Abstract

Dapur Umma is a micro business in the culinary field that produces various bottled chili sauce, dried potatoes and spring rolls and fireworks. Based on the results of the field survey, it was found that Dapur Umma had limited problems in marketing its products to the public during the Covid-19 pandemic, where the number of requests that usually came from outside the city fell by up to 60%. This is a problem that cannot be found for a solution because (1) the lack of knowledge about how to promote their products digitally which is interesting and unique and has durability (2) Limited knowledge in financial management to be able to calculate the profit value of the sale of Umma Kitchen. This Community Partnership Program (PKM) aims to help the Umma Kitchen Micro Business which is engaged in the business of chili sauce, dried potatoes and firecracker spring rolls to be able to increase sales value through digital-based marketing and financial management techniques solutions. The final result of this activity can increase the production and marketing value from 45% to 85%.

Abstract

Research Aims: This study aims to analyse the role of work-family enrichment on emotional labour and the impact of emotional exhaustion during the COVID-19 pandemic. Design/methodology/approach: The type of data collected is primary data that uses an online questionnaire. The sampling method is a purposive sampling technique. The PLS-SEAM is used to analyse the collected data. Research Findings: Work-family enrichment and family-work enrichment had a positive and significant effect on emotional labour (surface acting and deep acting) and on emotional exhaustion. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: The results of this study show the importance of the role of work and family enrichment to employees during this pandemic. That is, work and family support can give positive energy to manage their unstable emotions and reduce or even prevent some people from emotional exhaustion. Managerial Implication in the South East Asian Context: Organisations should concern with friendly-family policies that can fulfil work-family enrichment of employees. Employees will be more loyal to work and be more vigorous and thrive in the workplace, so it can reduce turnover. Research limitation & Implications: This study has not classified the workforce based on the WFH policy. The respondents could not differentiate between those who were WFH and those who were not. There seems to be a possibility that this can also affect work-family enrichment and emotional exhaustion.

Abstract

Perceived employability, career aspirations, career calling, and opportunity awareness are important things that need to be considered for alumni and final year students in higher education because it is related to the preparation they will face after graduating from college, namely when they enter the world. real work. This study uses a sample of alumni and final year students of public and private universities in the city of Semarang. The sample used is 100 respondents and data processing is done using SMART PLS3. The results show that career aspirations have a positive and significant effect on opportunity awareness, career aspirations have a negative and significant effect on perceived employability, career calling have a positive and significant impact on opportunity awareness, career calling have a negative and significant effect onperceived employability, opportunity awareness has a positive and significant impact on perception employability, while the opportunity awareness variable is able to mediate the effect of career aspirations on perceived employability, and opportunity awareness is able to mediate the effect of career calling on perceived employability.

Abstract

Agar dapat beradaptasi dengan baik di dunia kerja, mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang berada dalam transisi dari dunia perkuliahan ke dunia kerja, membutuhkan kemampuan personel dan dukungan dari lingkungan mereka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan antara career calling, career aspiration, learning goal terhadap perceived employee ability di kalangan mahasiswa di tahun terakhir mereka. Responden penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa tingkat akhir sebanyak 100 orang. Adapun pengujian menggunakan proses mediasi dengan menggunakan Smart PLS 3.0. Pengumpulan responden dilakukan dengan menggunakan survei online menggunakan teknik simpel random sampling. Kata Kunci: career calling, career aspiration, learning goal, perceived employee ability

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku cyberloafing karyawan. Populasi survei adalah seluruh karyawan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 127 responden. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah role overload (X1), role ambiguity (X2), role conflict (X3), dan perilaku cyberloafing (Y). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode full sampling yang menyebarkan kuesioner langsung kepada karyawan. Analisis yang digunakan menggunakan analisis regresi dengan SPSS 20. “Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa role overload, role ambiguity, dan role conflict berpengaruh pada perilaku cyberloafing.”

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan pengaruh Kompetensi, Kompensasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini data dikumpulkan melalui metode pengumpulan data yaitu kuisioner terhadap 90 responden karyawan PT Pandawa Mitra Sejahtera di Jawa Tengah. Kemudian teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisi persamaan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS dan menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan pengambilan data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan variabel kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Variabel kompensasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. variabel Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kesiapan kerja mahasiswa S1 di Semarang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah beberapa mahasiswa semester akhir di Semarang yang akan memasuki dunia kerja akan dijadikan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Populasi yang diketahui dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 181.577 Mahasiswa. Pengambilan sampel penenlitian ini dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan batas toleransi kesalahan yaitu 5%. Berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan rumus Slovin pengambilan sampel dari penelitian ini yaitu menjadi 400 sampel. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang kemudian diolah menggunakan beberapa uji statistik yaitu: uji statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas uji heteroskedastisitas, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji statistik t. Penelitian ini akan di olah menggunakan bantuan aplikasi software SPSS 26. Berdasarkan analisis dan pembahasan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel soft skill (X1) dan locus of control (X2) terhadap variabel kesiapan kerja (Y) mahasiswa S1 di Semarang secara parsial.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi return, literasi keuangan, persepsi resiko, persepsi kemudahan, terhadap minat berinvestasi secara online pada pebisnis muda. Penelitian ini menggunakan 104 responden, proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner dengan menggunakan google from pada pebisnis muda. Penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan alat uji statistik. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat bantu IBM SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara persepsi return, literasi keuangan, persepsi resiko, persepsi kemudahan, terhadap minat berinvestasi secara online pada pebisnis muda dibuktikan dengan F hitung sebesar 154,527 dan F tabel sebesar 2,31 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Oleh karena F hitung > F tabel (154,527 > 2,31) dengan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Investor perlu meningkatkan persepsi return, literasi keuangan, persepsi resiko, persepsi kemudahan, dengan menggunakan sarana internet yang sudah tersedia, buku sebagai sumber belajar dan mengikuti seminar atau pelatihan mengenai investasi. Seharusnya perusahaan yang sudah bekerja sama dengan BEI lebih meningkatkan sosialisasi program tentang investasi untuk para masyarakat dan mahasiswa serta menambah variasiasi sosialisasi seperti membuat pelatihan atau workshop secara berperiodik

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work fatigue, work boredom, workload and work stress on cyberloafing on employees of PT. The Paradise of Indonesian Motorcycles for Operations (Planet Tires) Semarang Residency. This study used 133 respondents, the data collection process was carried out by distributing questionnaires using google from to employees of the operational division of Planet Ban. This research is using quantitative methods. The data collection method used a saturated sampling technique with a questionnaire. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis method with statistical test tools. Measurements in this study using a Likert scale and data processing in this study using the IBM SPSS 26 tool. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between work fatigue and work boredom on cyberloafing. Workload and work stress have no effect on cyberloafing, and work fatigue, work boredom, workload and work stress affect cyberloafing simultaneously. The results of testing the coefficient of determination obtained the value of Adjusted R Square of 0.739 or 73.9%. This means that the Cyberloafing variable can be explained by the variables of work fatigue, work boredom, workload and work stress of 73.9%, while the remaining 0.261 or 26.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Awareness on purchase decision in the Tokopedia Marketplace. The population of researchers is all employees of PT Pan Pacific Jakarta Semarang Branch with a total of 2060 employees, the sample that has been determined in this study is 335 employees using probability sampling techniques with simple random sampling methods using the slovinh formula. Data analysis in this study used the SPSS AMOS 24 program. Hypothesis testing with the SEM AMOS approach. The results of the analysis and discussion show that partially the Brand Awareness variable has a positive effect on Purchase Decision in the Tokopedia Marketplace for Employees of PT.Pan Pacific Jakarta Semarang Branch
