Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk Cabang Cinere. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Lingkungan kerja pada PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk Cabang Cinere (2) Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk Cabang Cinere (3)  Seberapa besar Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk Cabang Cinere.  Metode yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey. Penarikan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh sebanyak 65 orang. Metode untuk pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Metode untuk mengolah data dan menganalisis data menggunakan uji korelasi product moment, uji koefisien determinasi dan signifikan koefisien korelasi. Dari hasil analisa statistik yang diperoleh, maka terdapat hubungan yang positif antara lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,607, hasil uji determinasi 36,8%. Dari perhitungan uji-t diperoleh hasil hitung thitung (6,060) > ttabel (1,980) dan nilai koefisien korelasi product moment 0,607. Sehingga hipotesis yang dapat diterima yaitu “Adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk Cabang Cinere.” Kata kunci : Lingkungan Kerja dengan Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether knowledge management and learning organization has an effect on employee performance at high school in Tangerang. Research data collected from questionnaires filled out by 180 respondents and the method used is the method quantitative research using structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis with the statistical tool SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, learning organization has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This research recommends companies to continue to pay attention to the application of knowledge management and learning organizations so that can run effectively to improve the performance of high school employees in Tangerang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between  knowledge management on  lecturer performance,  knowledge management on private university performance, and lecturer performance on private university performance. This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The research was conducted at a private university in Tangerang City. A sample of 120 respondents with data collection using an online questionnaire which was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling using the Smart PLS 3.0 data processing tool. The selection of the sample of respondents used simple random sampling. Based on the results of data processing, it is  concluded   that there is a significant influence of managerial knowledge on the performance of lecturers, a significant influence of managerial knowledge on lecturers' performance. The performance of private universities,  there is a significant influence of lecturer performance on the performance of private universities.

Abstract

Penerapan protokol Kesehatan dalam menjalankan kehidupan normal yang baru, Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) yang dilaksanakan mengakibatkan banyak kantor baik pemerintah maupun swasta menerapkan skema bekerja dari rumah (Work From Home/WFH). Kondisi yang berbeda dalam penerapan skema WFH di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak Kelas II Jakarta merubah fungsi dan alur kinerja yang dilakukan oleh ASN, sehingga berdampak dalam pencapaian target kinerja yang sudah direncanakan. Metode Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil perhitungan Regresi Linear Sederhana atau sering disingkat dengan SLR (Simple Linear Regression) besarnya nilai korelasi/ hubungan (R) pada uji regresi yaitu sebesar yaitu sebesar 0,873 dan Dari output tersebut diperoleh koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,762, yang mengandung pengertian bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas ( motivasi kerja) terhadap varibel terikat (kinerja ) adalah sebesar 76,2 % sedangkan sisanya yaitu  23,8 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.Kata kunci : kinerja, WFH, ASN

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah memukul sektor perekonomian tidak hanya di Indonesia tapi juga dunia. Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di berbagai daerah tak terkecuali terkena imbas pandemi yang sampai saat ini belum berakhir. Menurut data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), kontribusi Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) Indonesia mencapai 61,41%, dengan jumlah UMKM hampir mencapai 60 juta. Sumber Dinas Koperasi, UKM, Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Purwakarta bahwa di Kabupaten Purwakarta , jumlah UMKM kurang lebih 8.500 yang tersebar di 17 kecamatan dan mayoritas begerak di sektor makanan dan minuman. Selain itu buah manggis menjadi salah satu produk perkebunan khas Kabupaten Purwakarta yang tengah digencarkan untuk diekspor, yang selama ini di ekspor ke beberapa Negara ASEAN salah satunya Cina dan ditargetkan bisa ekspor juga ke Wilayah Pasar Timur Tengah karena dinilai memiliki prospek positif untuk ekspor buah manggis. Perkebunan Manggis di Purwakarta mencapai lebih dari 1.500 hektare yang tersebar di 5 (lima) kecamatan . yaitu Wanayasa, Kiarapedes, Bojong, Darang dan Pondoksalam, yang menurut data dari Dinas terkait mencatat bahwa rata-rata produksi buah manggis saat panen raya sekitar 47 ton per hektare. Pada tahun 2019 manggis khas Purwakarta yang diekspor mencapai 30 ribu ton. Sedangkan tahun 2020 ini ditargetkan mampu mengekspor manggis hingga 50 ribu ton. Selain buah manggis, kerajinan dari tanah berupa keramik juga menjadi unggulan ekspor Kabupaten Puwakarta dan diantaranya telah di ekspor ke Singapore, Malaysia, bahkan Amerika dan Australia. Salah satu dokumen utama yang harus dipenuhi pelaku usaha dalam penjualan ke luar negeri (ekspor) adalah Surat Keterangan Asal (SKA) atau (Certificate of Origin). SKA merupakan dokumen penyerta barang pada saat barang akan diekspor, yang menjelaskan bahwa barang ekspor tersebut benar-benar berasal, diproduksi atau diolah di Indonesia.Terdapat dua jenis SKA yaitu (1). SKA Preferensi adalah jenis dokumen SKA yang berfungsi sebagai dokumen pengawasan dan atau dokumen penyerta asal barang yang diikutsertakan pada barang ekspor untuk dapat memasuki negara atau kelompok negara lain dengan mendapat fasilitas penurunan atau pembebasan bea masuk yang diberikan oleh negara atau kelompok negara tertentu bagi produk-produk yang memenuhi syarat berasal dari suatu negara dalam bentuk penurunan atau pembebasan tarif bea masuk dan (2). SKA Non Preferensi, adalah jenis dokumen SKA yang berfungsi sebagai dokumen pengawasan dan atau dokumen penyerta asal barang yang diikutsertakan pada barang ekspor untuk dapat memasuki negara atau kelompok negara lain tanpa mendapat fasilitas penurunan atau pembebasan bea masuk negara tujuan. Berdasarkan hasil survey pendahuluan, pada umumnya permasalahan yang di hadapi UKM Purwakarta dalam menjual produk / barang ke luar negeri (ekspor) adalah tentang pemahaman dalam pengisian dokumen Surat Keterangan Asal (SKA). Oleh karena itu untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka solusi yang ditawarkan adalah melakukan pelatihan pengisian dokumen SKA kepada UKM. Sebagai luarannya dari pelatihan ini adalah UKM yang mengikuti pelatihan dapat memahami tentang cara pengisian dokumen SKA ke berbagai negara tujuan ekspor, dengan bukti luaran berupa hasil analisis deskriptif kuesioner atas jawaban UKM yang mengikuti pelatihan tentang tata cara pengisian dokumen SKA. Target dari kegiatan PKM ini, diharapkan dapat mendorong peningkatan kinerja penjualan produk/barang UKM di Kabupaten Purwakarta Provinsi Jawa Barat khusunya untuk pasar luar negeri.Kata kunci : Pelatihan, SKA, Kinerja, Penjualan, UKM

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline on employee productivity at PT. Cipta Selaras in Pamulang. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 56 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study of the discipline variable obtained an average score of 3.748 with suitable criteria. Employee productivity variable obtained an average score of 3.868 with suitable criteria. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity with a regression equation value of Y = 14.665 + 0.641X, and a correlation coefficient value of 0.766 has a strong relationship with a determination value of 58.7%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. abstracts are typed in single spaces.

Abstract

This study investigates and analyzes knowledge-management-based innovation in developing knowledge sharing and absorbing and the role of Information-Technology-based innovation in supporting knowledge management. It is now a demand that institutions prioritize on creating innovation. Organizations that are able to compete can learn and be creative, which is only possible if the knowledge sharing within the institution is carried out properly. This is also the case for R&D institutions that must make innova-tions based on knowledge management and information technology. This is a single case study qualitative analysis. Based on criteria, four in-formants were selected as sources. They were interviewed guided by a list of open-ended questions. The results of this case study provide information on the aspects that are needed to support innovation in government R&D institutions. They also fill the gap in research on knowledge management. Inovation based on knowledge management processes in developing activ-ities to share and absorb knowledge in government R&D institutions has been running and has produced several innovations. IT has been utilized to share and absorb knowledge and it is a requirement for a functional official researcher, but there is still limited availability of computers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pratama Abadi Industri di Cikupa Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 42,5%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,497 > 1,992). Iklim organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 42,4%, uji  hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,482 > 1,992). Disiplin kerja dan iklim organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 9,842 + 0,360X1 + 0,406X2 dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 55,9%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (47,555 > 2,730).

Abstract

Abstract            This research is intended for analyzing the decreasing performance of employees. The purpose of this research is to identify phenomenon and obtain empirical evidence as well as conclusion concerning the effect of discipline, motivation, and competency on the performance of employees at the Production Unit of PT. L’Oréal Manufacturing Indonesia.             This research applies quantitative design, explanatory research, with hypothetical testing of survey technique, questionnaire using the scale of likert 4. The population is 240 employees from production department by employing 150 persons as samples. The technique of data analysis: (1) validity and reliability test; (2) classic assumption test; (3) determination coefficient (R2); (4) simple and multiple regression model; (5) hypothetical testing by partial test (t-test) and simultaneous test (F-test). The result of hypothetical and analytical test is as follows:1.   Variable of discipline (X1) has positive and significant effect on the performance of employees (Y), based on regression coefficient of 58.2% and value of t count of 0.000 (<0.05). It means that the work discipline (X1) has positive and significant effect on the performance (Y)2.   Variable of motivation (X2) has positive and significant effect on the performance of employees (Y), based on regression coefficient of 55.7% and value of t count of 0,000 (<0.05). It means that work motivation (X2) has positive and significant effect on the performance (Y)3.   Variable of competency (X3) has positive and significant effect on the performance of employees (Y), based on regression coefficient of 47.6% and value of t count of 0.000 (<0.05). It means that the work competency (X3) has positive and significant effect on the performance (Y)4.   Variable of discipline (X1), motivation (X2), and competency (X3) simultaneously have positive and significant effect on the performance of employees (Y), based on regression coefficient of 76.5 % and value of F count of (68.669) (<2.672). It means that the discipline (X1), motivation (X2), and competency (X3) simultaneously have positive and significant effect on the performance (Y)Based on the result of research, it is recommended that PT. L’Oréal Manufacturing Indonesia will reanalyze the too high target of the company, provide an activity that is entertaining, spiritual, and refreshing in nature, conduct a training of synergic building team, and provide a forum of open discussion and provide a suggestion box in order to find out complaints and obstacles faced by employees during their employment. Abstract

ANALYSIS OF EFFECT OF WORK STRESS AND WORK ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES MOTIVATION (CASE STUDY IN. INDOPELITA AIRCRAFT SERVICES). The purpose of this study is to investigate the phenomenon and to obtain empirical evidence, and conclusions about the effects of two independent variables mentioned above, the performance of employees. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The type of data used are primary data. The sample used by 95 respondents. Methods of collecting data is done through the distribution of questionnaires to scale linkert. The results showed that (1) the stress of work a significant negative effect on the performance of employees. Contributions effect of work stress on employee performance for 0063. This means that variations in the performance of employees affected by changes in work stress by 6.3%, (2) work motivation positive and significant effect on employee performance. Contributions influence work motivation on employee performance at 0:07. This means that variations in the performance of employees affected by changes in motivation to work by 7%, (3) Work stress and work motivation simultaneously and significant influence on employee performance. Contributions effects of job stress and work motivation simultaneously by 0115. This means that the variation changes the employee's performance is affected by the stress of work and work motivation by 11.5% while the remaining 88.5% is influenced by other factors not included in the scope of this study. From the data analysis it can be concluded that the stress of work and work motivation parsiel or simultaneously significant effect on performance. From the results of the descriptive analysis, it is suggested that in order to reduce employee stress, the work time should receive special attention.
