Abstract

ABSTRAKPENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN,  MOTIVASI, DAN  KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (PADA BADAN PENELITIAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN KEMENTERIAN DALAM NEGERI). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Kinerja di Litbang Kemendageri. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan penelitian asosiatif Kuantitatif, teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu : uji kualitas data (validitas, reliabilitas, dan uji asumsi klasik) dan uji hipotesis (uji parsial t, uji simultan F). Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Rumus Slovin dengan populasi seluruh pegawai Balitbang (PNS dan pegawai kontrak) yang berjumlah 257 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja (Y) pegawai Balitbang Kemendagri.Motivasi (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja (Y) pegawai balitbang Kemendagri.Kepuasan kerja (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja (Y) pegawai Balitbang Kemendagri.Gaya kepemimpinan (X1), Motivasi (X2) dan Kepuasan Kerja (X3)  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja (Y)  pegawai Balitbang Kemendagri.Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja.

Abstract

COMPARISON OF STUDENTS LEARN ENGLISH USING INTERACTIVE WITH CONVENTIONAL METHODS (A Case Study of Grade I and II SD Islam Al Azhar 15 and SD Islam Nurfatahillah in the district Pamulang, South Tangerang). The result shows that: from the result of interview and discussion shows that students’ interest in learning English is higher when using interactive CD method than the speech method, so this affected students’ learning achievement in both elementary schools. The statistical calculation of learning achievement of both elementary schools shows that the average score of students’ learning achievement at Al Azhar 15 Elementary School through speech method is 92.05 and its deviation standard is 5.89, while the average score of students’ learning achievement in experiment class through interactive method is 93.95 and its deviation standard is 4.97. The average score of the second grade of controlled class through speech method is 84.21 and its deviation standard is 4.08 while students’ learning achievement of experiment class is 92.29 and its deviation standard is 6.64. Meanwhile, the average score of second grade students’ learning achievement in controlled class at Nurfatahillah Elementary School through speech method is 86,59 and its deviation standard is 13,93, while the average score of students’ learning achievement in the experiment class is 91,24 and its deviation standard is 8,66. According to the statistical calculation, it can be seen that there is improvement on the average score of all classes at both elementary schools after using interactive method and interactive CD “ PLAYING WHILE STUDYING TOGETHER WITH BEBI”. The calculation of deviation standard which is inverse with the average score shows that the sameness of experiment classes’ test achievement of both Elementary Schools is better than

Abstract

The impact of technological developments and the application of GNNT or Cashless in toll road transactions can trigger company to terminate employment, but the company is not allowed to lay off, this is a challenge for Jasa Marga so that there are no layoffs and operational services in the field continue to run by Government policies and the PUPR Ministerial Decree. In 2017-2019 PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. made a change by preparing a voluntary Professional Transfer Program (A-Life) for employees. In this process, Jasa Marga Management, the Employees, and Employees Union are committed to jointly leading the change management process in a professional transfer program that takes into account the interests of the Company and the Employees, however should improve the quality of organizational culture as well. The method used a qualitative approach based on a case study to examine the state of natural objects, in which the researcher is the key tool, the data collection technique is performed by triangulation (a combination of observations, interviews, documents), the resulting data tends to be qualitative data, analytical data is inductive/qualitative and research finding of qualitative research is about understanding meaning, understanding unique, construct phenomena and find hypotheses. The conclusion there were the process, obstacles, and effectiveness of change management implementation in the professional transition program (ALife) and organizational culture which has not been implemented optimally.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis secara deskriptif  Strategi Pengembangan Pemasaran Produk Sangdo Agriculture pada PT.Altrak 1978 serta strategi-strategi untuk mengatasi kendala dalam implementasinya.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan single case study. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan analisis posisi pada matriks SWOT, dapat diketahui bahwa PT.Altrak 1978 berada pada posisi kuadran 1, posisi perusahaan pada kuadran ini mendukung strategi agresif, perusahaan memiliki peluang  dan kekuatan sehingga perusahaan dapat memanfaatkan peluang tersebut, strategi yang harus diterapakan pada kondisi ini adalah mendukung kebijakan pertumbuhan yang agresif, rekomendasi  strategi yang  sesuai adalah perluasan  dan memaksimalkan kekuatan internal perusahaan. PT.Altrak 1978 dapat melakukan strategi seperti pengembangan pasar,  inovasi produk dan pengembangan produk. Kata Kunci: Strategi Pengembangan Pemasaran; Analisis SWOT; Analisis SPACE

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competency on turnover, to determine the effect of career development on turnover, to determine the effect of competencyand career developmentsimultaneously on turnover, to determine the effect of competence on productivity, to determine the effect of career development on productivity, to determine the effect of competencyand career developmentsimultaneously on productivity, to find the effect of turnover on productivity at PT. Reckitt Benckiser Indonesia. The method used in this study was the STATA version 14.2 program. The population was 319 employees and 177 respondents. The result of this study is competence has an effect on turnover, career development has an effect on turnover, competence and career development has an effect on turnover, competence has an effect on productivity, career development has an effect on productivity, competence and career development has an effect on productivity, turnover has an effect on productivity.

Abstract

Lecturers as educators must be able to transform into agents of change, agents of analysis, and agents of control towards a strong Indonesia. All of this is in the context of advancing the public interest, educating, and advancing the life of the nation and state. Efforts are being made to implement the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, including education, research, and community service. This study aims to determine the real contribution of lecturers in realizing quality higher education outputs through the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. This type of research is descriptive research using the survey method. From the results of this study, it can be suggested that lecturers are a key element to improve qualifications, competencies, and professionalism.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini berjudul Manajemen Pengelolaan Budidaya Ikan Laut (Sea Farming) Untuk Meningkatkan Pendapatan Masyarakat di Kepulauan Seribu, DKI Jakarta. Tujuan umum dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah Memberikan pelatihan dan pengetahuan secara praktis ilmu manajemen dalam pengembangan pengelolaan budidaya ikan laut untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat di Kepulauan Seribu, DKI Jakarta.  Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dan penyampaian materi secara langsung serta simulasi dan diskusi mengenai manajemen, pengelolaan keuangan, pemasaran produk dan penerapan MSDM dalam pengembangan pengelolaan budidaya ikan laut (sea farming) Untuk Meningkatkan Pendapatan Masyarakat. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian  kepada masyakat ini adalah bahwa akan dilakukan pendampingan dalam manajemen dalam pengembangan budidaya ikan laut dengan dibentuk koperasi serta bagaimana strategi manajemen (pemasaran, keuangan dan SDM),dibentuk koperasi atau unit usaha, diadakan pendampingan atau pembentukkan kelompok-kelompok usaha dalam pengelolaan budidaya ikan dalam uapaya meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat Pulau PanggangKata Kunci: Manajemen; Pengelolaan Budidaya Ikan Laut (Sea Farming); Pendapatan Masyarakat

Abstract

TECHNOLOGY is growing over time which is marked by the industrial revolution 1.0 to the industrial revolution 4.0. Along with the development of this technology resulted in changes in the pattern of social behavior of the community (society). This is evident from the beginning that every society's behavior was only centered on meeting the needs of the community without any influence from technology, but now every order of life and community needs will be centered on humans and based on technology. Currently the development of society is at the level of society 5.0. So what is meant by society 5.0? “Society 5.0 is defined as a human-centered society that balances economic progress with solving social problems through a system that deeply integrates virtual and physical space.”The concept of society 5.0 was initiated by the State of Japan and is considered as a complement to the concepts of the industrial revolution that already existed before. Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaiamana pelaksanaan Perencanaan Sumber Daya Manusia Melalui Manajemen SDM yang Tertata Terhadap Kinerja Guru dan Kualitas Sekolah” di SMK Ma’arif Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dekumentasi, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian lapangan Perencanaan Sumber Daya Manusia Melalui Manajemen SDM yang Tertata Terhadap Kinerja Guru dan Kualitas Sekolah” di SMK Ma’arif Jakarta belum terlaksana dengan sempurna, di lihat dari kinerja para guru-guru dan kurang tegasnya seorang pemimpin atau kepala sekolah. Dan terlihat juga dari proses pengelolaannya, bahwa sumber daya manusia (Guru ) mempunyai kendala dan memiliki upaya dalam hal peningkatan sumber daya manusia (Guru)  untuk meningkatkan Perencanaan Sumber Daya Manusia Melalui Manajemen SDM yang Tertata Terhadap Kinerja Guru dan Kualitas Sekolah” di SMK Ma’arif Jakarta. Hanya saja masih ada beberapa hal yang harus diperhatiakan terutama berkaitan dengan proses seleksi, penempatan, dan kinerja guru.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the utilization of information technology in knowledge sharing as a means to improve the performance of public organizations. The background of the research emphasizes the growing importance of knowledge sharing in enhancing organizational performance in the public sector. With the rapid advancement of technology, leveraging information technology platforms has become crucial for effective knowledge management and sharing. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative methods. The qualitative phase involves a comprehensive literature review to explore the theoretical foundations and best practices of knowledge sharing and the role of information technology in the public sector. Additionally, interviews and focus group discussions with key stakeholders from various public organizations will be conducted to gain insights into current knowledge sharing practices and the potential challenges faced. In the quantitative phase, a survey questionnaire will be administered to a sample of public organization employees to assess their perceptions of knowledge sharing practices and the impact of information technology on organizational performance. The collected data will be analyzed using appropriate statistical techniques to identify correlations and patterns between the variables. The anticipated findings of this research will contribute to a deeper understanding of the utilization of information technology in knowledge sharing and its impact on organizational performance in the public sector. The results will provide valuable insights for public organizations seeking to enhance their knowledge sharing practices and leverage technology effectively to achieve improved performance outcomes.
