Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to examine the effect of Instagram users’ responses to corporate Instagram post (Likes and Comments) toward trading consensus and institutional ownership of sharia stocks in Indonesia.Method - This study used purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 158 companies registered in ISSI (Indonesia Sharia Stock Index) and having an active Instagram account. Data processing using SPSS.26 with Ordinary Least Square (OLS).Result - The results showed that Instagram users’ responses increased the institutional investor and individual investor in sharia stock. The interpretation for this findings that such Instagram activities increase the visibility of the company across a more diverse group of investors. This increase visibility makes information more accessible to individual and institutional investors, so that they are attracted to invest more in sharia stock.Implication - Sharia issuer companies should also use social media to provide valid information to potential investors. So that it can be one of the foundations of investors in choosing Islamic stocks.Originality - This research is the first study that used social media to measure sharia stock ownership.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Role Ambiguity, Workload, dan Konflik Pekerjaan-Keluarga terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan Burnout sebagai variabel intervening, studi kasus pada PT. BPR Syariah Kedung Arto Semarang. Penulis menyebarkan kuesioner dengan menggunakan model skala Likert kepada 150 Responden dalam teknik pengumpulan data dan mengujinya menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan metode PLS (Partial Least Square). Analisis data menggunakan evaluasi model pengukuran (outer model) dan model struktural (inner model) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Role Ambiguity berpengaruh signifikan terhadap burnout, Workload berpengaruh signifikan terhadap burnout, konflik pekerjaan-keluarga berpengaruh terhadap burnout, Role Ambiguity berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, Workload tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, konflik pekerjaan-keluarga tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, burnout berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, burnout mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja, Role Ambiguity tidak mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja melalui burnout, Workload mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja melalui burnout, dan konflik pekerjaan-keluarga mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja melalui burnout.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengumpulkan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh pengembangan karir dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening pada PT. Alam Daya Sakti Semarang. Dalam penelitian ini populasinya berjumlah 140 karyawan, pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga diperoleh 104 sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk mengolah data penelitian yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner, dengan menggunakan alat software Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menjelaskan bahwa (1) pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi, (2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi, (3) pengembangan karir tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, (4) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, (5) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, (6) pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui komitmen organisasi, (7) lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

Peran pemuda menjadi sangat penting karena selain menjadi generasi penerus, pemuda juga diharapkan dapatmenggiatkan aktivitas gotong royong serta saling bantu membantu demi kepentingan bersama. Hal ini yangmenjadi ke khawatiran tersendiri bagi Lurah di Desa Kalimanggis dikarenakan pada desa tersebut organisasiKarang Taruna yang terdiri dari para pemuda tidak berjalan dengan baik dan cenderung pasif. Tidak adanyaperan pemuda sangat disayangkan apalagi mengingat potensi Desa Kalimanggis yang sangat besar namunmenjadi tidak optimal karena tidak ada peran pemuda dalam memaksimalkan potensi. Kegiatan pengabdian inibertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan keorganisasian serta penguatan karakter bagi para pemuda sekaligusmembangkitkan kembali semangat para pemuda untuk dapat mengaktifkan organisasi Karang Taruna di DesaKalimanggis. Adapun hasil pengabdian ini adalah munculnya kesadaran pemuda untuk berhimpun dalammembantu menyelesaikan permasalahan di desa.

Abstract

“Asal Batik” SMEs help children with special needs by teaching them how to make batik, a traditional cloth. These children often face challenges in society, so this community service program aims to equip them with important batik skills, encouraging independence and inclusiveness. The process of making batik is made simple so that it is easy for children with special needs to follow. However, SMEs involved in batik production face challenges such as limited production scale and insufficient infrastructure. To overcome this problem, this community service introduced electric canting to increase production and facilitate marketing on a larger scale. In addition, support is provided in the form of funds, equipment, and materials to increase overall production capacity. The efforts made by “Asal Batik” SMEs have resulted in positive changes. There has been a marked increase in both production levels and the variety of batik products, thanks to advances in electronic batik equipment which makes it easier for children with special needs to participate. This shows the positive impact of community service in helping children become economically empowered and socially involved.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh pencatatan transaksi, keahlian keuangan, dansikap keuangan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan usaha mikro. Responden pada penelitian ini  merupakan usahamikro yang terdapat di Desa Bojong Minggir Kabupaten Pekalongan sebanyak 70 usaha mikro. Prosespengumpulan data dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung kepada para pelaku usaha mikrodi Desa Bojong Minggir. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan metode kuantitatif dan teknik yangdigunakan merupakan teknik sensus atau sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapatpengaruh dan signifikan antara pencatatan transaksi terhadap pengelolaan keuangan usaha mikro, keahliankeuangan tidak terdapat pengaruh terhadap pengelolaan keuangan usaha mikro, dan sikap keuangan tidakterdapat pengaruh terhadap pengelolaan keuangan usaha mikro.Kata Kunci : Keahlian Keuangan, Pencatatan Transaksi, Pengelolaan Keuangan Usaha Mikro, SikapKeuangan.

Abstract

To obtain empirical data regarding the influence of conformity and self-efficacy on student career decision making, this research will examine careers as mediators for management students at PGRI University Semarang class of 2019. The population of this study was 270 students, and the sample was taken using the Sloviniformula of 163 people. The sampling method combines direct random sampling methodology with probability sampling. In this research, the data analysis used is PartialiLeast Squarei(PLS) analysis combined with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. By utilizing SmarPLS 3.0 software, research data processing was carried out through the use of questionnaires. Hypothesis test findings clarify that (1) Career exploration is influenced by Self-Efficacy, (2) Career exploration is influenced by conformity, (3) Career decision making is influenced by Self-Efficacy, (4) Career decisions are influenced by conformity, (5) Decisions regarding careers are influenced by career exploration, (6) Through job investigation, Self-Efficacy influences the career decision making process, (7) Conformity impacts career exploration and decision making.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of analyzing experience, creativity, responsibility, commitment and work stress on HR performance in Batik Bakaran Juwana SMEs. Data was collected through observation, document analysis, and distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method was carried out using quantitative methods using saturated sampling techniques with 96 employee respondents. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that first, the experience variable had no positive and significant effect on performance, the second variable creativity had no positive and significant effect on performance, the third variable responsibility had no positive and significant effect on performance, the fourth variable commitment had a positive and significant effect on performance and variables Fifth, work stress has a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

The demands of lecturers are getting higher; however, this is not fully accompanied yet with the guarantee of welfare. The research aims to assess the impact of quality work life (QWL) towards the performance of lecturers at Private and State University in Indonesia which mediated by the critical human resources development (CHRD). This study used quantitative approach with partial least square-structural equation modelling. A purposive sampling method was involved with the criteria of the permanent lecturers in the private and state universities in Indonesia. The results indicate that there is no difference between the QWL in private and state universities in Indonesia. While CHRD has significant impact towards performance. Career development, facilities, work load, and work life balance has positive impact towards QWL. The research also shows that QWL has significant positive impact towards performance when it is mediated with CHRD. Thus, there is a need for the state and private universities in increasing the performance by building a working environment that support, invest in employee development, and aligning the human resource strategy with the organization’s goal and also increasing the satisfaction and productivity of the lecturers and staffs.  Keywords: Quality of work life, Critical human resource development, Lecturer performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini berguna untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh job insecurity dan beban kerja terhadap turnover intention melalui stres kerja pada karyawan PT Pura Barutama divisi Smart Technology. Data primer dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari jawaban yang diisi oleh karyawan PT Pura Barutama divisi Smart Technology yang berjumlah sebanyak 176 karyawan. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software martPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel job insecurity dan beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, variabel job insecurity dan beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja, sedangkan variabel job insecuity tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention. Stres kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh job insecurity dan beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh variabel pada job insecurity dan beban kerja terhadap turnover intention dengan stres kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada karyawan PT Pura Barutama divisi Smart Technology.
