Abstract

Leadership plays a crucial role in shaping organizational success by influ- encing employee engagement, motivation, and overall business performance. Effective leadership fosters an environment where employees feel valued, en- gaged, and aligned with corporate goals, ultimately driving sustainable growth. This study aims to analyze the impact of different leadership styles transformational, transactional, and servant leadership on employee engagement and their subsequent effect on organizational growth. By employing a quantitative research approach using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS, this study provides empirical evidence on how leadership behaviors affect work- place dynamics. Data were collected from employees across various indus- tries using a structured survey. The relationships between leadership styles, employee engagement, and organizational growth were examined using Partial Least Squares-SEM (PLS-SEM). Reliability and validity were tested through Cronbach’s Alpha, Composite Reliability (CR), and Average Variance Extracted (AVE). The findings indicate that servant leadership has the strongest impact on employee engagement, followed by transformational and transactional lead- ership. Employee engagement significantly mediates the relationship between leadership styles and organizational growth. Organizations should priori- tize transformational and servant leadership approaches to enhance employee engagement and long-term growth. Future research should explore industry- specific leadership adaptations and the role of digital transformation in leader- ship effectiveness.

Abstract

Strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) menjadi kunci penting dalam meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan, terutama di sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk  menganalisis dampak pemberian kompensasi berbasis kinerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan di Klinik Bisnis Ponsera, Bojongsari, Depok. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi secara langsung, wawancara, literatur dan dokumentasi. Hasil kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan diharapkan bahwa pemberian kompensasi berbasis kinerja, seperti insentif, bonus, dan penghargaan non-finansial, berdampak terhadap peningkatan motivasi dan loyalitas karyawan. Strategi ini juga mendukung pencapaian tujuan bisnis dengan meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas pelayanan. Studi ini merekomendasikan agar UMKM lainnya mengimplementasikan model kompensasi serupa, disertai pelatihan dan evaluasi berkala, untuk menciptakan hubungan kerja yang saling menguntungkan antara perusahaan dan karyawan.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technologies has significantly transformed human resource (HR) practices, influencing workforce resilience and organizational innovation. As organizations navigate evolving work environments, the integration of technology-driven HR strategies has become essential for maintaining competitiveness. Traditional HR models are being replaced by more automated and data-driven systems, shaping the future of workforce management. This study aims to examine the intersection of HR practices and digital transformation, with a particular focus on how digital tools enhance workforce resilience and foster organizational innovation. It explores the role of AI-driven talent management systems, data-driven decision-making, and adaptive HR strategies in optimizing recruitment, performance evaluation, and employee engagement. A mixed-method approach was employed, combining qualitative and quantitative analyses. Data was collected through a systematic literature review, multiple case studies, and in-depth interviews with HR professionals across various industries. These methods provided comprehensive insights into the evolving landscape of digital HR practices. The findings highlight the critical role of continuous learning, agile work structures, and active employee engagement in fostering a resilient workforce. The adoption of AI-powered HR tools has proven effective in improving decision-making, employee retention, and performance management, ultimately leading to greater organizational adaptability and innovation. This study concludes that digital transformation in HR is not merely an operational shift but a strategic necessity. By successfully integrating digital tools, businesses can create a more flexible, agile, and responsive work environment, fostering long-term growth and sustainability in an increasingly competitive market.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan dan keterampilan penyusunan financial modeling bagi pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Perum Bukit Rivaria, Kelurahan Bedahan, Kecamatan Sawangan, Kota Depok. Literasi keuangan menjadi aspek penting dalam pengelolaan usaha yang sehat dan berkelanjutan, terutama di kalangan UMKM yang sering kali belum memiliki pemahaman dasar mengenai pencatatan keuangan, perencanaan usaha, dan pemisahan keuangan pribadi serta bisnis. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan berbasis praktik, peserta pelatihan dibimbing untuk memahami konsep dasar pengelolaan keuangan usaha serta menyusun proyeksi sederhana dalam bentuk financial model yang aplikatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini mendorong perubahan pola pikir peserta terhadap pentingnya perencanaan keuangan dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Kegiatan ini juga memperkuat pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal melalui peningkatan kapasitas pelaku UMKM. Ke depan, kegiatan serupa perlu didampingi secara berkelanjutan agar dampaknya semakin luas dan mendalam.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini berjudul Perencanaan Manajemen Keuangan Bagi Pengembangan Pariwisata Pada Anggota Kelompok Sadar Wisata Di Kampung Wisata 7 Muara, Kec. Bojongsari, Kota Depok. Tujuan umum dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah Memberikan pelatihan dan pengetahuan secara praktis ilmu manajemen dalam perencanaan manajemen leuangan yang berdampak pada kesejahraan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dan penyampaian materi secara langsung serta simulasi dan diskusi mengenai manajemen, pengelolaan keuangan, pemasaran produk dan penerapan MSDM. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian kepada masyakat ini adalah bahwa akan dilakukan pendampingan dalam manajemen dalam peningkatkan literasi dan praktik investasi produktif dalam upaya mewujudkan kesejahraan pada anggota kelompok sadar wisata di Kampung Wisata 7 Muara, Kec. Bojongsari, Kota Depok.

Abstract

This study examines the integration of digital skill competencies into vocational education curricula as a strategic response to rapid technological development and increasing automation across industrial sectors. Vocational institutions are expected to equip learners with the digital capabilities necessary to remain competitive in a shifting labor market. However, many existing curricula still lack structured and industry-aligned digital components, creating a gap between educational outputs and workforce demands. To address this issue, the research employs a mixed-methods approach combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to evaluate the relevance and effectiveness of digital skill integration. A total of 120 respondents, consisting of vocational students, teachers, and industry partners, participated in a structured questionnaire designed to assess current digital competencies, curriculum adequacy, and perceived readiness for automated work environments. Additionally, in-depth interviews were conducted with selected educators and industry stakeholders to gain deeper insights into curriculum reform needs and emerging digital skill requirements. The findings indicate that while vocational institutions have initiated the adoption of digital learning tools, the integration of advanced competencies such as data literacy, digital collaboration, and automation-related technical skills remains limited and inconsistent. Respondents highlighted the need for curriculum redesign that incorporates practical, industry-responsive digital modules supported by continuous professional development for teachers. This study contributes a framework for enhancing digital competency integration within vocational education, ultimately aiming to strengthen workforce readiness and ensure graduates can effectively adapt to the evolving demands of the automation era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, reward, dan punishment terhadap motivasi kerja serta implikasinya terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Abadi Sejahtera Finansindo (Singa Fintech). Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan desain penelitian asosiatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 218 responden dari divisi Operation yang dipilih secara proporsional. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik path analysis dengan bantuan program SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, reward, dan punishment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dengan nilai t-statistik masing-masing sebesar 19,610, 14,495, dan 7,991 (p < 0,05). Selain itu, kompensasi dan reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (t = 5,384 dan 2,033, p < 0,05), sedangkan punishment berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (t = 0,966, p = 0,335). Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (t = 9,754, p < 0,05) serta memediasi secara signifikan hubungan kompensasi, reward, dan punishment terhadap kinerja (t = 8,815, 8,097, dan 6,731, p < 0,05). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan motivasi dan kinerja karyawan dapat dicapai melalui perbaikan sistem kompensasi yang lebih adil dan seimbang, karena fasilitas kerja yang memadai mampu meningkatkan kenyamanan dan efisiensi kerja. Peningkatan pengembangan karir dan pemberian reward nonfinansial yang jelas dan transparan akan menumbuhkan loyalitas serta semangat kerja karyawan. Konsistensi dan keadilan dalam penerapan punishment akan memperkuat kedisiplinan, sedangkan dukungan komunikasi yang positif dari pimpinan mampu membangun suasana kerja yang lebih produktif. Selain itu, manajemen waktu dan pembagian tugas yang seimbang akan membantu karyawan menyelesaikan pekerjaan dengan tepat waktu. Dengan demikian, penerapan sistem kompensasi, reward, punishment, dan pengelolaan motivasi yang terintegrasi akan menciptakan kinerja karyawan yang optimal serta mendukung keberhasilan perusahaan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This community service activity is motivated by the low level of understanding among creative economy actors in developing product branding and utilizing e-commerce as a digital marketing medium, which has resulted in limited business competitiveness amid the development of the digital market. Based on this condition, the program aims to analyze the contribution of branding and e-commerce training in improving the capacity of creative economy actors as well as the effectiveness of digital product promotion. The activity was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques consisting of observation, interviews, and documentation, along with pre- and post-training evaluations to identify changes in participants’ knowledge and skills. The results of the community service involving 42 participants indicated an improvement in participants' ability to build brand identity, enhance product appearance and presentation, and manage marketing through e-commerce platforms in a more structured and effective manner, accompanied by increased confidence in promoting products and expanding market reach. The discussion confirms that the integration of branding and e-commerce training is an effective strategy in strengthening the creative economy as it improves competitiveness, digital readiness, and the sustainability of creative business actors. Therefore, branding- and e-commerce-based training programs need to be developed continuously through collaboration among academics, government, and industry practitioners to support adaptive and sustainable creative economic growth.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the role of training competencies and organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Ministry of Environment. The high demands for precision and workload in the public sector serve as the primary background for examining the factors that drive civil servant productivity. The research method used was quantitative with a descriptive and causal approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 328 respondents, employees of the Ministry of Environment. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) to test direct and indirect relationships between variables. The results showed that of the seven proposed hypotheses, five were accepted and two were rejected. Partially, Organizational Culture had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. Competence and Training were shown to have a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, but not on Job Satisfaction. Furthermore, Job Satisfaction has been shown to have a significant positive influence on Employee Performance and acts as a mediating variable, particularly in the relationship between Organizational Culture and Performance. Interesting findings in this study indicate inequalities in compensation (Tukin) and workload, although overall employee performance remains in the very good category. It is recommended that agencies conduct an evaluation of their environmental information systems to close technical gaps and improve training methods to be more practical/simulation-based to optimize employees' growth mindset potential.
