitable sales platform for promoting greater sales and facilitating transaction processes.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of a DSS utilizing the WP method in improving the decision-making process and overall performance of a manufacturing company. The study collected data over a six-month period and found that the use of the DSS resulted in a 5% reduction in production costs, a 40% increase in market demand, and a 40% increase in profit. Additionally, user satisfaction level with the DSS improved by 33%. Regression analysis was conducted to determine the relationship between the use of the DSS and the performance of the company, the results showed that there was a statistically significant relationship between the use of the DSS and the reduction in production costs, increase in market demand, and increase in profit. Additionally, the analysis showed that the satisfaction level of the users of the system also significantly improved. The results of this study provide evidence that the use of a DSS with the WP method can be an effective tool for improving the decision-making process and overall performance of a manufacturing company. The study suggests that the DSS can be an effective tool for improving the performance of the company. However, it's important to note that the results of this study are specific to the manufacturing company, and may not generalize to other types of companies or industries.

Abstract

Banyaknya merk dan spesifikasi laptop yang rumit sering kali menyulitkan pihak penjual merekomendasikan laptop dengan spesifikasi terbaik terutama untuk konsumen dalam penggunaan kinerja berat di bidang desain, animasi maupun gaming. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi sistem informasi dapat membantu pihak penjual dalam memutuskan produk terbaik kepada konsumen salah satunya menerapkan sistem pendukung keputusan. Dengan adanya sistem pendukung keputusan dapat membantu pihak pengusaha untuk memutuskan produk dengan spesifikasi yang terbaik yang dapat direkomendasikan ke pihak konsumen. Metode SPK ini bertujuan agar pihak konsumen dapat memilih laptop dengan spesifikasi dan harga terbaik dari keputusan yang diambil sehingga konsumen akan merasa puas dalam beberlanja. Salah satu metode yang sering digunakan yaitu metode MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis) dimana metode ini perhitungan yang minim dan cukup sederhana. Maka dari itu dengan merancang sistem pendukung keputusan diharapkan dapat diimplementasikan untuk memberikan rekomendasi dalam memilih spesifikasi laptop High-End kepada konsumen.

Abstract

Lontar Prasi Bali is one of the cultural heritages that is still preserved in the Balinese life system. The problem is that the understanding of the Balinese Lontar Prasi can only be understood by some people so not all can understand the functions and stories contained in the Balinese Lontar Prasi. The solution to this problem is to provide a touch of Augmented Reality technology to show the story's contents in Lontar Prasi through 3D characters, audio, and text. The method used is the Prototyping Model chosen because it accommodates the scope and timeline of application development and facilitates communication between application developers and organizations. The test was conducted using four types of smartphones. The test results show that the four smartphones can be seen when the camera detects objects on the marker, Xiaomi Note 8 Pro and Oppo Reno F1 can detect objects within 1 second. While the Samsung A50s can detect objects for 2 seconds and the Xiaomi Redmi 5 can detect time for 3 seconds.

Abstract

MyXL adalah aplikasi layanan mandiri untuk pelanggan XL Prabayar dan XL Go Izi dimana pengguna dapat melakukan aktivitas layanan XL kapanpun dan dimanapun.  MyXL dirancang untuk memudahkan pengguna mengakses layanan XL Axiata.  MyXL masih memiliki kekurangan yang dirasakan dari sisi pengguna, seperti kapasitas file aplikasi yang besar, akses aplikasi yang sulit, sinyal dan jaringan yang buruk, aplikasi yang lambat dan menu yang terlalu tumpang tindih.  mulai, perumusan masalah, studi literatur, metode yang digunakan, pengumpulan data, analisis hasil, penarikan kesimpulan, penyelesaian merupakan bagian dari metode penelitian aplikasi MyXL.  Skor akhir SUS dari tanggapan 30 responden adalah 50, sesuai pedoman interpretasi SUS pada Gambar 4, 5 dan 6 menyajikan interpretasi skor yang diperoleh.  Dari Gambar 4 terlihat bahwa layanan telekomunikasi aplikasi MyXL operator seluler menempati level Not Acceptable pada sisi Acceptability Ranges.  Dari hasil usability test yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan telekomunikasi aplikasi MyXL operator seluler masih dinilai kurang efektif, efisien dan memuaskan bagi pengguna sehingga layanan telekomunikasi aplikasi operator seluler aplikasi MyXL perlu dievaluasi lebih lanjut.

Abstract

Abiansemal District is dominated by agricultural land, with Subak Blahkiuh being one of the agricultural lands in the district. Agriculture is extremely weather-dependent, particularly during the monsoon season. Therefore, precipitation forecasting is necessary for determining a favorable sowing season. Researchers use the Holt-Winters Exponential Smoothing method with data from 2012 to 2022 for forecasting. Holt-Winters Exponential Smoothing employs two forecasting models. The results of the calculations indicate that the additive model has alpha equal to 0.653467, beta equal to 0.0036348, and gamma equal to 0.1182400. While the multiplicative model has alpha values of 0.8889286, 0.0001 and 0.0246825 for beta and gamma, respectively. For accurate forecasting, it is necessary to examine the error data, specifically the MAE and MAPE. The multiplicative model yielded an MAE of 158.87 and a MAPE of 55.18%, whereas the additive model yielded an MAE of 186.59 and a MAPE of 70.18%. The MAPE values of the additive model and multiplicative model are greater than 50 percent, indicating that the additive and multiplicative models provide inaccurate forecasts. Between the additive model and the multiplicative model, the Holt-Winters Exponential Smoothing method favors the multiplicative model for future precipitation forecasting.

Abstract

The Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) is a village financial institution engaged in the savings and loan industry, provides credit as one of its services. Midway through 2021, the Jimbaran Traditional Village LPD issued a new credit product, the Fisherman Business Credit (KUN), to assist the Jimbaran villagers who are experiencing economic hardships due to Covid-19. The rapid increase in credit applications at the Jimbaran Traditional Village LPD, particularly for fisherman business loans, necessitates a more comprehensive analysis of incoming fisherman business loan application data to prevent a repeat of the poor credit decisions from the previous year. On the other hand, the community, especially those whose credit applications are denied, mandates transparency in the selection process for credit assessment. Current credit evaluation procedures are rife with subjectivity, necessitating software that can provide transparency by generating scores from each existing credit application using scientific methods. In this study, a credit granting decision support system was developed that evaluates each application for a business credit line from a fisherman at LPD Desa Adat Jimbaran using the nave bayes method. Using 340 data on prospective credit recipients including loan amount, collateral value, income, expenses, time period, other obligations, and credit history, it is determined that more prospective creditors are eligible than ineligible, with 321 declared eligible and 19 declared ineligible. The average accuracy result was 94.31%, with the first experiment yielding the highest accuracy at 95.30% and the third experiment yielding the lowest accuracy at 94.67%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan alternatif pada pemilihan lahan perkebunan Kelapa Sawit Riau dengan Metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Dengan jumlah kriteria adalah 5 yang terdiri dari curah hujan, ketinggian diatas permukaan laut, kandungan bahan dasar, ketebalan gambut dan keasaman tanah. Alternatif adalah 12 yang terdiri dari 12 kabupaten di Riau. Provinsi Riau merupakan salah satu provinsi yang memiliki perkebunan kelapa sawit yang paling luas di indonesia, pertumbuhan luas area kebun kelapa sawit sangat pesat. Pencarian alternatif menggunakan metode AHP dengan jumlah kriteria adalah 5 terdiri dari curah hujan, ketinggian diatas permukaan laut, kandungan bahan dasar, ketebalan gambut dan keasaman tanah.  Jumlah alternatif adalah 12 yang terdiri dari 12 Kabupaen di Riau. Sehingga didapatkan hasil perankingan bahwa Kuantan merupakan prioritas pertama dan Bengkalis merupakan prioritas ke-12 dengan nilai konsitensi rasio adalah 2,6%

Abstract

Sukawana Village has many temples and has a very interesting historical heritage so that it is used as one of the tourism sites, this village has a temple called Pura Pucak Penulisan which is located in Sukawana Village, this temple has many historical objects that have not been known by the surrounding community. The solution to overcome these problems is the digitization of historical objects in Pura Pucak Penulisan, Sukawana Village. The system development method uses the Waterfall method because it can provide a structured solution approach in producing a website as a medium for digitizing historical objects in the Pucak Penulisan temple area, Sukanawa Village. The implications of research with digitization can help the surrounding community and other people find information about historical objects in Pura Pucak Penulisan without having to see it directly to the place. Based on the results of research 103 respondents from the community regarding the digitization of historical objects in Pura Pucak Penulisan showed 98.1% with the digitization of historical objects in Pura Pucak Penulisan which provided clear information about the historical objects in Pura Pucak Penulisan, this was also supported by 21 respondents from the Sukawana Village Office showing 85% considered it important to digitize historical objects in Pura Pucak Penulisan, to maintain its cultural assets. And in the black-box testing results get the expected results with the appropriate test.
