Abstract

Abstract This study aimed to determine the character of student cooperation in physical education learning in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Islamiyah Pontianak. The method was used descriptive method, the form of research is survey research. The research sample is class IV A as many as 25 students. The data collection technique was used the observation sheet. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis and using percentage descriptive tests.From the results of the research carried out, it can be concluded that the character of cooperation between students in class IV A Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Islamiyah Pontianak in Penjasorkes is good. This can be seen from the average percentage based on the aspect of indicators observed and carried out by students in Penjasorkes to see the character of cooperation that is equal to 81%. Although overall the character of student cooperation in Penjasorkes was good, but some aspects of the indicator have not been well done based on observations, including: helping friends who have problems only reaching 68%, admitting mistake only reaching 56%, preparing teaching and learning processes only reaching 60% , being able to control themselves only reached 52%, and giving ideas only reached 44%. Keywords: Character, Cooperation

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this study whether the high jump ability of students is still not maximal and lacks the courage to do high jump?. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of self talk strstegies on high jump ability in class X students of Pontianak Maranatha Christian High School. The method used is the experimental method using the design technique “Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design”. Data collection tool uses the high jump capability and RPP instrument. The data analysis tecnique used in this study uses the analysis prerequisite in the form of normality test, homogenety test and hypothesis test. The population in this study were students of class X, amounting to 56 people from 2 classes X Maranatha Christian High School Pontianak then sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique with a toal of 10 people. The results showed that the effect of self talk strategies was significant on high jump ability in students where the posttest average was 17.2, which was meant as a good category and the average pretest results were 13.9 which included poor categories with a t hitung valube (7.359) > t table (2,262). Then the hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, that is, there is the effect of Self Talk Strategy on High Jump Ability in Class X Maranatha Christian High School Pontianak.  Keywords:       Self Talk, High Jump

Abstract

AbstractThe aim of this research is to know the influence of pliometric playing method on the learning result of long jump on the students of class VIII SMP Negeri 7 Sungai Raya. The population in this study were 134 students with a sample of 68 students who then divided into two groups, namely 34 students in the experimental group and 34 students in the control group. Technique of writing data in this research is pretest, treatmen and posttest. The data recording device in this study is a long jump test. The conclusion of this research is, after doing research and doing analysis which can be concluded that the result is better than the participant who is the average of student. The average value of the group before the initial measurement was 2.16 meters and after the interview using the measurement method from the end of 2.44 meters the mean average in the experimental group was 0.28 meters. While the value-in control group on the test was 2.18 meters and increased by 2.28 meters in the mean group by 0.1 meters.Keywords: Pliometric, Learning Outcomes, Long Jump

Abstract

 AbstractProblems in research this is how the influence of a method of the ball hanging on increased achievement play volley ball students. The purpose of this research is to know how big increase achievement play volley ball students in serve and passing. Methods used in research ptk with the sample collection students. The study is done 2 cycles made during 3 hours three time 35 minutes. The result students cycle 1 45% to 55% work completed in serve and passing while cycle 2 originally 55% to 75%. So that it can be concluded that with use some halp volley ball to their students fourth grade MIS Mathla’ul Anwar. Keywords: Achievement play voly, the ball hanging.

Abstract

AbstractThe problem which take of this research is there the influences of drill method foward learning result of badminton smash to the students grade x SMAN 4 Singkawang ?. the dim of this research is to know the influences of drill method foward learning result smash forehand of badminton. The method which is used in this research is experiment method with from pre-exsperimental design. The population in this research is class x counted 5 class amount 143 students. The submition of sample using purposive sampling technique, that’s is amount 25 students as experiment class. The method which used in this research is pre-experimental design. The data analysis implement with computer anal t-test. The result of t-test for experiment class is p value 0,000<0,05 so Ho rejected (Ha accepted) it mean there is the influences of drill methode forward learning result of smash forehand of badminton for class x SMAN 4 Singkawang, with the difference average result 9,24 or percentage 50,2%. Keywords: Drill, Learning Result, Smash Forehand

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the Basic Skills Level of Futsal and Vo2max Futsal Extrarkuricular Students of SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak. The study was conducted with the method used in this study was a descriptive method, aimed at finding out the basic skills level of futsal and the physical condition of futsal extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak. The population in this study was the futsal extracurricular students of SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak, totaling 40 students, with a sample of 40 students. This research technique uses tests and measurements, namely tests with a lattice measuring instrument measuring the basic skills of playing futsal and the ability of VO2Max Students. Data analysis using percentages. The results of the study concluded that the Futsal and Vo2max Basic Skills Level of Futsal Extra-curricular Students of SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak were included in the Fair category. Where the results of the basic skills test playing futsal futsal extracurricular participants at SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak are presented in the form of frequencies (percent). "good" category: 2 players or (5%), "good" category: 12 players or (30%), "enough" category: 10 players or equal (25%), "less" category: 12 players or by (30%), and the category of "very little": 4 players or by (10%). And the results of the study, Vo2max male futsal extracurricular participants In SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak there were 1 student (3.00%) in the excellent category, 16 students (40%) in the good category, 21 students (53%) in the moderate category, 2 students (5 %) in the bad category, and 0 students (0.00%) in the very bad category. So as a whole can be known the level of basic skills of futsal and Vo2max male futsal extracurricular participants in SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak included in the sufficient category. Keywords: Basic Skills in Playing futsal, Student VO2Max Results

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the effect of target media modification on the accuracy of football shooting results, using an experimental method with the design of "One Group Pretest-Posttest Design". The population in this study were participants in football extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 5 Sungai Raya, totaling 20 students. Samples taken using saturated sampling techniques. The instrument used for the accuracy of the shooting test is the shooting test on the goal. Data analysis using t-test. Analysis of the prerequisite test carried out normality test and homogeneity test. The results of this study concluded that there was the effect of target media modification on the accuracy of football shooting results, with tcount (8.1)> ttable (1.729), meaning that there was an effect of training using target media on the accuracy of soccer shooting results with a percentage increase of 39.11%.        Keywords: Accuracy of Football Shooting, Target Media Training

Abstract

AbstractThe problem discussed in this study is not yet know whether there is an influence of juggling exercises on dribbling skills at kemala bhayangkari high school? The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an effect of juggling exericises on the futsal dribbling skill of experimental studies of futsal extracuricular participants in bhayangkari. This used an experimental method with the one grup pretest and postest design. The population in this study were futsal extracuricular students of kemala bhayangkari high school, totaling 30 students, with a sample of 15 students. Analysis of the data used in this research is t-test. The results of this study are the influence of juggling exercises on dribbling skils based on tcount>ttable is 8.61.> 1.7613 with an average pretest score of 19.4 and an average postest value of 17.5. it can be concluded that Ha = accepted an Ho = rejected. Means there is an influence of juggling exercises on futsal dribbling skills.Keywords: Dribbbling, Futsal, Juggling

Abstract

AbstractThe problem of this research was the students who did not able in basketball shooting with the standard of basketball ring height. This research were aim to create product of equipment basketball ring and to improve students’ learning motivation in learning of shooting basketball.The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The instrument of this research was the questionnaire with Gutman scale assessment and was validated of two experts by using delphi technique. The method of this research used research and development method which referring to development model of Borg & Gall. The data analysis technique that was used descriptive percentage. The slight scale trial was done at SMP Harapan Ananda and the extensive scale trial was done at SMP N 3 and SMP N 1 in Kuburaya.The trial result of equipment implementation (basketball ring) achieved 95% data with excellent category. The level of students’ acceptance toward product concept through five indicators; the size of equipment height 100%; the safety 93.4%; convenience 100%; strength 86.6%; and appearance 93.4%, all of categories included in accept category. Based on the result of research data, could be concluded that equipment product basketball ring proper be used in learning process of basketball shooting.  Keywords: Basketball ring, Basketball Shooting, Learning.

Abstract

AbstrakA common problem in this research is how long jump effort to improve skills hang style by using teaching aids in the form of a rubber band. The research objective was to determine the improvement of learning outcomes in the long jump leap through the medium of a rubber band on the students. The method used in this research is descriptive method with the application of classroom action research is conducted through two cycles to see and improve learning outcomes long jump style by using the media to hang a rubber band. The subjects were students with a total of 29 students. Based on observations, value - average ratings in the first cycle was 72. In the second cycle the average - average assessment of students is 74, with 100% students with values ≥74 and 0% of students with values <74. Keywords : long jump, rubber bands, hanging style.
