Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian reward dan disiplin kerja terhadap prestasi kerja yang berdampak pada kinerja karyawan pada PT. Surya Pratama Gemilang di Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan sampel sebanyak 96 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini Pemberian reward berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja sebesar 38,3%, uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.  Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja sebesar 40,5%, uji  hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Pemberian reward dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja sebesar 50,4%, uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.Prestasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 38,4%, uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work conflict on the turnover intention of employees of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the South Tangerang Region. The method used is explanatory research with analysis techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study work stress have a significant effect on the turnover intention by 37.0%, the hypothesis test is obtained t count> t table or (7,438> 1,986). Work conflict has a significant effect on the turnover intention by 49.9%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count> t table or (9.679> 1.986). Work stress and work conflict simultaneously have a significant effect on turnover intention with the regression equation Y = 9.021 + 0.272X1 + 0.510X2. The contribution of the effect was 55.2%, the hypothesis test obtained F count> F table or (57.286> 2,700).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on work ethic which has an impact on employee performance at PT. Mitraindo Perkasa in Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 125 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study Compensation has a significant effect on work ethic by 26.7%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Work environment has a significant effect on work ethic by 41.5%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Compensation and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on work ethic by 47.2%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Work ethic has a significant effect on employee performance by 39.1%, hypothesis testing is obtained a significance of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

ASBTRACT The selection of this title was based on the anxiety towards entrepreneurship education phenomenon in hinger institutions which has only been introduced in 1900s. The number of universities and higher institutions in big cities offering at least on class of entreprenenurship is increasing every year; however, hinger institutions are still limited to merely creating graduates as job seekers instead of graduates as job creators. Further, the lack of integration between entrepreneurship education and the structure of curriculum causes problems related to entrepreneurship mental; separated itself from the industry sector, and causes lack of orientation to business development and business opportunities. The issue raised in this research is related to the strategy and development of entrepreneurship program focusing on Philosophical Problematic; entrepreneurship meaning-building, Process Problematic: entrepreneurship development policy, Result Problematic: the impact of entrepreneurship development, Strategy Problematic: the search for model and strategy of entrepreneurship development in higher institutions. The research employed qualitative approach; the data collection was conducted through interview techniques and observation. The results of the research show that in terms of philosophical aspect: (1) the understanding towards entrepreneurship meaning is still in the area of practical approach; (2) the benefit of the entrepreneurship program could increase students confidence to be independent; (3) the entrepreneurship program is the media to provide the values of Independency and Confidence, Creative and Innovative Skill; from the Aspect of Process; (4) the entrepreneurship program can be studied from the aspect of Curriculum; (5) a special policy on entrepreneurship program has not been established; in terms of Result Aspect; (6) entrepreneurship development gives meaningful impact on changing ways of thinking and work governance; in terms of Aspect of Strategy; (7) entrepreneurship strategy and development in higher institutions have not yet been established. The conclusions are: (1) there is a narrow meaning-building towards entrepreneurship, a view saying that entrepreneurship is identical with what an entrepreneur or a businessman with a corporate has; (2) entrepreneurship development program is conducted through, one of them, the implementation of entrepreneurship course subject into the curriculum structure which strenghthens the “soul” of entrepreneurship; (3) the implementation and administration of entrepreneurship program still face challenges, in part because of people’s incorrect view on university entrepreneurship; (4) entrepreneurship strategy and development requires Business Incubator Model (INBIS), functioning on incubating business potency, which in turn could create Technopreneurship (modern knowledge and technology based entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of sociopreneurs in educational and training institutions in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This research method uses qualitative methods, with triangulation techniques in data collection, namely through observation, documentation and interviews with several informants from the Education and Training Institute. In interviews, this research uses the triangulation method between researchers, namely digging information from several different informants, including a sociopreneur from an educational and training institution, the participant or teacher and expert judgment who is an academic and sociopreneur practitioner who experienced. The results of the analysis from interviews, it was found that the Education and Training Institute had implemented sociopreneurs in their service sector, such as the Smart Muslim Education Institute which helps students who are pursuing a bachelor's degree education to be able to teach so that they earn income. Azkiya Qur'an Learning is also an Educational Institution that recruits teachers from the area or rural areas to teach Al-Qur'an Learning. As for the Training Institute, there is a TWT Learning Center that cares about education in Indonesia by providing community service in the form of free education and training at several universities and the surrounding community. Amal Insani Foundation organizes free webinars for lecturers, students and the general public, as well as the Billionaire School which has a business mentoring program that aims to produce young entrepreneurs in Indonesia so that they can compete in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotional activities and product innovation on marketing performance in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Cianjur. The method used is explanatory research with analysis techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study that promotional activities have a significant effect on marketing performance by 40.0%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count> t table or (7.915> 1.986). Product innovation has a significant effect on marketing performance by 38.5%, the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (7,669> 1,986). Promotional activities and product innovation simultaneously have a significant effect on marketing performance with the regression equation Y = 11.022 + 0.374X1 + 0.360X2. Contribution of influence is 49.3%, hypothesis testing obtained F count> F table or (45,302> 2,700).

Abstract

Prior to the 1998 economic downfall, and in ten years after in 2008, BMT (Baitul Maal wa Tamwil) proofed the endurance to remain stable. From those external factors, strived the company very hard hard to sustain its business, as well as to formulate a better strategy to its competitive advantage. The research begins with the internal and external analysis, using a SWOT Analysis. The results shows its business strength and its market penetration, lies in its company’s human development. Through the IE Matrix, founds BMT Beringharjo competitive position in Quadrant or cell IV Matrix IE, with growth strategy through horizontal integration concentration. Based on its position of: (1) competition; (2) strength; (3) weakness; (4) opportunity; (5) threats. Enriched with strategy of: (1) market penetration; (2) market development; as well as (3) horizontal integration strategy to the creative innovation strategy is inevitable to remain exist and gain more success.

Abstract

It is undeniable that one of the causes of changes in consumer behavior in this digital era is the internet and smartphones. Before the advancement of the digital age all activities were carried out manually. For example, before the internet, ticket purchases must come to an agent or station or airport, for shopping daily necessities must come to the store, then return home or to the office, very draining our time. Not a bad thing but wasting time and productivity is not optimal. The internet revolution has been going through generations. Each generation has different behaviors in making purchasing decisions over the internet. Consumer behavior in this generation relies on social media to get information and product reviews. The generation that is very close to the speed of the internet is generation Z, compared to the previous generation. (generation X dan generation Y). According to Stilman Stillman (2018) in (Astuti & Kaligis, 2004, p. 31) It is said that generation Z has figital characteristics that see the real world and the virtual world overlap each other. The information and review is called advocacy in customer path 5A. Customer path 5A itself is a stage of purchasing decisions consisting of (aware, appeal, ask, act, and advocate). The review referred to in this article is the advocate stage, where Instagram customers voluntarily provide recommendations for products and/or brands that have been purchased. Every generation; X, Y and Z, have a relationship in each stage of customer path 5A before making a decision on purchase. The approach in this study uses a literatute review approach.. According (Hariyanti & Wirapraja, 2018, p. 141), Literature review contains reviews, summaries, and thoughts of authors about several library sources (articles, books, slides, information from the internet, image and graph data and others) on the topics discussed.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion on employee performance at PT. Beringin Life in Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 60 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research variable of job promotion obtained an average score of 3,368 with good criteria. Employee performance variable obtained an average score of 3.833 with good criteria. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 9.840 + 0.846X, and the correlation coefficient is 0.705 or has a strong relationship with a determination value of 49.8%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Desa Legok Jawa Kecamatan Cimerak Kabupaten Pangandaran  belum banyak dikenal oleh wisatawan, baik wisatawan nusantara maupun wisatawan mancanegara. Tetapi, perkembangan Desa sebagai daya tarik wisata mengalami perubahan setelah ada fasilitas nya lapangan Pacuan Kuda bertaraf internasional. Di mana, selama ini potensi Desa daya tariknya mengandalkan keindahan pesisir pantainya, tampak masyarakatnya pun kurang  cepat tanggap terhadap situasi tersebut, sehingga keberadaan potensi alam dan pengelolaannya belum melibatkan secara bersamaan dengan masyarakat sehingga  hasilnya perlu adanya dorongan kelembagaan baik Stakeholder pemerintah daerah maupun Shareholder dalam menggali potensi yang  positif, diharapkan terjadi peningkatan kunjungan wisatawan seiring dengan fasilitas yang ada. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode Focus Group Discussion ( FGD)  secara kelembagaan melibatkan stakeholders dan shareholders yang interaktif serta konstruktif . Hasil dari kegiatan ini, terlihat jumlah peserta yang hadir merepresentasikan tugas pokok organisasinya secara  kelembagaan dibidang kepariwisataa diwilayah adminstratif Kabupaten Pangandaran . Interaksi  peserta mengikuti kegiatan dan kesepahaman peserta secara konstruktif dan konseptual dalam bentuk dokumen rencana aksi. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah dalam  mengembangkan kelembagaan kepariwisataan yang berbasis masyarakat yang berkelanjutan serta memberikan penguatan kelembagaan tentang manfaat kepada pemerintah , dunia swasta dan masyarakat secara bertahap  dapat mendorong peran Good Governance , diperlukan peran aktif kepemerintahan dalam upaya mencari  kolaborasi secara kelembagaan potensi Desa Legok Jawa Kabupaten Pangandaran sebagai potensi Desa Wisata berkelanjutan pada khususnya dan Kabupaten Pangandaran pada umumnya.
