Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to determine the analysis of the impact of sand mining on the welfare of the community in Pronojiwo sub-district, Lumajang district according to Islamic perspectives. Sand mining in Pronojiwo District is very productive in stabilizing the economy of the Pronojiwo community, however it has not been studied regarding the level of sensitivity of entrepreneurs and miners to the halal level of the way it is obtained or the mining process is considered haram in Islam so the income obtained is automatically haram. So with this we will review Islamic law and more specifically the sharia view of how sharia economic law views mining businesses in Pronojiwo District. The method used in this research uses a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. The type of data in this research is qualitative data. Meanwhile, data sources consist of primary and secondary data. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews and documents. The results of this research are that the impact of sand mining in Pronojiwo District has many benefits, especially for the mining community, including increasing people's income, opening up employment opportunities, and increasing community creativity. In addition, to overcome the impacts that arise, mining managers must act proactively and be responsible for their activities. However, when compared, the negative impacts of mining often outweigh the positive impacts on surrounding communities. Therefore, the village government needs to emphasize sanctions against these activities for the good and welfare of the local community. Keywords: Sand mining, public welfare

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to; (1) Know and analyze the impact of product quality and price on Xiaomi customer satisfaction. (2) Analyze the impact of product quality on individual Xiaomi customer satisfaction (3) Know and analyze the impact of price on Xiaomi customer satisfaction.This research method is Questionnaire (questionnaire) This method is used to collect data on product quality and price on customer satisfaction. The sampling technique used in this study is a probability technique by means of random sampling (Simple Random Sample Method), namely by a sample selection method in which each member of the population has the same opportunity to be selected as a sample member. In analyzing this method, the author uses the formula of the slovin formula, it can be determined that the number of samples is 86 respondents from 598 total students of the Islamic University of Malang. Keywords : Consumer Satisfaction, Product Quality, Price

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was determine product completeness, service quality, and word of mouth on purchasing decisions partially or simultaneously. This research method uses quantitative research methods and this type of research is purposive sampling. The sample of this research is Deliwafa Store Malang consumers with a total of 90 respondents. To obtain accurate and detailed data, this study used a data collection method with a questionnaire. The data analysis used is instrument test, normality test, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination using the help of SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that product completeness, service quality, and word of mouth simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Deliwafa Store Malang. Furthermore, partially, product completeness, service quality, and word of mouth have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Deliwafa Store Malang.  Keywords: Product Completeness, Service Quality, Word of Mouth

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of brand image and lifestyle in making decisions to buy iPhone products (study of students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang class of 2018). The population and sample for this research are students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at UNISMA, class of 2018. The sample used is a sample in the form of a purposive sampling method with sample measurement using the Malhotra method. The results of the research are that partially the Brand Image variable has a positive influence on the Purchase Decision of iPhone Products for Students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang in the class of 2018. Variables and Lifestyle have a positive influence on the Purchase Decision for iPhone Products for Students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang in the year 2018. Meanwhile, Brand Image and Lifestyle simultaneously influence the Purchase Decision of iPhone Products for Students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, class of 2018. Keywords: Brand Image, Lifestyle, and Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to reveal the influence of dividend policy, profitability, liquidity, company growth and company size on debt policy in the manufacturing industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2019 to 2022. Dividend policy is measured by the dividend payout ratio, profitability is measured by return on assets, liquidity is measured by the current ratio, and company growth is measured by the ratio of total assets in year n to total assets in year n-1. and company size as measured by LN (total assets). This type of research is quantitative research. This research sample was obtained according to the criteria determined based on the purposive sampling method. From 2019 to 2022, 48 samples were collected from manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Multiple regression analysis will be used as the analysis method. The results of the analysis show that dividend policy and company growth have no effect on debt policy, while profitability, liquidity and company size have a negative effect on debt policy.. Keywords: Divident Policy, Profitability, Liquidity, Company Growth, Company Size, Debt Policy

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the impact of product quality, price and brand ambassador on purchasing decisions for specs shoes in Malang City. Using multiple linear regression methods, this research focuses on explanatory research with a quantitative approach. A research sample of 100 consumers was taken using the Malhotra formula. Data analysis was carried out with the help of SPSS version 25 software, including validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, and R2 coefficient of determination test. The research results show that overall, product quality, price and brand ambassador have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions for spec shoe products in Malang City. Specifically, price has a positive impact on purchasing decisions, while product quality and brand ambassador do not have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions. Keywords: Product Quality, Harga, Brand Ambassador, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to see the effect of Electronic Word of Mouth, Tourism Attraction and Destination Image on Visiting Interest in the Telogo Sewu Pandaan Bathing Destination. The population in this study were the people of Pandaan District with a sample size of 80 people, using sampling techniques, namely non-probability sampling techniques and purposive sampling methods. Multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing are used for the analysis method using Eviews 12 SV software. The results of the analysis obtained are the Electronic Word of Mouth and Tourism Attraction Variables have a significant influence on Visiting Interest. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of Content Marketing, Lifestyle and Online Customer Reviews on purchasing decisions on TikTok Azarine sunscreen users in the city of Malang Lowokwaru. This research method uses quantitative research. The population in this study were consumers using Azarine sunscreen products in the city of Malang, Lowokwaru. Determining the sample size used the lameshow formula and obtained 96 respondents using a Likert scale. The data collection method uses questionnaires which are given online to respondents. The data analysis methods used in this research are instrument testing (validity test and reliability test), normality test, classical assumption test (multicolinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (t test and coefficient of determination). using SPSS data processing. Abstract

Abstract Torongrejo village, Junjero subdistrict, Batu city is a place where research is conducted. The quantitative research is used type of research . The aim of this research is to determine the effect of socializing the dangers and benefits of electricity on public awareness. The sample used in this research was 40 resident respondents affected by the Sengkaling - Mendalan SUTT / SUTET electricity network in Torongrejo village, Junjero subdistrict, Batu city. Questionnaires are a data collection technique . The results of the research show that socialization about the dangers of electricity does not have a significant effect on public awareness. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of Agility leadership, organizational culture, and motivation on the organizational agility of BEM Islamic University of Malang (Case Study on BEM of Islamic University of Malang). The variables used in this study are organizational agility variables (the dependent variable), while the independent variables are Agility leadership, organizational culture, and motivation.The results of this study partially concluded that the leadership variables were Agility, organizational culture, and motivation. there is a significant influence on organizational agility and simultaneously concluded that there is a significant influence between Agility leadership, organizational culture, and motivation variables on organizational agility. Keywords: Agility Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Motivation, Organizational Agility
