Abstract

Abstract  This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, brand equity on the intention to repurchase Indomie products. The dependent variable (Y) in this study is the intention to repurchase. The independent variable (X) in this study is Product Quality, Brand Equity. This research is an explanatory research. The data used by the researcher is primary data with the collection method using a questionnaire distributed to students of the 2017 Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The sampling technique used is Non-Probability Sampling with the type of Purposive Sampling. The number of samples used consisted of 90 respondents. Furthermore, the data is processed using SPSS to test statistics in the form of instrument tests, normality, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results showed that product quality and brand equity had a significant effect on repurchase intention. Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Equity, Repurchase Interest

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance, Profitability and Liquidity on Firm Value in LQ45 Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The population of this study is LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2019. The sample used is 11 samples that meet the criteria in the research subject from 2017 to 2019. The analysis method used is multiple regression equation, normality test, classical assumption test., descriptive statistical analysis and hypothesis testing. The results show that Good Corporate Governance, Profitability and Liquidity to Firm Value simultaneously affect the LQ45 Firm Value listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019.Keywords : , Profitabilitas , dan Likuiditas..

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of the research is to find out the Analysis of Stock Price Behavior in Gold Mining Sector Sub-sector Before and During the Covid 19 Pandemic. The population in this study is 11 gold mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the samples in the study are using purposive sampling techniques, so that it can be determined the number of samples as many as 4 Companies. Data collection method using secondary data, obtained by means of documentation by studying and analyze the stock history data of a company. Data analysis techniques used in this study test normality, and test t (t-test). The results stated that there is no difference in abnormal return and tranding volume of activity before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in gold mining sector companies.   Keywords: Abnormal Return, Tranding Volume Activity

Abstract

AbstractTo determine the influence between organizational culture, work motivation, and job satisfaction. This research was conducted on 35 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression.The results of descriptive analysis in this study indicate that employees of the Pasuruan Puspo District Office perceive all research, namely organizational culture, work motivation, job satisfaction and employee performance. Organizational culture, work motivation, and job satisfaction simultaneously influence the performance of the employees of the Puspo Pasuruan District Office. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price and brand image on the decision to purchase Narmada bottled drinking water with the IBM SPSS version 21 program. The sample in this study amounted to 60 respondents who lived and had bought Narmada bottled drinking water products in the Unter Iwes sub-district. The data used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using simultaneous and partial hypothesis testing with the results that simultaneously product quality, price, and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, product quality and brand image have no positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, while price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Brand Image, Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study was conducted to determine the effect of motivation and work experience on employee work discipline at Sardo Swalayan, located at Jalan Gajayana no.500, Dinoyo, Lowokwaru District, Malang City, East Java 65145. The method used is a quantitative method used to examine a population or specific sample that aims to explain the position of each variable and its effect between one variable with another variable, and the source of the data used is primary data by spreading Likert scale kusieoner to Sardo Shopping Shop Employees City of Malang supermarket. The sample calculation in this study uses the Slovin formula which produces 49 respondents. The results of this study are the variables of motivation and work experience simultaneously and partially affect work discipline. Keywords: Motivation, Work experience, Work Discipline

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of Organizational Climate Salary, and Job Stress on Job Satisfaction of Malang City Meteor Cell employees. The sample used was all employees of the Central Malang Meteor Cell. The Sampling Technique which if it is less than 100 is better taken all then this study is a census study. Based on the results of the study note that the independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, the value is known with a sig value below 0.05, then H1 is accepted, meaning that the Organizational Climate and Work Stress variables simultaneously influence the Job Satisfaction. Like the Organizational Climate variable, which is known with a sig value below 0.05, it means that the Organization Climate has a partial effect on Job Satisfaction. Salary variable is known with a sig value below 0.05, meaning that the Salary variable has a partial effect on Job Satisfaction. While the Work Stress Variable is known by the value of sig. above 0.05, it means that the Job Stress variable has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction.Keywords: Orgaizational Climate, Salary, Job Stress, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to analyze the direct influence and indirect influence of service quality on customer loyalty through customer trust. with the aim of knowing the description of service quality, customer loyalty and trust.The population used in this study is HRS Jaya Ketapang Sampang. Determination of samples using purposive sampling technique. Based on the criteria obtained 89 respondents. The type of research used is explanatory research. Methods of collecting data using questionnaires. Data analysis method uses path analysis. While the data analysis tool used validity test, reliability test, nomination test, with hypothesis testing using the t test and sobel test.The results of this study indicate that service quality variables have a positive and significant effect on trust, service quality variables have a significant positive effect on loyalty, the trust variable has a significant positive effect on loyalty, the trust variable can mediate the effect of service quality on loyalty. Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Loyalty and Customer Trust.

Abstract

AbstractHuman resources are an important component in the continuity of the company so it is necessary to conduct research related to employee performance. In this study, employee performance is influenced by workload, work stress and compensation, so this research was conducted to determine the effect of workload, work stress and compensation on employee by performance the purpose of this research is to know that workload, work stress, and compensation have a (simultaneous) effect on employee performance and to know the individual (partial) effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, namely the effect of workload on employee performance, work stress on employee performance, compensation on employee performance with quantitative research methods, associative approach, instrument test, classical assumption test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis test, hypothesis test and R2 coefficient of determination testwith the results of the research showing that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously on employee performance, workload (X1) partially has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work stress (X2) partially has an insignificant positive effect on employee performance, compensation ( X3) partially has no significant negative effect on employee performancecompanies can maintain policies that are currently carried out, add variables or develop existing indicators in research. Keywords: workload, work stress, compensation and employee performance

Abstract

Abstract Transformational leadership is the ability of a leader to influence employees to achieve targeted goals to do extraordinary things. A leader must be able to influence his employees in certain ways to achieve the goals to be achieved from the company. Transformational leadership is the ability of superiors to work with others to optimally transform human resources within the company to achieve goals in accordance with predetermined achievements.Transformational leadership has a strong influence in running an organization. A leader must be able to create a sense of self-confidence with employees, as a leader must also be able to make the employees he leads have the determination to carry out the goals that have been determined by the company. Leaders should involve employees when making decisions, so that employees feel more valued and have self-esteem. Transformational leadership is a situation in which employees of a transformational leader feel trust, admiration, loyalty, and respect for the leader, and they are motivated to do more than expected. A leader must be able to transform and motivate employees by making them more aware of the importance of results or work, encouraging them to prioritize the company or team over self-interest, and activating their needs at a higher level. The leadership style applied by the leader will have an impact on employee job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is a positive emotional state that is the result of evaluating one's work experience. Job dissatisfaction arises when one's expectations are not met. (Danang Sunyoto 2015) Work discipline can be defined as an attitude of respect, respect, obedience, and obedience to the applicable regulations, both written and unwritten and being able to carry out them and not evading sanctions. Employee discipline is absolutely necessary so that all activities that are being carried out run according to the mechanism that has been determined by Rivai, (2009) Good job satisfaction must be supported by high employee discipline, especially seen from the level of employee attendance. According to Wijaya et al. (2012: 52), the average attendance rate is 2-3 percent, symptoms of poor employee work discipline. Basically the discipline factor is one of the important functions of human resource management and is the key to the realization of goals, because without discipline it is difficult to achieve maximum goals. Job satisfaction is an assessment, feeling or attitudea person or employee towards his work and relationships with the work environment, type of work, compensation, relationships between coworkers, social relations at work and so on. Job satisfaction is the fulfillment of several wants and needs through work or work activities. Each employee will have a measure of job satisfaction which varies from one employee to another.
