Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh antara customer relationship management, brand image, service quality, dan word of mouth terhadap customer loyalty pada McDonald’s Purwokerto. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 100, dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Instrumen untuk menghimpun data dilakukan dengan kuesioner skala likert lima tingkat. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS. Menurut hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa Customer Relationship Management, Brand Image, Service Quality, dan Word of mouth berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence investment decision making for millenial generation in Cilacap, Central Java. The research use quantitive method with primary data collected by distributing questionnarires. The millenial generation in Cilacap is the population in this study with sample used is 101 respondents. Data was analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 20. The result show that Risk perception and loss aversion influences the investment decision of the millenial generation in Cilacap. This means that the higher person perception of risk and loss aversion, the more careful the person will tend to be in making investment decision. Meanwhile, risk tolerance and overconfidence does not influence the investment decision of the millenial generation in Cilacap

Abstract

Memasuki era disrupsi 5.0 menuntut semua masyarakat untuk bisa beradaptasi dengan cepat, terutama bagi penggerak komunitas. Proses promosi dan penyebaran nilai-nilai baik saat ini tidak hanya disampaikan secara langsung namun juga dapat memanfaatkan media sosial. Media sosial menjadi wadah interaksi baru serta peningkatan promosi program yang lebih optimal dan efisien. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan ini dirancang sebagai upaya dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan serta keterampilan masyarakat penggerak komunitas dalam mengelola media sosial dan fotografi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah keterlibatan aktif dari anggota komunitas Sederek Eco Bhinneka, peserta memiliki kemampuan dan keterampilan dalam mengelola unggahan di media sosial serta teknik fotografi yang mudah dan bagus. Kegiatan IbM ini dilaksanakan dengan metode penyuluhan serta pendampingan. Kata kunci: Komunitas, Pelatihan media sosial dan fotografi, Sederek Eco Bhinneka.

Abstract

Kelompok Pembudidaya Ikan (Pokdakan) Mina Sari di Desa Purwosari, Banyumas, memiliki potensi besar dalam budidaya ikan nila. Namun, kelompok ini menghadapi tantangan serius dalam sistem pemasaran tradisional dan pencatatan keuangan yang masih manual, sehingga berdampak pada rendahnya pendapatan dan efisiensi usaha. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas Pokdakan Mina Sari melalui penerapan teknologi digital dalam pemasaran dan manajemen keuangan. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dalam tiga tahap: (1) prepare, berupa identifikasi kebutuhan dan penyusunan modul pelatihan; (2) transform, melalui pelatihan pemasaran digital menggunakan media sosial dan e-commerce, serta pencatatan keuangan digital dengan aplikasi sederhana; dan (3) lead, yaitu tahap implementasi, monitoring, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan anggota Pokdakan menggunakan media digital untuk promosi dan pencatatan keuangan secara mandiri. Program ini tidak hanya mendorong peningkatan pendapatan mitra, tetapi juga memperkuat kesiapan mereka dalam menghadapi transformasi ekonomi digital secara berkelanjutan. Pendekatan ini membuktikan bahwa digitalisasi mampu meningkatkan daya saing usaha mikro berbasis perikanan di daerah pedesaan. Kata kunci: ikan nila, digital marketing, manajemen keuangan, pengabdian masyarakat, Pokdakan.

Abstract

The education office is a public institution that plays a role in providing community services so that the employees involved must work optimally and have good performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture, work environment, competence and motivation on employee performance at the Banyumas Regency Education Office. Quantitative methods were used in this study and the sampling technique used saturated samples so that the entire population became respondents. The questionnaire used for analysis was 132 questionnaires, then processed using SPSS. The results showed that organizational culture, work environment and competence partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, but motivation partially had no effect on the performance of employees of the Banyumas Regency Education Office. The results of this study are expected to be used as an evaluation of the performance of Banyumas Regency Education Office employees. Abstract

The aims of this research is to investigate the effect among job satisfaction, organizational culture, and employee performance at hospital, involving the entire staff of the hospital. Through the application of a Non-probability technique, specifically employing the purposive sampling method, a research sample of 105 respondents who met specific criteria was selected. The data collection process entailed the distribution of a questionnaire. The purposive sampling method was deliberately utilized to guarantee that participants fulfilled predetermined criteria. The analysis of the collected data employed Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of the analysis reveal that job satisfaction significantly and positively impacts employee performance. Furthermore, organizational culture is determined to have a noteworthy positive influence on employee performance. Additionally, work discipline is recognized as having a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research has respondents who are dominated by employees with civil servant status, the age of the respondents is dominated by the age range ≥ 10 years. Employees who have an educational history of up to a bachelor's degree also dominate the respondents, and employees who have worked for ≥ 10 years also dominate the respondents. In this study, studyers tested the influence of the work environment, work discipline and interpersonal communication on employee performance at the Environmental Service of the Environmental Service of Purbalinga Regency and Banyumas Regency. A good work environment will improve employee performance in both agencies. With operational discipline, agency goals will be achieved more quickly and employee performance will increase. Then, effective interpersonal communication will increase work morale and ensure employee performance leads to maximum results. Apart from the work environment, work discipline and interpersonal communication also have a significant positive influence on employee performance. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, job satisfaction, work motivation and performance of hospital employees involving all hospital staff. Through the application of non-probability techniques, especially the purposive sampling method, a research sample of 142 respondents was obtained who met certain criteria. The data collection process requires distributing questionnaires. The purposive sampling method was deliberately used to ensure participants met the predetermined criteria. Analysis of the collected data uses Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of the analysis show that the work environment has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Additionally, job satisfaction was determined to have a noteworthy positive influence on employee performance. Apart from that, work motivation is also recognized as having a significant positive influence on employee performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman kebahagiaan pada komunitas masyarakat pesisir Suku Bajo. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi deskriptif yang berupaya melihat bagaimana partisipan memaknai peristiwa-peristiwa dalam kehidupan mereka. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui wawancara terhadap masyarakat Bajo yang tersebar di beberapa daerah. Peserta berasal dari tiga daerah berbeda yaitu masyarakat Bajo Mola, masyarakat Bajo Lamanggau, dan masyarakat Kepulauan Bajo di Banggai. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kebahagiaan erat kaitannya dengan pemenuhan dan aktualisasi dari identitas diri sebagai orang laut atau masyarakat Bajo yang memiliki ciri khas fisik dan sosial yang berbeda dari masyarakat lain, menjalankan ritual budaya yang juga tradisi meminta perlindungan oleh roh laut adalah jalan untuk mencapai kebahagiaan, dan “Lao ilu elung” (laut adalah kehidupan) merupakan tema utama yang menggambarkan makna kebahagiaan bahwa laut dan masyarakat suku Bajo adalah dua entitas yang tidak bisa dipisahkan. Rekomendasi penelitian selanjutnya menggali secara spesifik terkait stereotip dan identitas diri yang membentuk konsep kebahagiaan serta integrasinya terhadap penerapan pendidikan berbasis nilai lokal di masyarakat Bajo. Keywords: Fenomenologi, Masyarakat pesisir, Pengalaman kebahagiaan, & Suku Bajo. Abstract: This research aims to explore the experience of happiness in the coastal communities of the Bajo Tribe. This research was conducted using a descriptive phenomenological approach, which attempts to see how participants interpret events in their lives. Data collection was carried out through interviews with the Bajo community spread across several regions. Participants came from three different areas, namely the Bajo Mola community, the Bajo Lamanggau community, and the Bajo Islands community in Banggai. The results of this research show that the experience of happiness is closely related to the fulfillment and actualization of one's identity as a sea person or Bajo community who have physical and social characteristics that are different from other communities; carrying out cultural rituals, which are also a tradition of asking for protection from sea spirits, is the way to achieve happiness; and "Lao ilu elung" (the sea is life) are the main themes that describe the meaning of happiness. The sea and the Bajo people are two entities that cannot be separated. Recommendations for further research explore specifically the stereotypes and self-identities that shape the concept of happiness and their integration into the implementation of local value-based education in Bajo society. Abstract

This research explores the factors that influence employees' tendencies to engage in deviant behavior in the workplace and contribute to its creation. This research aims to determine the influence of workplace behavior on organizational commitment, spirituality, ethical leadership, organizational justice, and job satisfaction, using a social exchange theory framework. This research uses a sampling method as a non-random sampling method based on samples selected for statistical analysis. The respondents used in this research were 232 employees of the Islamic University of Purwokerto City. The research uses hardfiles and softfiles (Google forms) for data collection. Data collection was carried out using a Likert Scale-based questionnaire and tested using the Smart PLS application. The findings show that although workplace spirituality and organizational commitment have a direct negative impact on workplace deviant behavior, this relationship is not statistically significant. On the other hand, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Justice have a negative but significant effect on conservation behavior in the workplace. Additionally, there is a weak but positive relationship between workplace deviant behavior and ethical leadership.
