Complications that many respondents complained about after surgery with general anesthesia, namely Post-Operative Sore Throat (POST). Post-surgery sore throat is a minor complication that occurs in ETT intubated patients and results in dysphonia, dysphagia and odynophagia. In Indonesia, 20%–60% of respondents complain of sore throat after surgery with GA-ETT. The purpose of this study was to see the description of post-general anesthesia sore throat with ETT at Dr. Soedirman Kebumen. The design of this study is a descriptive cross-sectional approach using the POST instrument. The research was conducted from March to April 2023 in the recovery room with 50 respondents. Data collection by accidental sampling and analyzed using univariate test. The results of the study showed that many respondents did not experience throat pain, totaling 20 respondents (40%) and complaining that the most complaints were mild pain, amounting to 17 respondents (34%). This study shows that the majority of patients only complain of mild pain and no sore throat. So after ETT intubation at Dr. Soedirman Kebumen can minimize the level of sore throat.

Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI) is one of the cardiac diseases that can arise when blood flow in the coronary artery is restricted, depriving the heart muscle of oxygen. Anxiety is a common mental health problem in Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI) patients. One of the many treatments for anxiety that is accessible is using educational programs. Prevention, medical care, and lifestyle modifications like nutrition, stress reduction, exercise, and quitting smoking are all covered in the health education offered. This study aims to determine whether providing educational programs has an effect on individuals with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) in terms of anxiety. With a sample size of 44 participants, both intervention and control groups received education in the form of a 5-minute video as part of the study's Quasy Experimental Nonequivalent Control Group research design. The State Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), a questionnaire comprising 40 statement questions, was the instrument employed in this investigation. The findings of this study indicate that there is an impact of educational programs on anxiety in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients (P=0.042 0.05).

ABSTRACT Type 2 diabetes is a condition characterized by hyperglycemia resulting from insulin resistance in the body's cells. Diabetes Mellitus is a serious condition that can be life-threatening and is associated with acute complications of DM that require quick intervention. Blood glucose instability refers to changes in blood glucose levels that lead to an increase or decrease outside the normal range. The risk of blood glucose instability arises because the body cannot effectively use and produce insulin. Providing nursing care to Mrs. W who is experiencing blood glucose instability due to type II diabetes mellitus. The issue of blood glucose instability addressed over 3 days has not been achieved. The author conducted an evaluation after implementing the care actions in accordance with the care plan that had been established. This assessment aims to monitor and assess the progress and level of success of the care actions performed on Mrs. W. The results of the evaluation conducted over 3 days indicate that the blood glucose instability related to insulin resistance has been successfully overcome.

Giving spinal anesthesia has advantages such as reducing the risk of acute complications which often occur, namely blood pressure instability in the form of a decrease in blood pressure or hypotension. Appropriate and rapid action to reduce blood pressure after administering spinal anesthesia must be taken to avoid complications. Hemodynamic changes occur due to sympathetic vasomotor blockade due to spinal anesthesia. The aim of this research is to determine the stability of Mean Arterial Pressure and heart rate in spinal anesthesia patients at RSUD dr. R Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga. The type of research carried out is quantitative research with a descriptive design. The approach used during the research was cross sectional. The sampling technique used purposive sampling for 64 patients. The measuring instruments used are a bedsite monitor scale and an observation sheet. Data analysis used univariate tests in the form of frequency distribution tables. The research results showed that the average age was 51.77 years and the most dominant gender was female (53.1%). Most of them had no history of disease (71.9%). Description of the stability of Mean Arterial Pressure in spinal anesthesia patients with an average MAP of 96.16. The heart rate of spinal anesthesia patients was an average of 79.06 beats per minute.

The measuring instruments used in this study are Palliative Care Quiz For Nursing (PCQN) and Caring Behaviors Inventory (CBI). Statistical analysis using Spearman rank correlation test. The study results obtained a 2-tailed Sig value of 0.000 (p-value> 0.005), thus indicating a relationship between knowledge and nurse behavior. This research is expected to illustrate Nurse's nursing behavior in providing care to palliative patients.

Regardless of physical status, CKD patients need to feel self-acceptance towards themselves. In this study, CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis at RSU Dadi Keluarga Purwokerto will be examined for the relationship between social support and self-acceptance. With a cross-sectional approach, non-probability Accidental Sampling as a sample collection strategy, and the G-power software formula for sampling, this research method uses correlative analysis to collect data from 70 respondents. The Unconditional Self-Acceptance Questionnaire (USAQ) and the Social Support Questionnaire were used in this study. 43 respondents (61.4%) were male and aged between 46 and 65 years were the characteristics of the majority. 13 to 24 months are spent on hemodialysis. 18 respondents (25.7%), whose last education was high school or middle school, respectively 49 respondents (70%) and 35 respondents (50%) had jobs. Based on the results of the independent and dependent variables, good social support was obtained for 51 respondents (72.9%) and moderate self-acceptance for 47 respondents (67.1%). With a p-value of 0.000 (p-value 0.005) and a correlation coefficient of 0.619, the findings of this study indicate a substantial relationship between social support and self-acceptance. This relationship is strong. As a result, in someone who has undergone hemodialysis therapy, social support is closely related to self-acceptance.
