Abstract

The Bali Provincial Health Office is currently mapping disaster locations and health facility capacities in and around affected areas using analog maps. However, these maps have several limitations that slow down officers in preparing the necessary information required by leadership for decision-making in health crisis management. Therefore, a digital mapping system is urgently needed to facilitate and accelerate the compilation of information, enabling quick and efficient decision-making. This study employed data collection methods through interviews and visual observations. The outcome is a capacity mapping information system that supports the Health Office in managing disaster and health crisis responses by integrating disaster maps and health service capacities. System testing was conducted 32 times using the Black Box Testing method, with standards based on predefined testing scenarios.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven changes in entertainment consumption patterns, especially among the younger generation. Roblox has become one of the most popular online gaming platforms, with a wide range of user opinions recorded on Google Play Store. This study aims to classify the sentiment of Roblox user reviews (positive, negative, neutral) and evaluate the performance of the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm with TF-IDF weighting and automatic labeling using Lexicon InSet. Data was obtained by crawling 10,000 reviews during the period of April 2–May 23, 2025, and after the preprocessing stage, 8,950 data remained for analysis. The classification results show that the sentiment distribution consists of 41.3% positive (3,703 reviews), 41.8% neutral (3,739 reviews), and 16.8% negative (1,507 reviews). Model evaluation using a confusion matrix produced high performance with 87.03% accuracy, 87.29% precision, 87.03% recall, and an F1-score of 86.67%. WordCloud visualization shows that positive reviews emphasize creativity and interactive features, while negative reviews are dominated by technical complaints such as lag and errors. These findings prove that the combination of SVM, TF-IDF, and Lexicon InSet is effective in sentiment analysis and provides valuable input for developers to improve application quality and user protection. Further research is recommended to adopt a hybrid approach based on deep learning and aspect-based sentiment analysis to generate more insights.

Abstract

The development of e-wallet adoption in Indonesia accompanied by a diversity of features and service quality triggers user confusion in determining the most suitable application. This study develops a Decision Support System (SKS) to recommend the best e-wallet objectively. Using Profile Matching, the research compares the actual profile of each e-wallet against the ideal profile based on 5 criteria and 15 sub-criteria. Data obtained from 30 respondents. The process includes GAP mapping, weight conversion, Core Factor-Secondary Factor clustering, total value calculation per criteria, and then weighted aggregation for ranking. The final recommendation places DANA as the best alternative (3.86), followed by GoPay (3.80) and OVO (3.72). These results show that Profile Matching effectively handles multi-criteria decision-making in the consumer fintech space and provides consistent, transparent and replicable evaluation. The findings provide practical benefits for users in choosing an e-wallet as well as academic contributions in the form of structured application of decision-making methods in the context of digital payments. Further research is recommended to expand the sample, add criteria (cost, customer service, privacy), conduct a test of comparison methods, perform sensitivity tests, and integrate behavioral data to improve external validity and accuracy of recommendations.

Abstract

Pura Kehen adalah salah satu kompleks pura terbesar yang terletak di Kabupaten Bangli, Bali. Berdiri sejak tahun 804 Saka, pura ini merupakan salah satu warisan budaya penting di pulau ini. Pura Kehen terkenal dengan struktur arsitektur yang megah dan kompleksitasnya yang menarik. Dalam kompleks Pura Kehen, terdapat tiga tingkatan halaman yang memiliki makna dan fungsi masing-masing. Tingkatan pertama disebut Utama Mandala, yang merupakan area paling sakral dan hanya diakses oleh beberapa orang terpilih. Di dalam Utama Mandala, terdapat bangunan suci yang memancarkan aura spiritual yang kuat. Orang-orang yang ingin mengunjungi Utama Mandala masih memerlukan bimbingan pemandu untuk memahami keberartian dan sejarah di balik setiap struktur dan patung suci. Namun, sebagai upaya untuk memberikan pengalaman yang lebih inklusif kepada pengunjung, telah dikembangkan Virtual Reality Tour Utama Mandala. Tur virtual ini dirancang untuk memungkinkan orang memperoleh wawasan yang mendalam tentang Pura Kehen tanpa harus secara fisik berada di dalam kompleks tersebut. Dalam Virtual Reality Tour Utama Mandala, pengunjung dapat menjelajahi setiap sudut pura melalui teknologi panorama 360. Panorama 360 adalah teknologi yang memungkinkan pengguna melihat pemandangan 360 derajat dalam lingkungan virtual. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi ini, pengguna dapat "mengelilingi" Pura Kehen secara virtual dan menikmati pemandangan yang nyata serta mengakses informasi rinci tentang setiap elemen pura. Adapun kegiatan yang akan dilakukan adalah Pengumpulan Materi dan Konten, Pengembangan Aplikasi atau Platform, Pembuatan Konten Interaktif, Peluncuran dan Promosi.

Abstract

Desa Yehembang Kangin, Kecamatan Mendoyo, Kabupaten Jembrana, Bali, memiliki potensi wisata alam yang besar, namun sering menghadapi ancaman bencana banjir bandang dan longsor. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, serta meningkatkan produktivitas pertanian kakao, program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem peringatan dini Modul Anti Banjir (MABAR) dan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Kebencanaan dan Sistem Monitoring Cuaca (SIKESYA) untuk kesiapsiagaan bencana, serta fasilitas pengering kakao pintar (Omni Mobile Rapid Cacao Dryer atau OM RICAR) untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi pertanian. Pelaksanaan PKM terdiri dari dua tahap: sosialisasi dan implementasi. Tahap implementasi mencakup pembangunan sistem MABAR berbasis IoT, aplikasi SIKESYA untuk informasi cuaca dan kebencanaan, serta pembangunan dome pengering kakao berbasis tenaga surya dan IoT. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kesiapsiagaan bencana dengan adopsi teknologi yang mencapai 80-100% pada anggota Pokdarwis, serta efisiensi pengeringan kakao yang meningkat 50% dengan penggunaan OM RICAR. Selain itu, pelatihan manajemen keuangan digital membantu meningkatkan kemampuan pengelolaan keuangan kelompok tani, dengan hasil yang signifikan dalam pencatatan transaksi dan analisis keuangan. Meskipun banyak kemajuan tercapai, tantangan pemeliharaan sistem teknologi dan peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat tetap perlu diatasi untuk memastikan keberlanjutan program.

Abstract

This paper presents a case study of location selection for a new facility using the multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) method, PROMETHEE II. The PROMETHEE II method is a widely used method for solving problems that involve multiple criteria and alternatives. The method allows for the ranking of alternatives based on their overall net flow, which is calculated by weighting and comparing the criteria values for each pair of alternatives. The case study evaluated five different locations based on criteria such as access to transportation, availability of skilled labor, and cost of living. The results of the analysis indicate that C1 was ranked as the most attractive location, with the highest scores for all criteria and the highest overall net flow among all alternatives. A sensitivity analysis was performed to ensure that the results were robust and not sensitive to small changes in the weight of the criteria. The results of this study demonstrate the utility and effectiveness of the PROMETHEE II method in practice and provide valuable insights for further research and practical action.

Abstract

The quality of the software is greatly determined by the testing phase, which involves various test cases that can be conducted through manual testing and automation testing. Manual testing is performed manually without using automation scripts, whereas automation testing is conducted using automation scripts. ABC is a company that operates globally in the field of access control, with the Card Printer being one of the menus used in access control. In the development process of this software, both manual and automation testing phases are carried out. The automation testing process employs the Selenium tool, which has proven to be time-consuming and poses challenges when running numerous test cases. This research aims to develop automation testing using Playwright to address the long execution time issue encountered with Selenium. The research utilizes the Card Printer project in the development of automation testing and adopts the Agile methodology. The result of developing automation testing using Playwright was successfully applied to 12 test cases. Additionally, the time analysis between Playwright and Selenium showed that Playwright has a total execution time of 4.9 minutes, which is faster compared to Selenium's total execution time of 8.3 minutes. With faster execution times, Playwright can be considered a tool in the development of automation testing.

Abstract

In every self-service store, it is certain to have a sales transaction data, where the data will continue to grow every day. But in self-service stores the data is only a record of sales at the store. Whereas transaction data can be used as information on how consumer purchasing patterns when shopping at the store, but not all supermarkets know this. So this research aims to find information on these purchasing patterns, where to do this research using the apriori algorithm which is part of the association technique which is also part of data mining, where in its application it will calculate the support value, confindence value and will be tested using the lift ratio. And after the calculation is carried out, optimization will be carried out using the high utility itemset mining variable which will calculate the highest profit value on the product, so that based on the calculation, the final result is obtained with a support value of 85%, a confidence value of 86%, a lift ratio test of 1.01 and the high utility gets the highest result of Rp. 567,000.

Abstract

The development of information technology is always growing rapidly, especially in the field of android smartphones. Android smartphones can now be obtained at a fairly affordable price. With rapid development, there are so many innovations that can be developed by the smartphone itself, even the tourism sector such as The Sila's Agroutourism can get the impact of several innovations that exist along with the times such as Augmented Reality. In this research, the author uses two augmented reality methods, namely Marker Based Tracker and also Markerless. Where Marker based tracker is a method that uses image illustrations in the form of QR codes or special logos to identify an object in the Augmented Reality application. While Markerless is a method that does not require a marker or image to display the object. So that this research produces an augmanted reality game using the marker-based tracker method and also markerless which takes the GPS tracker method as its markerless method. This test uses 3 tests, namely Blackbox testing, Response Time testing and also User Experience Questioner (UEQ). Where the UEQ results filled in by 35 respondents get results above average (Excelent). So that it shows that this game is good and as expected.

Abstract

Healthy eating is becoming increasingly important, particularly among university students who often prefer convenient foods like instant noodles. However, not all instant noodles provide suitable nutritional content for dieting. This study aims to determine the best instant noodles for diet purposes using the ELECTRE (Elimination and Choice Expressing Reality) method, a multi-criteria decision- making approach. Data were collected from INSTIKI students via a questionnaire that covered criteria such as calorie content, fiber, fat, price, and taste. The ELECTRE method was then applied to analyze the data based on predetermined preferences and criteria weightings. Results identified the most suitable instant noodles for dietary needs, ranked highest in the ELECTRE analysis. This study aims to guide consumers in making healthier choices and provide insights for manufacturers to improve product quality.
