Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance, analyze the effect of work stress on employee performance, and analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance. The object of this research is at Bank BRI Cabang Pattimura Semarang. The method in this study is a survey research method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees at Bank BRI Cabang Pattimura Semarang. The number of samples in this study were 80 respondents who were obtained using saturated sampling, namely the sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. Methods of data collection through questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS which includes validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using t test, R² test. The results showed that the independent variables, namely work discipline (X1), work stress (X2), work motivation (X3) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) partially or simultaneously (together). Based on the coefficient of determination of 0.565, which means that the variables of work discipline (X1), work stress (X2), and work motivation (X3) are simultaneously able to explain the employee performance variable (Y) of 56.5%. The remaining 43.5% of employee performance (Y) is explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to examine the influence of Workload, Work Stress, Work Environment, and Employee Compensation and Performance at the Pandanaran Hotel Semarang in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era. The technique used in this study is non-probability sampling and is processed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results of the analysis and discussion based on questionnaires distributed to 114 respondents show that workload and work stress partially have a significant effect on employee performance. While the work environment and compensation variables partially have a positive and significant influence on the performance of Hotel Pandanaran Semarang employees in the Covid 19 Pandemic Era.

Abstract

This study attempts to investigate and analyze how leadership style, pay, and workplace environment affect employees' intentions to leave their jobs, with work stress acting as an influencing factor. There are 186 respondents in the research sample, all of whom work at Sarong Goyor UMKM in Pemalang Regency. This study used probability sampling, which uses a straightforward random sample procedure. The study data is handled using SmartPLS 3.0 software, and data analysis is done using the PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model) methodology. The findings reveal the following results: Leadership style does not significantly affect turnover intention in Sarong Goyor UMKM in Pemalang Regency, as indicated by a P-Value of (0.281). Compensation has a significant impact on turnover intention in Sarong Goyor UMKM in Pemalang Regency, with a P-Value of (0.000). The work environment does not significantly influence turnover intention among Sarung Goyor UMKM in Pemalang Regency, with a P-Value of (0.799). Work stress does not significantly affect turnover intention, as indicated by a P-Value of (0.343). Leadership style does influence turnover intention, which is mediated by work stress, with a P-Value of (0.046). Compensation also has an impact on turnover intention, mediated by work stress, with a P-Value of (0.006). The work environment influences turnover intention, and this effect is mediated by work stress, with a P-Value of (0.000).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the variables of morale, work environment, work skills, teamwork, work climate on the work productivity of UMKM Batik Tulis Seruni Purwodadi employees. The population in this study was 150 employees, the sample that was determined in this study was 109 employees using a saturated sample. This study uses SPSS to answer the main facts by using a list of questionnaires that have been answered by respondents. The findings of this study are that work enthusiasm has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of UMKM Batik Tulis Seruni Purwodadi employees, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of UMKM Batik Tulis Seruni Purwodadi employees, work skills have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of UMKM Batik Tulis Seruni employees Purwodadi, teamwork has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of UMKM Batik Tulis Seruni Purwodadi, the work climate has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of UMKM employees Batik Tulis Seruni Purwodadi

Abstract

  Tujuan penelitian dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh good corporate governance yang diproksikan dengan kepemilikan manajerial, dewan komisaris independen, komite audit, dan dewan direksi terhadap return on asset pada perusahaan BUMN yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2011-2020. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 90 data dan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap return on asset, dewan komisaris independen berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap return on asset, komite audit berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap return on asset, dan dewan direksi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap return on asset.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality variables, customer reviews, and service quality on purchasing decisions at Lazada. With a case study studied on consumers who shop at the Lazada application in Srondol Kulon Village, Banyumanik District, Semarang City. The research method in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all buyers on the Lazada Application in Srondol Kulon Village, Banyumanik District, Semarang City, while the sample taken in this study was 100 Lazada Application users. Determination of the sample size using the method of non-proprability sampling technique and selection of respondents with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis in this study using the SmartPLS version 3 program. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation model. From the results of the analysis and discussion of this study, it shows that the product quality variable has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, the customer review variable does not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, and the service quality variable has a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The processing of coffee, whether on a small scale or in the industry, generates by-products known as coffee waste. Coffee husks, parchment, and grounds are the unprocessed waste resulting from coffee processing. Based on these conditions, it is necessary to conduct community service initiatives that provide assistance in developing product diversification through the utilization of coffee grounds to produce organic bar soap. This organic bar soap made from coffee grounds holds economic value as it can be sold, thereby contributing to the economic empowerment of coffee farmers. Therefore, this initiative is designed to equip farmers, managers, or coffee business owners in Banyubiru District, Semarang Regency, with skills and expertise in product diversification. The program employs an approach involving direct counseling and practical training on diversifying coffee products into soap. The outcome of this community service activity is that farmers, managers, or coffee business owners gain new skills and capabilities in diversifying coffee-based products into organic coffee-based soap.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to collect empirical evidence regarding the influence of job training, soft skills and hard skills on the performance of PT employees. Sai Apparel Industries Semarang. In this research, the population was 5,000 employees, sampling used probability sampling with simple random sampling techniques to obtain 130 samples. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative descriptive multiple linear regression analysis technique with IBM SPSS to process research data obtained through questionnaires, using the IBM SPSS 25 software tool. The results of hypothesis testing explain that (1) job training has an effect on employee performance, (2) soft skills have an effect on employee performance, (3) hard skills have no effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat melamar kerja freshgraduate di Kota Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah freshgraduate yang ada di Kota Semarang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 140 responden. Adapun jenis penelitian yang dilakukan penulis merupakan penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah e-Recruitment (X1), kompensasi (X2), lingkungan kerja (X3), reputasi perusahaan (X4), minat melamar kerja (Y). Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada freshgraduate yang memenuhi syarat yang telah ditentukan. Analisis yang digunakan menggunakan regresi linear dengan menggunakan SPSS V.20, lalu menarik kesimpulan berdasarkan hasil olah data tersebut. Uji pengaruh langsung menunjukkan bahwa e-Recruitment memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat melamar pekerjaan. kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat melamar, lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat melamar kerja, reputasi perusahaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat melamar kerja. Keempat variabel independen yaitu e-recruitment, kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, dan reputasi perusahaan berpengaruh 33,3%. Sedangkan 66,7 % lainnya di jelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian.
