Abstract

Marketing strategy is a process that is able to deliver the organization/company to a large market opportunity to increase sales and achieve the expected advantage. Marketing strategy is also an important tool so that companies are able to win the competition and be able to survive, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic is not just a health catastrophe, it has caused economic chaos. The object of this research is UD. H. Muslan Pulungan. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out the marketing strategy of stationery products carried out by UD. H. Muslan Pulungan in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic and to find out what is the most appropriate strategy to increase sales of stationery products at UD. H. Muslan Pulungan in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative research approach and then analyzed using SWOT analysis to find out what are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the company's marketing strategy. The results of this study indicate that UD. H. Muslan Pulungan has implemented a product, price, place and promotion marketing mix strategy before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the IFAS matrix score is 3.37, this indicates that UD. H. Muslan Pulungan is in a strong internal position and the EFAS matrix score is 3.38, this shows that UD.H. Muslan Pulungan responds to opportunities very well and tries to avoid the threats that come. The right marketing strategy to increase sales of stationery products on the Cartesian diagram shows the company's position in quadrant I, which is to support an aggressive strategy. This position is very profitable for UD. H. Muslan Pulungan. Where the company has the power so that it can take advantage of existing opportunities. The marketing strategy used by the company to increase sales is to take advantage of technological developments to provide complete and up-to-date products, maintain good relations with customers, and design stores as attractive as possible by utilizing technological developments to be able to attract customers.

Abstract

Bang Feed Barbershop is one of the MSMEs in Bone Regency that shows significant growth in the men's grooming service industry. This study aims to analyze the operational processes and assess the feasibility of the business from technical and managerial aspects. The approach used is descriptive qualitative through interviews and direct observations of the owners and employees. The results of the study show that Bang Feed Barbershop has a structured, flexible operational system, supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure. A fair and transparent profit-sharing system also enhances employee motivation. Additionally, the strategy of selecting the right location and expansion plans demonstrate a strong long-term business vision. Abstract

Udang merupakan salah satu ekspor unggulan Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ekspor udang ke Jepang. Metode yang digunakan, metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SPSS analisis regresi linear berganda. Dan untuk data-data yang digunakan, menggunakan data sekunder. Hasil dari penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, GDP Jepang dan nilai tukar berpengaruh signifikan atau positif terhadap ekspor udang ke Jepang, serta produksi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ekspor udang Indonesia ke Jepang. Secara simultan, GDP Jepang, nilai tukar, harga dan produksi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap ekspor udang Indonesia ke Jepang. Dalam kajian ekonomi Islam sangat dianjurkan, melakukan transaksi secara adil/efektif dan di tiap negara diharuskan untuk tidak melakukan kecurangan yaitu dengan teknik dumping

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan media pembelajaran mempengaruhi minat belajar siswa kelas X di MAN 2 Model Medan. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran yang tidak melibatkan teknologi atau media interaktif. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yang menggunakan teknik regresi linier sederhana. teknik total sampling digunakan untuk mengambil sampel dari 35 siswa. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel media pembelajaran mempengaruhi minat belajar siswa dengan baik. Dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,012 < 0,05 maka hipotesis alternatif diterima karena nilai thitung 2,648 lebih besar dari t tabel 2,034 . Ada persamaan regresi Y = 23,974 + 0,408X. Namun, nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,175 menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran dapat menyebabkan 17,5% variasi minat belajar. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa media yang tepat dan menarik mampu mempengaruhi semangat belajar siswa secara signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi strategi pemasaran Indihome yang diterapkan oleh PT. Telkom Cabang Kotanopan, serta mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi rendahnya pencapaian target pelanggan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah karyawan bagian pemasaran yang memiliki keterlibatan langsung dalam kegiatan promosi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan meliputi door to door, promosi digital melalui media sosial, personal selling, direct marketing, serta program “Sobat Indihome” belum memberikan hasil optimal. Selama tahun 2021–2023, terjadi penurunan jumlah pelanggan baru secara signifikan. Hambatan utama yang ditemukan adalah keterbatasan cakupan jaringan di wilayah terpencil, persepsi harga yang terlalu mahal oleh masyarakat, kurangnya program promosi menarik, dan persaingan harga dari provider lain.Analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa posisi perusahaan berada dalam kuadran strategi pertumbuhan (growth strategy), yang berarti perusahaan memiliki kekuatan internal dan peluang eksternal yang cukup besar untuk dikembangkan. Oleh karena itu, strategi pemasaran yang disarankan adalah memperluas jangkauan infrastruktur jaringan, menetapkan harga yang kompetitif dengan fleksibilitas pembayaran, serta meningkatkan intensitas promosi digital yang bersifat edukatif. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi pengambilan keputusan manajerial di bidang pemasaran, serta memperkaya literatur akademik dalam kajian strategi pemasaran layanan digital di wilayah non-perkotaan.

Abstract

This study explores the perceptions of market traders in Sipirok, South Tapanuli, regarding Islamic banking financing services. The findings reveal that most traders continue to rely on conventional banks or other traditional financial institutions, such as pawnshops, to meet their business capital needs. A lack of knowledge and limited outreach about Islamic banking are key factors behind the low adoption of these services among traders. Using a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, the study aims to analyze traders’ perceptions, identify the factors influencing their choice of financing sources, and uncover the obstacles that hinder the use of Islamic banking services. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 15 traders and analyzed using thematic analysis. The results indicate that the majority of traders hold less favorable views toward Islamic banking. Many perceive the profit-sharing system as more complex and less financially beneficial compared to the interest-based system used by conventional banks. Key factors influencing their choice of financing include ease of access, trust, and comfort in dealing with conventional banking services. Another major barrier is the lack of promotion and socialization efforts by Islamic banks. These findings suggest that Islamic financial institutions need to be more proactive in providing education, building personal relationships, and simplifying their messaging to make their services more accessible and appealing to small business owners such as market traders.

Abstract

Remaja Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (selanjutnya disingkat SMK) Nahdlatul Ulama (selanjutnya disingkat NU) Medan yang orang tuanya bercerai berdampak negatif seperti tidak disiplin masuk sekolah, membolos, malas belajar, sehingga mengakibatkan penurunan nilai secara akademik, hal ini membuktikan bahwa remaja mengalami stres pasca perceraian orang tuanya. Stres yang terjadi mempengaruhi kelangsungan kehidupan siswa di rumah dan di sekolah. Setiap remaja memiliki cara yang berbeda dalam merespon stressor yang ada. Individu yang mampu bertahan tentu memiliki sikap dalam menghadapi stres sehingga setiap remaja harus mampu menjadi resilien, yaitu mampu beradaptasi, mampu bertahan, dan bangkit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh resiliensi terhadap stres pasca perceraian pada remaja di SMK NU Medan. Subjek dalam penelitian. ini berjumlah 31 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur instrumen penelitian dengan lembar kuesioner stres dan resiliensi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh resiliensi terhadap stres pasca perceraian orang tua dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2 ) sebesar 0,410 yang berarti 41% stres pasca perceraian orang tua dipengaruhi oleh resiliensi dengan nilai signifikasi 0,000 ≤ 0,05

Abstract

The first formal level of education which is part of the education series in Indonesia is elementary school. Therefore, the role of educators or teachers in elementary schools is to bring as much knowledge as possible to this world in the child's activity environment, both internally and externally as a learning experience. One way educators can support children's learning process in another way is by providing creative and innovative learning media to stimulate interest in learning and foster children's critical thinking abilities. Students must have the courage to accept challenges to try new things. Dare to try means accepting and analyzing problems, and finding solutions to these problems. The learning process requires critical thinking skills to achieve effective learning.

Abstract

Human fallibility to phishing is not the byproduct of ignorance anymore, but the one kept alive by the very structure of digital existence. The aesthetic of deception finds a fertile ground in the repetitiveness of trust, the aesthetic of familiarity, and fluid choreography of the communication process that occurs via a platform. The current paper investigates the effect that can be observed in students of Indonesian universities who, due to their exposure to mobile banking and messaging culture, do not regard phishing as a perversion but as something that may appear to be reality. The research, which is based on in-depth interviews, baffles the conclusion that deception is not triumphing with tricky technical challenges rather with social engineering that hopscotches through interpersonal pathways, uses institutional jargon, and play with emotional instinct. Subjects were not blind to the danger. They are weak, instead, because of the same set of circumstances that conditions them to act quickly, to accept as true signals that are visually consistent, and to place the value of the urgent ahead of checking. This evidence means that the issue is not the absence of awareness but the weakness of awareness in the face of pressure. Therefore, there is a need to change the way the digital vulnerability is thought of. Security should not be a personal issue that creates a vacuum out of a context. Rather, it needs to be regarded as a social/infrastructural question, one that is informed by design, by platform logic, by the relational predilections by which we characterize our everyday digital practice.

Abstract

Strategy is a unified, comprehensive and integrated plan that links the advantages of corporate strategy with environmental challenges and that is designed to ensure that the company's main objectives can be achieved through proper execution by the company.  The purpose of this study is to examine more deeply the leadership strategy of leaders in developing marketers to increase competitive advantage at PT. Prudential Sharia Binjai. And to find out the success rate of a leader or leader in developing marketers. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method. Research is written using descriptive where research related to questions through interviews with leaders in a company to obtain results by observing and managing data. The results of this study show the success or success of a leader or leader seen from several factors, namely, agents have increased income, achievement of contests, achievement of travel trips and achievement of MDRT. The strategy used by leaders to develop marketers to increase competitive advantage in the company is to use a communication strategy, where communication is a very important role in increasing competitiveness.
