Abstract

The purpose of conducting this research is to find out the management of APBDes in Gampong Gue Gajah in 2021 and 2022 as a comparison in fulfilling the accountability principle in accordance with Permendagri Number 20 of 2018, Permendes Number 21 of 2020, dan Permenkeu 201/PMK.07/2022. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods in the form of interview documentation and observation. The results of the study are that the Government of Gampong Gue Gajah in the stages of implementation, administration, reporting and accountability has fulfilled the principle of accountability. However, at the planning, implementation, and accountability stages there is one indicator that is not in accordance with applicable regulatory standards, namely the Gampong Government has not submitted complete information regarding the implementation of the APBG in the information media, such as information regarding activity budget executors and activity implementing teams, as well as complaints addresses and the activity implementing team was late in submitting the activity report. In addition, in the administration stage there is a rationalization of mistakes made by village officials in data entry.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out which houses deserve to be rehabilitated in Pematang Dolok Kahean Village. The source of the data used in this research is using datasets that already exist in Pematang Dolok Kahean Village. The solution given is to classify the feasibility level of residents' houses using the C4.5 data mining method and using the Rapidminer software assistance. This method was chosen because it is one of the most widely used decision tree methods to predict a case. The results of the study stated that the system's accuracy value was 83.33% using split validation where this method produced several rules that could be used in determining the feasibility of the rehabilitation of residents' houses so that government subsidies could be channeled appropriately.

Abstract

Mobilitas dan migrasi pekerja yang terjadi di negara-negara berkembang merupakan suatu strategi untuk memper-tahankan kelangsungan hidup rumah tangga. Fenomena baru yang kemudian muncul di perdesaan, menjadi harapan baru bagi masyarakat lapisan bawah dan menengah di perdesaan dalam menjawab tantangan hidup yang dihadapi dengan bekerja sebagai buruh migrant dan mengirim sebagian besar gajinya dalam bentuk remitansi ke desa asal. Studi ini mencoba untuk memotret persoalan- persoalan sekitar pekerja migran dan sekaligus memformulasikan model solusi strategis bagi penangan masalah tersebut terutama yang terkait dengan fungsi dasar keluarga sebagai dampak migrasi para buruh migrant. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan Rapid Assessment Procedure (RAP) yaitu teknik pengumpulan data kualitatif untuk tujuan-tujuan praktis bagi pengambilan keputusan intervensi atau perbaikan program melalui pencarian informasi secara cepat. Temuan awal studi menunjukkan bahwa fenomena migrasi Internasional berimplikasi pada perubahan struktur keluarga akibat dari tidak adanya ‘suami atau istri’ selaku penanggungjawab urusan keluarga maupun ‘ayah atau ibu’ untuk anak-anak. Ketidakhadiran ‘isteri’ sebagai pendamping suami dan ‘ibu’ bagi anak-anak untuk jangka waktu cukup lama akan berdampak pada terganggunya pembagian peran dalam pelaksanaan fungsi-fungsi keluarga. Kondisi seperti ini akan menghambat terwujudnya keluarga berkualitas dan mengancam ketahanan keluarga dalam jangka panjang.

Abstract

The murābahah contract's pricing is a crucial component of Islamic financial transactions, as it ensures the principles of transparency and equity. The objective of this investigation is to evaluate the application of the pricing system to financing at Bintang Mandiri Aceh Sharia Cooperative through an analysis of the murābahah contract. Qualitative research employs a descriptive-analytical methodology. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews with cooperative administrators, and a review of pertinent literature. The findings suggest that the selling price is established by incorporating a 16% annual profit margin into the cost of goods, while also considering operational costs, prospective financing risks, and the financial capacity of the members. Although this system is under Sharia principles, it is unable to provide cooperative members with comprehensive price information. It has been determined that the implementation of pricing principles that prioritize transparency and justice can enhance member satisfaction and welfare. This investigation proposes that cooperatives should enhance Sharia literacy among their management and strengthen their internal supervisory function to ensure the execution of the murābahah contract by Sharia provisions.

Abstract

As the global world develops rapidly and massively, there is a delay in Islamic law in responding to contemporary problems. In relation to Indonesia, many implementations of developments over time have resulted in new jurisprudence and institutions. This research uses normative research methods using libraries (library research) with descriptive qualitative analysis of materials. Reformulation in Islamic law is not westernization which is contrary to Islam (laws that are absolute). Recently, Muslims have shown their de facto lack of ability to meet the demands of the modern world creatively. The main things in contemporary ijtihad are, firstly, methodology, secondly operations. These two ingredients must work in synergy and integrity with each other to produce contextual fiqh. The orientation of contemporary ijtihad is not just contemporary fiqh, but also the development of dawabit al-fiqhiyyah. In the Indonesian context, the implementation of contemporary ijtihad is felt in various fields, especially law in Indonesia.. In conclusion, the implementation of contemporary ijtihad including: 1)Fatwa institutions, 2)Religious Courts, 3)Compilation of Islamic Law, 4)Office of Religious Affairs, 5)Sharia Economics, 6) Zakat Institutions, 7)Halal Labels, 8)Indonesian Fiqh, 9)Medicine, 10)Gender Equality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pendidikan agama Islam dalam menghadapi tantangan etika digital, khususnya dalam konteks moderasi, radikalisasi, dan penggunaan teknologi yang bertanggung jawab di kalangan generasi muda. Di era digital, masalah seperti cyberbullying, penyebaran berita palsu, dan radikalisasi melalui media sosial semakin meresahkan. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk meninjau kembali peran pendidikan agama Islam dalam memberikan pemahaman yang moderat untuk menghadapi tantangan ini. Pendidikan agama yang berbasis pada nilai-nilai Islam yang moderat diharapkan dapat membentuk karakter generasi muda agar lebih bijak dan bertanggung jawab dalam menggunakan teknologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka dengan metode kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kajian literatur dari jurnal-jurnal ilmiah yang membahas tentang pendidikan agama Islam, moderasi, etika digital, dan pengaruh teknologi terhadap perilaku sosial. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mengkaji, membandingkan, dan menyimpulkan berbagai pandangan yang relevan dengan topik penelitian, dengan menekankan pada nilai-nilai Islam yang dapat diterapkan dalam konteks digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan agama Islam yang moderat berperan penting dalam mencegah radikalisasi dan membentuk etika digital di kalangan generasi muda. Ajaran Islam yang menekankan keseimbangan, empati, dan tanggung jawab dapat membentuk sikap bijak dalam menggunakan teknologi. Selain itu, moderasi dalam penggunaan teknologi, pemahaman terhadap moralitas digital, dan pendidikan karakter yang berbasis pada ajaran Islam dapat menjadi solusi untuk mengatasi fenomena sosial negatif di dunia maya seperti cyberbullying dan penyebaran informasi yang salah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan mekanisme waktu yang paling optimal dalam mekanisme transmisi kebijakan moneter baik pada sistem moneter konvensional maupun sistem moneter Islam dalam merespon sasaran akhir inflasi, serta untuk membuktikan kebijakan moneter yang lebih efektif antara sistem moneter konvensional melalui jalur langsung (JUB), jalur suku bunga (rSBI) dan jalur nilai tukar, dengan sistem moneter Islam melalui jalur langsung (JUB), jalur bagi-hasil (rSBIS) dan jalur nilai tukar, dalam merespon sasaran akhir inflasi. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah eksplanasi, metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus. Penelitian ini seluruhnya menggunakan data sekunder di Indonesia tahun 2008.1-2020.12. Untuk menjawab hipotesis penelitian, digunakan metode analisis Vector Auto Regression (VAR), dan Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa lag optimal lag yang di butuhkan oleh transmisi kebijkan moneter melalui instrumen pada sistem konvensional dan syariah guna mencapai tujuan akhir inflasi adalah dalam kurun waktu tiga bulan bulan. Hasil impulse response function (IRF) bahwa guncangan dari RSBI, RPUAB, GWMK, SBIS, PUAS, dan GWMS direspon negatif oleh inflasi meskipun pada periode-periode awal adanya kecendrungan terjadi ketidak stabilan, namun pada periode ke enam (enam bulan) sampai periode ke sepuluh (sepuluh bulan) telah mencapai keseimbangan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the ability of science literacy in science teacher candidates using the Test of Scientific Literacy Skills (TOSLS). This study uses descriptive quantitative research design. Sampling using random sampling technique on Science Study Program students with the number of students sampled as many as 60 people. The instrument used is a test tool for scientific literacy skills developed by the author with reference to the indicators contained in the development of the TOSLS test as many as 39 questions. The results showed that the indicator of understanding the investigation that leads to scientific knowledge was in the simply category with the interpretation of the average score obtained of 62.69, and the indicator of organizing, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative data and scientific information was in the simply category with the interpretation of the average score of 60.89. Meanwhile, when viewed based on the distribution of the number of respondents, 3% were found in the very good category, 34% in the good category, 43% in the sufficient category, 17% in the insufficient category, and 3% in the very insufficient category. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that prospective science teacher students already have science literacy skills in accordance with the good and simply categories, although there is one competency that is still less, namely in reading and interpreting graphical representations of data.

Abstract

The dynamic nature of education requires innovative teaching materials that meet 21st-century learning demands, including in Islamic Religious Education (PAI). This study aims to develop an innovative, contextual, and student-centered PAI module to enhance learning effectiveness and independence. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) design using the ADDIE model, covering needs analysis, product design, module development, classroom implementation, and evaluation. Participants included grade X students at a public senior high school in North Aceh, as well as expert validators in content, instructional design, and educational practice. Results show that the module achieved high validation scores in terms of content quality, language, and presentation. Limited classroom trials revealed significant improvement in student learning outcomes and positive responses regarding usability, design appeal, and relevance. The study concludes that such modules enrich learning resources, support individual needs, and recommends integrating technology and project-based learning to further strengthen PAI instruction.

Abstract

Distance learning or online learning is currently the main choice in the process of teaching and learning activities. In the world of education, the growth of distance education or online learning technology has brought new colors and patterns. This condition is further strengthened by the development of learning through the use of technology that does not force students to gather in large groups and is limited by time and place. Therefore, the use of the Zoom Meeting application as an educational application is an alternative in learning. This zoom app helps students and teachers to teach. Whether it's far or away, a zoom meeting app can help streamline the learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine the efficiency of the demonstration method through zoom meetings to improve students' cognitive abilities in PAI learning. This research is a qualitative research, namely library research that uses books and other literature as the main topic. The results of the study suggest that learning to use zoom meetings in developing children's cognitive aspects does not always run smoothly, in fact there are many obstacles. Learning that is emphasized by direct experience is difficult to apply. Children who really need direct assistance from parents and teachers. Teachers only monitor online without being able to interact directly with children. The obstacles faced in implementing learning through zoom meetings are the limitations of students in possession of smartphones, knowledge of information technology, difficult signal networks, and student activity in learning
