Abstract

STMIK Syaikh Zainuddin NW Anjani always strives to improve quality or internal quality sustainably as a strategy to be able to compete with other universities. The institution itself realizes that to achieve educational goals and maintain the quality of education and produce good outputs, it requires commitment, strategies, appropriate methods, and adequate human resources in the process of achieving it. One way to improve the quality of a university is to select teaching staff or lecturers because the quality of lecturers will greatly determine the high and low quality of a university. Based on the problems that arise, a decision support system is needed that can handle the influence relationship between parameters for the selection process for lecturer acceptance. In this study, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method were used to determine alternative priorities for prospective lecturers. The AHP method is used to determine the weight of the criteria, sub-criteria, and scoring data, while the MOORA method is used to calculate the final score and ranking.

Abstract

Purpose: Adjust the Group Decision Support System (GDSS) model in completing case studies of selecting the best alternative candidate pairs for the OSIS core board with many decision-makers and problems in the differences in the preferences of decision-makers as well as modeling in decision making with multi-criteria and multi-attributes and combining preferences decision-makers to choose the best alternative partner candidate.Design/methodology/approach: The Group Decision Support System (GDSS) model combines the SMART method for modeling multi-criteria and multi-attribute assessments and the Copeland Score model for aggregating the judgments of five decision-makers against the selected pair of OSIS core board candidates using a voting mechanism.Findings/result: The comparison test for the manual calculation of the SMART- Copeland Score Model method with the results of the system calculation is the same. From the ten alternative data in the first stage of the test through the SMART method calculation, it then passes into four alternatives divided into two alternative candidate pairs, namely alternative candidate pairs (A1, A3) and alternative candidate pairs (A2, A4). The second stage test uses calculations Copeland Score voting, which produces the best alternative candidate pair, namely alternative (A1, A3) with a final point score = 4.Originality/value/state of the art: Based on a review of previous research, this study uses line-up criteria, written tests, and interview tests with the SMART method to calculate alternative scores on each criteria, and the Copeland Score model to aggregate decision makers' preferences to produce the best alternative candidate pairs. In calculating the final value of the alternative ranking.

Abstract

Correspondence is an inseparable part of an agency, both private and government. The administration of correspondence has often utilized information system technology in assisting business processes carried out by parties within the organization itself. For example, the Institute for Innovation and Creativity Development (LPIK) of the Indonesian Institute of Business and Technology (INSTIKI) has implemented a correspondence information system, but there is a weakness in the system, namely that there is no digital signature process so that it is not optimal in facilitating the management of correspondence. This study aims to analyze the business processes of the system that is already running using the PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service) method. The benefits of the research are obtained from the analysis of the problems based on the previously running system seen from the use case diagram design, activity diagrams and system interfaces. This results in an analysis of the proposed system to complete system features and system functionality based on the results of the analysis of 6 aspects of PIECES which can assist LPIK institutions in facilitating the mailing business process.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 1 Abiansemal is an educational institution with a state status located on Jalan Majapahit, Blahkiuh Village, Abiansemal District, Badung Regency which accommodates approximately 1,300 students. This school has a scholarship program for underprivileged and high achieving students. In this case study, four criteria are used, including information about being unable, parents' income, number of dependents, and average report cards. In this study, the authors conducted a comparative analysis of two methods, namely the SAW method (Simple Additive Weighting) and Profile Matching to find out which method was most suitable for use in determining the award of scholarships at SMA Negeri 1 Abiansemal by looking at the results of the comparison on the sensitivity test, then the method that has higher sensitivity values will be used in future system implementations so that the results obtained are more accurate. From the sensitivity test that has been carried out, the results obtained that the percentage sensitivity of the SAW method is 5.9166% or rounded to 6% while the Profile Matching method is 27% which can be concluded that the suitable method in this case is the Profile Matching method because this method has higher sensitivity than the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method.

Abstract

Employee assessment is needed in evaluating performance and granting rewards to employees. PT. Kupu-Kupu Taman Lestari conducts an employee performance appraisal using Microsoft Excel. The growth of employee data and assessment variables resulted in the calculation method that was carried out could not provide employee ranking information quickly. The application of Microsoft Excel in processing employee valuation data has weaknesses in data documentation. The purpose of this study is the company has a website-based decision support system that makes it easy for companies to get employee performance appraisal information. The employee performance data ranking method used is the Analytical Network Process (ANP) and the performance evaluation criteria are prepared based on the Behaviorally Anchor Rating Scale (BARS) approach. BARS is used in determining criteria along with a scale of behavior that represents the performance of each criterion. ANP is used to process data of importance between criteria so that it can produce criteria weights based on a comparison between criteria. The results of this study are website-based decision support systems that can be accessed by company management via a web browser. System testing is built based on testing manual calculations with the system and testing the user's system according to the McCall model. The system calculation test shows that the system has produced the same calculation value as the manual calculation. System user testing shows that the system built meets user needs, displays information according to user input correctly, is safe from unauthorized parties, and the system is easy to use.

Abstract

Science ability is one of the students' potentials that can be developed and can be competed. Every student's potential in the field of science can be excelled and directed to become ability. Science Olympiad is a forum to show students' abilities so that every elementary school is expected to participate. Schools must, of course, determine prospective participants for the science olympiad, with the selection of potential students with predetermined assessment criteria. In this study, implementing decision support with fuzzy logic for the conversion of criteria values ??and the Profile Matching method in determining the ideal profile of prospective Olympic participants, each student's alternative value on the criteria is obtained by the difference in value with the ideal profile, the smaller the value of the GAP difference, it indicates the best alternative. The results showed that the results of fuzzy and profile decisions were the three best alternatives for students who participated in the science Olympics.

Abstract

Development of Bali tourist destinations using the concept of local wisdom Tri Hita Karana (THK). THK is a concept that contains the philosophy of community life in Bali which means three causes of welfare. This concept is needed to realize tourism, culture and nature. In determining a decision to develop an object in a tourist destination using the THK concept, knowledge from several stakeholders is needed. To combine decisions from several stakeholders is needed. GDSS is a computer-based system that can support the Bali Provincial Government Tourism Office and several components involved in THK to take a decision in developing an object in a tourist destination. To determine the decision of each individual used the AHP model. The AHP model is a model that can solve complex multi-criteria problems into a hierarchy. This AHP model will produce alternative individual decisions from the results of parameter weight processing for each individual. Based on the final result of the GDSS, the development of Bali tourism destinations based on THK is in the form of ranking of the six parameters used (Promotion of tourist destinations, Improvement of facilities, Human Resources, Synergy, Environmental preservation, Setting of holy places). The alternative that has the highest value is used as a reference in developing a THK-based tourist destination,

Abstract

Optimizing the use of home yards is one of the efforts to improve food security in agriculture through vegetable cultivation. The number of vegetable seed products causes someone who will buy vegetable seeds to first seek information about each vegetable seed, thus taking a long time to make a decision. This study aims to implement the Multi-Attribute Decision Making (MADM) approach with Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) on a vegetable seed selection decision support system, in order to obtain the best alternative that suits your needs. The WASPAS method has the ability to solve multi-attribute by optimizing the assessment for selecting the highest and lowest values in obtaining the best alternative. Based on the case studies conducted, the WASPAS method was able to determine the best vegetable seeds with the best alternative results, namely Known You Seed Brokoli F1 (A2) with a Qi value of 0.7854, then followed by an alternative to Infarm Benih Kangkung (A1) with a Qi value of 0, 7710, Daily Farm Sawi Putih (A3) with a Qi value of 0.7330, Mira Mentimun Hibrida F1 (A4) with a Qi value of 0.7225 and Benihpedia Daun Bawang (A5) with a Qi value of 0.5992. The developed system produces a valid WASPAS method, because the results are no different from manual calculations. In addition, the results of black-box testing show that the developed system has been running well.

Abstract

Education is an important factor in educating the nation's generation. Indonesia has a 9-year learning program that forms the basis for every student at every school level. Not infrequently, some students are confused in choosing a secondary school, so many students still make the wrong choice because they do not constantly adjust to their academic potential, only follow friends' invitations to continue to high school, as well as encouragement from parents. Thus, when they continue to school, they become less enthusiastic and do not participate optimally in learning at school. This study aims to support students in finding alternative secondary schools that follow students' academic potential and assessment attributes in research. The method in this research is Nave Bayes because it can produce high school recommendations by finding the most significant probability value of the attributes used in studying subject values, craft scores, and the value of the extracurricular areas of interest. The results of high school recommendations for students of SMP Negeri 3 Seririt can be used as an information, and based on the results of testing using the Confusion Matrix on 40 student data, the accuracy is 58.33%, the calculation precision is 75%, and the recall calculation is 43%.
