Abstract

Abstact This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, work environment, and human resource development on employee performance at BUMdes Mitulungi in Tulungrejo Village. Aquantitative approach was used, with survey data collected via questionnaires distributed to 37 respondents, comprising all BUMdes employees. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine both simultaneous and partial effects of each independent variable on employee performance. The results indicate that transformational leadership, work environment, and human resource development simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Individually, each variable also shows a significant influence on performance improvement. These findings highlight the importance of leadership, a supportive work environment, and continuous HR development in enhancing productivity and organizational effectiveness at BUMdes Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Work Environment, Human Resource Development, Employee Performance, BUMdes

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the effect of workload, work motivation, and work compensation on employee productivity at CV. Maju Djaya Beton, Singosari, Malang. Using a quantitative approach method with the distribution of questionnaires to all employees totaling 32 respondents using saturated sampling technique (census). The variables studied, workload, work motivation, and work compensation, are among the important factors in measuring employee productivity levels. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, workload, work motivation, and work compensation have an effect on employee productivity. The workload is known to have a negative and insignificant effect on work motivation, while work compensation partially affects employee productivity. This study suggests that companies need to pay attention to the balance of workload, improve motivation, and provide appropriate compensation to increase employee productivity.  Keywords: Workload, Work Motivation, Work Compensation, Employee Productivity.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to see how elements of marketing strategy influence purchasing decisions among consumers in Malang City when buying beauty and care products. The variables studied include influencers, content marketing, and product design. Influencers, content marketing, and product design can have an impact on purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative methodology to gather information from 100 respondents who use beauty and care products in Malang City. The findings indicate that the decision to purchase beauty and care products is simultaneously influenced by influencers, content marketing, and product design. Meanwhile, partially, influencers and content marketing have a significant negative impact on purchasing decisions, while product design has no effect on purchasing decisions. According to this research, businesses can enhance their marketing tactics to gain customer trust and emphasize the high-quality materials or ingredients used in the production of their products. Keywords: Influencer, Content Marketing, Product Design, Purchase Decisions, Beauty and Care

Abstract

Abstract This study analyzes the effect of work environment, job satisfaction, and work discipline on employee productivity at PT Easterntex Pandaan East Java. Using a quantitative method with a survey approach, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 60 permanent employees in the mechanical division of PT Easterntex. Sample determination using non-probability sampling with saturated sample method. Data analysis techniques include descriptive analysis, validity testing, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t test and F test). The results showed that work environment, job satisfaction, and work discipline significantly affect employee productivity, both partially and simultaneously. A comfortable work environment, high levels of satisfaction, and good discipline are proven to encourage increased productivity. The implication of this finding emphasizes the importance of management's role in maintaining and improving these three aspects in order to achieve optimal productivity. Keywords: Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, Work Discipline, Employee Productivity.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the human resource (HR) planning strategies implemented at the Bengkak Village Office, Banyuwangi Regency, to enhance competitive advantage. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The research results show that HR planning is carried out through procurement, development, and evaluation based on the real needs of the village. The main strengths lie in the support of the village head, communication among staff, and openness to training. Weaknesses lie in budget constraints and unequal competencies. The strategies adopted have been adjusted to external environmental opportunities and threats. In conclusion, strategic HR planning plays an important role in driving excellent and competitive public services. Keywords: HR Planning, Strategy, Competitive Advantage, Village Government.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial mindset and creativity on business sustainability among Putra Ardana Farm Malang business partners. The application of entrepreneurial mindset and creativity in each individual is proven to be beneficial in maintaining and developing business sustainability. The research method used in this study was a quantitative approach, with data collection techniques in the form of printed questionnaires distributed to 45 Putra Ardana Farm business partners. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial mindset has a positive and significant effect on technology adoption and business termination. Creativity has a positive and significant effect on technology adoption but not on business termination. Furthermore, technology implementation does not mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial mindset and business interest or creativity on business desire. The implications of this study explain that Putra Ardana Farm needs to continue developing entrepreneurial mindsets and creativity for its partners to create more sustainable businesses. Keywords: Entrepreneurial Mindset, Creativity, Technology Implementation, Business Sustainability, Putra Ardana Farm

Abstract

Abstract In the ever evolving digital era, student job readiness is a crucial factor in facing challenges in the workplace. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing and communication skills training on student job readiness in the digital sector. The method used was quantitative research, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, intake of 2021, who had participated in digital marketing training. The results of multiple linear regression analysis indicate that digital marketing and communication skills training have a positive and significant impact on student job readiness. The average student job readiness score indicates a fairly high level of readiness. These findings emphasize the importance of integrating digital marketing training and communication skills development into higher education curricula to increase student competitiveness in an increasingly complex job market. This research is expected to provide educational institutions with consideration in designing more effective training programs that align with industry needs. Keywords: Digital Marketing Training, Communication Skills, Job Readiness, Digital Sector.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of communication, commitment, and organizational structure on the performance of student organization members, with a case study on the Ikatan Mahasiswa Alumni Salafiyah Syafi’iyah (IKMASS) Malang Raya. The research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 56 respondents selected using purposive sampling from a total population of 56  active IKMASS members. The data were analyzed using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results show that simultaneously, communication, commitment, and organizational structure influence member performance. However, partially, only the communication variable has a positive and significant effect on performance. Meanwhile, commitment and organizational structure do not show a significant influence. These findings highlight the importance of effective communication in enhancing the performance of student organization members. Keywords: Communication, Commitment, Organizational Structure, Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of Social Media Influencer, Brand Image, and Brand Awareness on Purchase Decisions of Facetology products among the local community, particularly in Trenggalek Regency. Facetology is a local skincare brand that has started to gain recognition through digital marketing strategies that rely on the power of social media. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, distributing questionnaires as the primary instrument for data collection. The sample consisted of 90 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The results of the study partially indicate that Social Media Influencer (X1), Brand Image (X2), and Brand Awareness (X3) have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y). These findings suggest that digital marketing strategies through influencers, as well as strengthening brand image and awareness, play an important role in influencing consumer purchasing decisions, especially for local skincare products such as Facetology. Keywords: Social Media Influencer, Brand Image, Brand Awareness, Purchase Decision, Facetology.
