Abstract

Abstract This research is to identify and analyze the effect of workload, leadership style and work stress on employee performance in the case of Citra Textile Stores Malang. The population in this study were employees of Citra Textile Store Malang. The sample in this study were 126 employees of Citra Textile Store Malang, with the determination of the number of samples using the slovin formula, which then obtained a total of 96 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results simultaneously and partially showed that workload, leadership style and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Workload, Leadership Style, Work Stress, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract Djarum LA cigarettes are one of the many cigarette brand products issued by PT Djarum. The marketing carried out is of course supported by several factors on how consumers are able to decide on their purchase of Djarum LA cigarette products in Malang City. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the simultaneous and partial influence of brand awareness, promotion mix and word of mouth on consumer purchasing decisions on Djarum LA Cigarettes in Malang City. The population in this study were consumers of Djarum LA cigarettes in Malang City. Determining the number of samples using the Maholtra formula, and the results obtained were 80 respondents. The sampling method uses a non-probablity sampling technique with purposive sampling which uses a collection technique based on certain criteria. The results of the study show that brand awareness, promotion mix and word of mouth simultaneously and partially influence the purchasing decisions of consumers of Djarum LA cigarettes in Malang City. Keywords : Purchase Decision, Brand Awareness, Promotion Mix Word of Mouth.

Abstract

 Abstract In this day and age, traveling has become part of a lifestyle to reduce boredom and refresh the mind from daily routines. Affordable location, good service quality, adequate facilities and affordable prices are important factors in influencing the decision to visit. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of location, service quality, facilities and prices on visiting decisions. This research was conducted on Ledok Amprong tourists in Malang Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with sampling techniques using non-probability sampling methods with purposive sampling techniques. Determination of the number of samples as many as 96 respondents. The data analysis methods used are instrument tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis tests and coefficients of determination using SPSS 25 software. The results of this study show that location, service quality, facilities and price have a significant effect simultaneously on visiting decisions. Location, service quality and price have a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit, while facilities have a positive and insignificant effect on the decision to visit. The influence of location, service quality, facilities and price on visiting decisions shows a coefficient of determination of 41%. Keywords: Visiting Decision, Location, Quality of Service, Facilities and Price.

Abstract

Abstract Along with economic growth and technological developments, the business world is experiencing rapid development with the emergence of various companies trying to create products and quality offered at competitive prices, which are potential producers to consider purchasing decisions of consumers. This study aims to investigate the impact of product quality, price, and digital marketing on consumer interest in purchasing Roughneck 1991 goods. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire through the Google form and measured using a Likert scale. The sample in this study were 95 respondents who were taken from the technique using the Malhotra formula. Furthermore, after the data is collected, to test the hypothesis using SPSS software. The results of the study show that digital marketing, product quality, and price have a significant effect on the intention to buy Roughneck 1991 products. Keywords: Digital Marketing, Product Quality, Price, Purchase Intention

Abstract

Abstract  This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, reward and punishment on employee performance. The research used is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study are employees of CV. Avindo Mandiri. The data used are secondary data and primary data by using a questionnaire technique. The data analysis method used is instrument test: validity and reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test: multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing: simultaneous test, partial test and coefficient of determination. The results of the study simultaneously obtained the results that the characteristics of work motivation, reward and punishment have a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation variables have a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, the reward variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the punishment variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance Keywords: Work Motivation, Reward, Punishment, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract  Promotion can be said as one of the determining factors for the success of a marketing program to provide information about the existence of a product. Social media is one of the most widely used promotional tools. Technological developments encourage marketers to be creative in advertising by utilizing social media. Advertising on social media requires strategy and effort to appeal both emotionally and rationally to foster buying interest in social media users. People in Indonesia are quite active in using Instagram. The popularity of Instagram is seen by business people as an effective opportunity to promote the products of their business. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach at the Garden Café. Data collection is done by interview, observation and documentation study. There were 4 research participants, namely the Garden Café Manager and 3 Garden Café customers who were willing to become research participants. Based on the results of research on the Effectiveness of Promotion through Instagram social media using the epic model at the Garden Café. The promotional strategy implemented at the garden café is effective if measured using the dimensions of Empathy, Persuasiveness, Impact, Communication Keywords: promotion, social media, epic model

Abstract

Abstract Efficient and fast smooth running and satisfying human needs is very important in the life of an enterprise if the people managing it have technical managerial and human skills. Thus organizations need human resources (HR) for organizational change, one of which is Student Creative Unit (UKM). UKM Islamic Art is a student activity unit and a forum for students to develop their talents in the field of Islamic art and to shape the personality of the organization. But due to the lack of frequent communication between members the ability to reach members to participate in active activities in the organization or the members lack of confidence in expressing their opinions in the forum there are still many obstacles to the development of the organization. Lack of understanding of the work of the Council at Unisma Islamic Arts UKM and lack of confidence in the Governor and the Council does not make enhancing productivity a priority. This study used a non-probability sampling method with 66 samples. The results of this study show that organizational commitment cannot mediate the influence between organizational culture and organizational communication on management effectiveness. This means that high or low levels of organizational commitment do not influence the impact of organizational culture and communication on the growth and decline of Islamic artistic behaviour. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Organizational Communication, Organizational Commitment, Management Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyse the simultaneous and partial effect of work fatigue and job satisfaction on the desire to move on employees 3Second Malang Branch. A total of 40 samples were determined using the saturated sampling method. A quantitative approach with a descriptive research type is used to formulate research data from closed questionnaires—data analysis methods using multiple regression analysis. The study's results found that job fatigue and job satisfaction simultaneously significantly affected the desire to change. During the partial effect, work fatigue has a positive and significant impact on the desire to move, but it produces a negative but insignificant effect on job satisfaction. Keywords: work fatigue, job satisfaction, desire to change

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and determine the effect of Social Media, Product Quality, and Customer Satisfaction on Purchasing Decisions (Study on Lelette Coffee Sigura-gura Malang). This research is a type of quantitative research. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique uses the formula from Malhotra with a calculation of 95 samples. To overcome the problems in this study using SPSS with the help of validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, and t test. The results of the study show that Social Media (X1), Product Quality (X2), and Customer Satisfaction (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). The results of the study partially show that Social Media (X1), Product Quality (X2), and Customer Satisfaction (X3) partially have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y). Keywords: Social Media, Product Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Purchase Decision

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the influence of service quality, price and timeliness on consumer satisfaction at Rere Jaya Jeans Malang City. The population in this study are consumers who have used Rere Jaya Jeans products or services. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire with a sample of 75 respondents. The independent variable in this study is the influence of service quality, price and punctuality and the dependent variable is consumer satisfaction. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and processed using SPSS 16. The results of this study simultaneously show that the influence of service quality, price and punctuality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Partially, service quality, price and punctuality have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Keywords: Service Quality, Price, Timeliness and Customer Satisfactio
